We love the atmosphere of the shop and Serena & Aaron are the sweetest people and amazingly knowledgeable in what they do. Order a coffee, grab a baked treat or sit down for one of their delicious crepes- you seriously can’t go wrong with anything off their menu!

The staff here is very kind, patient, and knowledgeable! The vibes are immaculate. When I visited, I got a chai and a macaroon which was delightful. Definitely a great local place to stop into when you're out and about!

Love this place. It's our go-to Sunday lunch spot after grocery shopping. The coffee is great, obviously, but another star is the congee. If it sounds interesting to you at all, please try it. You won't be disappointed.

Been here less than an hour and for the first time. But the atmosphere is welcoming and chill. The volume for the music is perfect - loud enough to hear when it's quiet inside. But soft enough to not have to raise your voice over. And contrary to the (current) photos, there IS seating inside and plenty of it. Four stools in the front at the stables that are high enough to stand at. They have power. And a row of tables with chairs and bench seating opposite the counter. Food is served as well. I'll be coming back.

My latte cup was only about 2/3's full. My wife's "light on syrup" mocha was super sweet. UPDATE: Love the shop now, and is my go-to for coffee when I'm in this area.

Aaron & Serena roast the coffee beans right there, with a piece of equipment that looks like a sophisticated part intended for the International Space Station. They will whip up any specialty you can throw at them. I for one go for the early afternoon picker upper, no sleeping on the job !! Iced coffee, with a little vanilla & caramel, and Oat milk (yup Oat not Goat) !! Pastries, cookies, one of a kinds, all lovingly made & delicious. Only to go service and ground coffee right now with everything going on, but Manlius has sorely needed a cool little coffeeshop and SkyTop is set to deliver. The chicken and grits was seriously one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. The chicken thigh was cooked perfectly with crispy skin and the grits were cheesy and scrumptious! Do yourself a favor and get it.

SkyTop has incredible coffee, but I think the thing that stands out about them compared to other coffee shops is their food. I've had several different things from their menu, and they are all fantastic, and very reasonably priced. Their "The Cheesiest" sandwich might be the best grilled cheese I've ever had. It's always enjoyable to stop in as well because their staff are all extremely nice and very knowledgeable about various not-so-common drinks. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for either great food or great coffee.

This is one of the best coffee shops in town. The owners and folks who work there are genuinely some of the kindest people I have met and it is clear they are committed to their customers! Aside from their drinks, their food menu is hard to top, with solid breakfast and lunch options. It is absolutely worth a visit and/or to make this a routine stop during your week.

One of my favorite coffee shops! I drive 30 minutes to come here because they have the best matcha and the nicest staff. They even remember my custom (probably kind of annoying) drink and make it with a smile :) Highly recommend!

I am at Skytop on Mother's Day and, as usual, I am astonished by the professionalism of the people who work here. There has been a steady line here for over two hours. Many people are ordering food and specialty drinks--time-consuming orders--and though only five people are working in a very limited space, they are still getting it all out quickly. As they work they are, again as usual, unfailingly friendly, positive and invested in the quality of everything they do.

We ordered 3 coffees by mail. The Peru was delicious, light and fragrant. I don't normally like Dark coffee, but the Honduras was also great. Not burnt like so many dark roasts. I can't wait to try the 3rd flavor. The prices are reasonable too. This will be our go to coffee by mail. Thanks SkyTop!

Visit the café in early April. We got 2 drinks, flat white, whole milk and iced latte, oat milk. The drinks were delicious and the oat milk they use goes well with their coffee. It was close to closing for the kitchen so unfortunately most dishes were sold out, but we were able to get a "Carolina Q (Sandwich)", not my first pick, but would definitely get it again as it was really good. We also grabbed a few baked goods that were good. I got a bag of Colombia La Pradera beans to go since I enjoyed the coffee so much and I pulled shots at home with it and all cups were good. In May I then had shipped to me their COLOMBIA - TOLIMA - VOLCANO beans and those also pulled nicely. Just ordered another bag of their Peru!

Best coffee in CNY, and that’s saying a lot given the other excellent local roasters we in Syracuse have the good fortune to be able to enjoy. Great food too—try a Bluebird crepe or a fresh croissant from Toast. But best of all are the wonderful owners and staff, who make your visit a pleasure from first sip to last.

Excellent café. Ordered a breakfast sandwich so I can't review the coffee, but the sandwich was made to order, very light, tasty, and fit the vibe of the place. We talked with the owner while waiting and found this place to be very accommodating, especially as we were a bunch of sweaty guys riding bikes on a hot Saturday morning. Put this place on your list of rest stops when passing through whether by car or bike!

My husband and I come here regularly all year round because we love their delicious food and beverages - especially, granita in summer and shakshuka in fall and winter. We also love crêpes! We really appreciate that they bring different food options to this town. The staff is very friendly and kind!

This place is excellent!! The staff is friendly and helpful. Between the 3 of us, we got an almond croissant, the turkey apple brie crepe and mixed berry crepe with nutella. The almond croissant was amazing. Flaky with a healthy amount of filling unlike most places. I can still recall the taste days later. Buttery a d sweet but not over the top. All their baked goods were made right there...wish we had stomach to try others. Then we had the savory crepe. First time we've gotten turkey in a crepe where is actual piece of meat and not sliced deli. The brie was mixed with something and was reddish, tasty though. The thinly sliced apple gave just enough crunch for a welcomed mix of texture. Topped with a bit of salad. Lastly, the mixed berry crepe was also good. Maybe because the other 2 items were phenomenal, this didn't stand out as much but if I had to eat this for the rest of my life as my only meal, I would be happy to sign up for it. The shop from outside is unassuming but the food will bring you back.

There are always amazing new drinks to try, I haven’t been disappointed yet, and the usual options for me have been flawless every time. Great job! This is an inspired cafe! We've eaten here several times, once inside and several times at a sidewalk table. Very friendly staff who are eager to please. Good coffee and good food. We had a problem with one order and they immediately apologized and made it right. Their coffee is well known - a relative in Philadelphia has their coffee shipped to them. Recommended.

Sky top is by far the best cafe I have ever been to...and offers the best food available in Manlius. We waited very little in an appropriately social distanced line. We ordered an iced chai latte. It came out before we had even finished paying and was absolutely perfect, better than any other cafe, and twice as good as Starbucks. We had “the cheat” - an egg sandwich (eggs are your choice) elevated by awesome bread, duck bacon, arugula, balsamic glaze and cheese of choice. Both varieties of sweet crepes we had were also amazing. The staff was extremely friendly. Not to mention that the ambiance and decor is modern yet comfortable, the outdoor seating (though full) looked inviting. The choice of serving materials were functional, stylish and showed a commitment to eco-consciousness and sustainability. I would have shared a picture but we ate it all too quickly. We are excited to return and to continue exploring the menu and trying out the pastry display.

It was also very delicious. Generous amounts of meat and cheese complimented with green apple slices. The latté coffee was a hand pour-over! Wow! That extra step of perfection. I purchased an organic tea from the fridge, I should have read the bottle 45g of sugar! LOL, watered it down and worked out fine. Will have to return and try something different, but I have a feeling I'll order the conge again.

Pretty expensive drink a 16oz iced coffee was $5... It was good coffee though... Staff is extremely nice! Offered my 15 month old ice for his drink, or water, as they have a four-part water filtration system for the ice and coffee machines! Definitely cleanest ice around!

I wanted to order the sandwich the "cheat" for curbside so I called and was told to use their website. When I went to there site, that I didn't find user-friendly at all, I couldn't find that sandwich so I called back. They informed me that it's the same as some other sandwich just with added bacon. I asked if I could just order on the phone and they said yes, so I ordered it. I picked it up and when I got home realized there was no bacon on it so I called and complained they told me to come back and they would add the bacon. When I got there the lady basically told me it was my fault because I didn't order online!!! Is it also my fault I wonder that there's now bits of chicken on my sandwich as well?? HORRIBLE SERVICE I have to say that skytop redeemed themselves in my book. They refunded me for my last meal and I just ordered from there again and they made me a Delicious sandwich and a huge muffin. I'm very satisfied and the owner was very friendly to me. I recommend the morning star sandwich with added duck bacon to anyone. It's one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had!!!

When I went to there site, that I didn't find user-friendly at all, I couldn't find that sandwich so I called back. They informed me that it's the same as some other sandwich just with added bacon. I asked if I could just order on the phone and they said yes, so I ordered it. I picked it up and when I got home realized there was no bacon on it so I called and complained they told me to come back and they would add the bacon. When I got there the lady basically told me it was my fault because I didn't order online!!! Is it also my fault I wonder that there's now bits of chicken on my sandwich as well?? HORRIBLE SERVICE I have to say that skytop redeemed themselves in my book. They refunded me for my last meal and I just ordered from there again and they made me a Delicious sandwich and a huge muffin. I'm very satisfied and the owner was very friendly to me. I recommend the morning star sandwich with added duck bacon to anyone. It's one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had!!!

I drink decaf coffee and every time I come in the coffee is cold. Lack of gluten-free options with food. Shop is beautiful and staff are very friendly. It’s a relatively new place.

I'd like to start of bye saying the customer service was 5 stars . And the brownie was 5 stars. I was really excited because of hearing about this fancy drip coffee machine . I herd that no one up hear has it unless you go to nyc while I believe that to be true after trying it I wasn't wow'ed . I didn't feel I'm going to go out of my way to come here to get it. And it tasted more acidic then I would have liked it to be. To be honest I make a better pour over coffee at home.but because of the first two things I mentioned the customer service was top notch and so was the brownie. I'll stop back in next time I'm in manlius mainly for the customer service and brownie :). Also id like to add even though I'm not a vegan, I loved that they had vegan options for pastries for customers. Big plus there.

Ordered many items to share. They forgot about our order and waited 45 minutes. Shocked to see skin on turkey inside of crepe Disappointed with mediocre food. Overpriced.
