Super Servizio da 5 stelle !!! Alfredo e lo staff sono veramente superlativi. Musica rilassante, pochi tavoli ma serviti con cura. Qualità del cibo ottima e posizione super a pochi scalini dalla stazione di La Spezia Centrale. Quando mi trovo qui per lavoro è sempre un piacere godermi il mio pranzo o cena in pieno relax. Consiglio vivamente!

Abbiamo pranzato due volte in questo locale, sito vicino alla stazione centrale, e i piatti sono decisamente di alto livello. La proprietaria, molto alla mano, ci ha anche offerto un ottimo prosecco entrambe le volte prima di ordinare. Assolutamente consigliato.

Abbiamo pranzato per caso , adesso è diventato un punto di riferimento. Cibo ottimo, locale accogliente e famigliare, personale super gentile.

Locale curato, climatizzato, vicinissimo alla stazione centrale. Piatti ben curati e di buona la qualità. Ottimi i primi e la frittura di pescato del giorno. Personale molto competente, gentile e disponibile, anche con la mia cagnolina.

Per chi arriva in treno a Spezia Centrale è comodissimo. Ambiente confortevole, servizio curato, buona varietà di piatti, prezzi accessibili. Mercedes è affabile e premurosa, ed il figlio Alfredo elegante e inappuntabile nel servire ai tavoli. Buone colazioni e pranzi per tutti i gusti. Il locale la sera cambia aspetto e si mette lo smoking: luci soffuse, musica d'ambiente, ideale per incontri a lume di candela, ma non solo. Anche la sera buon cibo e prezzi modici. Con oggi finisce la nostra breve vacanza, torniamo a Torino ma...ci rivedremo.

Staff are extremely warming. Glad we came to this resturant for lunch. Had seafood risotto and Octopus ravioli. Small portion of Prosecco was given complimentary...nice service. Home-made bread goes very well with their olive oil and we asked for the brand. Home-made peppercino oil is so good!!!

We ordered Risotto with Black sauce and it was super delicious! Gnocchi with purple potato was also really tasty. It is very close to the train station you can use elevator to go there if you have got huge luggages like us.

Fantastic place we had a little over an hour and a half between trains and they fit our schedule as needed. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the lunch. The food was amazing and homemade. Drinks were excellent. Air-conditioning was a welcome break from the heat.

Outstanding!!! Don’t hesitate to stop by this family owned and operated Italian Bistro offering fresh home made pasta and to die for local flavors. The owner Mercedes will make you feel at home. Her sister in the kitchen will make you feel in heaven. We tried the Carbonara. Absolutely gorgeous. We tried the local pesto which was also spectacular. Then We had a pork dish that kept things great. We will def be back when in the area to this place. Very reasonable priced Great food and quality. Great for a dinner date

Highly recommend this place for breakfast. Away from the crowds. Staff is very nice. Prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. Orange juice is freshly made. And they open early in the morning.

This place is amazing!! I don’t usually do google reviews, but the staff are just so nice and food is good! Must try focaccia with fried egg and bacon, the egg is so good and have wok hei! Hot chocolate, croissant, orange juice, cappuccino also superb! The staff are so nice, when we went back for the second breakfast (and will most likely go back tmr), she gave us a free peach juice! It’s so close to the train station as well so you can just rush to the station right after ☺️

We tried black risotto with sea food, pasta and fish of the day - all are amazing. The restaurant also kindly offered us pesto lasagna which is great as well. They also have dairy-free options. Highly recommended!

This was the best food I had in Italy, and the service was incredibly friendly! I ordered the seafood (squid ink) risotto and a local specialty homemade basil pesto pasta. For drinks, I tried both red and white wine. From the first bite, it became the most delicious food I’d tasted in Italy. It was so good that I actually considered skipping my train to order more! And when I mentioned I had only 15 minutes left before my train, the staff kindly paused other orders to process my payment right away. I don’t know if I’ll come back to Italy, but if I do, I’ll definitely visit here again. It was absolutely delicious. The restaurant mood is great too The food was so incredible it nearly brought me to tears. The pairing of red wine with pasta, the texture and perfect cook on the seafood risotto, and the refreshing finish with a chilled white wine everything was truly top notch.

Exceptional dishes, Ligurian local ones and very well done. Their specialty bread is coloured yellow because they use turmeric (curcuma). After eating 2 main types (pictures included below), they asked what dessert I would prefer they let me taste it first. After the end of it all they served limoncello, on the house. Nice elegant jazz music in the background.

Wonderful encounter just aside the train station of La Spezia. Very friendly service with fluent English, and the dishes are surprisingly good with fair price around 14 euro. Locale molto elegante, situato di fronte alla stazione Centrale. Personale attento e professionale. Non molta scelta di piatti, realizzati in maniera ricercata e con buona qualità; nella norma le porzioni dei primi e del dolce, decisamente scarso il secondo. Discreto il rapporto qualità prezzo. Un po' più di attenzione nel conto, anzi: in quello che viene fatto pagare rispetto a quanto servito...

Siamo stati in questo ristorante a cena durante un weekend a La Spezia. Ci siamo fatti attrarre da una bella offerta di The For, che in parte fa migliorare il giudizio finale. Il locale è molto piccolo ma ben tenuto, per sua sfortuna non si trova in una zona molto centrale e forse ne risulta un pò penalizzato. C'è solo una persona che serve che è gentilissima. La qualità del cibo è buona e le porzioni sono abbastanza abbondanti, ma si pecca un pò di qualità, mi aspettavo qualcosina di più. La cosa che ha rovinato un pò il tutto è stato il tempo di attesa, secondo me un pò troppo alto. Il prezzo è ok, ma senza la promozione di The For l'avrei giudicato troppo caro per quanto offerto. In linea di massima la considero un'esperienza positiva e se si capita da quelle parti può valere la pena.

TOURIST scam! The only reason we went to this place was because our hotel offered light free breakfast there. But avoid it for the rest of your meals! The male server with glasses (found his pic in another review). treated us horribly and scammed us! He was extremely nice at first, but when given feedback about the food and price, he went nuts and was very defensive. Food is not good, go somewhere else! You will find better quality and prices elsewhere. There is a reason why hotel offer free breakfast there, they really need people to go otherwise it’s empty!

Trappola per turisti. Porzioni piccolissime per un piatto di 20 euro. Il menù è una pubblicità ingannevole e la proprietaria ovviamente se ne approfitta sfoggiando un bel sorriso. Errore da non rifare.

Personale scortese, cibo e servizi pessimi: dopo un'ora e venti di attesa dall'ordine finalmente ci portano i primi piatti, i ravioli erano crudi e gli gnocchi gommosi con entrambi un pessimo condimento veramente rivoltante. Come antipasto avevamo ordinato una frittura di pesce verdure e farinata: è arrivato nel piatto un pugno scarso di tutto ciò, gommoso e senza sale e SENZA farinata. Ci siamo alzati dal tavolo senza proseguire con il mangiare e fatto presente ai due camerieri (uno dei due che cucinava addirittura per dare una mano in cucina, vista la lentezza dei 4 cuochi lì presenti) e per tutta risposta ci hanno sminuito e trattato a pesci in faccia. Il più giovane, forse non volendo ammettere di avere torto, per fortuna ci ha mandati via (sempre in malo modo) senza farci pagare MA SOLO per non "rovinare la serata agli altri clienti in sala" testuali parole. Una scortesia e una vergogna immane!!!

Do not eat here if you don’t want to be cheated. They offer a “piatto del giorno” for 10 euros. But when you go to pay they charge 20€ saying that the promo of 10€ only applies when getting the menu composed of two courses. We ended up paying 20€ for a 5 ravioli’s dish. Ridiculous.
