Had vegetarian burrito bowl and grilled chicken bowl. Chipotle is the go to place while you are on the road. The quality, quantity is pretty good for the price. We were in San Antonio and were pretty hungry at the end of our day wanted to try out the local diners but they were way to expensive for simple foods near the river walk and around the major destination to visit. There were lot of people so please order ahead.

I’ve eaten at Chipotles throughout the United States. This location was by far hands down the absolute best food quality I’ve ever had. There were nice garnishes on the chicken and steak, the rice was fresh, the beans were seasoned with magic. :) The chips had a perfect amount of salt on them and the service was friendly. Give it a shot if you’re in San Antonio.

Solid service with a smile and great tasting food. Every worker I interacted with was professional and seemed happy to be serving me. Went around noon on a Wednesday expecting the line to be out the door (like every other Chipotle I've been to) but walked right up to the counter. Very fine Chipotle location from my experience.

Great location near the Alamo. Amazing service. They served our 40 kids with parents and teachers quickly. We ended up taking every seat and had some standing, but the food and service was fabulous.

Always good, always delicious and the staff here are great! They keep a clean dining room and any issues I may have had are always addressed graciously and speedily. The only thing that irks me is the "bathroom code" but it is downtown so, eh, understandable.

My husband and I took our daughter and her friends downtown SA. They wanted chipotle so we had lunch there. Great customer service. Place was kinda messy and nit alot of seating.

Thursday June 16 , 2022 8:00 pm I fell in love with the young lady who created my master piece burrito. I had her double wrap it just like I wanted to double wrap my arms around her and embrace her for the work of art she passed down that line. What is love some people ask? I found it here for work in San Antonio at a chipotle watching the “god” burrito be created. Maybe this burrito will help Ukraine? Maybe it will bring world peace I'm not sure but I know a piece of my heart now resides at this chipotle. To my darling artist I love you and to love you must let love go and if it’s true it will come back around. Chipotle is my go-to for a quick, tasty meal!! Fresh ingredients, big portions, and endless ways to customize your bowl. It’s fast, flavorful, fresh and feels way better than Cava and any other typical fast food. My 5 year old is also a big fan.

Something to keep in mind as an out of towner is that there is no easy parking here. I did have to bag my own food and wait to be checked out, but the service was good and pleasant. The food here tasted different than any other chipotle I have ever eaten at, and it wasn't my favorite, but the food was still edible.

TLDR: order online ahead of time and you'll be fine Customer service from the workers was great! Unfortunately, you can tell this location gets overwhelmed during the normal dining hour due to its central downtown location in the middle of all the tourist stuff (*note - if you're driving here, expect parking to be difficult and drop someone off and loop around until you can pick them up). Walkable from the alamo etc. They were out of half the stuff when I went there. The line inside took like 20 mins, not bc the line was too long, but bc they seemed to have so many online orders to take care of, they had to juggle the walk-in customers. So, if you are able to, I'd recommend ordering online.

The atmosphere and service was pretty good, and the workers were friendly. However, the food quality was lower compared to my other visits at Chipotle in the past. NOTE: If your looking to access it from the mall, dont go outside toward Alamo Plaza. Theres a hallway going down to right near the chipotle inside the mall.

The food was good, I mean it's chipotle, you either like it or don't. The staff was great, only downside is the restaurant lobby is tiny, it is down town so expected but not fun having people stare you down while you eat, hoping to get your table the second you are done

I stopped-in recently after a long flight and was just looking for a quick bite after my arrival in San Antonio. I must have caught this Chipotle on a bad day. When I arrived to order my food, they told me they were out of both types of beans, corn, cheese, and guacamole. Not sure how this became the case on a Friday evening when the place was empty? The food I did order was okay, but it certainly wasn't the same with all of these ingredients missing. I'm giving 3-stars because the staff were kind about it and made sure to make the deficits known before I ordered my burrito bowl.

Average experience at chipotle. Nothing to brag about, the staff was super friendly like other chipotles I have been too. The dining area was a mess because the trash cans aren’t visible. So people were just leaving the trash/ trays on the tables. Also the place is on a busy corner and connected to the mall yet the dining area is built for how busy the location is. Very crammed seating arrangements. Upon checkout the cashier kept trying to charge me for guacamole and extra meat even though I told her that’s not what I got. I physically had to open my bowl and show her. They need a bigger space and visible garbage cans. Definitely not a restauranteur location

I ate there three times while I was in San Antonio. Almost made it a fourth. Their food prep could use some work. The one time I went in they were basically out of all of the meats so i left. A couple other times I went in and they were out of two or three that I wanted. They're guac also does not look or taste fresh. It was borderline brown most of the time I went in there. Once when it looked okay I got it and it was not great.

This girl had me waiting for 3-4 min til the cook started helping she shooed him out the way giggling no apology nothing the she throws a ton of rice with the smallest amount of chicken ive ever gotten. When i asked for lil more chicken she said id charge you double. The attitude an portions is gonna be the reason I stop coming here. 11$ dollars for bad service an a rice tortilla basically. Tomatoes full spoon but chicken is half a spoon. Spend your money elsewhere guys.

One time I came in around 9:30. It was fairly busy and as I was finally up for my order and it was as if the the young lady taking my order was heavily annoyed with me. I struggled getting my order to her because I had ordered chicken and she said they didn't have any. I then asked how long the wait would be and she said 20 minutes. I then asked for steak and she sighed and scooped up barely any of it. I wanted to ask for more but her attitude was disgusting. There was another time at this location where I ordered online. When I picked up the burrito the bag wasn't dropped or tarnished on the way home, however upon opening that classic chipotle silver wrapping, a mangled up burrito lay waiting for me to devour. I was fed up so here I am writing this review. This location is absolutely unacceptable. A sad excuse of a chipotle. (Chipotle is my favorite restaurant).

I was in San Antonio for business. I went to this location twice. Being gluten-free Chipotle is usually a safe option. my first visit, the staff was decent, and food was what you would expect from Chipotle. The interior had a wall that looked like a temporary construction wall. However, I think it's permanent, and the restaurant was not as clean as it should be. Two days later on Saturday night I went again at the dinner break from my meetings, this time they were out of all meats, place was filthy and the line waiting was beginning to grow out the door. Several customers were complaining to the manager about problems with orders and were being given lame excuses. I would think a restaurant within a quick walking distance of the convention center would be equipped for surges at lunch or dinner when events are going on. This location could do much better.

Writing as a former chipotle associate not a customer, I came in like 30 minutes ago, 3 stars because the food was good, the first guy that helped me was nice and the location was clean. 2 missing stars because the second girl that helped me clearly doesn’t like her job, I did what she does for almost 3 years with a smile on my face. No one is forcing you to work here sweetie.

I came in today and I come often and no issues other than one of the workers I assume he’s the manager since how cocky he is I asked for my receipt because they failed to do so they gave me someone else’s copy I wasn’t able to earn point for my account everything felt very rushed as I was paying the white male at the register was taking the person next to me when I haven’t even finished my transaction. Staff here is very tight not even polite very strait forward.

Really small places with not enough chairs. No ramp for strollers/ wheelchairs to get to the counter. Around the construction zone without mall entrances. Other than that, employees are knowledgeable and food well prepared

This location was 5-star when it opened like 5 years ago, but management changes resulted in this location's quality nosediving. Not sure what happened, but after one too many instances stale tortillas and cold ingredients that are supposed to be hot, I haven't dined at this location ... since before COVID.

They need to fix their app. If you accidentally order from a different location there’s no way to fix it except cancelling it and getting a refund that would take up to 3-5 business days to get the money back in to the account. It makes it really inconvenient for the user. Because it takes more money from the customers account. Something that should be an easy fix makes the app experience potentially a nightmare. This has happened to me twice already since using the app for years now and I can’t stand that feature. Now I’m out $10 for 3-5 business days. So frustrating

Me and my gamily where very hungry and we decided to eat at this place. The restaurant was not clean. The floor was kind of glitchy.... The food was ok but due the fact that the restaurant was not clean I didn't want to find out how the kitchen was looking like.

On 8/21/2023, we had asked for extra protein portion on a to go order, and got home only to realize that we didn’t get the extra portion only to be assessed $6 I go today on 8/23/2023 for another to go order and literally asked the to go order girl with glasses that “hey last time , y’all didn’t add the extra protein portion, and she gave me an 833 # to call. We get home only to find out that the same girl didn’t add our chips and guac.” We call the restaurant back and she said she bagged it. I’m not in the business of making up fake errors for the sake of free food, but cmon man. Your food is slightly higher than most take out places and you’re gonna drop the ball with little mistakes that result in poor customer satisfaction. She put me on hold only to no never come back. Moral of this review is do yourself a favor and check the go order before you leave to avoid missing items.

They were lacking ALOT of ingredients when we got there. Most protein options weren't available. All the toppings were not available. We were in a pinch and needed to get food, it was late maybe 30min before their closing but very busy. The employees did not attempt to be friendly or happy to be there.

Food is alright but they are extremely stingy they give a quarter of a scoop and when I asked for a bit more cause ian paying for that little n she looked at me with disgust and got less then a tip . They give very little food even if the store is about to close. Also one of the workers eyes are to spread apart I cant tell who she's looking at

There are flies almost everywhere, I get it, its in the middle of the street and there is food, there are also proper steps to take to ensure that does not happen. Then as I am ordering my food, I guess the attendant did not hear me clearly and INSISTED that I ordered two, I simply said "no I said one" he was persistent in saying that was not what I said. As someone who works downtown with a food establishment in my job I really see no excuse. Where is management, I mean, looking at the reviews I cant be the only one.

Went during San Japan, a little late in the evening. Got 2 bowls, was told angrily about several missing options for bowl. Tall white dude was sighing and expressing genuine distaste with being there while wildly throwing WAY too much corn and hot sour cream on top of the bowl. They waited until the bowl reached the end to angrily say they were out of lettuce. Went home with basically sour cream soup that leaked through the container. Need to have a talk with the tall white dude about customer service skills especially at the end of your shift. You don't get to just slack off because you're out of items or getting off work soon. I know the work is rough and tiring, but you're at work, you represent the company. Even when you are shorthanded, out of supplies, and about to clock out. If you can't handle those basic responsibilities, her a better job man.

Normally I love Chipotle! I go to mine frequently! I was there visiting and went there for dinner one night about 7:30 and the service was OK, the workers seemed they did not want to be there. The food did not taste the best, and they were out of a couple of items!! When I go visit there again, I most likely won't go back to this chipotle!

Received a standard Chipotle burrito and enjoyed it, but the restaurant was absolutely disgusting. During my 20 minute meal, only one other customer came in to order. The 4 employees stood gossiping behind the counter while every table was covered in leftover food, floors were disgusting, and trashcans were overflowing. Get your burrito to go from this location and enjoy it somewhere on the Riverwalk.

Stopped here for dinner during a shift and can say, my coworkers and I were thoroughly disappointed. When we walked in the staff tell us they’re only taking online orders, no problem. We proceed to order via the app and I can now understand why they were only taking online orders. The staff was slow, trash cans overflowing, multiple tea containers empty and the guacamole was a grayish brown. My coworker actually saw the manager leave a cash bag unattended at a register because they forgot their key to the register. When we arrived back at our work location with the food (approximately 8/10ths of a mile away) my coworker’s order was missing an item he paid for. I don’t eat at Chipotle often and this visit will only reinforce that. Avoid this location.

My husband ordered a chicken burrito and was given half spoonful and when he asked for a little more, the lady in red hair alerted him it was going to be extra. My husband hadn’t ate all day so he decided to continue on his order but I preferred not to order from them. Very stingy on their portions. Their food line also did not look as fresh. Not to mention the four tables that were available for eating were all dirty. Avoid this location.

The manager at this store was being completely rude to an employee and kept making snarky remarks at the employee. I could tell the employee was new and all of the customers there were being patient, but the manager just kept saying things to make the employee nervous. I don't know what kind of training this store does but it appears to me that it's the manager that needs training on how to be professional and how to treat employees. The treatment of this manager was completely uncalled for and I hope something is done about this. No one should go to work and have to deal with this kind of disrespect.

I came in and ordered the burrito with shredded cheese. They said they we’re out. That’s fine. They had plenty of cheese in the pick up only line but since I didn’t order pick up they said I couldn’t have any. I proceeded to cancel my order and order it off the app. She waited 10 minutes before making my new order.

The worst service one can get. I went on 12/31/23 around 7:30 pm. I politely asked for water cup while I was paying for food. The cashier told me that to me that the water fountain is not working and I left the counter. When I saw other customers after me with water cup-I went again to the counter to request for water cup and the cashier again told that it’s not working just to satisfy her ego of previously saying no and rudely replied- “I don’t need to give you” infront of other customers . I felt disappointed at the service and the way customers are treated . later another person working there came to me as provided the cup for water.I would highly recommend not to visit that chipotle even if you are hungry .

Today I was at this store. The attendant did the bowl with ingredients I didn't ask for. I realized that when the cashier charged me a different price. When she explained the price I Told her it wasn't what I oder. She called the manager. She wanted me to pay regardless of their mistake. She said the attendant was a trainee and made a mistake but she wanted me to pay anyway. Absolutely nonsense!! That type of manager with no clue of customer service is what ruins any store!!!

Out of both rice options and chicken at 9:30 which is an hour and a half before they close at a major downtown district. States it would be about 30 minutes until they were able to have some cooked. Horrible supply management

The staff was extremely rude and serving at their own whim, they did not have lettuce, black bean, fajitas and they did not even attempt to make it again and the portion of chicken served was less and when asked I was told I will charged extra! Brown rice was under cooked, the mild salsa was just chopped Tomato with nothing else!! I wish I had gone to some other place my holiday got ruined :( we came in at 9:15pm 45minutes before closure

Rip off & Terrible customer service. They charged extra for a normal stake bowl. I asked why there is extra fees they said we told you which they never did. Also, there were no EXTRA stake they just ripped me off.

I came here on my lunch break, my coworker had hair in his chipotle bowl, the customer service was very rude and unprofessional I witnessed a worker tell a older lady “wait” after she asked one question. Definitely not a way to run a business especially downtown worst experience ever!!

We are visiting the river center for a conference, and decided to order food through the Chipotle app on Tuesday night. The order did not have our chips and Queso or chips and Guacamole when delivered, and the delivery driver went back to get the chips and they refused to let him in (well before closing) and told him through the door that they were out of chips, so we wouldn’t be getting what we ordered. It was very clear on the receipt that we were charged for the 2 orders. We have reached out several times to this location to get a refund for the items we did not receive and no one will return our calls. Additionally, we tried to visit for lunch on Wednesday during our break from our conference. It was noon on a Wednesday. The front doors were locked and we could see several staff members sitting in chairs in the dining room staring at us as we tried to open the doors. I’m not sure who manages this store or who the proprietor is, but this location lost THOUSANDS of dollars by closing their doors for this particular lunch rush. Very disappointed, and will be telling all others I encounter at this conference not to spend their money at this store.

The absolute worst. If you order food through the Chipotle app for delivery from this store, your order will, without a doubt, be wrong. The first time I got delivery, it was perfect - accurate, quick. Since then, I've had the wrong meat, missing ingredients and today - no steak in my steak bowl. No meat of any sort. Defeats the purpose of the meal. Sincerely, 30 weeks pregnant, $20 down the drain and still in need of lunch. Thanks, Chipotle.

The quality and portion at this location had been constantly declining. I had been ordering from this location for about 1 yr now. bowls come half empty, 80% rice and bits and pieces of other ingredients. you can literally count the number of the pieces of meat as there are so few of them. I've brought up this concern to their manager a couple of times in March-April but it's just getting worse. I would recommend going to other chipotle locations.

Got food poisioning from this location. Ate chicken bowl and chips and salsa. Restaurant was horrible. There was trash and food all over tables, chairs, and on floor. No soap in bathroom. No napkins in entire restaurant. They ran out of soda and all drinks at soda fountain. Asked employee for cleaning wipes or spray and napkins and told me they have none. F grade!

Worst customer service ever! Couldn’t use restroom until I paid for food. There were six of us ready to eat. Said I was going to eat but needed to change kids out of competition clothes first. They said I needed to pay first. Sent my daughter to get an bowl and they had nothing to serve. No chicken, steak or carnitas. Useless location and employees.

I would give zero stars if I could for the way employees treated us there . I went there with my family for dinner, and the rice was completely raw. The three ladies working there were extremely rude. Thankfully, I threw my food away—if I had eaten it, my whole family could have ended up with a bad stomach ache. Never experienced such a rude customer service ever in my life.

If i could go no stars i would. In law asked for restroom and was told it was only for customers. Assured her we were ordering food and said they need to see receipt and we ignored it and just started ordering. When we were ordering we asked another gentlemen once again for the restroom and finally gave us the code to go in. Restrooms were very filthy and asked for the manager to notify them and they started telling us again that they were only for customers but yet we were ordering food. We stood in line trying to forget about it and i guess they didn't realize we were with them and they kept talking about my in laws. I tried ignoring it and they kept going at it till i couldn't take it anymore. I just told them that they were still talking bad about my in laws and that we didn't want the food anymore and walked out.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The employee only gave half scoops of everything and was extremely rude after messing up our orders MULTIPLE TIMES. They had horrible attitudes and were muttering under their breath while we were ordering, after THEY made mistakes. I've never left a review before but this was infuriating. It also did not taste right.

My spouse and I came in thinking that we were going to get something to eat like any other time we go to a chipotle restaurant. As soon as we came in we had to wait to get someone to help us when it was bunch of employees sitting around. A young lady finally came and right away showed an attitude towards us. I was very surprised that even though we didn't say a word she was upset about having to take the order. I asked why she was upset if that was her job then she became more mad. At that point, I requested to have someone else make our food. A lady also upset approached me saying that she was the manager and immediately said "you do not have to eat here" she said it like 4 times as I was trying to let her know that treating customers like that is very wrong. I told her that we wanted to eat there but didn't want an upset employee making our food. Then instead of apologizing for it, she rudely stated that she was refusing service to us and asked us to leave the restaurant. I was in shock about the whole thing because I have never experienced something like this. We left the restaurant and told her that I was going to reach out to corporate about this. She said she didn't care. Also, the restaurant was very dirty really bad vibe in there.

Absolutely a joke, stay away if you have any respect for yourself. Rude staff and were missing half the menu items, they turned away two ladies in front of me. When I asked for a kids meal I was told they don’t have a tortilla so it would be considered a bowl!?? That makes 0 sense, to the associates that worked the might of July 5th go find a job where you hide in a box and don’t interact with people. Some common sense would go a long way when you don’t have half the items on your menu.

I was there around noon where I was ordering food and this lady was on her cellphone while close to the food while also wearing her gloves and not changing her gloves at all. If that isn’t unsanitary then idk what is. I did ask for her and the managers name and her name was lily while the managers name was Presley because she was standing there watching the employee doing these unsanitary things.

Clearly the folks who work don’t give a damn about the customers. The manager was having a power trip when I pointed out that she missed a quesadilla in the order. That was enough for her to cancel my already packed orders. I was there with my family, the behavior was downright disrespectful and demeaning. Chipotle should update their customer facing training programs for such busy locations. It didn’t look like a one off incident either. Never returning.

Dining room is disgusting! Filthy. No where clean to sit and eat. The workers are sitting around on their phones. No one seems interested in cleaning up the store. Disgusting.

Absolutely horrible. I went there while I was out of town for a conference and had the most disrespectful experience ever. I went there to get a burrito and there wasn't a lot of chicken left except some barbecue-sweet type of chicken. I told the lady making it that I wanted to wait for the regular chicken to come out and instead of respecting my wishes, put the chicken that I asked her not to on it. I really wish that I would argued. But being so tired I just let it go. But that disrespect is absolutely insane. What if I was allergic to it? Do they just willingly make your food against your wishes here? 0/10 experience.

Staff here seems to have absolutely no problem with very egregious and obvious cross contamination between their various food items. If you have any dietary restrictions or any desire not to consume food that you have not selected or requested this is not the place for you. When confronted about cross contamination I was told that no attempt would be made to prevent “food dripping into other food.” So you’re plain white rice or black beans might have chunks of steak or chicken in it. It’s One thing if it happened accidentally, but they were literally intentionally using the same utensils between food items. This was clearly management and not a line employee. So bad food safety top down

When you order on the app for pickup, they dont do it right and the price is different. When I was pregnant I ordered sometimes here but no protein (chicken or meat at all) it made me nauseous. One time I ordered and I TOLD THEM WHAT I WANT, and the stupid question "sure no protein or anything else?"....if i wanted it, I would have say it. They make you pay for guacamole extra in the store, but not on the app and I always got the same. Then when you asked for extra portion, it feels like they put even more less on there on purpose and always had to get it renewed. One time I even did get a whole different order too...like y'all dont wanna work right? But yeah tables are dirty always and it barely look clean there. Haven't ate Chipotle in 2 years now and im glad I didnt, after seeing all the comments and pictures...no more

Absolutely the worst experience ever! The staff extremely rude. Locked the doors so nobody could get in because they were not “ready” so they closed up and put a sign on the door and closed. Then once they were “open” they were nothing but ugly and rude and did not want to serve the customers. The owner should really be aware of what is going on at their establishment because it’s a shame.

This location seems to prioritize mobile and online orders over walk-in customers. Only one employee was helping people in line while another focused on online orders, even though there were about 10 people waiting and no one picking up those orders. That’s unacceptable. Portions were also very small. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for years, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I placed a pickup order as usual, but when I arrived, all street parking was blocked off due to construction. I was forced to use a parking garage that cost me over $5 out of pocket, and Chipotle refused to validate the receipt. On top of that, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive when I asked about it. To make matters worse, my order was cold even though I arrived right at the time it said it was ready. This is unacceptable customer service, especially for loyal customers who have supported this location for years. Between the unnecessary expense, the unprofessional staff, and the poor quality of the food, I will be rethinking whether I return to this Chipotle in the future.

Honestly the worst Chipotle experience ever, the employees there get annoyed for asking a simple question about the food options. They shove your food down the row before you're even done picking out everything and then get mad and throw the utensils just for asking to add something else. I eat weekly at Chipotle, but first time at this location. I would definitely avoid.

Young lady serving the line yelled at places her hand in my face saying We can not order fresh meat. The manager on duty said she is not allowed to give out her name and she was just as Rude. Since I can’t submit a complaint about my online order directly, I wanted to share my recent experience with this location. Unfortunately, DoorDash automatically defaults to this store, and for the past three orders, my food has been incorrect every single time. I strongly encourage the General Manager to work with staff on carefully reading and double-checking online orders—especially those placed through delivery platforms like DoorDash. Customers expect a smooth and accurate experience, and it’s frustrating when we have to repeatedly follow up with DoorDash about restaurant mistakes. If this location is going to continue serving as an online ordering hub, accuracy and consistency should be a priority. It’s not just inconvenient—it affects the entire customer experience.

The most filthy Chipotle I have ever been to. Not a single clean table. All tables were filthy with dirty containers. Employee excuse is we have been busy. They did not want to clean a table for us. Employee handed me the towel and told me I could clean it myself. Ridiculous!

Horrible customer service!!! My family and I came in after my daughter’s band concert, and what a disappointment. We did not get greeted when we came in. Let’s just say we didn’t even get recognized when we entered. The staff was talking and acted as if we were not there. We waited a few minutes to see if they would take our order, and no one even looked at us. It was so disrespectful as a paying customer. My son then asked for a cup of water because we had walked from the Alamodome and was denied a cup of water. We walked out and did not attempt to even eat here.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Chipotle. As a vegetarian, I was very careful when ordering my bowl, specifically stating that I wanted only veggies, with no protein. However, when I started eating, I was horrified to find a piece of beef mixed in with the vegetables. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they made me wait for an unreasonably long time. After what felt like forever, they told me they had informed the manager but were still waiting for a response, and that there was nothing they could do in the meantime. This careless mistake completely ruined my day. I will never be eating at Chipotle again. The lack of attention to dietary preferences and poor customer service is unacceptable.

I was there with my mom on mother's day. Ordered food, they were out of salsa (for 2 days) I was told. Ordered a med drink because I like Mr. Pibs. When I went to get the Mr. Pibs, only soda water came out. I don't drink anything else there. I went up to the counter to let them know it was out. I was told to wait, then 5 minutes later, told they were out. So, I asked for a refund for my drink. The girl was puzzled so she got someone else. I told him I wanted a refund for the drink since they were out and I didn't like anything else. He asked me, "Did you use the cup?". I said "Of course I used the cup, how do you think I knew you were out of Mr. Pibs?" To which he replied, "I can't refund you since you used the cup." Now this would be funny if it wasn't true. I asked to speak to the manager. He identified himself as the manager. I asked his name, he refused to give it to me. I kindly pleaded with him to give me my refund and he kept saying he couldn't because I used the cup. I disputed the entire charge with my credit card company. Plus the place was filthy, and the guy was a duffus so I picked up my food and left. Oh ya, I left the "used" cup on the counter. Enjoy the pics.

Terrible. We arrived at approximately 8:00 pm she scrapped the queso blanco from the pan when my son ordered I asked if they had more she said that was it. He was still charged $5.30 for the queso. All of the food was cold we asked to have at least the queso heated up since we are staying at a nearby hotel without a microwave. The young lady asked the cook heat it up she then gives it back to us with bottom of the paper bowl burnt. I asked what happened she said the bottom was hot so she put the bowl inside of another bowl and they could not make more because they were too slow. This to me is unacceptable when you still have an hour before closing and customers wanting to order. So ridiculous I didn’t place an order for myself. ALL of the food was cold. I can’t believe we got this kind of service from Chipotle.
