This my favorite dunkin. I work down the road but live in mohawk so I pass three others on my way to work but this is the best.

Awesome dunkin'. Always cheerful staff, clean interior and exterior and they do the best they can to achieve fast paced quality service. On occasion there is a flaw with a beverage but they always insist on remaking it so that it is perfect, even if I try to say it's good enough. They strive for perfect.

If you are lucky, a young man named Wes will be working the drive thru. Wes has a huge smile every day and consistently makes a perfect iced coffee. He should be recognized for his great attutude and superior customer service.

Dunkin is the best place to get coffee and their donuts are always fresh and delicious. The workers are always friendly polite and courteous. I reccommend this shop to everyone.

Always the best service no matter what time of day. Early morning visit averages 5 minutes in the drive thru. Afternoon pick me up visits are a delight as well. All the staff greet you with big smiles and genuine happiness. It's always so nice to visit. Great job all around.

I go to this Dunkin every morning before work. I drive by other ones to go to this specific Dunkin because the staff are so truly amazing. My orders are always perfect and they are so incredibly friendly at 5:30am.

Best Dunkin' Donuts in the area. Drive-through service is very quick and friendly, even during the busiest parts of the morning rush. It is very rare that they will make a mistake on your order- I can't remember the last time that this Dunkin' gave me something other than what I ordered. I wish I could say the same for all the others!

Went in with a friend due to having multiple orders. My sausage egg and cheese wake up wraps were very poorly put together. My friends order was completely effed up, had to be remade. The topper was the fact that our doughnut order was messed up in the fact that we received the wrong doughnuts.

The staff is very courgeous but I spent $8 on 2 LG pumpkin lattes hot with Almond milk. My girls are Vegan. When I got home 15 mins away they could not drink them. They put whip cream on the drinks without asking. Had to throw them in the garbage. Anyone with milk allergies it would have made them sick.

Staff was nice enough but not in uniform style clothing which seems sloppy. Store was not the cleanest. One of our coffee drinks had a burnt taste. The croissant I had was not very fresh.

Sad, this store's service was not up to par, it didn't show the prices of it goods, didn't let this customer know when my order was ready. The one good part, coffee was good.

Ordered a large ice coffee with no ice. Got up to the window was handed a ice coffee with ice. Yes I know we all make mistakes but she was extremely rude about it. I told her that there was ice in it. She then handed me my drink back with it being only half full. Plus she gave extreme attitude with it. When I was very nice and respectful. Won't be going back to this dunkin.

At 10:15 went through drive through, ordered medium coffee and medium caramel latte, latte was only half full and there was no caramel in it!! Very disappointed!

Shoulda known better but thought with everything going on with this Pandemic, I wouldn’t go in and touch a bunch of stuff and then have the employees forced to disinfect everything I touched. Ordered 2 coffees along with breakfast sandwiches and wraps. Coffee, creams and sugar. One with extra cream and extra sugar. Coffee is Terrible. No flavor. Tastes like water. Looks like dark runny milk. And there is no sugar. No sweetness. One of the worst cups of coffee I’ve had in my life. Now I remember why I’m not a fan of Duncan. Can’t ever seem to get coffee right. It’s really simple. Won’t suggest going here.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Employee named Tiffany is rude, and needs a refresher in customer service. Prices for the same item are never the same for the same order. Service is sub-par both in the drive-thru and inside. Orders are wrong about 75% of the time in the drive-thru. Never an issue at any other Dunkin I visit. Definitely won't be returning.

absolute worst service, never ever get my coffee order right, I've had to turn around and get my order fixed more times than I can count. today I ordered the grill cheese and ham, the bread was plain, not toasted, no ham and the cheese was more formed than melted. staff just doesn't care

Duncan really needs to get on their game with making coffee correctly I used to go every day but got tired of having my coffee done differently every time I went so now I just go to fast track you can make your own and it's really good coffee.

Not great service at all I've gone 3 different times and had been treated like I wasn't a customer. I guess alot of Africa Americans don't utilize this DD in Marcy on Rt 49??. I was served but looked at like I was out of place...I won't return. I guess that was there mission?🤔.

We came in and ordered only 2 drinks and some loaded hash browns. They completely forgot our order for 20 minutes and we had to tell them 3 times about the missing items. Only one of the girls was actually trying to help us the rest were getting upset at us for the inconvenience.

Went here this morning after placing an online order. Went to the window where the worker yelled and said they didn’t have sourdough for my sandwich, fine, whatever. I then asked for them to just replace it with loaded hashbrowns they asked what kind i wanted (regular queso or chipotle) to which i clarified i wanted regular queso with extra queso and bacon so that maybe it would come close to the price of the sandwich i will not get refunded for. Instead, when i got to the window the lady was very rude and asked if i got some green drink i said no i had the pickup order, gave her my name and she still came back with the wrong drink. I told her again the name for the order and what it was she came back with the right drink and the other food in the bag. When i went to eat my loaded hashbrowns they had chipotle sauce AFTER MULTIPLE CLARIFICATIONS. very disappointed in the service and competence. Will never go to marcy dunkin again.

Ordered two dozen drones donuts on the app. Arrived at the store and the cashier said they could not fulfill the order but I would need to go to the help section of the app to get a refund. That was almost a month ago and I have heard nothing.

This is what a large peach sunshine drink with light ice looks like. I understand they have a policy not to fill it up if a customer wants light ice, but this is ridiculous, it's 1/2 empty and does not have appropriate amount of syrup. I tried calling them, there was no answer. We didn't get the receipt either.

I go to this Dunkin every day & get the same coffee… my coffee was ordered with milk instead of cream.. I order on the app mind you I have no wallet with me bc it’s already paid for… the MANAGER legit made me reorder and call customer service to get a refund for the other drink… I was so frustrated that they wouldn’t just make the right coffee as a loyal cx and not having my wallet.. I go get my phone and place the order JUST for the manager to make it while I was placing the order & told me not to worry about it!!!!! This is how the situation should’ve been handled in the first place! Now I don’t wanna go back to that store I go to every morning!!! Horrible customer service

I go through the drive through there. I’ve been reluctant to go there lately because the girl who takes my order at the window is very rude. She starts by saying “ can I take your order” in a snobby tone. Then gives your food and doesn’t say a word. Not a “ have a nice day” “enjoy” …. NOTHING. And the last few times I’ve been there I’ve only had maybe 2 tiny slices of bacon on my bacon egg and cheese croissant.

Staff is careless and rude, which makes the products inconsistent. None of this stuff is cheap and could at least be made properly. There are little instructions for every drink, so I'm confused about how these things are constantly messed up. There's zero accountability about the errors. Do yourself a favor and try the one in Whitesboro instead.

Horrible service. The guy in the white shirt is a loud mouth, and the employees barely say two words to you. They also forgot to add the sugar to my coffee, so I had to stop at another location and ask for sugar bags. Is it really that hard to organize an assembly line-like production team? I'll wait the extra 20 min and go to a different location from now and moving forward.

How is it possible that I order the same drink everyday for 3 years and about 45% of the time I have to return it due to it being made wrong? This location is a joke. Employees are yelling at the Manager behind the counter, in front of customers, and the manager looks like a hot mess. Brought my order back today, no one apologized for the mistake, the kid barely said 2 words to me, took my receipt from me without explanation and came back with a corrected coffee. This location is half-assed and unorganized.
