Tasty breakfast. Love the egg & sausage Tacquito. Their burgers and fries are always fresh and hot too. Great service. Love their burgers. Once you've had a Whataburger you will crave them whenever you think about burgers. Try them if you have never had a Whataburger and you will see what I am talking about.

Always love the mustard burgers here. The place was hopping. The management on staff was in the thick of things, expediting the drive through, communicating with every staff member, and offering kudos on jobs well done to the front counter staff as well as to grill staff. She earns top honors!

Went inside to order the new banana pudding shake. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and courteous. And the shake was very delicious. Would definitely recommend this shake.

The manager the afternoon of 6/23/19 was by far the most polite man. He not only walked someone to their car with an umbrella but also took my mother and I to the front door as well while braving the down pour. Service and food was also excellent but he definitely went above and beyond.

I don’t eat a ton of fast food but it’s been a long day and I wanted Whataburger. This location was on my way home so I stopped. It was exceptionally clean and the staff was incredibly nice. The service was better here than at many regular restaurants, but especially fast food restaurants! There was joy in the building with the crew members singing and speaking to one another like they were having fun. How refreshing!

This visit, I only got a drink, but as always, and the reason I chose Whataburger, is because they are always amazing. This particular location is not one I usually go to, I was on that side of town for business, but they did not disappoint. Clean and well maintained exterior. Paint appears fresh, parking lot is smooth, without potholes, and spaces are clearly marked. The interior was clean and managed. I was greeted right away and my order, quickly accomplished. The ladies room was clean and well stocked. What's not to love?

Always speedy fast delivery and I've never left with the wrong things or the things I didn't order. Even the little things they make sure they put in the bag super friendly service and I'm so grateful they're around the corner :) just adding this in...I picked up some food about a week ago and a couple of the burgers were wrong but it's probably bc I had A LOT of substitutions.... I work nights and stop by here for pick-up orders and the drive thru around 4:00 am some mornings after work. The food has always been prepared fairly quickly for it being that time of night and my order hasn't been wrong. The staff is also friendly.

I am a nightshift bartender and this is my only stop on the way home, amazing people and service in the middle of the night (usually 4-5 in the morning) I've worked food service before and I am just so happy I can have amazing staff feed me every other night. 10/10 recommend the night staff to all of my friends and family (of course they aren't awake for it) I love you guys so much and thank you so much for great service and the oddest hours of the night!

I love me some whataburger. This one can be hit or miss, usually good though. Catch that british lady manager working, they're on point on those nights.

I went through the drive-through and got a really great breakfast from this Whataburger. I had not really tried the breakfast options before and was headed out of town with a friend so we grabbed a couple of items for breakfast that we could eat in the car. I got the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit which was very satisfying. The sandwich was hot and was put assembled in a way that made it easy to eat in the car. The sausage was well flavored and the biscuit was perfectly cooked. I also tried a bite of the honey chicken biscuit which was also very good, but I think it would be a little harder to eat this one cleanly in the car. The service at the drive-through was very friendly and it did not take much time at all for us to get our meal and be on the way.

We've had a couple of rude employees, but they may have been having a rough day. There have been very nice employees as well. Knowing how hard Whataburger employees work from having a parent who worked there, I try to be understanding when they are struggling. It is an older Whataburger with a small drive-thru, but they're pretty quick.

I still love Whataburger, but if you're the 3rd person in line at this drive-through, you could start and finish an entire netflix series before you get your food. Whataburger is slower than most other chains, but this location takes it to a whole new level. The food is still fantastic, 4 stars is just because of the slowness.

This is a good location 👌. Like most whataburgers they are slow, but the food is fresh. On this occasion they didn't put the unsalted fries I ordered in the bag. Ive learned to check before leaving and caught it. I got back in the drive through line and it took a while but they made it right.

We ordered a grilled chicken combo and a Sweet and Spicy Burger combo. It took nearly 30 minutes to get our order. I know it takes 8-10 minutes for the chicken to cook, not 30 minutes. Well, they must have made my son's burger and let it sit til my food was done because when we finally got our food, my son's burger wasn't hot. I asked the for the manager. I told her what happened and she went and made his burger fresh and hot. The employees were all friendly and polite.

We go here pretty frequently usually after midnight. Food is always made fresh, the night crew is always friendly and quick. They even know I get spicy ketchup and my significant other gets regular. Once there were a lot of people and service was a tad slower then normal but they still were super efficient.

As usual the burger place was slammed. A long long line but it went surprisingly quickly. I had onion rings - super good, but my salad- omg amazing. It was fresh and crisp and the chicken was delicious on it they made it exactly how I asked and it hit the spot. I was impressed.. thanks guys.

Ive gone here a handful of times and prefer this location over the Rufe Snow location. The service is always great and the people generally seem to enjoy being there. The food is usually great too. But the coffee!! Lord have mercy, its awful. With sugar. With creamer. Without anything. Awful. Against my better judgment I always order it hoping it will be better....no... its never better. Haha. It use to be great! Fingers crossed it will get better soon. Over all. Good location!

Pretty fast location considering it's Whataburger. Outdated technology for the drive thru though so be sure to speak loudly and clearly and ask them to repeat the order. Food is always on point though and the employees are nice and courteous.

Good location food was made quickly drive through line late night is always quick and easy. Customer service was certainly up to par and standards of other locations I have visited in the past. As a Texas "staple" the food is worthwhile fast and easy on a person's pocket-book and becomes a reliable and useful option for feeding the family on a days travel. It's my opinion some interior designs should get revamped for a more modern feel but Texas certainly has a way of sticking with its Values and keeping things classic.

Sodas are always flat, the sweet tea is not very sweet. Their pies are not sweet, like they used to be. When they have any available. Cinnamon rolls are almost always under cooked. And the few times they ask if I want to use my rewards. They say I can't. Because "of the time of day". Hopefully they can get these issues fixed at their N.R.H. locations. Time will tell...

On my last visit - at 3:30 AM I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes behind two other cars. I'm not sure if the folks in the first car (large white pickup) ordered something exotic (maybe a chicken sandwich) or maybe just a lot of food. I never saw large numbers of items passing from the window to the car but I didn't have the heart angle. At any rate, it was kind of frustrating. The service people seem nice and they got my order right (it took less than two minutes once I reached the window) so it all ended happy. If it was a large order maybe they should ask those folks to pull around and bring their order out to them instead of blocking the drive though?

The food was good. My only issue with this location is that, I ordered orange juice but it looked like it had been left out of the fridge for sometime and it had began to separate. When I asked for it to be replaced with another one, it looked the same way. I then asked to just get a soda instead and the drive-thru cashier proceeded to ask me, "what's wrong with it?" in a rude tone. I told her what was wrong and she started to rebuttal my reasoning for not wanting the juice and I interrupted her to inform her that I've been working in food service over 20 years and I know there's something wrong with that oj. At that time, she gave me the soda that I asked for as a replacement. As a customer, I should not have been questioned for changing my mind. Besides, I was charged extra for the orange juice and I didn't ask to be refunded the difference but still got attitude from the cashier. That is not good for service.

I ordered grilled chicken on my salad because I am allergic to gluten. Unfortunately, they put fried chicken with breading on my salad. Since I was visiting my mom in the hospital, I couldn't go back. I was so disappointed that my dinner was ruined. They made it right the next day, but they should have gotten it right the first time. I did check the receipt and it said grilled. 😞

I came here late through the drive through, and got home with the wrong burger. I had to drive back, and they corrected their mistake. That's not the first time my order was wrong though.

if you like hamburgers that are mostly bread, Whataburger would be the place for you. they need to switch to a smaller bun or a bigger Patty if you ask me.

Front desk got attitude cause I am deaf and I ask to write pen/paper.. Mgr ignore and I go ahead pay, charge me $10.27 and why its so high, was month ago. So, I go other whataburger charge low..$9.95 notice mine receipt. Also, will report to HQ.. ASAP.

Great service and clean dining area, however this location routinely screws me on my "whatasizing." Tonight, for instance, my girlfriend got more fries in her regular order than I got in my large. Fries were really cold, like they hardly even cooked them and pulled them out of the fridge cold 🍟😐 For a slow location, you'd think they could make fresh fries for the low volume of customers without hassle, nope! I had to go to another location to get some replacement fries, terrible shame.

We came for an early lunch today, and as we walked up to the register we saw this woman being so aggressive, and degrading to her employee. Then she turned right around and gave us the fakest greeting. I seriously considered telling her that I would rather go somewhere else then listen to someone be so ugly to her employee. Normally at whataburger the staff seem to be happy and just enjoying each other. This seemed like everyone was miserable because of this one manager. Come to find out she’s the general manager. Her name is Tara. I accidentally threw my receipt away so I couldn’t do the survey. Food was decent, but the utter lack of respect for your employees was a hard no for me. Do better Whataburger.

The service is always very slow. It took me about 20 minutes just to get two drinks, which is consistently the experience. Everytime I try again, I think, "It's been awhile, surely they've improved their system by now" and "It's not busy at all, surely they can get my drink order ready quickly." The convenience of the only nearby drivethru is not worth the wait. Future self: quit being lazy and walk into the gas station.

I really like Whataburger. This store on Saturday 8/6/22 was terrible. The meat patties were not hot. The cheese was not melted. Buns soggy. I knew there was a problem when they brought my food out just a few seconds after I sat down. This location has gotten worse.

Whoever the manager is (i assume the guy in the vertical stripe grey collared shirt) at 12:30 AM, he has a serious attitude problem. I had no issues with my food, but watching the way he talks to customers, Albeit ignorant customers, is incredibly rude. He is snappy, talks back, and overall talks in a consistently aggravated manner. This is a repeated behavior from multiple visits around 12 AM. One time I would have just ignored it, and chopped it up to him, having a bad night, but at this point, he is a real problem. If he treats customers like this, i can only imagine the way he treats his team members.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here to pick up food for my boss and our staff our order gets messed up. So much so, I expect it and claim a table just to have somewhere to check all the burgers and count all the fries. It takes too long and the mistakes are just ridiculous. For instance: my boss wanted their new Swiss and mushroom burger. When I checked the burger, there were NO MUSHROOMS. But I had definitely payed for them! The staff was polite about it, but almost took 10 minutes to put mushrooms on a burger. So, since I live in the real world where no one has time to wait on something ridiculous like this, I will be going to a different Whataburger or maybe a completely different food chain. I just can’t stand it anymore.

Terrible accommodations for people with disabilities. Avoid this Whataburger at all costs. I’m disabled and couldn’t reach the card machine in the drive thru. Cashier wouldn’t take the phone to tap the machine for Apple Pay. Already had to go inside 3 times. This is my last time. I’ll be contacting a district manager for this accommodation issue. RIDICULOUS!

Got a burger here today. They didn’t put Mayo on it like I asked, but it was no big deal because I had ketchup so I wasn’t going to complain. 30 minutes after eating the burger I got very dizzy and nauseous. Worst place! I have given it a good chance gone a few times thinking maybe it would get better, No. They are the slowest place on earth the employees manager included are more worried about their own conversations then getting their guest out in a timely manner . They don't put silverware in the bag even when you order pancakes. They had you the drinks covered in soda, and they are rude when you asks them to wipe it off . Every trip we’ve made over the last few months has been worse each time. From forgetting condiments (that have to be paid for) to today where we checked in for a pick up and sat for 30 minutes. After calling we were finally brought our meal which then had cold fries and were told to wait even longer for our drinks (two sodas and two shakes). So after 35 minutes we left with 1 soda, 2 shakes, cold fries, and luke warm burgers. When I called to report this I was only offered the solution of returning to the restaurant to have the fries remade and pick up the missing drink. But of course I’m not doing that after already waiting 30 minutes in the parking lot earlier. A partial refund of some sort should have been possible since everything was purchased through the app. So disappointing and we will definitely go out of our way to drive to the north Tarrant location moving forward. Edit: After actually unwrapping my burgers and feeling how cold they were, I did drive back to have the meals remade. They remade them without much fuss but I will continue to avoid this location based on my more recent, bad, experiences.

First off..I didn't want to give a star to this place but you have to. For years it has been good, no problem, but lately it has been the worst. The employees are rude, horrible customer service including the manager herself. They were playing loud music and all you hear is F*** every 2 seconds. Maybe it is better at different times of the day but either way. They either need new people or new training and a new manager. Fries were ice cold and very chewy, like they had been sitting for a long time. Will be going to a different location for sure.

They also cut breakfast off at 11, no matter if you have been waiting in line for 10 minutes or not - this has happen more than once! So much for good customer service.

Bad bad bad. Rude staff. Wrong orders Never, never, never again at this location. Got a drive thru order on June 14 @ 9:00pm and got stuck till 9:45pm. Because they messed up my order repeatedly. Before I could drive away, the staff at the window took my food back and told me to pull over to curbside number 1. After waiting for 20 minutes someone came out and delivered me another wrong order. After another 10 minutes the delivery runner came and gave my burgers without the fries. He told me he got me everything. Had to get down and asked for my fries inside. But as soon as I went inside one staff casual walked from the kitchen and told me that they were making me fresh fries even before I said a word. How did he know that I didn’t get my fries? Do they deliver the burgers and the fries separately? Had to wait for a bother 10 minutes inside the store. I wasted a good 45 minutes and when I asked for cheese for the burgers the staff member with a name tag Allison was very rude and on top of that she charged me $2.71 for the cheese. Avoid this location. Very rude staff.

At least half the time we don't get Picante with our order, and when we do we are lucky if we get 1 per breakfast item. They often don't provide straws or cutlery. The last few times I've ordered pancakes they haven't given any butter or syrup, and this most recent order the sausage was clearly not cooked (it was soggy, barely lukewarm, and hadn't been browned). Do NOT get breakfast from this location at least. Don't know how they do at other times of day.

Terrible service. We were there for 30 mins and all we ordered was a shake some fries a pie and a Biscuit. Only one other car was there so they weren’t busy. When we complained about the wait we were told biscuits take that long to cook. When we finally got out everything was cold and soggy. There’s so many Whataburger around - just skip this one and go to one that knows what’s up.

The drive through takes priority over inside to go orders. If you are in a hurry, don’t go inside. 10 cars came though and got their food while I was waiting on 4 biscuit sandwiches for 15 minutes. The food should be made in the order it was ordered.

With a full team, you can still expect your order to be 10-15 minutes late from the latest pickup time and wrong. Don't expect the extras you paid for. As a former manager for fast food, this is not the place to go. There is no flow. It's time to retrain the night staff. Is it really hard to double check an order? Seriously, come on.

Fries taste like they are not fresh. Like they have been re dipped into the oil so when they bring it out it’s hot and fresh. Which it ain’t. 2nd I ordered a sweet and spicy burger with no mustard and still got mustard on it even though they pulled me up to take their time to make my food and still got it wrong. As a manager from a fast food place this ain’t it.
