I went here last friday, wednesday and this friday. Delicious. Great customer service, they brought my girlfriend and I a brownie today! Very nice people, very good food.

Breakfast buffet is really good and they have an awesome promo going on. I love that they didn't ask for a vaccination card which makes me want to support them even more!

Taste has always been a great place for buffet.roast pig and prime rib,little lobster tails....awesome....great service....salad bar is a has a lot more options than other hotels.....

Taste has great staff and food selections. The breakfast during the week and the Sunday brunch are top tier.

My second time and when I visit Guam, my guest take me here. Overall good quality buffet, and I liked their steamed seafood style, which you chose seafood and they steam it for you. Excellent dimsum choices and KBBQ Galbi. I had lunch, but I recommend you try dinner as well. Their sushi selection and tuna were good.

Taste has always been one of the best places for brunch, lunch, or dinner, but tonight was a miss. The shrimp patties were burnt as well as the lumpia. Other than that, the service and staff were awesome!!!

$38.50 for a great breakfast with lots of variety. Was it worth it? Yes Will I be back? No, unfortunately too rich for my blood.

Food is great. A lot of varieties. Worth the price you pay for. Staff very attentive and friendly. My 5th time coming and never disappoint me.

Various dishes are well provided, and oysters and nachos are the best. Additionally, the restaurant is spacious and keeps more distance among customers. Enjoy my Friday here so much.

Food was delicious. The food refill was slow, but the free flowing alcohol compensated for it. So I may not have gotten full, but I sure was drunk😅

I visited a couple of years ago and was really good. I recently went in November for Thanksgiving and was disappointed. The food was bland and not worth the price I paid.

Aloha; this buffet is good, sashimi , sushi, steaks, soups and shrimp Tempura. You will enjoy this place.

It’s a overpriced buffet. Nice verity but soso quality. Definitely not worth the $77 per person price tag. It is convenient being in the hotel and all. But if you are paying for it, I wouldn’t waste my money. Believe the buffet at the hotel Dusit looks to be a better choice.

Ambiance is good also service but food selection for brunch is not spectacular

Food was outstanding but waiter service very slow due to restaurant fully booked. It took 35 minutes to get a highchair and water or ice tea.

Hasn't changed menu in years! If you're a Marriott club member, it's tiring to see the same menu even when they try to change the Theme.... I just had dinner Thursday and it's not what I expected. I can eat the same menu on Saturday lunch which is cheaper. As a club member I can easily use my wine vouchers. I expected champagne, momosa for the amount I paid.

My family and I had dinner there for my brother in law birthday. It wasn't as crowded, BUT going from the buffet line to the tables was so congested. The line to get food was confusing, bumped into a family that I didn't know were in line. Normally, I thought you would start where the starch side would be. Then there's the waiting for refills of drinks (KayKay deserves a raise, btw) literally came over and replenished our drinks. I see managers and supervisor standing around. The was okay, the baked salmon tasted like water down butter with no seasoning. The lumpia with and without the sauce was too dry. The oysters smelled bad. I would only go back for the desserts.

Used to be my favorite place but I feel it’s so regimented like it’s being run by the military. Zandy the manager is not warm and welcoming, makes coming here not an option. Also questioning club Marriott investment. I encouraged 3 family members to get club Marriott and all of group of 15 of us booked one table to sit with each other. Zandy said only one membership is allowed. So the whole point of getting the memberships went doesn’t the drain. Not renewing my membership since we hardly use it and when I need it to use, there are too many restrictions and not enough customer service to make the $50-$90 for dinner buffets worth it.

I'm not sure what's going on with staffing but I went on a Saturday right st opening (11:30am) for lunch and it took us 10 min to find a wait staff to get our drinks....it's as if the waitstaff were still waking up! Food was ok, nothing to rave about, maybe perhaps the kalbi short ribs. No discount for Marriott rewards members even if you're a Platinum level member; you'll need to enroll in their paid membership program to avail 10% off. Also, there's only 1 cashier, so to avoid any checkout delays, do not pay at closing, if you wish to close out the lunch period. Pay midway so you're not stuck in line waiting to pay...it will be a long wait, especially when you have people arguing with the cashier over discounts.

I tried the place for breakfast because there was a no expiration 30% off coupon in my room after checking in. When I went to pay, the lady ripped it up in front of me and said that is was not valid and housekeeping was supposed to remove it from the room after the holidays. It is not my fault that housekeeping did not remove it from the room, and the coupon should have been honored. It is also way over priced, $30 for breakfast is way too much. I do not plan to eat her again unless I'm desperate. I do not recommend this place at all.

Expensive. Buffet Option. I feel if they opened later for breakfast more people will go. If you don’t have membership doesn’t seem like a good option.

Bad food.

The food tasted weird & the service was so bad I had to keep asking for somethings & it would arrive super late. I said I’m not gonna come to Taste ever again. U guys was good before but now it’s getting bad down there. I saw one of the cooks spit in a trash can near the food I felt disgusted. His name was Tok & he was a teppanyaki chef, I told my family let’s not the food here ever again. After that I felt sick to my stomach seeing that.

As a local resident of Guam, I've been eating here a long time, for as long as I can remember. Never have I ever experienced such incompetence when trying to get back to eat here. For some context, my family and I made a reservation on the phone for an early Mother's Day lunch 2023 (literally almost 2 months in advanced). Keep in mind, the person who confirmed our reservation made sure to clarify that WE WERE SET FOR our early lunch. When the holiday weekend was almost here, we noticed that none of the staff had called us to confirm one more time. We took the initiative to call back and a different representative had told us that our reservation wasn't in their system (REMINDER: we booked almost 2 months in advanced). Eventually we got our situation sorted out and were booked. Then, when we arrived at the venue, they told us our reservation time was changed from 11:30 to 12:15. We eventually waited, and then afterwards the staff that day told us they still haven't had a table. They had prioritized the people who booked on their online options. I don't know what's going on with their staff or management recently but this was truly a terrible experience. I really don't see why they bother taking reservations both online and on the phone when they could lose one or more reservations. We are never eating here again.

I made a reservation 3 days in advance. They called me 2 hours before my reservation to cancel because they accidentally over booked. This was for a Father’s Day brunch. Nothing was done to say sorry for their failure.

For many things in life, you get what you pay for. Not so with the Taste at the Westin. Save your hard earned $$$$$ and visit the Aqua at the Dusit. The Taste may have rebranded, but the service was lacking and the food sub par.

So where do I even begin, I’ve been to taste a couple of times and the service was just not it. Our servers were not consistent AT ALL! NOT GIVING US THE SERVICE WE PAYED FOR! The first time they took FOREVER FOR OUR REFILLS! We had to keep asking multiple servers for refills. My other half had to keep getting up from eating just to get one server over to refill our drinks. It’s not only just the drinks but like napkins, creamer , and other things we needed. WE HAD TO GET UP AND JUST TO GET A SERVER! Honestly you need to hire more people or something because I see all those review and bad experiences , just doesn’t seem to not do anything . All bad experience for all the times I’ve been there. I really like the food and the restaurant and so does my family. But for us to keep having bad experiences every time we go there is just not right.
