Dunkln Donuts in Croton Harmon is one of the best in Northern Westchester. Service is great, food is fresh, and beverages are made well.

The service is always quick, accurate, friendly. They are always accommodating. The bathroom is always clean. No drama here. Just good service.

Staff was so, so and kind of weird. Only came here for Coffee. And for some reason DD coffee differs from one DD to another. The Coffee here was like 5 out of 10.

There's always a 10 min wait here. Even if you order in via the phone. Worst service.

Just got decaft that was very old and cold. And I ordered hot decaft. I find because I am a decaft drinker the coffee is old and like mud. I ask how old it is but I am lied to most of the time. The site accross from John Jay high school.

The gave me my donut like this today. I did not look until I got home, but the worker gave me the bag with icing caught on the outside and I knew something was off. Worker was overall dismissive / seemed distracted despite me being the only customer in the store. Normally better than this, I'm dissapointed.

Not the same experience since the opening after the recent renovations. Latte maker broken today and not good tasting latte in previous visits. I have been going out of my way to the other Croton DD where the latte is consistently made properly. Staff have good intentions and helpful but the coffee quality isn’t the same.

I really like this Dunkin but was extremely disappointed by how I was treated by the management here very recently and wanted to share my experience. I came here in December after their remodeling was finished and ordered some breakfast when I noticed they were having a lottery for free coffee for a year. Surprisingly, I was lucky customer #41. I was given a paper voucher and was told to come back at any time. Unfortunately I returned on 3 separate occasions, and each time was told to come back the next day to speak to someone else. On the 4th day, I was finally told that they would not honor the voucher as they had given out too many. I am obviously frustrated that they did not honor the voucher, but more importantly, I am upset that I was treated so rudely not once, but the 4 times that I had gone back to ask.

This place consistently will give wrong orders and not fill coffee cups up to the appropriate amount. Had my medium latte filled up only half way with liquid, the rest was foam. This place is really hit or miss, with most of the times being a miss.

9/10 times my coffee order is wrong. All I ask is for a coffee with extra mocha. Not very complicated. I always get a coffee with either no mocha or almost none. Ive been ordering online from this Dunkin for almost two years and haven’t complained (which I should have ..) but I have worked at a Dunkin and when you order online it shows you exactly how the person wants the coffee. I just don’t understand.
