We went for lunch and it was a delightful experience. We tasted excellent beef carpaccio and veal with tuna sauce. For starters, gnocchi with stracchino cheese and arugula pesto and chestnut crespelle were exceptional. The atmosphere and service were impeccable. Kudos to the two brothers who run the place.

A truly restorative lunch. Both for the stomach and the soul. Welcoming place and very attentive service. The chalkboard menu—which I imagine changes periodically—brings together excellent ingredients, local produce, and tradition. We opted for the traditional trio (bruschetta, vitello tonnato, and spinach flan) and their egg for an appetizer: spectacular. For the main course, venison and diaphragm slices. Both were delicious; personally, the bagna cauda on the sliced steak masked the flavor of the meat. I highly recommend it. And I hope to return one day.

I often go to this restaurant, mostly for lunch. The space, though modest, is well-organized, intimate, and welcoming. The interior is clean and well-heated. The menu offers a modest selection of dishes, some particularly rooted in Piedmontese tradition, but with a sophisticated touch that makes them delicious, beautiful, and contemporary. The service is very attentive; the waiter is always very kind, accommodating, and polite. I always love coming back; going here is now a guaranteed experience.

Small place but very well looked after in every aspect. It is located in the center of Borgo and about a hundred meters away there is a convenient car park. The cuisine is very refined and good. Typical dishes, fish and an oriental touch in some. Delicious and well presented dishes. The owners are very friendly and polite. Good choice of wines which are also served by the glass. There are only two of them but they do the job optimally and the wait isn't excessive. Care in the kitchen, in the presentation and in the restaurant. Prices appropriate to the quality. For non-Piedmontese, "gnun sens" means no sense. As far as I'm concerned, going to Borgo and not coming to this place makes no sense! Highly recommended.

It's been a while since I've written a review. Today, by chance, I stopped in Borgo San Dalmazzo and stumbled upon this restaurant. Professional welcome... the menu... everything to discover. Carefully prepared dishes with quality ingredients, wines from good cellars. If I have to say... good value for money, what can I say... I would recommend trying it... for me... excellent.

Gnun Sens Ristorantino in Borgo San Dalmazzo is a tiny, yet very comfortable and practical restaurant: the menu is written on a chalkboard on the wall and varies depending on the day and the available ingredients. The traditional dishes are intriguing and delicious. The service is friendly and attentive. I had the chestnut gnocchi with leeks and sausage, the chicken salad, and the buckwheat lasagna with toma cheese, potatoes, and cabbage. Everything was excellent. Highly recommended.

Already a popular restaurant under the previous management, located in the historic center. Excellent, refined cuisine, unconventional, made with quality ingredients and a vast selection of wines. The two brothers played their cards right, opening the restaurant in the midst of the pandemic, challenging fate. Reservations required!

Yesterday, Saturday, November 13th, we went to dinner at this small and welcoming restaurant. The menu was written on paper at the table, as well as on two chalkboards on the wall: decorative and charming! The promise is already good! And it's confirmed by the quality of the welcome, warm without being overbearing. The order was taken quickly, the appetizers arrived promptly, and they were... delicious! Fassina tartare, liver pâté, flan... First courses followed, followed by a second course, and desserts followed. The service was truly excellent. The dishes were all top-quality, and the portions were generous, offering excellent value for money! The evening was fantastic, and I highly recommend it. How wonderful to have a restaurant of this quality in Borgo San Dalmazzo, and one run by Giovanni to boot!
