That’s my first choice whenever I get hungry. one of the best places in Laguna hills, I love to eat there as a fast food restaurant.

One of the best In-N-Out locations in South Orange County. The place is clean, well organized, and the staff works very efficiently even when it gets busy. I stopped by around sunset and the atmosphere was beautiful with the palm trees and the iconic In-N-Out sign lighting up the evening sky. The burgers were fresh and perfectly cooked, vegetables crisp, and the fries hot just like they should be. Service was friendly and fast, and the outdoor seating area makes it a great spot to relax and enjoy a classic California In-N-Out experience. Convenient parking and easy access as well. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.

I had a great experience at the drive-thru with my kids. One of the employees, Daniel, was incredibly respectful and professional. I asked for some water cups, and he kindly said yes with a genuine smile. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and his attitude made a simple visit feel special. Every time I visit an In-N-Out, I’m reminded why this franchise is one of the best in the U.S. The employees are always hardworking, friendly, and go above and beyond to provide great service. Huge shoutout to Daniel and the entire team keep up the amazing work!

I’m usually not a burger person, but In-N-Out is definitely an exception. Everything tastes fresh, and the staff was super friendly, the person who took my order was really nice. I recommend getting the burger animal style and the fries well done, also animal style. The strawberry shake is great, and if you like spicy, add jalapeños…..so good!

I'm sure I'm not the first to notice this, but I gotta say it out loud. The 2026 t-shirt. (First of all, In-n-Out is the best burger joint anywhere. It be super, wink.) Back to the shirt. Let me start by saying I love the artwork by Laura McKelvey. But I immediately noticed something on the Dodge Coronet. It has been my dream car for 30 years, and every year I don't buy one they all go up in price. Both the Plymouth Road Runner and the Dodge Coronet are my favorite muscle cars. And my favorite model is the 1968-69. If you look closely, you'll see where Laura was true to the 1969 Coronet, even choosing the rare A12 orange/yellow color. Look closely at the back window angle, how is gently slopes down. Below that detail and behind the door there are two decorative indentions in the side panel. The front grill is tighter in the middle, a soft bowtie shape. Now look at the license plate on the front. 1965. What?! If you look at the 1965 Coronet you'll see several differences from the depicted 1969 illustration including the sharp corner on the back upper window, no two indentions in the side panel, flat straight across grill, chrome molding the length of the car, and on and on. This is definitely not a 1965 Coronet, but rather the much cooler 1969 Coronet Super Bee A12 with the six pack hood. What am I missing? What is so special about 1965 that Laura would be told to add that to the license plate instead of 1969, or maybe even something personalized?

Best In-N-Out location. Hot & fresh. Friendly staff and clean. Loved sitting outside in the warm sun.

It was a very pleasant lunch. Started with FREE hot cocoa for kids ( which I have 4) The orders were all correct, no messed ups. The people working there are very nice and helpful. The food was DELICIOUS as always. God Bless In n Out !

Unless it's fully rush hour, there's usually a place to sit either.Indoors are outside to eat there which makes it nice. Great milkshakes.You can get a burger protein style with no bread so that it's more calorie conscious That's the only one I order

Came in to this location after a girls volleyball game with three teams and coaches, over 49 people. They were quick fast taking the orders and getting us through to eat. Shout to Holister, he took the time to greet us and talk to us about the restaurant’s process. They gave us hats and made all the players feel welcome and special! Would definitely eat here again! Waiting roughly 45 minutes in line tonight- which is understandable, it's Friday and we went during peak dinner time hours. However, you'd think with almost an hour wait, we would have had spectacular food. Instead, all three of our fries were rock hard and inedible. We could hit them against our plate and chip the ceramic before we broke a fry. Don't recommend going when it's busy. Disappointing.

Was so excited to be in the drive thru line before 10:30am, but person ahead of me was handed my food. I watched as she stuck her hand in the bag, inspected it, then passed it back to the guy at the window. He gave her, her correct order and she left. I was handed what he first handed her. Her hand was in the bag, she obviously breathed into the bag, lifted the napkin, and everything. Guy at the window said it was because it didn’t have an order slip. For $20 worth of food, all of you should be doing a better job at order cleanliness and accuracy. I threw all the food away because this was highly unsanitary and against every food handling procedure that exists. No one’s safety and health should be at risk when visiting In-N-Out. Hopefully management does better.

We ordered two double doubles, one in a lettuce wrap. The lettuce wrap was half lettuce, half...paper? I assume to help hold the burger but it made a mess because it was so soggy, and was just weird. They also forgot the pickles which was disappointing. The fries were pretty much inedible, super hard and crunchy like stale chips! Ridiculous. I get it was late, nearly 12am, but I expect edible food.
