Great place. Was disappointed at first when they didn't offer the soft corn tortillas but the staff members helped me choose a gluten free option for me. The girl working there was also really helpful and let us sample everything. We had never been to Chipotle before so this customer service was excellent!
This Chipotle always has great quality tasting food. Best to avoid it at lunch time since the surrounding businesses make it super crowded. Or order online and pick up your food. Other than it being busy at lunch during the week its a great quick lunch spot.
I always order online to go. The guy who does the packing and checking out for to go is THE BEST. He remembers me every time I come (he knows my name from ordering) and even pre-packs my bag with 4oz containers of jalapenos and cilantro because he knows I like that, even though you can't leave notes for your order online anymore! He is basically the reason I come to Chipotle. He is personable, makes my order right, and gives me the extras I want without my request! I have ordered at non-lunch hours before, and had different staff. They messed up my order of course. Still highly recommend this location during lunch hours, especially to go.
The workers were extremely kind and generous (whoever was working 7/21/24 at 3pm); this is the best chipotle experience i’ve had!
Don’t understand all the bad reviews. I feel this chipotle is way better than others in the area. Food is prepared well and good serving sizes. Only been twice recently but I prefer this location.
I love this Chipotle. The employees are so friendly and the food is great. Unfortunately, there is a female manager that is very unprofessional and disrespectful towards her employees. She looked super angry while talking to one of her employees. Be kind to your co workers, you never know who is watching you and when a supervisor might drop by unannounced. Be an example to others. Treat others how you would like to be treated!!!!! She should be fired or someone should talk to her that way, to see how she feels.
This is a new location for Chipotle, near a major intersection in Carlsbad. The restaurant's interior space is small, with very basic decor and limited seating. But for takeout, it seems quite decent. I ordered by phone and picked up within 10 minutes. The order was accurate and ready. We enjoyed a carnitas burrito with the medium salsa; medium in this case equals a bit spicy and the meat portion was above average. Also a steak burrito with mild salsa; here the meat portion was average at best, and the salsa could barely be detected. These burritos are made to order, and each filling specified was there. For two burritos without any sides, the total check was less than $15. This is about what I would have expected to pay for what we received. Certain fillings, such as guacamole, would have added to the cost. I would suggest checking out the menu online, ordering ahead, and doing takeout. Not exactly a sit down-friendly atmosphere. We will take out again.

I dropped by a bit before dinner hour and the entire store was empty, but quite a few pick up orders were waiting. They really served up the food here compared to other Chipotle restaurants I’ve been to lately. Place was clean and workers were super friendly. They have an outdoor patio at this location.
Surprisingly this became one of the good Chipotle's I visited. Seeing the reviews I was not very hopeful but thought to try my luck as kids wanted it and placed an order pickup. Turned to be good food and well packaged. Probably I liked it because of the worst Chipotle's I visited in other parts of the country.

Food wasn't great. Bland and flavorless. The pico de gallo had vinegar or something that made the tomatoes taste bad. Second time I've visited and both times it's been a disappointing taste experience. I think I've learned my lesson. Don't go back!
Not the most friendly. Looks like a lot of training which is fine, but smile maybe. As well the one employee said that I needed to wait to get more chicken for my salad, then next associate told him no it looked fine. I have had plenty of these salads and it was short compared to norma . Usually I would say anything, but I did mention it. The employee said "no he thought it was fine". Please all I ask is make the food right. I didnt mind waiting.
It's Chipotle. Not much more I can say about the taste since everyone knows their food. But this branch on Palomar Airport Rd always serves the meats at a cooler temperature than I like so it makes me feel like im eating cold food. Not the way I like it. I always have to take it home and reheat it. The kids that work there are kids with no service experience. Enough said.
Chipotle has some pretty nice food that tastes surprisingly fresh and healthy for a fast food joint. Also kudos to them for finally putting a vegan option on the menu. The veggie burritos are our favorite go-to for a quick meal, it's just a shame they keep getting smaller and smaller. A Chipotle burrito used to be a magnificent dinner that was hard for the employees to roll and bursting at the seam. Nowadays it's closer to a rolled up taco.
I ordered a burrito with extra meat, extra beans, and extra cheese, and received a burrito that was seemingly satisfactory, but I wouldn't say it was small either. I definitely don't feel like I received +$7 of carne asada though. If you're craving chipotle and this is the nearest location, go ahead.
I tried the bowl with beef, there was not ready and they told me to wait 5 min for it.I agreed, it were like 10, but the real problem was when I ate it and I noticed the beef was still raw 🤮. Maybe it is matter of taste, but if you like well done beef ask first.
Ordered through Grubhub. The food was good, with the usual Chipotle quality, no complaints about that. The driver arrived faster than expected, no complaints. The packaging of the food needs to be worked on. Arrived with 2 bowls leaking from getting squished by the burritos on top of them. The bag tore out of the bottom after the driver left it at the door. The four items had no markings for what was inside each of the two bowls, and each of the two burritos. We had to open each burrito and decide which was which. How hard would it be to use a marker to place a V for the vegetarian burrito, and an M on the meat? The same marker could have been used to differentiate the two chicken bowls. With fees and tip, a little more aggravation than I wanted for $74.
The girl that was serving food on this day and time I didn’t get her name wasn’t welcoming she was very unprofessional and rude. We are new to chipotle and weren’t sure where to start and order. Very disappointed with the services and will not be returning to this location.
First time ever trying chipotle Cool concept but it was mediocre at best. My wife dragged me in here because she was craving it. We got a burrito and 2 bowls= 30 bucks not bad. She got Carne asada and I got the chicken. My bowl tasted so plain if it weren't for the salsas that I threw on top I probably wouldn't of ate it. I'm eating my bowl and the first piece of chicken I bite into is hard and it's got a big piece of tendon attached to it. Luckily I didn't swallow it Cuse I'd be in for a hell of a night. My wife enjoyed hers me on the other side not so much.

Very busy and the employees are rude. Meat had fallen into the queso and they just stirred it up to hide it so vegans beware. Food fell into other nearby food and it was just a mess. And they needed to stalk the forks and napkins. Too busy to even find a seat or parking.
Guac was brown last night and the front door was locked so everyone had to enter through the side door. Every time we have been to this location , they are out of apple juice for our kids and twice now we have had crunchy rice . Last night, this chipotle was also out of salad dressing.
You know, I used to work at this location when it opened. It is a FAR cry from what it used to be! I went on Monday evening around 7:00 p.m. on the 18th of September. Whoever was managing that night needs to be spoken with because none of the employees had any passion or drive for what they were doing, and the restaurant was a complete disaster area! If I had been a secret shopper, no one would have been happy with what I had to say! The sneeze guard around the food was covered in drippings from God knows what, and there was food all over the counter (I mean like ALL over, sauces too)! Empty containers were piled up in plain sight, food and debris all over the ground, and the soda station was nothing impressive to say the least. Things were out of stock, & people were waiting around for their food. It's assembly line service and people should be out the door within 5-10 minutes of being there (depending on the line). All kinds of things were out of stock, and whoever was working the burrito line was being really stingy with every single ingredient going on burritos bowls and salads. The singular positive thing I can say is that she smiled at me and was very friendly. This location is an absolute mess, and in need some new management and better training! No restaurant should ever look this way, and I'm honestly scared to eat my food as freshness is definitely an issue here as well! I would say arrive here first thing when they open so that everything is clean and everything is fresh, otherwise forgo the opportunity to eat here! Get it together guys! I mean, come ON!
Y’all are a business so please act like one. We’ve come 4 times and everytime they are out of food, serving us old stale meat or sides that have been scrapped out the bottom and not fresh. Just went and out of salad dressing and had to wait 10 min for meat to be made so I walked out and went across to get a gyro plate. I’d love to support this chipotle if you actually served what’s on the menu and with the right staff to handle the line.
This company can't get portions right. The disparity between 1 serving of protein over another is strange. Why can't they just use measured scoops for the protein. Taste was good. Value ($ for 🌯) was 👎.
This branch of Chipotle has been very disappointing over the last several months. They are regularly out of something or the other during peak hours. Today I was there at 12:15 pm - the height of the lunch hour, right? No beef, no chicken available!! And often there are no bell peppers & onions available!! What the heck?? Has there been a change in management? If so whoever is running this branch is doing a LOUSY job.
They consistently run out of fajitas. Last time I went the guacamole they served me was already black. This location is really going downhill. EDIT: I’m improving the rating to 3 because the last 3 times I’ve gone they’ve had most or all the toppings I wanted EDIT: they are back to running out of things
Wow wondering why meal came out to 20.00. Charged for guacamole and double meat on receipt. Wish they would tell u ahead of time For the price of extra meat u can pretty much get whole 2nd bowl Kinda ridiculous Q person serving food so took for ever to get my food Soo far not happy w this location
Chipotle is great. This particular location was not holding the standard. I asked for white rice but noticed brown rice, spilled into the white rice, and vice versa. This made the choice pointless. This spillage continued to other ingredients, too. The server area was really messy. On check out, the server upcharged me for Carne even though I explained it was plain steak.
I love Chipotle and have given this place a few chances. In short- they give a significantly smaller portion size, they do a poor job at cooking their food, there is always trash laying around near the soda fountain, and I’m paying the same amount I’d pay to go to a different Chipotle. Management needs to take their job more seriously.
The quality of the ingredients here did not seem as good as other Chipotles in the area. The portion size was also really small, especially for ordering a sofritas/vegetarian bowl. The food was also extremely watery and soggy as if everything was undercooked and not drained properly.
This Chipotle is mismanaged. Corporate needs to find someone new to manage this location. I’ve been here 10-15 times and every time they are out of something (beans, fajita veggies, meat, etc.). I usually come between 7-8pm. Maybe it’s in an effort to not have an overage that goes to waste at the end of the day? Besides that, the location is MESSY. The countertops were just covered in food from the day, the floors had trash on them, there were even piles of trash next to the trash can behind the counter. The place was dead, how is no one cleaning the mess up? Not a good look given Chipotle’s track record with customers getting sick from their food. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t come in and said something. Service here is usually pretty lack luster here as well. Just kind of seems like a bunch of high school kids that don’t care much running the show and “management” is just MIA.

This particular location falls short in comparison to others in terms of side offerings. Disappointingly, beloved green pickles and other spices were missing and only hot sauce bottles are seen. Despite the flavorful main dishes, the overall dining experience feels incomplete without these essential accompaniments. If you're a fan of a well-rounded meal, you may find yourself wanting more from this Chipotle.
I’ve online ordered from here twice. I order light corn, light mild, and normal medium. first time I got extra everything so my salad was a soup. this time I got home and there was NO salsa and no cheese. like skipped a whole sección of stuff. and barely any chicken? like what are you doing??? come on man . I don’t want to stand in front of you just as much as you don’t want me standing there. just get it right.
Sometimes this place is good. Clean looking behind the glass, good portions, friendly service. Last time I went the place looked really messy. The portion size was okay and the people serving the food were nice enough. The girl at the register could use an attitude adjustment. Didn't even speak one word to me I don't think. Just rang up my order and stared at me until I ran my card. I went to get a drink and utensils, there were no napkins or forks. I went back up to her to ask for some and she just pointed off to the side where they had some for the online orders. This leads me to believe that I'm not the first person to come up and ask for some and yet no one could be bothered to go refill them. I understand these are low pay jobs, but their not even doing the bare minimum
Chipolte is nice. I like it, and would've given it 4 star if I had a good experience. I'll just sum up the problem. Stale chips and bad employees. I am a vegetarian and wanted beans with my order. Saw a chunk of meat in the beans and an employee trying to cover it up. And we brought it up with the employees. Guess who didn't care. This location is great and so is Chipotle. Customer service nd employees are a major problem and very bad.
This chipotle is the most stingy chipotle I have ever been to. I thought I was ordering a bowl not a cup of chipotle. Had to continue to ask for more portions. I would not go there unless you want a chipotle cup of food. Employees also had no customer service.
This location needs to get it together. I rarely go there because they either mess up my order because they’re rushing or my food leaks in the bag on the way home. My favorite item is the salad because of the salad dressing! I think most would agree too. It’s not a substitute to have more salsa as they offer, completely different! Today is the second time they’re out! How are you out of salad dressing?? I’ve been going to Chipotle’s for years and never had a place out and this place twice on different occasions.The upper management needs to get it together here, sheesh!
I go for the salads. Unfortunately they consistently don’t have salad dressing available and often you don’t find out until your order is completed. No sign or any warning that they’re of this essential ingredient. Associate just said he didn’t have time to make dressing. A lot of us don’t really like eating dry salads. Follow-up: went back at the end of October 2022 and AGAIN they did not have salad dressing available. What's the point of offering salads when you don't carry a key ingredient. Follow up 2: back on November 12. No salad dressing again. Todays excuse “our blender is broken.” This is a real long term recurring problem.
I've been eating Chipotle for years and this was by far the most salty, burrito bowl I've ever had! Very disappointed! I have to wonder if you're trying to give me high blood pressure?!
We’ve been going here for a long time, but recently the portions and service have taken a dive. If you want half portions for the same $15, this is the place for you. If you want eye rolls and deep sighs when you ask for more than 1/2 spoon of rice, this is the place for you. The picture represents ‘double’ portions.
The lest three times I have tried to get food here they have nothing left. At first it was just one kind of rice or fajitas. Today it was almost everything. This location is definitely going downhill. Do not recommend.
Food was cold rice seemed like it wasn't cooked. The portions of.guac was like a tea spoon and you pay like 2.95 for the cost cutting way rice and beans were skimpy along with cheese just not the bowls they used to be. Last time I'll go there was trying to give them a second chance strike 3 they're out for me
The girl at the counter seem like she didn't wanna be bothered..I asked for fresh meat because it was very dry looking and she said that all we have for now...she didn't offer if I would like to wait for fresh meat or anything else. Then proceeded to sloppily toss the food into the bowl then at the register cut me off when I stated what meat items I chose. And finally threw the receipt in the bag and was walking in the back while rudely saying have a nice day. P.S. The sad thing is we were the only customers in the place and they had more then 3 employees working at that time around 4pm on the receipt the host was: Raquel 8/16/20
Our office ordered $200 worth of food online for the first time today; it will be our last. In the order, there were over 20 bags of chips. When we went to pick up the order, they refused to give us salsa for the chips. They stated that if we wanted salsa, then we should have ordered it. WOW! Apparently, you have to order the salsa with your order which we did not know. We would have been happy to pay, but the money came out of petty cash and there was no extra on hand. Darn! Our salsa scam was thwarted again! I’m sure this is exactly what Steve Ells would have done in this situation. Congratulations Chipotle; you just lost 20 local customers over $2 in product costs. Keep up the good work and keep those margins high!
I hate writing bad reviews but unfortunately This chipotle is not that great. I’ve been going to chipotle for years now and have never experienced service like this. I work 5 minutes away and come here on the lunch rush but 90% of the time I come here they either get my order completely wrong or the portions are very small. When I say small I mean the guac is $2.44 and they gave my girlfriend and I a teaspoon of it. I asked for white rice and it’s barely a scoop!! This place is ridiculous. Never going to this chipotle again because the service is horrible. I asked for more rice and I get a dirty look!? Are you kidding me? No, I’m sorry I won’t pay $15 for a very tiny small bowl.
Cross contamination is terrible here. They drop meat into the queso and veggies so if you have allergies or vegan/vegetarian don’t come here. Their spoons for each ingredient will touch your food in your bowl/burrito and then back into the ingredient container. Their counters are extremely messy and covered in food. When confronted politely on cross contamination the employees just stood there and stared and said nothing, super unprofessional. And to top it off, food poisoning after the chicken. DO NOT EAT HERE. There are plenty of amazing chipotle locations near by, this one is sub par.
What is the problem with salad dressing at this location? I try to eat a salad every week here, but 25% of the time they don't have all the ingredients, so they don't even offer it. Another 25% of the time they make it without the honey and it tastes awful. Go down to the store and buy some honey like any good manager would!
I’m sure the workers are doing their best, but I’ve gotten extremely burnt chicken and steak, have had missing items from my order, undercooked chicken, burritos that have just not even been closed to being wrapped correctly. On top of that the restaurant has been littered with flies the last couple of times I stopped in. This place needs more solid staffing and management.
Worst Chipotle ever. The chicken was over cooked and chewy. The rice and soft shells were hard. Terrible customer service. Absolutely ridiculous portion size even for a kids meal. Last chance. The quesadilla cheese was all melted to the foil. Where can I go and get my money back? Don't waste your time. Go to another location if possible. THE WORSE!!
The tables were dirty. The chips in the bag were greasy. I opened our bag to find oil still sitting on the surface of 90% of the chips. I considered tell the cashier, but the service was so non-chalant, and I really believe all of the bags had to be like that.
This location needs more staff during opening time. The line almost to the door with 1 person on the line including cashiering.
The food is okay but they often run out of everything and don’t replenish their trays enough. I’ve been here over ten times and every time they seem under staff and poorly managed. They are slow and the line is always long.
This place is absolutely horrible, they serve food as if it is coming out of their own paycheck. My toddler son eats more than this. I am outraged by this feat by Chipotle. This place is a real dump. I was craving Chipotle and this place was the closest to me. For starters, they are supposed to open at 10:30am however, they didn't open until almost 10:40am. There was literally a crowd of people waiting at the door and they didn't have the courtesy to apologize for the delay. On top of this, half of the sides were not replenished. There was NO steak and NO guac. You could tell the items that were available were left over from the day before. I figured I was already there and would just take what I could get. The gentleman was in such hurry that he was literally tossing the items onto the burrito and bowls, making a mess everywhere. I bought 1 burrito, 2 bowls, 2 drinks, and 1 bag of chips which totalled $37.62 which I paid cash for. I just arrived home and realized I did not get a receipt. Needless to say the food was not good as it was not fresh and on top of that cold. I take part responsibility for this because I should have left the minute I arrived and saw how filthy the restaurant was. The windows haven't been cleaned in God knows how long. They look like they have been showered with syrup. Believe me, this is NOT an exaggeration.
Got food poisoning from this location. 2 times now i had to clean my own tables. Probably the worst Chipotle Ive ever been to. Wonder when they will get inspected for cleanliness and compliance.
I am not the kind of person to write bad reviews but today I got disappointed by this location. Today was the third time I went to this location. The first time I ordered online and it took me 30 minutes to get my order when I got there. The second time I went in and it wasn’t as bad as the first time. This time around, I went for lunch and I found the chicken not ready so I decided to order a steak burrito. The steak wasn’t ready, I couldn’t chew it. This location is definitely out of my go to place.
Server was kinda rude. I said hi how you doing and her answer said it all. The chicken bowl she made was not a $12 worth. I won't come to this place ever again. They need to hire people that smile and are glad ti be working for this place
I wish I would've read the reviews prior to going. The staff sucks here. First they barely add any toppings... and the prep area is a mess...The guy rang up my burrito bowl and walked away. Didn't even finish my transaction. Didn't ask if I wanted anything else. I did in fact want a drink but was standing there and he started helping someone else. I should've walked out and not paid but I'd feel guilty. Only reason I didn't stay to let him know was I had to get to work. Definitely avoid this place if u can.
Absolute trash. I mean in every way. From the service to the food to the atmosphere or should I say trash-mosphere. There’s trash spilling out of the trash cans onto the floor and from the looks of it, into the food. I left as they were preparing my food, they lacked inventory and the service was again, trash. Where is the manager?!? Incompetent teenagers and no oversight has forever plagued this Chipotle. A new owner needs to come and save this hellish place or just close it down.

All of this happened in 1 trip to Chipotle today. 1. The only meat they had available was carnitas. 2. The card machine didn't work. 3. The line was out the door. 4. They gave the tiniest portion. 5. The food line was so dirty all the food was mixed. 6. There was no ice in the soda machine. All in all I love Chipotle but I was disgusted today and wasted 25 dollars on 2 horrible meals.
The worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The staff have horrible attitudes. It was a mess in there. Food all over the serving area. I wish I would of got the girls name that worked on 1/16/23 at 7:45pm. She had a horrible attitude. She even rolled her eyes at me. Management should fire her. More often than not the DoorDash order is wrong, no utensils, no napkins, and today the little chubby Latina working, held back a sarcastic as she "apologized" for consistently getting orders wrong. (NO RICE in my bowl and when I arrived there was plenty) Management really needs to retrain this staff on quality control when it comes to phone orders/deliveries. That fact that I've had to drive down there twice in a month to resolve a delivery order, with gas prices the way that they are, is beyond absurd! GET IT TOGETHER! Take a little pride and ownership of the work you do and do it correctly. If you dont like your job, get a different one! Don't make it the customers problem. I spend a lot of money here. Equivalent to one person's weekly shift. I can easily change that. This inefficient location already has 2 strikes in my book. Management really needs to reevaluate the consistent issues and lack of customer service. No excuses. There would probably be less Karen's in the world if people did their job right!
This is the worst Chipotle I have ever seen. I placed a $700.00 catering order for my office and requested to have it delivered at 11:30. The system online would not allow me to select 11:30, so I called the store and asked if it could be done; if not I will cancel the order. I was told I would receive a call back later. I then explained that I would be leaving the office by 3:30, and Olivia assured me that I would receive a call before then. At 3:40 I called and asked her if the order would be delivered by 11:30 and that I did not receive a call regarding this matter. She then told me that I would have to call the third party that will deliver the order. She could have told me that earlier. When I asked for the number, she asked me to hold for the Manager. After holding 6 minutes, Olivia returned to the phone and she the manager said I need to call Chipotle Catering number. She could have had the decency to come to the phone. So after waiting on hold again to get that number, I called and had the issue resolved for the delivery at 11:30. I then requested to add more to my order, and I was told that I would have to go into the store to add to my order. SMH. I will never order catering from this place again. They need to get better organized and train for better customer service.
Very Disappointing Experience The service at this restaurant was terrible. The staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional from the start. Even worse, there was a noticeable attitude of prejudice toward certain customers, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unwelcoming. On top of that, the portions were small, as if they were trying to save money on every plate. For the price, it felt like a rip-off. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—poor service, bad energy, and not worth it.

I have been to this Chipotle more times than I can count, and I have finally reached the point where I have to review it. The consistent ineptitude at this location is shocking. Understaffed, always looks messy, the people working there have no concept of customer service. Huge line and one person working at a snail’s pace making burritos. The young man making my burrito tonight was doing numerous activities, including working the register with his plastic gloves, and then came over to make burritos with the same gloves and didn’t consider changing them until asked. When we finally asked them to wipe the counter down, they used a wet towel which left sludge everywhere and he was going to slide our burritos onto that sludge until we asked him to dry it off with a dry towel. One time I even found a dime in my guacamole from this location and had no luck reaching anyone in the restaurant who cared. I really love chipotle, enough that I keep coming to this location, but I desperately hope someone reads this review and does something to improve the situation.
The worst chipotle I have been to. I have had one of the worst bowls of my life here and every once in a while you get a decent bowl. I’m not one the write a review but my most recent experience pushed me over. They are constantly out of chicken and rice and beans the essential ingredients. Today I went in and my least favorite server a shorter older lady who always treats me like I’m not even there was my server . She wouldn’t not even look at me and was on her phone while checking me out. Only words she said was the price and didn’t even say anything back to when I said have a good day. Hope whatever in her life that can make you that way gets better. Also yelled at her workers like they are slaves. Can’t believe that after all these one star reviews they haven’t changed anything. Shows the type of people running the place could care less about you. There is a couple workers I like though the one dude that’s like 6”6 is the only reason I come back. I would recommend noodles and company across the street, better people, not raw food, and good prices.
6pm and they are "out of crunchy tacos for the night". While waiting I watched the guy do 2 bowls and not even dump the whole spoon of chicken in. Then would roll his eyes when the customer infront of me noticed this and requested more meat. This place is going down hill.
This location is unable to meet customer demand. I generally place orders more than 20 min in advance online and multiple times my food is not ready when I arrive at the correct time. I only get 30min for lunch and on one occasion I spent my entire lunch waiting for my food order that I placed 20min before I started my lunch. I wish there were more food options by my work as this place cannot handle its customer demand.
Went here per my toddler daughters request... Ordered food for my family and they did not have guacamole, sour cream, or milk. Would have been great knowing before ordering all of our meals as those three things are literally my child's favorite part of chipotle and we likely would have just gone somewhere else.
Nice staff but not good operations. Cold meat, no sour cream, stale chips. Will drive further to another Chipotle next time.
DO NOT BUY CHIPOTLE, go to one of 100s of cheaper, better options for burritos in San Diego. $70 for a burrito (2x steak), a steak burrito bowl, and chips and guacamole is outrageous. The prices are unacceptable for how mediocre the food is.
Chipotle supposed to open at 10:30am. Arrived at 10:20 and the said 10 more minutes. Apologized as we thought they opened at 10:00. Went for a walk came back at 10:30 the gentleman said we are not ready yet a few more minutes. Waited until 10:40 and gave up. No customer service skills at all. A simple apology that they were running late would have gone a long way. Instead they made us feel like an inconvenience.
I don’t recommend this Chipotle at all . I was helped by Alan and besides being impolite, he gave me less than 1/2 of the amount for me and my son. I can see the bottom of the bowl. I’m from the area and I will make sure I will tell everyone to avoid this Chipotle. Alan needs to be replaced . He is saving on the food now but unhappy customers and not coming back will hurt more in a longer period of time . BELIEVE me . I know !!!!
The portions are very small. It cost $46.00 for 6 little scoops of hard rice. Chips are stale. You can clearly see they hate the job. They have an attitude. No hello or welcome in. Horrible customer service.
By far the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. The entire restaurant was dirty, the employees were rude, and they were out of steak, beans, queso, and pico. Thats pretty much all the main ingredients, how can a location be out of everything? I'll be telling everyone in the area ro avoid this location at all cost..
Portions are getting smaller and smaller as well. Not impressed. It was depressing... It's not the employees fault, corporate orders it possibly. Who knows. My child was still hungry that is what bothered me the most out of this experience and a day before fathers day please be more generous with portions . how hard is it to fill up the bowl all the way to the rim. Otherwise place is nice to dine in at. Time to find a different spot for Mexican food grill...
I am perplexed how every time I come to this location the rice has 0 flavor and taste like plain white rice (that’s always lumped up, hard and old), always a bunch of young kids working that are yapping to their coworkers and doing everything but their job and have shit attitudes when they finally get around to helping you. This location is despicable and should genuinely be under close watch if Chipotle values their reputation. I always get great service from the older woman who I’m assuming is the manager when she is working, but the other employees are always just horrific to deal with.
Save your money. You’re literally in SoCal. Stop eating chipotle. Especially THIS chipotle. The lunch order my colleagues and I placed Friday was $111 for 4 people. I do realize (now) that DoorDash’s exorbitant fees are part of the reason for this ridiculous amount, but receiving the “food” we did for that amount of money was laughable at best. Literally none of the orders were right. Zero sauces, no chips, no queso, no fajita veggies. Everything was slapped together in a way that was really, really bad- Taco Bell would without a doubt have been preferable. I’m not sure what in the heck they were thinking sending food out that way, but I ended up going back to the restaurant with my meal to get a refund. So not only did I have the pleasure of paying a premium for the worst trash food to be delivered, but I got the pleasure of STILL having to drive to the place anyway to get the food remade. The one good credit I have was a tall young man who remade the entire order. I really was only asking for mine to be replaced but he remade the whole thing. The manager wouldn’t even come out to discuss. I considered giving 1 stars because it was an absolute cluster of an experience, but wasn’t that kid’s fault they didn’t get a truck delivery that day. So I averaged the “food”, “service”, and “atmosphere” categories and got a 1.66- so I guess because of that one worker actually caring it’s a 2. Edit no I take it back, it’s a 1. This place sucks
Sunday 3pm and you have 2 people working? Everything is out.. lemonades all out, lemonade in the drink fountain also out, just water coming out… Unfortunately a new constant with chipotle. Portions are getting smaller and smaller as well. look at that picture of my bowl.. saddest bowl I have ever seen! Feeling sorry for the guys working.. corporate seems more concerned and happy with short term stock gains and maximizing profits.. it’s not gonna pay off in the long run.. Time to find a new spot
It used to be cheaper Second review: I used to go a lot to Chipotle. Tonight was the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. Many items/ingredients missing including: No corn salsa, no sour cream, no cheese, no guacamole, several drinks missing, and trash bin was overflowing (see pic), and all tables were dirty with food
We went to grab a quick bite. I ordered 3 burritos. The place was not busy at all. The meat wasn't ready when I ordered so I waited not even 5 minutes for the meat to be done. The food looked dry, for some reason, the beans rice and especially meat. I'm so glad I got fresh meat! After we got our orders, we headed to our hotel. When we started to eat the burritos, the beans made them so nasty. They were so hard and STALE. I can't even explain. I called the next morning and let the manager know, Liz. She replaced the order. The following morning I went to get the burritos. Wow. These burritos LACKED any meat, ANY rice and VERY LITTLE CHEESE. Horrible horrible, serious. I will never return to THIS chipotle. I'm thankful for the manager replacing the burritos, really but the server put so little of everything I had to even ask for more rice! Like come on. Nope. Won't go back!
