I ordered curbside delivery through the McDonald’s app for my order, skipping the line while waiting for my favorite breakfast sandwich McDonald’s sausage egg McMuffin. No hash browns today but maybe next time. I was also able to use a coupon which really made it nice. I love saving money.
Its a good experience. The staff is nice and correct their mistakes respectfully. I love seeing this older lady named Barb she is super sweet and I get so excited to see her in the drive thru. All the staff greet me nicely and when they had family night they come out and play the games with the kids. It is so family friendly. They go the extra mile and that's important.
Nice and clean. Food is always fresh. The kitchen beeping sounds like a Vegas casino but otherwise one of my top picks locally for a mCDs.
Tried the Chicken Ranch wrap and it was good! Glad they brought it back. Paired with a small fry and iced tea,I was full and on my way.
Had a Caramel Frappe. It was good tasting. Even with a line at drive thru service was fast.
I want to start this off by saying I waited 20 minutes for my food at 10 pm, the reason why I'm not giving a bad review is because they were absolutely slammed, and they handled it phenomenally. They were orders behind before I got there and it was doordash, drive thru, and inside all at once. Only 4 of them working and someone called in for tomorrow while I was waiting, I overheard the phone call. I patiently waited, they apologized multiple times and were extremely polite and worked really hard. That are trying their best. People need to realize fast food isn't as fast anymore because they are always short staffed and they have online orders which is a relatively new thing that doesn't fit into the old time frames we got used to years ago. It is what it is. You guys are doing great.
Everything was fresh and hot! The manager and staff were very polite and professional.
It's McDonald's they're supposed to be all can very consistent which this one is... They have senior coffee at this particular location some locations do not if interested... On occasion one in plays comes out with a craft of coffee asking any of us if we would like refills.... They definitely do a lot of drive-through business...
Typically fast and professional but they get my order wrong more times than not. Clean and well maintained and the average price for MacDonald's nationwide. Good for a quick bite or a family meal or a meal with friends. Or dining alone if that's what your life choices have led you to.
Service is always friendly, and even when the drive thru is busy the wait times aren't unreasonable. I just wish they'd always include the extra condiments I pay for in my mobile orders. It doesn't cost much, but it stings
I only ordered a shamrock shake and large fry, cost $10 with change going to Ronald McDonald house. Took what seemed forever, fries were soggy and of course the shake was melted. I feel like simple orders should be bumped ahead in the drive thru but just my opinion
They remodeled the place and it looks great on the inside. New self ordering machines were nice, but awkwardly placed. My food has always come out quickly. The drive through is a double drive through, so the line moves pretty fast. As for food, well it's McDonald's... You should know what to expect.
Asked for a quarter pounder with cheese and no pickles. There were pickles on the burger. As for hot mustard and got honey mustard. All but 3 tables had food crumbs and drink marks on the tables.
I swear they get worse by the day. We dont frequent the restaurant but drive by it multiple times a day and the line is always wrapped around the building, they are always parking cars so they look good on paper and the order is right half the time and most of the time the food is stale (which I dont understand if its so busy)
Slow servive, but friendly. French fries not very good. Double cheeseburger was pretty good.
McDonald's has improved greatly over the years. They have been trying to add healthier options to their meals and have increased service incredibly. Food tastes great. Granted, avoid the beef due to use of antibiotics in the meat. Chicken seems to be alright. All else aside everything else is wonderful. Especially for a quick cup of coffee.
Had to ask for some one to wipe the tables and then he only did two. All of the tables were nasty 🤢
Last visit was not the norm, but it stuck out as one of the worst times at this McDonald's. All the tables were dirty and the service was extremely slow. However, under normal circumstances, the new remodeling is well done and looks sharp.
The food is ok, it's McDonald's you don't go there expecting something great or gourmet. But it's good for what it is, as long as you're lucky enough to get fresh fries. Cold fries or fries that they throw back in the fryer to re heat are just gross. The staff is usually very friendly, but sometimes you do run into the unfortunate soul who hates their job and is rude/takes it out on you. Overall this location isn't bad. It isn't fantastic either. It's a little below another local McDonalds as far as ambiance and friendly staff and fresh food go.
The young lady at the window made my experience amazing. She was just really bubbly and had a huge smile on her face! I was off to work @8am and ordered a bacon egg & cheese mcgriddle , the cheese was so cold and it was just gross eating it on the sandwich that I didn't finish it. For 8am I feel like things should be made a little more fresher than just slapping cold cheese n tossing it to your customers... 🙄🤦🏾♀️
Only one drive through lane open as usual and the inside ice machine has been broken for months. It's time to fix it. McDonald's Coke is the best but it's better cold.
What can you say it's McDonald's? The food isn't what it used to be in the olden days, but it's fast, it's convenient, and sometimes they get it right.
The worst services ever. They always get something wrong with the order and always a long wait with cars wrapped around the restaurant. Management is not doing their job. Teach these kids how to time manage. Also, don’t keep taking orders if you can’t get them to the customers when they get up got the window.
Its a McDonald's. Ya kinda know what to expect at these fast food places. Nothing special, nothing horrible. Just an ordinary McDonald's. Although, this location historically slow drive thru. Seems no matter whatcha order, you have to pull around and wait for it to be walked out to you. Rather than it be ready for you at the window.
I don't go to this location very often. Everytime I do it's disappointing. This time no different cold burger and fries. To the owner don't offer to make it right the second time make it right the first time. Maybe in another year I will try you again. So I thought I would try them for quick snack today. I wanted a McChicken and a Coke. Went through the drive-thru only one other car ahead of me to place an orders. Place my order and waited in line for 15 minutes I just left. Slowest place ever
Ordered ahead on app and after waiting in drive thru line for 15 minutes to get to speaker, then another 7 after giving app code, still had to pull to a spot to wait nearly 10 more minutes for order. Location appears to lack strong, concise management
This is the McDs closest to my home but I can't stand it. Good is more expensive than other locations, service is way too slow and my order is usually incorrect. I have an allergy and when I order I tell them what to leave off and why. Seventy prevent of the time they still put it on my burger. I end up throwing it away because no one has the time to get it corrected. I'll drive to the z Clay location where I get a correct order in a short time.
I don't think I have ever ordered here without having some kind of problem. They either get the order wrong, or the food takes 20+ minutes. EVERY SINGLE TIME. This most recent time, they left items out of the order and it took a solid 10 minutes for them to fix it. I've never had so many problems with a fast food restaurant in my life.
Before you leave the drive thru window make sure your order is correct. 3x now I get home and they did not put half my order in the bag. It is not even big orders(2 egg mcmuffins or big breakfast with hot cakes) Beyond frustrating to say the least.
Staff typically seems to have great difficulty reading and following instructions. Typically the food has been under headlamps for way too long or wait time is up to 20 minutes for fresh, hot food. If it wasn't for the desire of our autistic son, it most certainly wouldn't be an establishment we'd ever patronize... and such problems seem to be corporate chain wide. Very Sad

What can I say? I mean it's McDonald's... Nothing about this fast food chain is above average. The food doesn't taste that great, it's not healthy for you at all and the prices are outrageous! It's an average rating at best.
Drive thru took nearly 15 minutes to get thru. There wasn't even a long line when I got there. I was 2 car lengths behind the ordering area. How is it that a company like chick fil a can get the same group of cars thru in a fraction of the time but McDonald's can't seem to figure that out?
Everytime i come here theres an issue. They constantly have people pull around and wait so thier numbers look better and make you wait even longer cause they dont know how to run a drive through. Always, Always check your order before you leave here. Dont know how many times i had to wait longer cause something was missing or messed up.
I ordered 2 fish sandwiches with no cheese and a large sweet tea via the mobile app. After submitting my order, I was at the restaurant around 5 minutes later. After waiting 20 minutes in line, and another 5 minutes at the actual food window, I finally received my food and a sweet tea with no ice. It was handed with no heads up and the window closed. After having to knock on the window to gain the employee's attention to ask about the ice, I was told they were out. Again, no heads up that you are not getting a cold drink so that an informed decision could be made as to if the drink was still wanted, no apologies made regarding the entire situation. I know it is only fast-food but there still are minimal expectations that were not met. I don't think one person should have paid full price for a drink or should at least have been given proper info to know if they wanted to pay for a warm drink or not. And 25 minutes is a bit out of the window of what is expected when purchasing fast food.
Ordered inside since they only make to order on quarter pounders and didn't want to jam up the crowded drive thru only to hear front end staff heckling and hassling assembly staff. Im currently staring at 3 front staff members literally just standing around watching the crew in back desperately trying to clear the backlog, even after they asked for backup. Two guests have directly requested refunds and recieved a non-chalant attitude from the cashier. Unbelievably disrespectful behavior between staff members during a busy period.
I mean, it's a mcdonald's. The food is never anything to write home about. BUT, at the time I'm writing this, they've REALLY been struggling with their service. Consistently mis-managed and/or understaffed. Lines wrapped around the parking lot and out to the street, even when it's not "lunch/dinner rush".

Pull up to a long line at the DRIVE THRU WINDOW order,pay and was toldbto pull around the other side of building to another long line for them to bring our food out......fast food is no longer a thing. Not to mention the 2 breakfast meals for $30.... wow....! Never again

Absolutely terrible experience. Took 15+ minutes to get through the drive-thru and it wasn't that busy. Was moved over to one of the parking spaces to wait and then when the food was brought out, of course they forgot the salsa for my burrito. Out of the hundreds of McDonald's I've been to in my life, this is clearly one of the worst. I'd recommend avoiding at all costs until management/staff has been adequately trained or fired and replaced.
We ordered a ton of breakfast sandwiches and the manager was complaining that we didn't order ahead...the hashbrowns were unsalted, half cooked and soggy; I suppose I should have went to taco bell or BK instead...they've never had a problem filling my order without complaining...they do it faster and it tastes better. Thanks for keeping the terrible service consistent McDonalds. Won't be back...
Nothing but problems every time I order from this location. Meals completely left out of the bag, and even made it a point to ask the gentlemen if the chicken nugget sauces were in the bag and he told me yes. Get home and they weren't in there. I am trying to figure out how hard it is to look at a screen read what is on it and fulfill the order.
Food was fine, person working the drive through was extremely rude
The order was not correct with the kids meal. First no fries came in the box, the strawberry milkshake was not tasting of strawberries and the apple slices were missing. After going back to the front counter to fix this order issue, 3 times I was treated like I was the problem and not the fact that the order was not filled correctly. Do not stop here. Plenty of other places to eat.
This is worst McDonald's I've ever been to...I would give zero or even negative stars if I could. They make your order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME and then tell YOU that you are being disrespectful for complaining that they screw-up your order ever time. When did complaining without raising your voice, or hurling curse words become disrespectful? Simply respectfully raising an ongoing issue with your establishment is disrespectful? This is really the WORST McDonald's.
I ordered a deluxe crispy chicken and two happy meals and three slushies. Was told to wait on the other side of the building while they made the slushies. After waiting for ten minutes I realized they gave me two sandwiches that weren't mine. I told the employee who brought out the slushies and he sent the manager outside. She told me she would be able to make the sandwich I order but didn't offer to reimburse me for the two I had paid for. She was very rude, rolled her eyes and then walked away.
I asked for my chicken cook to order. Got back to hotel two minutes away and it was barely warm and bread was cold. When I questioned that the sandwich came up so quick I was reassured that it was fresh out the grease, big liars.

10 at night, 3 cars in front of me, sitting waited to order for going on 15 minutes. Person taking my order had the worst attitude I've ever seen out of any McDonald's worker, and the bar was already low to begin with. All employees inside swearing without care. Stay Classy B-Ville
Worst one I've been to multiple times.... Mismanaged, slow and not worth stopping at. Literally 20 minutes from order to food through drive through window. Every car had to pull around building and wait for someone to bring food out which took 8 minutes. Was not busy at all. No one inside. Go to Taco Bell next door. Much better service.
I just love having to wait in a single line for 40+ mins, for my mobile order, to then drive home and discover that one whole meal is missing from my order.
I had an issue with my order here and no one cared to try to help. The next time I came here I got 2 flurries and paid extra for dude and extra Oreos for both and barely got any in them. When I asked if they could put just a little more in it she argued with me that they can't do that because it's store policy even though I paid for extra. When I told her that I paid for extra and there wasn't even the amount it normally comes with she just yelled at me saying that she's a manager and knows what she's doing.
Everytime I order food for my kids i have to go back inside and get the ranch i asked 3 times for in the drive thru. I try asking for it in the drive thru and they just move me along like i dont matter. Not the brand that Mcdonalds imagined for the future, sadly i get better customer service at the DMV.
Mobile order...only one lane open...2nd lane has been closed for weeks...waited 13 minutes to get to window...older lady in front trying to order a cheeseburger...the employee..young girl who could barely speak English couldn't understand the older lady..they were screaming at each other..I can hear all this 1 car back...old lady at the window...you can tell shes upset...she finally gets her burger and yells something and leaves...I pull up...young girl clearly new taking orders on her headset and doing window...she is hard to understand...not from around here...gets my drink and asks wat I ordered..I'm like ok? Walks away...other lady puts a new cash drawer in...employees going vack firth young girl comes back says just starting my order...pull around side..I say no...I've been in waiting on a mobile order for approx 17 minutes now...she walks away and some other girl comes up and very rudely tells to pull around..I say no I'm not...want my money back! Mgr comes to window...I'm like wat has happened to this place..always long lines..food not so great...are you trying hire people or wat? Seriously..if you can't serve the public then don't open!!
Yes Since they shut down at midnight and I was at the Baldwinsville Location in the Morning asked about a milkshake, they Hymed and hawed and after the 3rd person came on after being told by the first person that I could get one, they told me the machine was down for cleaning and would t be back up and running until after 3 pm!! I was there at 6:45 am?!?! The first person told me yes then told me No and it would be back up after the manager got back!?! This is not the first time that I have been there recently and gotten Poor service! Why don’t they cleaned the machine at night before they shut down?!?!
Terrible service. Waited over 20 minutes for food 4 other customers who came in after us got their food before us. Asked for refund because we had an appointment to be at. Sam (manager?) brushed us off for customers in the drive through.
Totally unprofessional, the girl is too busy flirting with the dude in front of me to get my doordash order out and gave him her number and he just sat there talking to her for 5 minutes, I've been in this drive through for 15 minutes and it's only a 2 minute drive to the customer I could have been done by now and finishing up a second delivery already, it's also not busy at all they're just not working.
I’ve been here several times before and never had any issues up until this time. I was with my mom and she ordered using the mobile feature. We had ordered a cheeseburger and fries. We handed us the bag and when we opened it, we saw that it was the wrong order. They had given us a Filet-O-Fish. Knowing that people make mistakes, we went back through the drive through again, stating that we received the wrong order. They didn’t apologize, which isn’t necessary, just kind of expected. But, anyways, they told us that they would give us the correct order. Well, we go through again and tried to give them the bag with the Filet-O-Fish, since we didn’t order it. They said that they couldn’t take it back, to which we asked if they could at least throw it out, since we didn’t want it at all, it would get thrown out anyways and it smelled. They refused. Then, when we checked the bag again, we realized that they handed us the wrong order again, this time two 6-packs of chicken nuggets. Not wanting to go through a third time, we gave up. I think that this experience alone was terrible and that we won’t be returning because of the poor service. It’s frustrating enough to be given an incorrect order once, but really…twice? Unacceptable.
The line took forever and gave me 1 ketchup packet for a large fry and there was no napkins
This is probably the worst McDonald's there is. As busy as it is there is always one lane closed and one window closed. The staff is rude and my order is wrong more times than it's not.
We waiting in the drive thur pick up line for 15 minutes for our food,not sure what took so long.
More and more, I find myself waiting longer for orders, food received being made carelessly and sloppy and staff looking more and more chaotic. Cars who have already ordered and paid lined up around the corner in order to cheat the check times… all while I sit here and watch what seems to be individuals in leadership sit on a laptop and watch it happen each time I visit. My visits are becoming less and less, they will soon be nonexistent. It is clear that this McDonalds has no guidance.
Probably the worst range of employees at a McDonald’s. Weekday mornings everyone is great! But anyone on the weekends or in the afternoon /night shifts can’t do their job. They’re too busy flirting with each other and tickling each other at the window instead of helping customers. Everyone I come here girls are giggling and poking each other in the drive through. You’ll sit there over 5 minutes and watch them play with each other just for them to finally come to you and tell you to pull around to wait even longer. They’ll pull from the drive thru so their time being recorded shows they’re getting cars out faster. In reality there’s a line of 6-10 cars wrapped around the building.
Can never seem to get their crap together. Always under staffed and only have one drive through open during lunch and dinner time which is pathetic cause that’s prime time to get money. They need to step it up cause this is the worst McDonald’s in New York

Food was fine once we finally got it after waiting at the window for 15 minutes. The worst part is the lady that took my order. No “Hello,” and no manners. Extremely rude and unfriendly. Not to mention dirty and unsightly.
Waited 20 mins in drive thru. Must not have turned mic off for drive thru. Heard employee complaining. Never moved, decided to order inside. Fries were hard and crunchy, burger instantly fell apart trying to get it out of box. Wasn't told our food was all set, just got set in the pick up box as if we ordered ahead. Other orders were being mixed up or not done correctly. Manager walking around not helping very much.
Every time I go there they forget part of my order. This time I ordered 2 sausage Biscuits. I got a Mcgriddle and a mc muffin. Everytime!! I'm not sure why it's so hard to get it right there

The service and the food wasn't good. Cashier completely forgot we were standing there. waiting to order. Condiments were empty. My chicken sandwich had nothing on it, and again no condiments on the counter. VERY DISAPPOINTED, WONT RETURN. Also you may want to remind your cooks covering their mouths when they are sneezing and coughing is a desirable
For the second time I am reporting that my experience at the McDonald’s in Baldwinsville was not great. I waited in the drive thru lane for 15 minutes and then I pulled out of line and went inside thinking that it would be quicker. Not so much….i waited some time at the register for someone to look over to see me. I ordered a hamburger, how hard can that be? I then waited another 10 min for my order to arrive. The kids who work there were not being supervised and were not putting too much effort into their jobs. It was an extremely busy time and they were not getting the jobs b done. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, not a slow food restaurant.
Every time I've been there and ordered nuggets... EVERY TIME! they've forgotten the dipping sauce... 😂 its become a joke me and my coworkers talk about with this exact mcdonalds lol.
Tell me how 3 cars in the second lane got waited on before someone even acknowledged me? When they finally did they didn't greet me and were short.

Walked in to order a small shake for my son and a soft drink for myself. No one at the front register taking orders. After waiting 10 minutes I had to ask when an order would be taken which they had to check with their supervisor to see if they could take an order while other kiosk orders and drive thru orders continued to back up. Terrible service all around.
The Quarter Pounder is the size of a .50 hamburger, it was disgusting and that's being gentle. The good news? I don't ever have to come back.
AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY. I don't know what's happened to this place in the past 6 months to a year - but the service is suddenly SLOW. Insanely slow, even if you order ahead of time on the mobile app.
AVOID this place. I ordered a single sandwich, I was almost to 10 mins on the clock (OEPE on Drive-thru screen was 560 seconds) when i got disgusted and DROVE AWAY, LEAVING MY PAID-FOR ORDER BEHIND. The owner of this location should be embarrassed. It’s ridiculous. Just close it and get it over with, it’s inevitable with this “service”.
Ridiculous! I received the wrong order or was missing an item 2 out of my last two visits. I Don’t eat here except maybe once or twice a year. The woman packing the orders needs to be retrained by the manager. There was also a breakdown with the receipt, not getting attached to the bag so then when they brought the food out, they gave my food to somebody else and somebody else’s food to me. The Taco Bell isn’t much better, but it can’t be this bad!
As someone who's been here consistently on Mondays at around 7:30pm, I've never had much issue until today. Wednesday at 8pm, dunno if it was the Grinch meal that came out or new hires or short staffing or what but I was in line for, no joke, 75 minutes before I called it and went home. Don't go when I did, or better yet don't go at all. Not returning here for a while.
Shocker.. reading recent reviews of the same issue.. food, customer service and the constant delay in speed everyone gets their food.. I waited over 30 mins in the drive thru.. soda was flat and food cold.. This is why sit-in restaurants are thriving.. people would rather pay for better service and get hot fresh food
I went in at 10:50am to pick up my mother - who is in a nursing home a breakfast sandwich - they absolutely refused to make one.I'm just trying to get my mother to eat.And these people were so rude.Zero customer service skills.I can see why this place gets terrible reviews.I will never recommend this location or go there Personally. This place is consistently the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Then the food finally comes out after 30 min in the drive thru line and it's overpriced garbage.
The young lady behind the counter working Saturday around noon was about as rude as one could be. She rolled her eyes and gave my family an attitude because we asked where our food was after 20 minutes. There was zero line inside. Opposed to saying “we forgot”, she went on to lie about having endless orders in front of ours. Customer service -7-10.
We ordered a large fry but the container was less than a quarter filled. When we called to alert the manager, the person we spoke to could have cared less and continued to work the window. Customer service is right out the window.
I don’t know who the two women were working in the window tonight at about 530, but they’re extremely rude especially the heavy set one. Very bad attitudes, she slammed the window and refused to give me the sauces that I payed for. This is the second time this women was rude to me. I recommend putting her in the kitchen instead of at the window.
Just moved to Baldwinsville. Worst McDonalds I’ve ever eaten at. 1:00pm. Waited so long to order I had to ask someone to help me. Burger was dry and cold. As were the fries. Asked for condiments, the employee never said a word, rolled her eyes and I thanked her. No response from her, just walked away.
I had a drive-through order on August 25,2025 @ approximately 2:30pm. Lady in the drive-through was rude barely acknowledged me, never offered me my receipt, the fries were cold, and my overall experience was bad.
I came in here little over couple weeks ago Was beyond disappointed the food wasn’t even cooked right i swear they took it out of the freezer & didn’t even put it in fryer Tasted like it was not even cooked. Properly They took took about 15 minutes to get me a small cup & didn’t even tell why it took so long They drink station had a lot of napkins thrown everywhere & straw rappers everywhere The Dr Pepper taste had a strong taste of chemicals With an after taste of soap The trash can was over flowing with trash etc. About 3 hours later I was starting to sweat up a storm & started feeling nauseous then not even 10 minutes later after that I started vomiting.. They were rude me they didn’t wanna do their job i overheard the employees talking about customers How the customers order way to much food The fries were cold I took a bite of the McChicken & my stomach started to feel upset but didn’t think anything of it at the time because I was so hungry because I drove 273 miles because I was so excited to see my pregnant finance Will never come back here again when I travel will tell everyone & anyone friends & family from New York & Pennsylvania.
Went in today and ordered burgers, fries and strawberry shakes. After waiting 10 minutes I was told the shake machine was down for strawberry but chocolate and vanilla were available. Every other time we come here the strawberry shake is down! When I questioned the manager she said the machine was old but the other flavors were available? It is old and it plugs up! Well GET A NEW ONE! We got a refund on the shakes but when we got home, 5 minutes away, the fries were ice cold , over cooked and dried up like they were sitting around for quite a long time! We are done with this store! Hopefully whoever owns this dump reads these reviews and realizes how bad this place is!
