Ordered on the app at 1:58 p.m. order was ready in 5 minutes. The burger was hot juicy and Delicious and the fries must have just came out of the hot oil fantastic the drink was cold clean and crisp as usual. Restaurant with clean as a whist. The employee I encountered was friendly five star experience all the way around.
Did the curbside, server was very polite n nice, offered us condiments.
I come here to do deliveries and sometimes pick up a little something for myself. The customer service is always great and no long wait to get your order. The food is always hot when I receive it and the establishment is always clean and immaculate.
This McDonald’s is run exactly how it should be! Queenie and her team do an amazing job—every time I come in, the restaurant is spotless, the staff is super friendly, and the food comes out hot, fresh, and fast. The music and atmosphere make it such a pleasant place to stop. Huge credit to the manager and her crew for setting the standard of what a McDonald’s experience should feel like.
Good when we got the grandkids and need something quick
Although yes only a McDonald's. But overall for what you'd expect from a chain, this location shows good service, hot food and is provided quickly with a thank you. So a bit better off then most McDonald's. Inside the store now, does need to be cleaned more often, but who really goes in to eat there..
The food was, of course, delicious. I ordered my meal to be delivered to my table. It was bagged and placed at the counter. I received it after an employee realized the mistake, 20 minutes later. They replaced my fries, but there were 2 nuggets missing, and I didn't get my drink.
Food is good Fry's aren't too fresh all the time but everything else is good
Story time - went thru drive thru forgot to order a coke. Went inside. Not to be greeted by the front staff including the manager who all just stood there at the registers. Finally Jailynn came and took my order. Very sweet I really appreciate you taking the time to take my order for a coke I forgot to order in drive thru.

Went through for dinner and had good friendly service all the way through from speaker to receiving my food. Mornings are hit or miss. I will say I almost always get a smile and pleasant attitude at the pick up windows no matter what time of day I go through.

I am usually not one to review places but the service my boyfriend and I have received in the past two times we came here has been appalling. Not only were the employees incredibly rude and short with us, but they got our order wrong. Would NOT recommend, just go to the Chick-fil-a next door! Guaranteed better service.
I delivery for door dash alot never have an issue, but the drive thru at the one off 31st Street by Chick-fil-A, horrible drive thru, the man staff got over whelmed and neglected one terminal for the outside, having CX beeping at each other. I even gave the employee a talking too, he then saw me and instead of being a man hid in the kitchen and I apologized to his female coworker who acted like she didn't care. How is it the female works can work the drive thru but the men can't? When a employee tells you who ing he's the only one in the drive thru there should be a manager pulling employee aside and either helping him out or discipline him. The employee is not new, so no reason to get hasty with the customer. I didn't scream or yell at him.because 8 CX made orders then bounced from the line in discust.
Like with anything in a customer service profession, it's how you carry yourself that makes the establishment welcoming. Granted it's not everyone in the restaurant and I get that situation can cause the mood of individuals. Having worked in customer service myself, not acknowledging (manners: greeting, etc.) customers take away from the experience. Then again this is McDonald's I'm talking about so maybe acceptable?
Went there Wednesday 10-29-2025 and was immediately disappointed they sold out of the monopoly pieces and I ordered a McCrispy and the bun was hard as a rock and the meat was kinda cold -10/10 Definitely Do not recommend

Ordered food through the app at 3:30am then proceeded to drive thru to be told we don't do mobile orders at this time. We are switching soon to breakfast. I said can I get breakfast. Sorry we aren't serving breakfast yet.. so no burgers or breakfast. What's the point of being open if you don't serve any food. Ridiculous and pathetic. Worse mcdonalds I've ever been to.. takes forever during the day to get your food. If you don't do mobile orders after a certain time then you should disable it.. takes forever to get refunded.
Never in my life have I’ve seen such insult tonight at this store. Y’all’s entitled employee and she knows who she is. Told me I had to wait at the speaker box even though I had an order waiting and since I didn’t wait and she acknowledge me before going to the window that I needed to go back around because I didn’t wait for her to acknowledge me. There is nothing on yalls website does it say anything like I just witnessed. Also the only McDonald’s that I’ve seen that makes you wait especially when you have a order that’s already paid for and ready to go forces people with orders to wait longer than usual to get their order. As long as that entitled employee is there I can’t recommend this specific store
I was just there, drive through order 1272, and ordered a double quarter pounder with no ketchup, extra mustard. It came out with extra ketchup on it so obviously the staff either doesn't know how to read orders or they are just incompetent. Every time I visit here I get my order messed up, even had my order thrown at me once. Phone is never picked up when you call and when that do the customer service is terrible.
Never hold the bar high for fast food in general, but this McD's really blew me away. Tried for breakfast at about 6:30, get told they are out of coffee... I wanted one of the iced coffees, so I'm pretty sure they were just being lazy. I ordered a simple breakfast sandwich, and they got it wrong. Didn't even bother going back in, went to chic fil a instead.
Awful service. I ordered on the app, an Iced coffee, that's it!! I watched my coffee sit on the counter for 15 minutes while I stood at the counter until a person walked up to me to ask what I wanted. No one announced my order was ready, I just saw it there, along with several other app orders just piling up. What a joke!
Waited in a little while in the DT and when it wasy turn to pay I provided the cashier with my debit that she took, swiped, and handed back to me with no "pull forward", "you're good" or any feedback. She just closed the window so I assumed go to the next window. When I get to the pick up window I am greeted but was asked for payment??? I stated I paid at the previous window to which the individual just shook her head at me and said "it didn't go through" so I respond why was I not told prior to driving forward and got a bewildered look. Do better and not waste people's time.

The staff is terrible tonight. The drive through attempted to give me the incorrect order and I informed the worker that it was not mine. I received my drinks and was instructed to go to the 'park' sign to wait for my cook to order. I waited for my order for about 30 minutes. I called the store and spoke with an unidentified worker. I advised that I was out in a pick up order where there was a window. She suggested driving around to get the food. I said I was at the window, she said they were understaffed to give me my food. I was astonished by what I heard. Getting food and walking to where I was requires a person who is dedicated. I drove around to retrieve my food from the drive through. I observed my food out in the open and I checked the fries and they were cold. I advised the worker about my fries and whether I can get the fresh fries. I had handed my bag of food back to the staff. I observed the employee rolling her eyes towards my direction. McDonalds employees were not committed enough to carry out their mission tonight.

Ordered food online and was on the way after we ordered our food and the canceled our order and came up with some excuse that the system canceled it ! And then they said our order would be refunded back to our card we waited a whole week and nothing ! Then they finally say well we will just give you the food because they know they were in the wrong ! What’s that saying “customer always right.” This McDonald’s needs some right employees and better management because man they sure do pop attitude with customers when it’s comes to a customers money especially if they spend a good amount of money and then they don’t get it back yeah they are going to be upset… but it’s your job “Management”to make sure you make the needs of a customer by any means necessary! … when we did get our food they still didn’t get the order right ! Never going back to this McDonald’s again this store right here needs some act right it’s ridiculous better management with better attitude! I will be going above the store until something is done !
Very understaffed and incredibly slow. You will sit in line for 20 minutes. The staff cheat the time clock by having customers wait in different areas. You will be at a standstill in line. Lived here a long time and Service has gone downhill the last few years. Fries are also never salted. And with the pricing so high now, I might as well go elsewhere for less of a wait and better food. It's a shame I do enjoy their fries, but im officially done withMcDonald's, which i suppose is a good thing in the end.

So apparently between 3a-4a this store doesn't serve food there excuse is we are changing over to breakfast. The McDonald's you go to when the Walmarts one is closed. It's medicore, nothing too special to be honest. From what I can tell they don't know what coupons are when we went one night and got the most "Free coupon?!" Abruptly confused yelp. We ended up having to show TWO employees after they didn't believe us and were disgruntled for the information. Also atop of this I think Mcdonalds is trying to tell me to lose weight- (Go figure) because they gave me a "Mcsalad" instead of a Bigmac- I mean y'all don't like your customers we get it but don't play your late night jokes on innocent consumers who just came out of working full shifts just to get disappointed by capitalistic society. Smiling is out of the question. Service is negligible at best. Go eat at Burger king one opened down the street by the catch on 11/11. Close this place down and let Chick'fila Expand.
Everything i come here the drive thru people never take truns at the speaker. I'll sit there watching 3 cars get helped. Just to have to wind up going inside to get my food because they won't answer the speaker. And the manager on duty at the time has a real potty mouth when talking about customers she should really refrain from using profanities when referring to customers because even though she's in the back you can still hear her.

Curbside pickup can take 20+ minutes just for a drink order. Only do that if you have nothing else on your schedule. Edit: my spouse had to walk in from curbside to get the drinks.

They aren’t 24 hours. They close and open whenever they want. Lock the lobby doors extremely early and will ignore you at the speaker no matter how busy or slow they are. They always have an attitude no matter what time of the day you go as well it’s always an ugh experience.

The worst experience I’ve had at any McDonald’s. The staff was extremely rude and rolled their eyes when we asked for half of our order that was missing. They somehow missed 2 fries 3 drinks and 13 cookies. Manager couldn’t care less and was on their phone. We waited at the counter to be helped and were looked at several times and no one came over to check anything. These are the kinds of workers who think they should get paid more than their current rate. I’m all for a fair and livable wage, but when you suck at your job, it’s hard to sympathize.
When I order my food made fresh and I get an old hard chicken sandwich instead it’s annoying. When it happens with ALL of my food that u custom ordered. Like I can’t tell you scraped stuff off an old burger. Honestly I’ve worked in fast food and it’s not that hard to have some level of quality.
So I got to your drive-thru about 5 minutes to midnight on October 6th and after waiting for about 5 minutes for somebody to respond I pull up to the window to my surprise I see somebody without a shirt on that looks at me straight in my face and puts on a white shirt and then walks off. I was wanting some chicken nuggets why do you have shirtless people in your kitchen something don't seem right here. So anyways I called the store and the lady on the phone says "okay well we're open" now so I guess that they were not open or something I don't know but I decided not to go back I can't get the thought of somebody being shirtless back in the cooking area just something's not right about that.
The order was wrong, which happens often. Worse than that was the poor customer service. So many people visit McDonald’s , customer service should matter. Today, it was especially poor. The female at the window giving food was rude. The food was wrong, so she was rude. If they can’t be decent, their job should not be directly with customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed my order through the mobile app before coming at 3am or a lil before. They had me waste my lunch break waiting for them to just come say something through the intercom (which they never did) so I pulled up seen a worker grabbing his self a drink so I blew my horn and he ran to the back. Had to get out my car to knock on the window. Told them y’all don’t see it’s people waiting. Only to be told they close but don’t open back up till two hours later. A bunch of bs. Suppose to be 24/hrs but y’all close. No sign up, lights still on in the building and drive through. Make it make sense. How would anyone know they are closed. I told him I want my refund and he stated it’ll be back on my card in 30 mins. Very unprofessional. I’m highly pissed, I wasted my break and time. I better get my money back put on my card.
Watched 10 cars go on the outside lane before they even spoke on the speaker to me then made me wait another 10 minutes midway through my order watched another 5 cars go by before my order was finished horrible service clueless on how to work the line shouldn't have to have waited as long as I did to just order then wait another 20 min in line to just pay and on top of all this they still managed to mess my order up

This location is insanely ridiculous to customers but to doordashers during the night shift. The had my dasher waiting outside for 15 minutes to get the oder and still didn't get helped until he drove into there drive through. Every time I gave this location a chance they never seem to fail to disappoint not to mention there rude employees.
Waited for 20 minutes for the order and still did not get the proper order, not only that but the patties look like they had been sitting there for several hours.Staff could care less about being curteous. Definitely recommended retaining and changing atmosphere to help staff.

McDonald's has gotten way to expensive, now they charge additional for orange juice with the meal. I am disappointed on how McDonald's continues to out price their products and expect people to continue to afford to buy from them. What's even upsetting is they continue to pay their employees low wages all the while continue to hijack their customers.
Food is always mid. The nuggets here are always rubbery, this is the only location that tastes like this. Fries are 50/50, sometimes they are hot and fresh or they soggy and cold. Wait time in the drive thru is always ridiculous, no matter how long the line is. Also you may or may not get what you ordered.

Does not answer people in the lobby waiting to order. Two elderly people walked out because of the wait one of them being a veteran. When you call they do not answer anf walk away from you.

This McDonald’s has an employee named Christy at the drive thru that very often lies about not having fountain drinks and or slushes I’ve caught her many times when she says it I will ask other employees and the say different. Also I will call McDonald’s while I’m in line and they say yes they do. I have also talked to other employees that say she does that all the time and they don’t know why. She needs to be fired or moved to cleaning bathrooms
Slow and disorganized. I went inside because the drive through was wrapped around the building. Should have stayed in the car. They lost my order. The person in front of me was shorted French frys so the server dug through his bags touching all of his food without gloves on. He was pretty upset but did not make a scene. The server should have just given him the frys. No ice in the ice machine. No unsweetened tea and the ketchup station messy. As I was leaving a costumer was trying to get assistance at the counter but was being ignored. The people working there need better direction and attention to details. An occasional smile would be nice.
I came at 2:47 and they asked told me they were only taking mobile and DoorDash orders… this McDonalds is going down hill every time I come it’s one problem after another and I’m sick of it they either need new employees or new management this is getting out of hand
I’m usually not one to write things like this but consistency is a huge problem here. This isn’t the first time I’ve DoorDashed food and the food I receive is always half cared to. I understand when DoorDashing food its expected to be somewhat cold, depending on the dasher, but this time it was BEYOND cold. Fries were very under portioned as well as my fries being cold. I had to microwave my fries for it to be somewhat warm. My drink was not full and apple pies were cold. Again not sure what happened but on top of that my dasher was waiting a long time for my food. Not sure why my dasher was waiting a while just for my food to be cold. Like I mentioned before, I understand things happen but every time I order through DoorDash or even come through drive thru, my food is cold. It’s gotten ridiculous at this point.
Worst McDonald's, period. 2 separate times on different days, at different times, outside of the normal busy time, I ordered on the mobile app and they cleared my order and never brought out my food. Had to go in the store and ask for my food. 1 time they told me to just go directly to the drive thru window and say that I didn't get my order. The next time I did that the lady went off on me. Management here this most recent visit just stood there and did nothing while my food was cold and already ready. Still had to wait an additional 10 minutes just to get the management to actually give me the opportunity to tell them I never got my food and they cleared it from the app. Frappe machine is ALWAYS broken every time I have gone.
Came to pick up door dash, they ordered one meal and this location couldn’t make it. The lady stated “ we are no longer serving the lunch menu and have switched over to breakfast but breakfast isn’t gonna be ready till 4:45!! I was told that at 3:32!
This is the LITERAL worst McDonald’s in Temple. I purposely go out of my way to a further location because I always have problems here. It says they are 24 hours but they are never really open between 3-5am. Systems are always down. Long wait time at the drive thru because they hold customers at the speaker until the one at the window is completed. Store will look open but no one will ever come to the speaker. Sad excuse for a business.
The store manger is a full pity party waiting to happen. Instead of fixing my issue I was left exchanging words back and forth. OVER A BURGER THEY LEFT RAW! I ate a RAW burger bc of THIS MCDONALDS. Overall the whole store seems confused/ overwhelmed and most of them obviously can’t do simply task like Making sure the internal temperature of the burger was met. Yall stay safe and steer clear from here!
They keep the establishment freezing cold and by the time you get your food it matches the atmosphere. The manager is nonchalant and when employees “try” (we will use try lightly) to ring up customers at the register she tells them to hurry and go to the back to work, even with a line of people at the register. GOOD FREAKING LUCK trying to get them to bring you condiments, straws, or napkins to the table. You’ll have to get up and get them, which isnt an issue, but you’ll have to wait 10-15 mins for anyone to acknowledge that you are there. The establishment definitely needs reevaluating. There no reason my food should take forever to get out to the table and it isnt fresh…
After a long day at work, I went to grab a chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink. The drive thru took forever, my sandwich had the wrong toppings, and my fries tasted like they were microwaved too long.
Bad experiences all around tonight. People going through the line multiple times because orders are wrong or missing most. Our order was for curbside and we waited over 30 minutes for fries and drinks. We were unable to cancel the order but ended up leaving without. Not enough help to be open.
I placed a curbside order for breakfast at 10am, the app tells me to go inside ( why offer the option for curbside? Was not prepared ) go inside anyways and all employees were hidden in the back avoiding eye contact from the entirely full lobby of customers. I was able to eventually grab an employees attention that was handing out curbside orders and all she could tell me is the order is still staged (??).. I wait some time longer and customers that ordered in the lobby after I arrived were already getting their orders. I speak to another employee and she asks me if I'm three other orders numbers that I wasn't. I pull out my phone and show the order number and receipt all in the app. She goes back and tells me it's still in "staging" and starts walking away? Excuse me I work with my hands not in entry level fast food work and I know what it means to stage something, but I have no idea what your personal McDonald's walkie talkie lingo for order statuses are, I asked her what does that mean to me because I paid for my food, already stepped out of my car for a curbside order, and the app is telling me to relax and enjoy my food will be out shortly and I wasnt relaxing or enjoying? She then blew my mind and pulled the bag out from behind a wall leading to the drive through and I saw my whole receipt with my name on it, and she said "it's still in staging". Okay I ordered this 30 minutes ago - through the app. It already came out of my American express card it's still in my history ( 12am now ), I tell her I paid for my food I have proof while openly showing her my phone, and you're just holding the food in front of my face can I atleast get a refund? She said I'll get a refund automatically if they never get the money, except the thing is they already got my money?? I asked for her name and she told me "my name is Queenie I'm the manager" and I was in complete disbelief the manager of this place was being this dismissive to me and made me wait for 30 of my own free time minutes to literally point blank get robbed, they took my money and dangled the food in front of me when I've been sitting there for that long, I was not going to wait any longer for them to "get my payment"? or whatever? So I just left, the place was packed and I already lost half an hour of my time and 10 bucks. While I was walking out I could hear the manager "Queenie" laughing at me, it's so crazy. I just want my 10 bucks back and yeah - never go to the McDonald's on 31st st. Don't bother with the automated response by owner I'm already contacting corporate.
Absolutely atrocious I can smell wrongdoing from a mile a way and bad management and they need a new morning time manager. So either the guy at the register broke his system or they didn't wanna try. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but I only have so much patience. They first up couldn't find my mobile order saying it didn't register then, then tried to tell me it was wrong location, then they told me they'd give me my order as my mobile order was fine and they charged my card, then told me they couldn't give me my order. All the while they told me the manager was gonna look it up, but Instead of doing her job was goofing of in the parking lot. Instead she sent the car hop to me 3 times. Either their pulling fraud or they're just not wanting to do their job. Your telling me my order out of everyone one didn't work?! All good I better get my refund cause they didn't even wanna print me a receipt. Not to mention the car hop tries to tell me my money was lost in cyberspace. You can't make this up, it's laughable. *** So not even an hour later my money is back on my card so it had to be the cashier pressing wrong buttons at the back." Next time don't tell me your gonna send the manager and don't until after it's almost all said and done. Will never stop here again.
Wish we could give 0 stars because the customer service is HORRIBLE at this location! We went to the drive through and the male representative had a bad tone while we were ordering. If you hate your job, please find another profession. Corporate should visit sites with terrible reviews and do some revamping.
It's unfortunate that customer service is inefficient and terrible. I went to the drive-thru and ordered a number 4 (McCrispy Deluxe) combo with some nuggets and extra fries. When they delivered my order, they gave me an original McCrispy and no ketchup or BBQ sauce for the nuggets (which I had pre-ordered). When I went into the store to let them know they gave me the wrong hamburger, an employee told me that the other employee put the order wrong and they would see what they could do. In the end, they decided to charge us 0.90¢ and, in a box of nuggets, they gave me lettuce and tomato so I could make the sandwich myself. It's a total lack of consideration and respect that they didn't even have the decency to make the correct sandwich and deliver it for the mistake they made, and on top of that, they charge the difference. I don't know who the manager on duty is today at 4:20 p.m., but he definitely has no control over what the employees themselves decide in situations like this.
Nuggets literally have a rubber texture and been sitting around for who knows how long. The fries taste like they were left over from yesterday. Super disappointed that I have to drive back across town to get fresh orders.
First visit here. Drive through. Several cars in front of me but got to order window in a few minutes. At order place I heard on intercom “would you like me to stop orders for a few”? and then “yes” Waited 5 minutes before someone took my order. Few minutes to pay window then few minutes to pickup window. Was then given my drink and told to pull up and wait for order. Noticed next few people in line also pull up waiting. 15 minutes passed before someone came outside and gave me my order. Basic order. By then my drink milkshake was almost empty. Was seconds away from going inside and asking for money back. Drove home to find fries were dry and hard but warm like they had been under heat lamp for a while. Double Quarter Pounder was ok. Well I don’t know what to say. Never waited that long in line or to receive food at any McDonalds ever. Very disappointed in this visit.
This is the second time I have been to this McDonalds and the service is so slow. You sit at the ordering window for at least five minutes and have to repeat your order multiple times. Then you get to the window and they take an additional five to seven minutes. Then they give you your food and it’s cold or the drink don’t have any ice. This is a busy spot and people are trying to get to work on time. Do better with your waiting time !
Rude workers, they make up rules as they go. Apparently they take only door dash or Uber eats whenever they feel like it. The man wouldn't tell me the managers name, he just quit speaking and wouldn't come to the window..I'm out 16$. Legit the worst McDonald's. They need new management and workers.
I went to Mcdonals on June 28,2025 and ordered a quarter pounder meal. I get home and as I’m eating my sandwich I notice it’s PINK. I called customer service and they told me the location would be reaching out to me. It’s been almost three weeks and I still haven’t heard anything. I call and get the run around and no help.
I use this McDonald’s very frequently because it’s close and open 24 hours. I have some very bad experiences with here with bad customer service and all that. But tonight I went and got a Big Mac meal and a quarter pounder with cheese meal. We got our good and when we got home the quarter pounder was burnt to a crisp couldn’t even eat it. My Big Mac patty’s were half the size they should be and way smaller.
