This restaurant was very clean and prices were reasonable. What stood out most was the excellent servers. The service we had was awesome. The waitstaff knew their menu, answered all our questions, and made excellent recommendations. She also checked on our table and made sure our drinks were never out.
Good place to eat. Anytime of night or day. Plus the entire menu is available 24/7 , which is great. The server Anthony also did a great job.
The food tasted good! Waiter (Kenneth D) was very nice, and overall it was a great meal and experience.
My best friend and I came here on Christmas, and I must say I was impressed. While the was a wait, it was worth it. The reason for the wait was they needed to be sure that with the staff they had they would be able to fully accommodate the patrons they kept their numbers down to and the manager stated that by doing so he can make sure his staff was also properly treated as well (meaning not overly worked with unreasonable expectations making every one on both sides of the counter unhappy). And it was worth the wait because the kitchen help did such an amazing job with our food. I am sorry I didn't take photos. We both had leftovers for another meal later.
I have been going to this place for years. I go there because of service. Marie and Crystal have such a kind manner and very friendly. Daniel is always so kind always making sure you’re drink is filled.
Update 8/2/22: doors were locked, no signs were on the door, and no cars not even employee cars. By all appearances, they may have closed their doors for good. When we arrived, it took some extra time to get everything done. The restaurant looked like it had been bombarded. Apparently they were on a skeleton crew, and normally they wouldn't have had anywhere near that amount of business during that time frame. The staff seated us, and worked tirelessly to get our food and drink, and keep us happy. They did a great job! The food was tasty and hot, drinks were cold and endless, and everyone was nice. Great Job!
It was crazy busy, as it normally would be during breakfast, we had 6 people with us, and were seated very quickly, I believe our servers name was Maria, she was awesome! And they guy who seated us looked like he was a server too, again awesome.. I've never seen an entire waitstaff work so well together, even though it was so busy, I would definently go back again..
I initially was disappointed that they no longer have Eggs Benedict on the menu but had the grand slam and it was great.
We are so happy this spot is in our community. They have really struggled since the pandemic, and I think they've changed ownership too, but they still still serve an exceptional meal. Their food is always fresh and well presented. Their portions are very generous! Price is really affordable. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It's important for our community to support this business and help them bounce back from what's been a disastrous three years for small business in our state. They are doing such a great job here and provide a pleasant and enjoyable dine in experience. They do to go orders and have ample parking.
We stopped in late tonight. Kenneth was kind, energetic and kept things going during what turned into a big rush of customers. The food was great!

We had a large group go in around midnight. Jay, (I assume a manager?) was super nice and the atmosphere was very chill. Our server was really sweet and very attentive (she needs a raise 😉) but unfortunately I forgot her name. Anyway if you’re going to be here at night you’re in for a good time.
Our server Charlotte was fantastic. She was there alone because the other server quit and another server from another Denny's never showed up. She was on her third shift and was pleasant and courtious. Denny's corporate should be glad to have a employee like Charlotte. Another employee named Tony was on his 3rd shift also and came over from the St.Paul restaurant. Kudos to these 2 fine examples of employee loyalty.
Came in with a big group right before 11pm. Rose was the only one working front of house and she was one of best servers we’ve EVER had. She was so sweet, patient, accommodating of all our requests, & just overall good vibes. Also shoutout to the cook (also the only person in back of house), she was throwing down in that kitchen!!!
1st time there. The place was clean. Our server, Wendy, was the only one on. And we were a 12 top. She was great. Didn't wait for a thing and on top of otber tables as well. With all service! And just the sweetest.
Wild night at dennys tonight… fun, new friends, hash browns. If you see this hot guy from the booth behind me I was the girl you sat next to to taste test our food. I’m shooting my shot. It's a nice peaceful restaurant the only this was i waited for a long time to be seated. I went on a Sunday. I kinda wasn't really liking my food it was cold seems like it had bern just cooked and left until served.

Best experienced! The server was very nice. We have ordered the strawberry shake and she came back and ask us to order something else as they don’t have strawberry ice cream. We understood it and ordered the Oreo one. She came lil late but showed up with the strawberry as she found it for us. The quantity of veggie egg platter and the shake it self was astonishing. I was amazed with the service as I found it better than IHOP. Yes, its lil expensive as I spent $40 with tip.

Hubby and I went for a quick dinner. He ordered a turkey sandwich, and I had the bacon chicken sandwich. They were both delicious. The bread was toasted perfectly, and the cheese was melted just right.
We looked for healthier options that included vegetables and fruit. We had the veggie-omelette with spinach and other vegetables along with a side of fruit, salmon with broccoli, and the grilled chicken skillet with broccoli and other vegetables. It was all very tasty 😋 The waiter was very accommodating and polite.
Did build your own Grand Slam for breakfast. Everything tasted great and was served quickly. It's been several years since a visit to Denny's. Besides the cost of everything in the world rising, only have one complaint. Miss the days of getting a pot of coffee at the table during breakfast. Had to ask for refills, which wasn't the end of the world. The restaurant was clean and updated, and the staff was attentive.
I seem to always come into Denny's when it's late, with barely any other customers. I gotta say that the food is always good, along with the portion size, and the late-night service staff are kind and accommodating.

I had the t-bone and eggs the young lady that took my order was fairly new she was really helpful and so was the young manager guy both of them were very compensating I appreciate them both it was a very good experience considering the last time about a year ago I went in there it was only one in the entire restaurant being rude because he was sleeping I woke him up anytime to keep my money until the following day I was serious no food he has my money and wouldn't serve me because he had to wake up but that's yesterday it was a lovely experience the steak was a little undercooked but the young lady in the had everything I needed is for condiments and all thanks guys

Terrible service. Had us actively waiting in an near empty restaurant to not even take your order but serve two other tables that arrived after us. Honestly after that we Just left.
Food was okay. Eggs were overcooked. I ordered them basted, came out over medium. Not a huge issue. The issue was the waitress. The host that sat us, very nice young woman. The waitress that took our order dropped off the food, and ignored us the rest of the time. I asked for a refill on my water, never got one. When we finished, we waited for our bill or some form of recognition that we were done. After waiting for a long while, we stood up. The waitress said she would meet us at the register. I got a meal and a water, was charged for a soda. Service 1 out of 5 stars. Food 4 out of 5 stars. Rounding up to 3 stars. Maybe it was an off day for them.
It was very clean but comunicating with the weed stuff was a little bit difficult because it was a strong accident they had. Also, they seem very quick to wanna take the order in so I felt rushed.
Atmosphere was weird, everything looked dark, cold and distant- was in the evening. The staff were nice but it was impossible to get their attention and seemed like they didn't speak English except for one lady who wasn't our server. The food was ok, Bourbon chicken skillet was pretty good but should have been paired with rice or something. Other than that, salmon was overcooked and boring, veggies were colder than room temperature. Kid's Mac and cheese was tiny and apparently came without a drink. The tiny apple juice that we got with it (was offered on the kids meals menu) was more than $4. That's pretty ridiculous.. I didn't like the fact that they make it look like it's included in the kid's meal like anywhere else. That's sneaky and mean. Left a bitter flavor, honestly.
This year... Slow service. The hostess/server sat is and then proceeded to have a ten minute conversation with one lady in the kitchen. Finally had to stand up to get their attention so we could order. Then when our order came, she didn't bring my juice. Had to go hunt her down to get that. This is why I only go on my birthday. It isn't worth the hassle otherwise. Visit last year.. There was a new cook that night. Made the wrong burger. But they replaced it and let me keep the first one. The waitress was amazing though. On top of her game. Refills right in time. Very prompt. She even had witty banter and was engaging.
Service sucked had to ask the dishwasher for a refill on my coffee when he walked bye cuz the waitress never came back after taking my order. The cook delivered it with his hood from his sweater hoody up and tide on his head.
The restaurant was clean, and the waiter was friendly. A group came in with grandparents and 2 young children. We were surprised when the waiter sat them right by us, even though there were many empty tables and booths, but it was ok. We had given our orders, and the waiter didn't right them down, and we could hear him mumbling as he walked away. Several more customers came in. The one waiter was having trouble keeping up. The other man who was there (we thought he might be the manager) seemed to have his family there in another room. He pitched in to help, but he didn't seem very friendly. My companion had ordered an avocado burger, and I had a meal from the 55+ menu. I could see it placed on the window to be delivered, and the waiter heard it and turned around but went back to whatever he was doing at the counter. I got up and told him our order was ready. He said how busy he was, but when I went back to the table, he did bring it over. The food was very good! However, there was no avocado on the burger. My companion told the other man. He said nothing but returned with some sliced avocado in a bowl. We finished, paid, and left. Again, the food was good, but the service was not.
First off waitress didn't approach us not one time make sure everything taste good or anything. Hash browns were barely done bacon super thin could probably see through it.

The service started out alright but got lost in translation along the way. Their below par treatment is suspect nd though subtle it was noticeable on my morning visit. I ordered a simple b'fast eggs, toast n browns. Poorly cooked, overcooked and/or overlooked was the result. It could have been much better w/o question. I observed the orders of at least two customers nd their meals on observation were prepared wayyy better. And so I'm left only to suspect they are selective in how they serve nd WHO they serve. This showed evident also by another guest who aligns with my composition nd brought their take-out order back, displeased nd questioning their order on my check-out. Customers beware...IYKYK🙄😏
Came to pick up a take out order on Saturday July 19th 2025, the young lady at the register asked the name she went back which I thought she was checking on my order but the next thing I saw she was taken a drink to a table, I had to approached her again asked about my order she said it is not ready yet, after waiting she gave me a bag with the food no silverware no napkins no condiments. I did have to ask her for missing items. I'm sure there are many efficient people working at that location unfortunately I got the one that wasn't. Just a lack of good customer service. MJ :-(
Service was sooo slow!!! The place was nearly empty with probably less than a dozen people in the restaurant and only like 2 or 3 wait staff. Thought it’d be a breeze getting my food and drinks but it was the total opposite. Wait staff had no sense of urgency, attentiveness or anything. There was a woman seated behind me who also had the same experience as I did. She was explaining how she had to wait 15 minutes for a soda refill and over easy eggs. Honestly don’t know why I thought this experience would be different. Every time I choose to eat here which is only a couple times a year I go through the same crap with what I just explained. Really don’t know why I even chose to come back,probably should have gone to a fast casual restaurant instead.
An all around okay Denny's location. Okay food quality, okay food options, okay vibes, okay seating. The entire restaurant is actually quite clean and well organized. The tables and seats were clean and they also had condiments as well. The food quality is okay. We came in for breakfast. The Ultimate Omelette was good; it was made well with the mix of green and red peppers and the protein. The omelette was okay as it wasn't cooked too much where it fell apart. The pancakes were well made but was only good. The pancakes were a bit dry but the syrup balanced it out. The country fried steak was obviously not made fresh as you could tell from the hot plate it was quickly microwaved. Meat quality is on par with fast food quality. Service here was top notch. If anything, the employees here were 5/5. They were helpful, patient and welcoming. Overall, it's an okay Denny's location. It's a Denny's...subpar food quality, lack luster vibes and you can understand why Denny's is a chain restaurant that is on the path of sun setting.
Chicken fried steak tasted like a microwaved frozen chicken patty, super oily hash browns, terrible old coffee, seen the waitress two times had to get up and ask for check and the men's bathroom was dirty and smelled like old urine .
The gal working this morning charged me for a Diet Coke when I just got a water. I ordered the lumberjack slam. I knew going in that it’s hard to get refills on water here, so I brought an emergency drink after eating half my meal without a drink. Unfortunately Denny’s is the closest to me, but I won’t step foot here again. The food was great. 1. She told me “I’ll be with you in a sec sir” when I walked in, to literally take a personal phone call. 2. The register she used first froze, so she intentionally added a drink twice, when I got a refund she apologized several times. I tipped $5 bucks, even after thinking I was over charged.

Belle was our server. I asked for a cup of decaf and it was cold.. she did bring me a new cup. The service was slow and by the time I got my burger and fries, the fries were cold. My friend and I asked to have the coffee removed and she’s said she couldn’t do that because I took a sip and she replaced it. She said we could come back in the morning to talk to the general manager. She started to get a bit of an attitude towards us. When asked for her name she wrote it on the receipt in crayon. this is my first time coming here. i had thought the dennys here would be good, but to my suprise, its not. i asked for french toast, and all i got was the toast with no french. it was just regular toast, with simple butter, which isnt the type of french toast i’m used to eating. i had also got silverware that is dirty! do you guys not have hot water? the fork had hair, dust, and food from probably a week ago. as well as the knife and spoon.
the server was beyond amazing and gave us whatever we needed, BUT the food was not proportioned as you can see the fries are non existent and mind you this picture is taken after being served. Also the bacon was undercooked and really pink. Will never be returning and I advise you all to do the same.

There’s a reason this restaurant has 3.5 stars … It’s because people have been giving it way too many stars. IMO it should be a one or two star restaurant at best. My waitress, Jocelyn, was completely inattentive never checking to make sure everything (or anything) was OK never asking to refill my coffee, she didn’t even bring my check, I had to go to the front register to get a check in order to pay it! My food came out cool not hot and frankly was just bland. I LOVE breakfast and in particular I love eggs and pancakes but today I barely ate half of each and just pushed my plate away. The only thing good was the coffee although I had to flag down another server for the only refill I got. My recommendation regarding this restaurant would be, go somewhere else. There are much better breakfasts restaurants out there that you can actually enjoy.

Looks like a newly remodeled restaurant. Nice in appearance. Service was horrible. Food was not done properly, had to continuously ask for coffee or drinks with long waits in between. Sent back food more than once. Dealt with flies the entire time while eating. As I looked around it looked as though the server was very personable to many of the regulars there. She sat down and chatted with them a while. Which was nice but not to the determent of new customers. My friend has been there several times and stated that this was the first time the service was that bad. She was livid. We ordered hash brown toast on both side. We never got them. They replace our hash browns and brought another round worse than the first round. I just sent them back food was cold had to have it remade. It was just a mess Maybe the waitress just had a bad day. The food should have been extremely discounted or just paid for. However management was not as accommodating. It took quite a while for them to even come out to address the issues that we were having and had no compassion for the matter at hand. Just wanted to get us out of the restaurant. She gave a 20 percent discount and removed a few items ( which should of never of been on the bill to begin with). Usually this would of been ok it was just the concern was not there and you could tell once we left it was business as usual. For my first time and there this has left quite an impression. We sat for 20 minutes just waiting to be serviced. Who does that. Waitress excuse." They seen one of us were on the phone and didn't want to interrupt" Really - at least come by. People will ask you to come back if they want the privacy. No one likes to wait and at that time there was only one other guest seated on our side. Don't think I'll be back. Hope they fix this issue. Denny is one of my favorite restaurants it's to bad they remodeled it's appearance to acceptable measures but forgot why people come, the service.
Placed on online order today at 10:55am for a curbside pick up for 11:30am. Arrived at 11:30am and called them to let them know we arrived. A man answered and said the order will be out in a few minutes. Waited until 11:45am. No food. Called a second time. Another man answered and said they accidentally mixed up or order and would have to remake it. He said it would be a few minutes. Waited until 12:15pm. Then finally went inside to check on our food. The lady at the counter said they lost our order. We asked to cancel the order and get a refund. She said she didn't know how to do that. We told her that we had been waiting for our food for 45 minutes. She said that they are busy and asked us to giver her a break. They quickly whipped our meal together by 12:28pm. When we got home, we opened it up and realized the meal was incomplete and missing two items we ordered. I would strongly recommend NOT wasting your money or time at this restaurant. Other customers were waiting outside, lined up out of the door waiting. Several customers got up and left. They are extremely unorganized and rude. Terrible customer service.
(12:15 a.m. tuesday morning is when we visited, not busy at all) unfortunately the waitress we had was brand new, 1st day she said... definitely willing to cut some slack, however: not attentive to guests. took about 10 minutes to get our drink order (a coffee and soda), then approx 20 mins to take our actual order. Ordered the cheeseburger, sub grilled chicken instead of beef (menu says we can), got a double cheeseburger instead, then got brought a chicken breast on a plate and charged $4 for the "a la carte" chickeb, because of the wait staffs mistake (only found that out AFTER i paid, because she didnt bring us the bill, and i paid directly at the register before she got around to printing the bill). The denver omelet i ordered i specifically asked for AMERICAN CHEESE (though the menu states it COMES with american cheese, i wanted to specify and confirm that ot would be american cheese, she assured me it would)... i ended up with shredded cheddar and uncooked hashbrowns. i will be seeking a refund later today for this visit, as not ONE thing we ordered was correct AND we were over charged.
My husband and I had a horrible experience. It took 45 minutes to get our food and we were the ONLY people in there at 7pm. The waiter never came around but had time to make malts for his coworkers. My husband had some slime chunk fall out of his breakfast sandwich and my food was ice cold. So basically lesson learned to never go there again. I worked in the restaurant business for many years and I have been in customer service for 20 years. Worst experience ever...
The hashbrowns were raw and cold. the eggs and toast were soggy. never will order food here again. I would recommend you do the same.
The food was terrible today, i ordered Friday and today and what a big difference. The bacon tasted old and gross. You have to sit inside to get some decent grub. I’m highly disappointed.
Nice server, crap food. The portion size of the sides is a joke. 6 onion rigs? Really? And my hashbrowns were the smallest portion I've ever gotten anywhere. Not worth the $45 I spent for 2 meals and 3 drinks there.
Walking into this location for the first time I thought "wow, it's really nice in here! Nice and modern decor, clean". That is where my positve experience ended. The host, who was also our server, walked us to our table. There was only 1 other table occupied who walked in at the same time as us. The place was empty. The server brought us our drinks and took our order. It just went downhill from there. Being they were dead, it still took over an hour to get our food. The server never came to check on us, no refills of drinks. When the food finally came, my moms eggs were so runny it was as if they just flipped the egg once and said they were done. Our food was cold...probably from sitting there for n hour while we waited! My toast didn't even have butter and was so hard, I didn't eat it. Again, never received refills for drinks. The only other table with people next to us had the same issues. We waited and waited for the server to even bring us the check and he never came. Finally we got up and walked to the front and stood there. No one still came! We had to yell, hello can we get some help up here?! When he finally came out. We should have just walked out at that point. We will not return to this location. For how dead they were they should have been on top of it and checking on us, as well as having hot fresh food. It was definitely not the case.
Two stars on service because server was super nice, attentive and a new hire. My Ultimate Omelette looked like a frozen dinner and had a few pieces of meat and veggies tucked inside. The flamin burger looked like a kid made it and came out cold. How do people keep their jobs at this establishment. Absolutely no standards at all. One of the Cook locked the doors even though its 24hrs. I have photos to prove if this franchise even bothers taking care of their customers who wasted time for disappointing food.
Definitely the worst Denny’s in MN. Saw the manager touch food that was ready to serve with her hands. Also the staff is so rude! Not to mention there’s an underage girl running the front. Poor girl doesn’t know half of the stuff she’s doing and clearly needs better training. Overall a message for Maria, TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER! They need to understand how to do their job. I went for a quick breakfast, silly me! I was seated and served coffee. From that point forward, I was ignored. I am diabetic and needed food. After waiting for 15-20 minutes for my order to be taken, a family was seated next to me, their beverages were served. In the next five minutes, the server went to their table and began taking their orders! I could see that others were seated during this time and they were served as well. As I left, I told the host that I was leaving and why. He apologized but I will never return. That behavior by the server(s) is intolerable! I can’t even finish this survey due to lack of ability to even order food!

Slow staff no drive or ambition. Food was cold. Left overs box was too small. Left food on table dropped cash at register an left. Worse breakfast dining experience. Prices are fair but not worth the crappy service or experience. Not the staffs fault that's corporate America nowadays.
The waitress sat down, didn't ask if we wanted anything to drink right away, just walked away. We sat there for 10 mins before i had to ask someone if we could get something to drink. Mind you, the restaurant was empty! We got out food. My order was the French toast never will I ever order them again or go to this restaurant! My son found a hair in his food after I complained about my French toast. Thank found another hair in his food. I spent over $100 there worst place to eat ever! Never again I did not leave a tip service was horrible 😑 my little girl went to the bathroom and said there was blood all over the toilet 😑 🤮🤢
Server didn't know her job or the menu Waited 20 minutes for 2 waters that I had to get up and ask for Finally got our food and mine was TOTALLY WRONG and my friend asked for cheddar cheese on her scrambled eggs and they put Swiss cheese on it . I also had to ask for our bill . Never going back, now I know why there was only 4 other people in the place when we were there. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!
Arrived 10:35am,asked for 2 waters(never rec’d). Our orders were never taken. Aman cleaning tables heard me say we were not served and he made them aware. 5 other people came(served). We left 11:10am(never served) called to speak with mgr, she said she questioned workers to find out if we paid. Paid for what?! Breathing air?Customer service poor. Went to Dennys in Roseville. Fantastic service.
MY GIRL & I GO IN 4 BREAKFAST THIS MORNING, THE WAITRESS SEATS US, GIVES US MENUS & SAYS "I'LL B RIGHT BACK 2 TAKE UR ORDER". SHE GOES BACK & IS HAVING A CONVERSATION W/THE COOK. 4 OVER 15 MINUTES. GOT TIRED OF WAITING 4 HER 2 RETURN. GOT UP WENT 2 THE REGISTER 2 PAY 4 THE COFFEE, SHE SAW US STANDING THERE CAME UP 2 US, I SAID "HOW MUCH 4 THE COFFEE?" SHE HAD THE NERVE 2 ASK IF WE WERE READY 2 ORDER. I SAID "YA, 15 MINUTES AGO. WHERE WERE U? DI UR JOB!!!!"
Very very long wait time while there was about 5 tables to wait on. The food was absolutely dreadful. All of my tables order were over/under cooked and took an hour to recieve. As we are checking out they placed incorrect items on my tab and did not offer to fix the problem. Poor experience. Will NOT be returning. Thank you.
Me and a friend had breakfast was not that satisfy. My friend had to get food remade still wasn't good enough for my friend.. So the order was canceled
Been waiting for almost an hour for this food and then yall wanna cancel it??? Then not even pick up the phone to even know what’s going on???? Yall wanna be WEIRD FOR THAT! DO BETTER
Well, can't say we didn't give this place enough tries. Have been here multiple times and almost everytime we do something is off. This month we found what looks like a hickory woof chip in our skillet and are now done going here for good. I miss the Denny's I used to frequent in Mesa, AZ. Was never this bad.
This is the 3rd time I've gone to this location since they've opened and again... it hasn't improved. 1st time im giving a review though since I was giving them a chance to improve. Apparently the managers name is Maria and doesn't have a clue what's going on in the evenings with her crew... probably true when there's 1 waiter, 1 cook, and 1 other employees smelling like she just drank a whole bottle... Food was horrible, service was horrible and employees complaining about the other employees to the patrons... never going back. I can't believe this location is surviving to be completely honest. Stay away from this location. Oakdale location is great!
I stopped by to dine in , 8/14/25 at 4:30am From the moment I walked the server/host had a terrible attitude , almost like she was mad we were there lol… she informed us that they were only doing to go and I asked why. She struggled to give me and answer and said ummm because we to clean and get ready to close when there open 24 hours.. so I asked for the menu and she ignored me I seen 2 different piles of menus and asked if this was the menu she said well obviously that’s the menu , I said well idk I don’t work here and she mumbled something under her breath… then 5 minutes later she goes “ oh and were only doing card” I asked when will you take cash she goes ummm when a manager gets here, I said again!! “ when will that be” she goes “ oh idk maybe 6” Decided to leave service was terrible almost like she was mad she had to do her job lol, food is always terrible only came because its the only thing open.. place needs to be shut down seriously..
We walked in nobody greeted us, finally someone took us to our seat we waited 20 minutes for someone but nobody came and some servers walked past saying one moment but never came
Horrible service, no heat, supervisor wouldn’t come talk to me about the heat or the fact my food was cold, wouldn’t refund my bill for the food I couldn’t eat
Food was cold, waited for ages before able to order. Once food and drinks arrived had to flag down waiter for straws then for syrup. After we finished we waited for 30-45 minutes to be able to check out, plus we weren't offered and drink refills, not that I'd want one because their drinks were flat, but still would have been nice to have them offer it. Normally tip pretty good but since our server disappeared for an hour after delivering our food we didn't see a point in tipping laziness. Will NOT be going back anytime soon. To any Denny's because of my experience at this one. But hey, if you like your food tasting like it's been sitting on the counter for the last two days, then this is the place for you!
This is the worst Denny's I've ever been. Let me start with the waitress, she served a cup of coffee to my friend ice cold. It should have been hot. When I brought it back to her before I could even say it was cold she said "was it cold" ....she knew she served a cold cup of coffee. Then when our food came out it was room temperature and the breakfast sausage I got with my meal was so old it tasted like plastic. Our waitress name is Bella if that's really her name was so rude. I asked her to take the coffee off of the bill because it should not have even made its way to the table because she knew it was cold, was told no because you drank it. She is a child that needs to correct her attitude. Bella is very rude and has no business working in hospitality. I asked her for the general managers name and the phone number that I can call in the morning and was told "well you just have to Google it because we don't have the phone number to the restaurant." I can't believe this place is still open. I would love to know who the owner is of this place.
Me and my boyfriend went to this Dennys and the waitress sat us down, got us coffee right away. then she went over to where the cook was and started to talk to him, she never came back to check to see if we were ready to order she just continued to talk to the cook until we got up to leave.this is so unsatisfactory for a waitress to just ignore her customers so she can have a gab session with the cook. We were the only customers in Dennys.
I just left here, terrible customer service. I've been coming here for a long time and I've never been so disappointed. The Black woman who seated us—I don't know if she's pregnant, but she seemed very upset. She did everything lazily, or maybe she was on her period, I don't know, but I won't be back when she's there. I always leave a good tip, but this time I got up from the table and went to another Denny's.
Food was cold, took over an hour for it to be served after we ordered, he brought out the food it was the worst expirience of my life.
I wish I could’ve left something nice but I can’t, went in on 11/14/2025 at about 2am I waited for 20 minutes for somebody to take my order (should’ve just left at that point) I had to explain my order 3-4 times to 2 different people (was about ready to walk out at that point) had to show the waitress the picture of the drink I wanted, when my food finally came she pretty much threw the plate on the table, nobody ever checked in asking how the food was, was never offered a single refill on my drink so basically paid $4 for 1 cup of pop without a refill, and then both the waiter and waitress was arguing, yelling and I guess you would call it berating each other in front of what customers they did have, the one waiter kept complaining of how he could have the tables cleaned and cleared in such and such time but never did kept on yelling at the waitress to do it, if he could do it in such and such time he should’ve just did it, listening to them to go at it and lack of service, I highly doubt I’ll ever go back there again if those 2 are there.
I normally don't take the time to write reviews. But this experience was so horrible I just can't let it go. I did an online order at 10:15 a.m. and went to go pick it up. My email said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived at Dennys at 10 30 just to make sure it was ready when I showed up. I asked the guy at the front for my order. He went to the back to check and told mi it would be ready in a bit. After 15 min I went back to asked again. He checked again and told me 10 minutes. I went back again at 10:55 am. This time he was getting tired of me asking. I couldn tell he was upset. He said, "sir, all the orders are done in order. Wait your turn. The problem was they were already taking orders out from 10:30 to 10:54. Mine was from 10:15. So I showed him my receipt and asked why mine was skipped. He grew more upset. He came up to my face! And proceeded to asked me to leave. I could believe what was happening. His breath wreaked of cigarette smoke. I don't smoke. I hate cigarettes! I asked why? He said I was being rude and making a scene in front of paying customers. I hadn't raised my voice. I hadn't yelled. I never used profane language. I had also paid my order online. I told him I'm also a paying customer. I asked for his manager 3 times. Mngr never showed up. They sent me a waiter who was already busy waiting tables. I have to say he was the nicest person there. I wish I remembered his name. It was a black man. Very courteous and professional. To make a long story shorter I got my food at 11:35. I checked it. It was only half my order. I had to wait another 15 minutes for the rest. Then they said they would refund me my money. They never did. Worst experience ever! Oh, and my mini corn dogs were burnt. I just gave up:(.
