I didn't get het name but she was such a nice respectful woman before i even paid for my online order when i got there she showed me the pizza and explained to me that there was an issue with the oven and asked me if the pizza was okay because half of the pizza was darker and more cooked than the other half I explained to her that my fiance is very picky and ask politely if she could remake it she had no problem with that whatsoever when I came back 20 minutes later to pick back up the pizzas I was about 5 to 7 minutes after closing time and she was waiting for me with a fresh pizza and even gave me the first pizza with the fresh one but despite all of that she seemed like a great employee !

Thank you for a delicious dinner that made my loved ones happy and satisfied in Feb 2025.

Pizza Hut delivery unit The site was well lit inside and out. Parking was easy to find. There is no seating as it is a store front delivery unit. I ordered a medium thin ham light sauce. Meat under the cheese as it was in the 1980s and 1990s. It came out perfect.

Its cheaper to order thru pizza hut. Com than calling it in. But you still times have to call the store if you want things put on a certain way to have things made. But its worth it. When i got the food and brought it back to the hotel was still nice and hot and very tasty

Ok so I hadn’t had Pizza Hut in a while, like years. So since the taco place we were going to pick food up from closed early on New Year’s Eve, I decided to check out Pizza Hut since we were in the area. When I called, the staff was friendly and happily told us about their specials in great detail. Got there, food was ready, cooked to perfection, and did I mention great price! We got the big dinner box, 2 medium pizzas, bone in wings ($1upgrade) and breadsticks for $30 with taxes. It’s a win for me! Than you Denise.

Always get the Pan pizza with xtra cheese and half mushrooms. It's sooo good. It's always good. Never once have I had a bad experience and this pizza hut. Everyone that works there is very friendly and are always busy. I usually order Friday nights cuz I don't wanna cook. Sometimes I get it delivered. Last Friday was one of those times and a black man with a ponytail I think(?) & had a southern accent. .... . He was so friendly & kind. He had a smile on his face the min I greeted him at the door. He was so apologetic about the fact he brought the wrong receipt but I kindly signed a different one and told him I had put a tip on the credit card for him & he was so appreciative it made me smile. They always have great service and the food is always ready in a timely fashion.... I will continue to order from that pizza hut exclusively by cass & ogden..

Amazing Customer service. This is our go to Pizza Hut for our family. Everything is always well made, and delicious. The establishment is always clean and organized. Fast and exceptional service every time. I had honestly given up in Pizza Hut as I had not found a location that made the pizza the way I remembered it growing up. The Westmont location definitely changed my mind and I couldn’t be more happy! We will continue to come here and recommend this location.

I always put "please don't burn" when I order because I've had other Pizza Huts absolutely scorch my pizzas in the past. The staff even made a joke about it when I went to pick it up and reassured me it wasn't burnt. 🤣 They were really nice. It was made perfectly, hot, and fresh! This is definitely one of the better Pizza Hut locations, and I'll be back soon!

When making cheese sticks. Get the end breadsticks too. Why pay extra for only 3 cheese sticks to have cheese on them and not the two on the end

I ordered online and my pizza order was wrong. My receipt showed what i ordered and it was the wrong pizza . This is the second time this has happened to us.

After ordering from here I started receiving harassing text messages from delivery driver. Never will I order from them again.

The website says they close at 8:30. Not sure why they stop taking orders well before closing time!

The woman who took my order has red rashes and red circular lacerations all over her hands. She should wear gloves to cover all that especially since she's the one who kneaded my pizza dough and put toppings on them. Yuck!

This is a review of the management. On a Friday evening this man is here working by himself. The poor guy is running between cooking all of the orders, the prep work, packing the orders and ringing up the orders at the register. BY HIMSELF. Shame on the management.

I recently purchased two boxes of pizza for myself and my spouse. After eating a few slices of pizza hair was seen in one of the slices. I took a picture for the Timestamp and wasn’t able to finish the pizza. Of coarse I felt nauseous afterwards because I didn’t know if it was in the ones that I recently ate.

This whole experience wasted a ton of my time and left me extremely dissatisfied with pizza hut.

Very poor customer service. I ordered online and was told a specific time it would arrive. 10 minutes past the designated time, I called the location and spoke to the manager, Shaniqua. She said that the driver was in a suburb quite a distance from my home, even though the store is only 2 miles away from my home. Fifteen minutes later Shaniqua, Pizza Hut Manager, called and asked if I had received my pizza. I told her no and she said she was making another one for me and would have the driver deliver it directly to me. An hour and a half later I got a lukewarm pizza from a driver named Jacob, who had a horrible attitude. Shaniqua, gave me a $15 credit, but I would rather have a pizza delivered hot and on time. I just used the $15 credit and it's adios for Pizza Hut. What a shame!
