Overall good experience and better than remembered. The bread and personal dipping tray were a great way to start. Chicken Parm was quite good and a huge serving. I was a bit disappointed in no homemade pasta and suggest that would really bring the place up a notch.

Great place for refined dinner inside Beau Rivage casino. Great drink selection and antipasto was out of this world

Here for a work conference and ended up eating here and so glad I did!!!! My first time eating at this place and loved it. I sat right in front of where the magic (the cooking) was happening!!! Jonathan was a great waiter! The cook/grill master/the kitchen magician whatever they call him WAS GREAT!!!!!

So I came here after reading all the reviews and did not give it a good outlook. I do not drink alcoholic beverages so it was nice that they had ginger ale. I only ordered the $20 chicken alfredo. My first bite into the chicken and it was a bit cool. So, I cut it all up and worked it into the pasta and no problems at all. Truly I should have given a four but because I came in expecting worse and received such great service I dinged them with a five. I am full too, could have brought some home. Thank You. Server R. Fantastic! We shared the meatballs -‘d lasagna. Both were outstanding and would have again. Rigatoni in the photo.

We visited for my birthday celebration dinner and Stalla did not disappoint!! We had the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer and we both ordered the chicken parmesan. Everything was so delicious and we also enjoyed the bread and 3-sauce pan while waiting for our food. The waitress was so kind and we enjoyed our dine-in experience here!!

Our first time to this restaurant, hands down the best choice here. The food was amazing, the canolis were delicious and our server (Michael) was very attentive to us. We will def be back. 😁👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

March 2022 update: I recommend making reservations at least 2 weeks ahead of time if you’re coming on a weekend. Seems like the reservations fill up fast. They did have a waitlist for people, but I’m not sure how long the wait was. Service is always excellent. Food is still great though our pasta had some undercooked pieces on our latest visit. It was also a little too salty. Original review: The food was awesome. Complimentary bread comes with three dips.

This place is so good!! It is truly authentic Italian food. Me and my crew got shrimp scampi, tortellini, shrimp pasta, and ravioli for main meal. For apps we got calamari, bread, and beef carpaccio. That was all so good but the best part was of course dessert. We got cheesecake, chocolate torte, and cannolis. I only was able to get pics of dessert but all the food was so yummy. The service was fine and the atmosphere was very cool. My only complaint would be we got set at a small table with 5 people due to 75% capacity, but other than that everything was great! Overall, this was one of the many times we’ve been but definitely not disappointed! 🥖👍😏😀😃

Went there for Christmas dinner while at the resort. Had the meatballs and calamari as appetizers. Both were good. The meatballs were excellent! I had the seafood fettuccini and my wife had the risotto and scallops. Both were great. We wanted Affogato but it wasn’t on the menu so our waitress got us some gelato and espresso and we made our own. It was really good. It was a very nice experience 👌

Make sure to book a reservation. We went on a Monday night around 6:30pm thinking Monday won’t be too busy but when we got there, they couldn’t get us in until 8:15pm. Inside atmosphere is dark and romantic, there’s an open kitchen so you can watch the chefs cook. Enjoyed the complementary bread and dip while we waited for the food. Our server was very nice, she checked on us throughout our dinner!

When it comes to Italian, Stalla doesn't miss. Lemondrop, meatball appetizer, mixed breads, Caesar salad and chicken marsala.

Stalla is always a highlight when at the Beau. Makes sure you request Jeanna to be your server. After the first time I visited(I've now been 4 times), Jeanna remembered me and even described the friend I was with...3 months later. This level of service and attention to detail is what you can expect with her. The food is delicious, atmosphere is awesome. The hosts can usually accommodate you even without a reservation fairly quickly. Do yourself a favor and go!

My family came in after a long drive, and we were very hungry. A hostess initially told us there would be an hour wait (per the norm on a Friday night), however the manager Micheal Johnson, made a point to prepare a table for us right away. He is an absolute gem! The Beau needs more people like him, because he is a real asset to Stalla and The Beau. Edit: in addition, our server Madison was incredible. She knew what we wanted before we wanted it. Top Notch!!! Request Madison for the best service.

Traditional Italian. For cocktails we ordered a Cosmopolitan and a sparkling white Moscato. Very nice beginning. We started with appetizers of crab cakes ($13), bruschetta ($11), and the half order of antipasti ($14). It was overall delicious. The crab cakes were very small and had a lot of breading but the flavors were delicious. Antipasti was good. Served on a small cutting board with Italian cold cuts, cheese, kalamata olives, a blue cheese spread with toasted bread, olive salad and artichoke. The bruschetta was freshly made with a layer of pesto and built up with yellow and red tomatoes on toasted bread. Additionally, they brought out a basket of seasoned bread, which I believe had oregano baked into it. Bread was served with a trio of olive oil, hummus with garlic and a red pepper spread. For dinner I was planning to have the Marsala but was told it was less traditional and the server did not like it so couldn't recommend it. Seconds later I saw this fabulous looking Chicken Parm ($22) walking by, so that's what I ordered. This was two huge chicken breasts served in the traditional manner, breaded, fried and cheese topped over sauced spaghetti. My spaghetti was a little under al dente so that was a bit underwhelming. My dining mate went with traditional Spaghetti and meatballs ($22). It was good. Her pasta was truly al dente. A little bit of inconsistency. Desert for her was Zabaglione, an egg custard served with biscotti and baked. It was similar to a Creme Brule. I ordered the canoli. 100% traditional and delicious. All deserts were $8. Once again I forgot the pictures. I think the food was reasonably priced for the quantity and quality and being inside of a casino venue. This is the first true Italian place I found in Biloxi.

Great meal. Had no reservation but we were accommodated immediately at the “chef’s table”. Great service. Great food. The beef ravioli in pink sauce and the capellini shrimp scampi were both excellent.

I loved the food and the atmosphere! Had the filet and it was absolutely perfect. The sauce on the filet was out of this world! The artisan bread and trio of spreads was amazing. The Amalfi Coast Margarita was so good. The staff were very friendly and professional. I would recommend having reservations.

Beautiful Restaurant, well designed and well appointed. Service was quite good. Food? Starters were ok or mediocre, main course, my Ravioli was very good, so was Chicken Parmesan but my daughters Lazania was too meaty. Italians love their vegetables, please dont change your recipes for anyone, we come to eat Italian cuisine, please stic to it. Loved your place. Hopefully will visit again before I go back to India.

Great Italian cuisine selection. The food was wonderful. So was the presentation. Tim was our waiter and he was assisted by a young lady. They did a super job and deserve recognition. My martini was the best I’ve had in years. Tim and the bartender know what “well shaken” means. It’s a lost art.

Staff was better than the best, food was amazing but to be very honest the staff made the place. Had an issue with another guest while I was there and they not only took care of it and me but found me the next day to make sure everything way good. The food was next level, the scallops were the best thing I've had since being in Maine. Yet again though the staff was perfect. Gabby is a true legend in this business, no matter where she works.she should run the whole casino let alone a restaurant, she knows how to take care of people and should be rewarded for that.

My family enjoys the lasagna and I enjoy the shrimp pasta entree. The eggplant is good too, but it's fried. I'd rather have it baked. The chicken parmesan is big but delicious. Dom and Becky are great friendly servers. Enjoy!

Dinner at Stalla's is truly experience. It is true that it is hard to locate. To access the restaurant, you have to walk through the gambling machines, and that can be a problem for children as you're not allowed to stop as you walk. But when you get to the restaurant, it is one of my families favorites with something for everyone. I truly suggest the Stalla's Spaghetti and Meatballs as well as the Tiramisu.

The Seafood Manicotti was so delicious! Rib eye steak was melt in your mouth! Highly recommend and will definitely eat here again.

J

Not sure why it’s rating is so low. I loved the food and atmosphere. The meatball pizza was excellent. Calamari was big and very tasty. Sat at the chef’s table and that was a lot of fun to watch them in action. It’s a must try!

Absolutely amazing food and service! We had a birthday dinner last night and each dish we ordered was wonderful: chicken parmigiana, spaghetti, filet, fettuccine alfredo, chicken marsala, and calamari for an appetizer. All very delicious. Our server brought our birthday guest chocolate cream brulee and it was very enjoyable. Our server was warm and friendly, everyone of us had a terrific dining experience.

We had a wonderful evening at Stalla inside the Beau Rivage! Eric the manager was warm and very nice to talk to. Our server Madeline P. did an amazing job helping us celebrate a family birthday. She really was a delight and helped make our evening enjoyable. We will ask for her every time!! The food and wine were outstanding, from appetizers, lasagna, pizza, fettuccine and. spicy chicken. Thank you to all of the staff for helping us celebrate!

The food is amazing but nothing beats Jeanna’s service! Sitting at the kitchen counter watching the chefs work their magic while enjoying amazing food and service really made our trip at the Beau top tier. We will be back and definitely requesting Jeanna!

I go with friends on a Charter Flight about every 2 months and this is my favorite place at the Beau to get a delicious meal. I love their ribeye steak and their Chef, Jose, is a 5-Star in my opinion! I will be back in December and already made our reservation at Stalla's.

Bobby is an excellent server and very nice dude! The GM stopped over to talk about my wife's celiac disease and gluten free options. They have a gluten free menu and dedicated area. The gluten free pasta was the best my wife has ever had and no bad reactions the next day. My regular meal, rigatoni and meatballs was excellent as my app, stuffed mushrooms. Excellent restaurant and a very nice experience. Thank You!

This was our first time dining at Stalla and what a wonderful experience! The place is beautiful yet hopping with kitchen excitement, food was excellent, service was top notch! The roasted tomatoes/goat cheese shareble and chicken marsala were absolutely delicious!! Our server, Madelyn, was great, very attentive and fun! We also met Colt while we were waiting to be seated. He was not our server yet kept checking on us as he walked by. The GM, Jamie, even touched our table and introduced herself. The whole evening was lovely and we will be back soon!! Highly suggest making reservations!

Awesome! We were celebrating 3 birthdays. Had no idea we would be put in a nice, separate room. From the time we walked in to the minute we left, the staff were awesome! They took the cakes, put candles on them, brought them out at the perfect moment, and then served everyone. The atmosphere, food, drinks, and staff were #1. Highly recommend!

Stalla Restaurant inside the Beau Rivage was fantastic. The beef tenderloin was incredible as well as the Chianti reduction which was superb. I can't wait to go back. We love it there. Thank you for the great service.

This Italian Casino Restaurant has unusual LARGE portions and can easily be SPLIT. We did so with the Chicken Marsala. We were splitting a Merlot which he brought out in 2 glasses. Food was delicious and the Bread, yummy. The cLinari was OK. But my ding is it took CALIMARI took 20 min. Way too long. Otherwise I recommend this restaurant and will be back with family.

D

Food was good as was service. Only thing I would change if I ran the restaurant would be 1) your an Italian restaurant, spoons go out with every pasta dish. 2) croutons were stale in the Caesar salad. They were pre mixed in salad or just stale. You have redeemed your self on the shrimp scampi ( except I had to ask 3 times for a spoon ).

We LOVE Stalla! One of our favorite places to eat at The Beau. This occasion was for our 25th wedding anniversary. Interestingly we were seated at the same quiet, cozy corner booth as we had for a previous anniversary dinner! We love it because it’s curved and makes it easy to slide close to each other. Melissa was our server and she was great! Friendly and efficient. 4 Stars for the Fried Calamari appetizer. Tasty, but a bit chewy. We’ve had better. 5 Stars for my Wife’s Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. Tender chicken over fettuccine pasta in a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce that wasn’t overly heavy. Sadly, only 3 Stars for my Seafood Manicotti. It was topped with 3 plump shrimp that were sautéed in a salty brown sauce. (possibly teriyaki?) Whatever it was it made the shrimp inedible unless covered with the creamy sauce in the dish. Speaking of the sauce, it seemed like a watery Alfredo. Just didn’t have the body I expected for the dish. The manicotti was actually very good. Chock full of a flavorful seafood filling with noticeable chunks of seafood. Covered with a baked cheese topping that had a nice crust. We were stuffed, so we got an order of Cannoli to take back to our room. They were excellent! Crisp shell, just sweet enough, creamy filling (although a bit under filled), with the ends dipped in dark mini chocolate chips. Still a favorite place, but I would shy away from the Seafood Manicotti.

The reservation system needs some work. They constantly over book . All of the times we have eaten here and we have had reservations, we are seated way beyond our reservation time. If there were fewer reservations available, maybe that would help. There are not enough tables to function with reservations booking every half hour and causes quite a long wait. The food is fantastic though, very good wait staff and great chefs. Just look at the online booking and plan to be seated about 30min past your scheduled time.

Stalla at Beau Rivage in Biloxi, MS was an experience. The atmosphere is magnificent and the staff is outstanding. The only downsides to this establishment are its location in the casino (can be difficult to locate) and the water. We were offered tap water or bottled water. The bottled water was just tap water poured into a glass bottle and chilled. It has the same sulfur taste as the rest of the water on much of the gulf coast. I had the meatballs and sausage appetizer as my entree. The portion was large and the red sauce had great flavor. The table bread was very good and I was very impressed with the roasted pepper puree to dip the bread. The seafood manicotti was very rich and a large portion as well. Overall, a nice surprise in a coastal casino.

Excellent margarita. Took my wife here for her birthday dinner. The lobster appetizer is delicious. I had the veal and my wife had the chicken Alfredo.

Pleasantly surprised. We weren't expecting to like this restaurant as much as we did. Service was good. Salmon was fresh. Food presentation was nice. Taste was way better than we thought. We would dined here again!

Booked a couple nights at the Beau Rivage and made a reservation for Stalla a couple weeks ahead of time. When it was time for our reservation they didn't have a table for up and put us at the bar at the kitchen. The kitchen bar itself was a fascinating experience that we'd never tried before and I can't say enough about how professional the kitchen staff was. Unfortunately for us, Joseph, our waiter seemed to be really put out having to serve us and made it pretty damn obvious. The food was fantastic but we were so put off by the service we left after the appetizers. We had the meatballs/sausage/buratta which was pretty good. I was really looking forward to the Ribeye there (all the bartenders around the Hotel said it was the best available) but was so put off by the waiter that we just had to leave. It's probably been 10 years since I left anyone a 10% tip, but tonight was the night. The kitchen staff deserved at least something, Given my druthers I'd have left him a nickel!

We came on a Tuesday and it was actually very busy. I ordered the pizza and hubby the chicken parm. It took a while to come out but my pizza was hot and chicken parm cold....not even warm. I assume it was because it sat there while my pizza was cooking. We notified our serving staff Lennox and he jumped on it right away. The dish came back piping hot and delicious. Lennox saved the day. Service from our main server Madelin was good as well. She had alot of table so we were glad that she had back up. All in all everything was good. Four stars because quality control of the food was lacking but always good food and service. We will be back.

My Husband and I go the restaurants in the Beau, frequently. We were placed at a small table with a chair on one side and wall seating on the other. Together we weigh 280 lbs. We often sit together in the wall seating bc together we aren't any wider than the table. No one has EVER said anything in any of the restaurants. Last night in Stalla, a manager, named Jamie or Janie came over and said that I'll have to ask you to move bc I need to seat people. We together take up less room than a large person. There was NO cause for that. As I said, no one has ever said that in the many times that we've eaten at any of the restaurants and have done so for years

j

The food is great I just wish it was more consistent because there are times it hits like no other and times where it just misses entirely and a lot of it has to do with the kitchen staff changing a lot. Service is great and everyone is super kind. If you had a issue with it in the pass give it another chance this really is a great restaurant.

Overall it was a good experience. However, our table was not properly set when we sat down we were missing items. Our server took a while to come over but she did apologize. The calamari was good but I did not like the chicken parmigiana. I expected more from this place. I’ve made better at home. The chicken was very bland. There was barely any cheese covering it and the spaghetti was bland as well. I didn’t even eat the spaghetti the sauce was watery not thick and robust. It tasted like something out of a can not a quality restaurant. My sister had the same and felt the same. My mom and cousin enjoyed the Italian wedding soup. The bread was good also I was just really disappointed by my meal.

My partner and I dined at Stalla while at the casino. As casino restaurants go, it was tasty though overpriced. We’ve dined at many of the casino restaurants in Las Vegas and this is not that. The service and ambiance are excellent, but the presentation leaves something to be desired as does the food quality itself. We ordered the shrimp manicotti, rainbow trout, and the calamari. All were good though never great. The rainbow trout in particular was over cooked and under seasoned. The manicotti was very flavorful and I would order that again if we return. The calamari is a complete pass for me, however. Ultimately, if you’re already in the casino and hungry, it’s not a bad option. However, I won’t be going out of my way to return.

Get reservations! Even on a Tuesday night the restaurant was packed. The basket of focaccia bread that comes before the meal was really good. Since it was so busy, it took forever to get our meal - 40 minutes from time of ordering. And after the long wait the noodles in the rigatoni were so undercooked the meal was uneatable. Since it took so long to get our food we had no patience to let them redo it. They didn't charge us for the meal, but it still ruined the experience. The linguine fra diavolo was good but very spicy. I would give the place a second try, but wouldn't go when it's so busy.

J
Jimmy Ulfers

Eat here many times, was a favorite but has dropped in service, atmosphere, and food quality. Ate late, arrived at 940pm, they close at 10, we just wanted a pizza. You would have thought they were already closed...banging pots, tossing items, etc...very noisy, very unpleasant. Staff standing around on their phones, etc...cutting up in the back. Felt rushed and unappreciated as regular customers of Beau. Likely not returning. Have taken the family here many times, just seems to suffer from a lack of on-scene management.

G
Grace Ranalli

Food was just not good! Way too much cheese on the rigatoni and chicken was dry and tasteless . The asparagus and potatoes that came with the dish was of minimum quantity and quality. The food presentation needs improvement. I found the restaurants in the Beau Rivage to be just average. Leave the hotel for better dining options.

M

Food wasn’t great but atmosphere was nice. Chicken Alfredo wasn’t the best. If you’re staying at the beau rivage, check out Jia in, you won’t be disapointed.

Sorely disappointed this time dining at Stalla. My Seafood Manicotti was nothing like the excellent one I had previously there. This was 3 shrimp sitting on a mound of thick, tough pasta under a good 1/4 inch of heavy cheese, filled with a little of something and drowning in butter. Our appetizer of fried calamari was a plate of fried crusts and tiny tough rings of supposed calamari. Terrible. My husband even commented that Olive Garden’s is better. We’ve had it at Stalla before and it was good. My husband said his pork chop was good however. I won’t be going back. At their prices, the food should be excellent.

S

9/23/2024: Rigatoni, garlic bread, Caesar anchovy salad were all very good. Our Server Jeanna provided top-notch service and was genuinely nice. The problem is the kitchen staff giving us the stare down and the security guard looming nearby. It gave us that rush act feeling and we didn't enjoy the dining experience. The giggling hostesses made us wait three minutes to sit down when six customers were in the restaurant within 20 minutes of closing.

M
Marco Pfeiffer

This restaurant used to be one of my favorites. Not the cheapest but great food and excellent service. The last couple times I went it got more expensive while the quality of food and service declined. The pizza is floppy without much crust and under cooked. Awful, The pasta was ok but not too flavorful.

J
Jen Bond

This was our first time eating at Stalla. The service was great—especially the waitress’s helper who was so kind and attentive. I ordered the spaghetti, and it was just okay. My husband had the spicy chicken, and he thought it was fine but not memorable. For a restaurant inside a casino that presents itself as upscale, I expected more homemade, authentic Italian dishes. You can see the kitchen, and it’s pretty clear the food isn’t made from scratch. Overall, it was just okay. We much prefer El Fornino Italian. We may or may not return.

J
Jody Stauffer

Wine list was sold out... food was cool( watched server take food back from adjoining table and bring to me cold). We selected 3 high priced wines... sold out. Food was mediocre. We have been here many times... tonight was a major disappointment. Eat somewhere locally. Tons of places! Leave the casino!

J
Joanne Williamson

Went for dinner 4/25. 2 people. Service was very slow, appetizer of meatball, sausage, buratta was horrible. Cold and meat was dry and hard. Caesar salad did not have anchovies as was offered and salad lacked a proper amount of dressing and was just bland. Shrimp manicotti was fair. Very disappointing meal and dining experience.

I know this might sound strange. I am a big lover of beef. I have had a Ribeye at some of the most expensive restaurants in the US. This place has got to be in the top 3. A perfect medium rare is not a easy thing to cook because there is no wiggle room. If cooked 10 seconds short the center is cold. If it's 10 sec to long it's will keep cooking to medium while it's resting. This place has been our Aniversary dinner spot for the last 7 years. We'll tomorrow April 1st 2023 will be 8 years. Update. Ignore everything I said about the stake. It appears they have made some changes. They charge 48.00 for a stake you can get for 8.00 at the waffle house.

L

Used to be able to get bolagnes with gf noodles. Now they put in bread crumbs...yikes. Food was not like it used to be. Since the chefs left it is a disaster. We tried in august and it was really bad. Gave them a second chance and it was horrible. We told the head chef Christian in August and it still is bad. Too bad.

D
Diana Tran

Our family had dinner here on Xmas Eve, and the food and service was disappointing. The signature dryrub steak ($48) tasted nothing but sugar rub on a piece of steak. My husband only orders the steak whenever we eat here and he said it was horrible. Our server never bothered to refill our water..eventhough our Fiji bottle and cups were empty whenever they walked by. We had to waved them down for water (2x) and asked them to clear some of the dishes for us to make room and try to enjoy our entrées. Our reservation was at 815pm so the rush was over so I don't know why it was so hard to get decent service.

R
R F

Service and atmosphere are excellent but we were utterly disappointed with the food. Calamari appetizer was like calmari chips, very small pieces. Pizza was not from a wood oven, greasy dough (fast food style) and frankly tasteless. Lasagna was just ok, nothing to write home about. We were expecting TASTE. This is NOT an italian restaurant, rather an italian inspired bland Sysco food serving joint. Sorry but you guys have to do better, especially for the price.

M
Mary McCaleb-Herbert

My husband and I made reservations for our 24th wedding anniversary. The service by Samantha was very disappointing. She provided very little service. Our antipasti was delicious. My food was cold (chicken francese and broccolini). My husband's lasagna was lukewarm at best. Just a disappointing dinner for our anniversary. I am sorry now I did not go with my secondary choice which was Carter Green Steakhouse.

R
Rachael Adair

Have you changed chefs? The food has been hit or miss the last 3 times. Always has a different flavor now. Not always a pleasant one. We would drive 4 hours for the ribeye and it’s not the same anymore. Very disappointed

P

Had dinner last night, spent $200 for two. The squid ink pasta came out boiling hot, but clearly lacked flavors. As for my veal parmesean, it came out cold, sent it back (as did the patron dining next to me for same), new dish came outer hot, as expected. The parmasean , like the ink pasta, clearly lacked any noticeable flavor. My Grey Goose martini was diluted with water and charged $18. Needless to say, our meal was a total disappointment. Will never go back for canned sauces again. Shame on Stalla.

J

The food was terrible. We had a party of 4 on New Years Day and my granddaughter was the only one that liked her dinner. She had pizza. We had chicken parmigiana and it was old and tainted. My husband got sick. My daughter had linguine with scallops and she said it smelled bad and undercooked. We will not go back again.

j

I have to give Stalla 2 stars because they do have good food for the most part. Some of the dishes could be salted a tad bit more but I know that’s just a personal preference on my part. Their margarita drink is quite good too. But folks that’s where the positive ENDS!!!!! If you’re looking to be treated like a guest would be treated in an upscale Italian restaurant, then I’d highly suggest you find that upscale place because this isn’t it 100%!!! The front of house staff as well as some of the wait staff will have no problems whatsoever treating you like you’re dirt on the bottom of Hitler or Mussolini’s shoes.

N
Nima S

That was disappointing and a waste of money. Everything was like warm, the fettuccine was undercooked (unless that's how it comes,) the extra charge to add chicken was not worth it. Chicken had no seasoning, and was kind of cold. The garlic bread was ok, not really. Should have gotten pizza from them instead.

J
Jeremy Rasmussen

Salad was tasteless and had some brown lettuce. Chicken caprese was tasteless. Scant asparagus and artichoke in that dish. Sausage and mushroom pizza was tasteless. For nearly $100 for two people, this was a solid disappointment. Ugh

L
Lynne

I've dined there a couple of times. The first time I ordered the special, which was pork tenderloin. It was cold when it arrived, had to get it warmed. It was really good, but would not expect to receive cold food in at this type of restaurant. The second time I ordered the chicken piccata and did not care for it at all. The breading was peeling off it, not crispy at all. I did not even eat it. I don't care for the bread basket and dipping sauces, that can go away. My main issue with this place is that you are forced to sit there for a *very* long time. Everything is soooo slow. I don't know what the issue is, but it is tiring. Both times we ordered dessert. The first time we ordered cannoli to go and waited at least 30 minutes -- should have left. The second time taramisu and it was taking so long, so we left. Desserts should be out within a couple of minutes. This restaurant would make a lot more profit if they could figure out how to turn the tables quicker. It is ridiculous. I do not plan to go back the next time I visit Beau Rivage.

The service was terrible. Once seated, it took 30 minutes for our server to come around. She did not take my drink order. After another 20 minutes I went to the bar to ask for a diet coke. I was going to pay the bar for it. He asked if I was at a table. I said yes. He refused to give me a diet coke, and said he'd send the server around. Another 30 minutes goes by and our server comes back. I say I want a diet coke. She does not acknowledge it and leaves. We never got bread. I'm shocked we got our entrees. Don't tip here, guys. The service is trash. The Beau needs to do better.

I ate here with my sisters on our annual summer trip. I ordered the shrimp scampi. It had no color no taste and was lukewarm. The shrimp and pasta literally looked like it had been boiled in dish water. Very disappointing. The bread and dipping sauces were delicious and the atmosphere was very nice.

went to dinner last night on 03/30/21 at 530. restaurant was clean as usual and service was great but everything else went down hill fast. our wine was served hot not cold, out of the box hot. so we had to wait for our wine to get cold in the bucket of ice. the bulk of dishes had spaghetti. I did not want spaghetti. So I asked for a veal Piccata with something beside spaghetti. My piccata was served with spaghetti, the veal was not pounded flat,. one was over cooked and one was under cooked. the sauce was excellent but overall, just very disappointed. My wife had chicken parm and it was fair. So we dried desert. Stalla's use to have a fantastic Vanilla Creme Brulee but it was not available. Instead they had a sneaker's creme brulee. Sneakers at a fine dining restaurant. I dont remember seeing many kids at the restaurant. so we order the Egg custard with the berries. The menu should have read Egg Custard pudding with berries. It was ok but half of the pudding was hot and half was cold. so how was it suppose to be served???? Hot or cold????? just overall very disappointed. sadly our dinner a month ago at Olive Garden was much better and cost half as much.

Poorly managed. After an hour and a half wait for our reservation time. We were told they were running 15 minutes behind. 30 minutes later, they seated another couple ahead of us who had reservations 15 minutes later than ours. The manager I spoke to seemed like I was bothering her. We were not the only unhappy customers. Never coming back. On the plus side, our waitress, Madeline did her best to cheer us up. Kudos Madelin!

Worst food and service I have had in many years. My spaghetti was not eatable. Took one bite out of large bowl. Waitress came back after meal, asked if I was finished (bowl was full) I said yes she took full bowl. One would think she would know something was wrong. I probably should have complained. However, after having to get up and search for a salt and pepper shaker, and ask the waitress for a straw, then after not getting a straw, I had to find a different person to get a straw I was at that point done with this restaurant. My wife who was with me said her food was good.

To be honest, me and my wife were really looking forward to eating here. To start it all off,, the service was terrible. Then, the food was not only cold, but unedible. The chicken was undercooked and I wasn't going to chance getting sick.. I wouldn't recommend going to this restaurant. We don't frequent Biloxi often, but this is not a restaurant we will go back to. I'd rather eat an old sandwich out of a vending machine than eat here again. Don't waste your time.

First timers & last timers. Food came out at best Luke warm. The server had remake and not very hot either. Sauce was not good. Chicken parm was tasty however wasn't comfortable eating due to food temp. Hubby had eggplant parm.Chopped salad was good and the bread was good Lady sitting next to us said her food was just warm but she was going to eat it. I guess next time we will just go to OG. Server was good, bread water guy never acknowledged us saying thank you for bringing bread and refills on water.

Starting from making reservations at 8.30 pm and got seated at 9pm it doesn't STOP. The hostess was pretty rude and brushed us off about seating time due to the tables we're not ready and we will be seated when tables going to be cleaned. ( so what is the point for RESERVATIONS!!!) When we got finally seated our waitress ( Becky) came around pretty quickly got our waters and drinks, took order of oour Appetizers and dinner. After checking on our Appetizer( mussels - which I would have to admit was OK sause was why too sweat and mussels were so miniture ) that still didn't spoiled our experience. The food runner brought our main course had to pick up all our Appetizers plates and WE had to ask him to wipe table off from the sause that we got spilled from the Appetizers. Then I had catch other waitress and ask for silverware and our forgot drinks 🍸. Finally Mrs Becky arrived with our check!!! Really!! Good luck who is willing to go there , we wont!!

Worst steak I've ever paid for. It was coated in sugar and the staff said that was on purpose. Good lord don't ever go there. Horrible is not too mild of a review. Really bad. Sweet ribeye. Absolutely yuck. I don't know any other places in the country that would do this. Gross. Bad. Terrible. It tasted like a pancake or waffle.

We had a very terrible experience with the food at this restaurant on our visit to Biloxi. Eat at Stalla and the food was disgusting. I know disgusting is a strong word but I will explain. I order Chicken Parmesan and the chicken truly tasted like I was trying to chew on rubber. My girlfriend ordered Shrimp and Grits and the order wasn’t correct but I want hold that against the restaurant considering it was a very busy night. So the restaurant sent us on our way with Shrimp & Grits due to the mix up on the order and to our surprise this was worse than my experience with the Chicken Parmesan. We literally took a bite and threw in the trash. I would not recommend this restaurant unless you feel you want to waste your money.

OMGOODNESS! NO, NO, NO!! the horrible, horrible service by your evening “manager” is completely unacceptable. Older woman, dark hair and glasses looked like she just emerged from a homeless camp in LA AND had the attitude to match. The incompetent KEITH behind the bar was overwhelmed by two people sitting at the bar ??? The service was absolutely abhorrent, and these two people should not be allowed to deal with the public. What happened to the guest is always right? What happened to making sure the people who just paid you money we’re satisfied? KEITH is a disappointment and will probably be the reason no money of mine will EVER be spent here again. Will you fold? Nope! But I will get my satisfaction whether this mangy woman or bartender like it or not. It’s truly a shame how these two people could ruin a whole trip to the Beau Rivage.

Was my favorite place to eat, but the hostess, who is the first face you see is rude and really needs to work in a cubicle where there is no customer interaction. Why request something on reservation if it’s not guaranteed? Everytime we eat here we get stuck on the wall table where you basically sit with strangers. I ask not to but always happens. Manager is horrible as she has no personality or no desire to make her customers happy. Food is always good and server was good. But the hostess obviously hates her job it shows in her personality. Manager shouldn’t be one… she too has no personality go to jazzepis or fields if you want Italian food they serve steak too

Very underwhelming takeout experience. Got bread, but no butter or accompaniments. The chicken parm was overcooked and inedible at the ends. The cheesecake was very good! The bartenders who took and brought me my order were phenomenal. Beau has plenty of other restaurants that are better imo.

Best part of the dinner was the focaccia bread and it went downhill from there. I ordered the carpaccio- I knew it was a mistake when he put it on the table with chopped raw mushrooms scattered on top and CANNED crumbly Parmesan cheese sprinkled across it. NOT shaved Parmesan, straight from the can Parmesan. Meat was cut too thick and not shaved paper thin. Left over half of it . The Alfredo was an embarrassing watery mess that no amount of Parmesan or pepper could fix. Expensive mistake of a meal.

We came in hungry, brought our appetite and were looking forward to a good meal. It was terrible! We ordered calamari, mussels, spaghetti w meatballs, pizza pepperoni… took a bite of each, neither myself nor my husband nor my two kids could do more than a single bite of that food. Just so so bad. I felt bad for servers because you could read on their faces we were not the only disappointed and frankly grossed our quests that night.

The carpaccio was topped with dry sliced mushrooms, a few ounces of shaved cheese, smothered in balsamic glaze and garnished with a handful of raw spinach. I felt second hand embarrassment for those who were proud to place this on a menu. From there the meal was unrelenting with disappointment.

wow! i was so disappointed tonight. the calamari appetizer was burned and hard chunks of fried batter - they took it back and made a fresher batch with literally zero flavor. we were a party of 12 and not one person could eat it. next i had the linguini vongole. absolutely disgusting and not one hint of flavor. the clams were not at all fresh and my friend said everything tasted reconstituted. her caprese was so salty she couldn’t eat it. spagettti and meatballs was bland and literally nothing tasted good. service was rather slow bc we were a table of 12 i guess? waste of 180 bucks

Went here for my anniversary and the service was some of the worst I've had in awhile. It's unfortunate because I planned this dinner for my wife weeks in advance. The flirting of the server was too much and we really wish they would've served us at a distant instead of being on top of us the whole evening. The over sharing really is what killed it. The server missed part of our order and simply reading it back to us would've solved that before putting it in the system. Management wasn't very assuring on why we should ever come back here. All around very unprofessional service that ruined our anniversary dinner.

I was so excited to dine here, buy they truly let down my hopes with the entire experience. The host was rude, the food came out undercooked which almost made us sick, and management didn't have any interest in making the situation right. The attitude by the manager was honestly the most off putting part of the evening. The only part we enjoyed was the server.

Called in a reservation for their Wednesday Thursday night prime rib at 7:30. We showed up they sat us and then told us they were out of prime rib a long time ago. We had no chance to fight make another Reservation. Poor advertising. Tricking customers.
