Fritto Misto was nice, but prices are more on the higher side. The Ambiente is nice and finds its clientele who likes to drive flamboyant Italian sportscars. We were 3 people and only had 1 bottle of water, but we got charged 2 in the end and couldn’t convince the manager and a couple of waiters that it is wrong we really only had one bottle. They acted very rudely and left a very bad aftertaste. Also their English is not enough to argue with them. I had to tell my friend who came to Europe for the first time that this is not typical in Italy and mostly Italians are very nice. I have no reason to come back nor to bring a friend.

This place was recommended by our host and the food was good, but not good enough to compensate for the fraud & poor service. the lady boss was kind of racist - she didn’t believe that we only had 1 bottle of water and went ahead to charge us for an additional bottle which we didn’t consume 🤡 the receipt was torn by the waiter and we got blamed for that. The waiter wrote 1 and she saw it as 2 and we had to pay for that. Pretty ridiculous that she got the 2 waiters to gang up on my Asian friend who was trying to pay the bill. It’s sad that both waiters can’t even remember how many bottles of water they served us, they seemed to be really scared of the lady boss. We didn’t want to drink wine because we are driving but we received weird reactions from the employees in this restaurant because of that, yeah probably that’s why the woman didn’t believe we only had 1 bottle of still water🤡I don’t think they welcome tourists here, you’re better off spending your money at other seafood restaurants down the street. I don’t usually give 1 star reviews but the LACK OF ETHICS & HONESTY displayed by the lady boss is so appalling that I have to write this.. Obviously we can afford to pay that extra 3 euros but I’d rather be donating it than to give it to a dishonest business owner. If you read the other reviews, you’ll also see similar complaints of this lady boss overcharging people for additional bottles of drinks with a lot of ARROGANCE 🤡 Waiters all looked so stressed & impatient, constantly clearing our plates while we were still eating. This is not the place for a relaxing meal, definitely my worst dining experience in Italy thus far.

We ordered crudité as a starter. To my surprise shrimps and langoustines were served raw. Never had that before and I'm a foodie.. Requested to replace half of the dish by other bits. Everything was immediately taken away no replacement on offer. To my surprise the entire starter has been charged . A total rip off !!! The main course was dorade, okay quality but not outstanding . Will not return and do not recommend .
