I came here and the family was sick. It was about to close. I got five medicine balls just because I had got five medicine balls that was not strong. This place THUMPS. Seriously, don't try to come in here with your laptop and try to have a business meeting. It's LOUD. Coffee / food was good (if you haven't tried the Crispy Grilled Cheese yet do it) and the staff is friendly.

A solid spot to get a great drink for the summer. I got a hot matcha latte with whole milk, honey. It was delicious and hit the spot! I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.

I found an expiration sticker stuck on my sandwich. I tried to reach out to the store and got no answer through phone calls. This sucks because this is my usual store to get my breakfast ! :(

I interacted with Shamarie in the drive thru. In my opinion she seemed to not want to be there this morning. Her demsays it all. No personality when asked questions. I ordered 2 items which she wanted to charge me for 3. I clearly stated what I wanted. She continued to speak softly even after being told the the fan outside her window was loud. She just didn't seem right for today's mission

I don't usually write reviews and it's simply because most places offer commendable service but not the type of service that requires a review. Let alone a bad one. In this case, I'm deeply dissatisfied by the fact that I paid $6 for a cup full of ice. While I understand we have the option to request light ice, is this what normally happens to customers who have no preference? It becomes even more disappointing when the quality of the drink itself was great. I have no complaints on the drink itself, I'm just disappointed on the barista who made this drink thinking this was an acceptable way to provide ice on a drink to a customer. If this can be fixed for future orders, I think you have yourself a great place to order yourself a Strawberry Açaí Lemonade

The staff is A 1 My issue is with Cleanliness of the outside of this establishment. I have highstandards based on every other Starbucks in Inglewood. My advice to Starbucks is too fix this Nasty skidd row looking filth outside and it's shocking because this is by the Sofi 🏟 Stadium. I hope Starbucks doesn't expect to continue this nastiness.

I bought a coffee from you 10 minutes ago and they made me apologize. I don't know why she started such a scene out of the blue and made me apologize several times and said that she is a supervisor and how she solves problems here, she decided this way and she was so correct that she did it like that and didn't explain. Then I was standing there and she came up to me and started apologizing, like, "Sorry, I wasn't in the mood, I just didn't understand, please sort it out, and how can I not just leave like that? People were just standing there but they were looking at me out of the blue. I just caught some kind of clever story. I am writing this to the company, who is reading this? Please pay attention to this.

Went in to the drive thru like at 1:20 and the girl talking my order she tried to make me feel dumb and got my order wrong and still gave me attitude asked for my money back and still hesitated and I left probably won’t come back at all. Disgusting behavior

I ordered a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso but the drink I received was mostly milk. The next day, I purchased the same drink at the Lawndale location and it was made much better. It might be helpful for this location to get some guidance from the Lawndale store on how to prepare it properly.

I come here all the time because it’s close to me but dammit today of course the guy taking orders. Gets my drink order wrong 😑 you know how unfortunate that is ? Very ! I wanted to taste the pumpkin on my cold foam drink and instead I got sweet cream smh 🤦🏻‍♀️ horrible I can’t even go back right now

I am disappointed by the lack of basic courtesy! I had an extremely frustrating experience at this Starbucks location. As someone who is pregnant, needing quick access to a restroom isn’t a convenience, it’s a necessity. I asked to use the restroom before placing my order, and despite explaining the urgency of my situation, Jorge refused to allow it. This level of inflexibility and lack of empathy is disheartening, especially from a brand I’ve supported for years. I frequent Starbucks several times a week and have never had an issue like this elsewhere. I’m tired of dealing with employees who seem more focused on enforcing rigid rules than showing basic human decency. There are plenty of Starbucks nearby, and I’ll be going to one where respect and compassion are part of the customer experience. I won’t be returning definitely a lesson to make my coffee at home and save my money!

1st time here maybe they were overwhelmed or just having an off day 🤷🏾‍♀️. I Ordered a white chocolate mocha with caramel drizzle in the cup. It was horrible I cant began to describe the taste. Didn't have time to take it back I was headed to an engagement. Let me say I already had it remade & the remake was.....No words it smelled as well. I noticed the car in front of me had them remake all of her drinks. It took them 3 remakes to get it right. I was the car in the middle otherwise I would've took off.....Never Again!
