This Popeyes on Parthenia usually gets it right. The chicken is crispy, flavorful, and fresh most of the time. Service can be hit or miss depending on who's working, but it's generally quick, especially through the drive-thru. I’ve had a few small issues with missing sauces or slightly dry pieces, but overall, it’s a solid spot when I’m craving Popeyes.

This Popeyes used to be on point but I’ve now had issues on my last 3 visits. They’re either out of sauce, soda machine is broken and their kiosks don’t work.

Apparently this location has only one cash ier and one in the kitchen drawer of the pandemic there is a line of about 10 people in line at this moment it is very frustrating especially for pick up orders and orders by doordash The restaurant is very disappointed if the way how it’s being managed I wish the corporate office realizes that this is unacceptable.Meola supposed to be ready at 6:12 PM and now it’s 6:25 PM at the order is not ready yet. The service is very slow at this location and I wish that Popeyes corporate office understand the situation that we are running through this is an acceptable people actually I’m walking out of the location for the poor service

I came here to try the chicken sandwich everyone has been talking about. There was a pretty long line, but went forward relatively quickly. Even though there were lots of people ordering there was plenty of open seats sinve most people got it to go. It too a little longer than i expexted to get the food. Approximately 40 min from when i got here 'till the food came out. The soda machines were out of several of the sodas. Now to get to the food. I think they messed up my order and got me the regular sandwich. I felt zero spice. The sandwich was very bland. I think some spice would have made it better. Its a shame if was a mistake. I wasnt about wait another 40 minutes for another sandwich. The spicy chicken sandwich at Chick-fil-A is hands down better.

I love the chicken, flavor and texture, but prefer white meat, not dark meat. I went to buy a family meal there and wanted to upgrade it to white meat only. I was told that they do not do that . I replied that I always had the 2 or 3 piece combo and was able to do so then, so why couldn't I just do the same and pay extra which I was okay with? They still insisted that that's the only way they would do it. I ended up buying the meal because I was so hungry and didnt want to spend another 20 minutes going elsewhere. Nevertheless I will never go back for a family meal there ever again. The family meal came with 2 large sides as well, but don't be fooled as to think they are large, they are about double the size of a single meal side, not enough to share for three or more people, sigh...too bad the experience was enough for me to just go to other chicken restaurants when I'm in the mood for such. By the way I talked to the Popeyes employee (politely) for quite a while going in circles, it was quite frustrating. Bad experience overall, except the chicken which I like. BTW it was a 12 piece meal, and the biscuits were uncharacteristically hard that meal. SMH

Don't order the side of rice and beans, that stuff wasn't cooked, after a few spoons I decided it to stop eating it before it was too late, well, it was too late, I spend 150 at the doctor yesterday trying to get rid of the food poisoning in my stomach, fell pretty bad, today I feel better and just want to warn everybody that come here, I'm sure it was the side dish, or maybe it was the whole meal all together, even the soda tasted worse than the one you find at jack in the box

They forgot my buscuits had to drive back 15 and another 15 back home to eat cold food :( i understand we all mess up but a complemantary drink or anything would of made the ride back home more worth it after time gas wasted when it didnt have too

My son 7 year old son was eating his drumstick when i noticed it was too red inside. My Husband started breaking open more of the pieces to find that a few of them were also very red inside. We feel very disgusted and sick by this. This is CHICKEN. We are returning the meal and going to asked for a refund. This should have never been placed on anyone’s plate. Please reach out to me as soon as possible with some sort of rectification. Thank you

Burnt out workers with no Drive-thru accessibility here. Be careful trying to take your coupons here because they are a "franchise" location? so they won't honor them unless certain stipulations. I took a coupon there and even though I had a week to claim the offer, they said they will only honor it on tuesdays (because of the name of the source of the coupon - if you know, you know). Because of this, I ordered my order as I was planning to without the coupon after a little back and forth with the employees there. Got my order and in the 2 orders of fries i ordered, they didnt even bother to give me half of the actual portion - pictures attached and note - i took out the fries as is right after i opened the bag. Just don't go here.
