Great little local place for lunch. Great sandwiches and many other deli offerings. Fresh hot and cold food. Staff is very friendly, helpful and bilingual. Very clean and several small tables available, to sit for lunch or coffee. We go here often. Yes, the prices have gone up... like EVERYTHING in New York !

Very modest shop, but it did not disappoint with Italian sandwich offerings! Homemade mozzarella, sausage, and so much more. The only thing I would change is the bread--for such substantial sandwiches, I wish it had been a pizzeria-style roll (made from pizza dough). But everything else was perfect and a great value for your money!

after 6 months of not going to this deli, due to a very bad experience with one of the full time employees. I was informed he no longer workers here. I deced to give it another shot. Im excited to say they have made it back on my list of Delis to go to. The service is back to being extremely friendly and the sandwiches are fresh and plentiful!

One of the best delis in New York! Fantastic meats, cheeses and anything Italian! Awesome hot food for lunch or dinner. Some of the best Italian cookies/cakes I've had here! Only negative is their coffee! Can you believe that? Worst coffee around sadly.... But everything is first class! Highly recommended!

I came in for a couple of simple sandwiches, and the gentleman behind the counter was lovely. The sandwiches were good and my son thought it was amazing! Very generous portions as well. We could’ve shared a sandwich, but I didn’t know that when I ordered them.

2nd day at this deli, yesterday it took 20 minutes to make me a sandwich. Definitely took too long. Sandwich was OK. Just not what I was expecting. There was water dripping into buckets from the ceiling. The second day I got another sandwich and it was 15 dollars! And 3 dollars a soda. Wasn't expecting that either. My biggest gripe is the kid here was just not very professional and did not help put anything into my bag and when I asked about the sandwich he did not have any reaction but said it was 12.99 then cashed out the register to hide the price. Bad attitude dude. Do better.

Absolutely terrible. Microwaved my chicken cutlet which made it soggy and not even hot. Common what are we doing here. Would not recommend.

This place just can't get one simple thing correct. I ordered one of their chicken sandwiches that comes with breaded chicken by default... They gave me grilled chicken. I ordered a hamburger with no tomato.... It didn't even come on a hamburger bun and they also included tomato. I ordered fried chicken... It's just chicken cutlet. I ordered buffalo wings and I have to air fry them because they aren't fully cooked. What a joke this place is. Don't waste your money.

Was asked to wait for 10 to 20 minutes. 40 minutes later barber told me to wait another 20 minutes to take someone else ahead of my Son.

Was way overcharged for either using a credit card which is illegal in NY or the employee is skimming money or items somehow. Just moved to the area and after that experience will definitely not be returning. Will also be reporting it to whatever appropriate new york authority

Got a turkey, egg and cheese on a roll for almost $10.00 For some unknown reason (cause I have never seen such a thing) the turkey was cut into small little square that were falling of the bread. Other places slice the turkey just the same as the cheese but not this place. Worst part, the turkey had a funny taste and smell. I couldn't even eat it. $10.00 went to the garbage.

Stopped in here in the morning since i was working near by . Got a bacon egg and cheese that was hands down the worst breakfast sandwich i have ever had and the most expensive. Paid $9 for microwaved bacon and a stale hard roll . Do better .

Menu clearly stated 5.50$ for bacon egg and cheese, owner pointed to a pastrami egg and cheese which is 6.50$ and try’s telling me I bought that. 5.50$ is already way over priced for a single egg on a hardroll with 2 pieces of bacon but sneakily charge me a extra 1$? Bacon egg and cheese was 5/10 eggs were rubbery, bacon barely cooked and fatty, WAY to much pepper absolutely covered in it. If you can’t make a bacon egg and cheese can you really make anything ?

The deli in the Shell station by Tops is much better and the woman behind the counter is a doll. I'd rather drive 20 minutes there then go back to A&A. To bad since I live so close.

Been going there for years. The last couple sandwiches I had were a disgrace... All lettuce tomatoe and mayo, with barely any meat.. This guy got real cheap and now the sandwiches are overpriced with a slither of meat... It sucks to see good places go down the drain because of greed
