En el estado de NY hay una nueva ley que salió de no dar servilletas, pitillos, salsas sin que la pida el cliente y si hay avisos en inglés y español por toda parte del negocio eso ha sido nuestros gobernantes por el cambio climático será que tendremos conciencia ciudadana gracias

Quiero agradecer la honestidad de sus empleadas porque ayer mi esposa por ir de afan para el trabajo hizo una compra y olvido su cambio, cuando se percató me acerqué a la panaderia y me entregaron la bolsa marcada "cambio olvidado". Muchas gracias de nuevo!

Estuve de paseo en ese país y me llevaron a un lugar muy colombiano en donde me sentí muy identificada porque el calor humano de quienes atienden es increíble además de que el producto es exquisito.

Mi lugar favorito para desayunar. Tienen una variedad de panes frescos, recién hechos del día… a veces hasta salen calientitos del horno. La avena es deliciosa, el chocolate y el café son riquísimos, y las arepas también.

Carimañolas are the bomb here. Love the cheese breads and boñuelos. The fried pork belly (chicharrón) is crispy and juicy. The blood sausage is divine.

Los buñuelos crudos y cocos por dentro.

Los productos son deliciosos y frescos y los precios razonables pero el servicio al cliente es malísimo pues las empleadas son todo el tiempo con afán y no dejan que uno pueda ver con tranquilidad todos los productos que tienen, por eso solo hice una compra pequeña pues tenía planeado comprar muchas cosas más pero con esa actitud tan maluca y cero empatía por el cliente, no creo que vuelva a ese lugar.

Buenos productos, pero mal atencion de servicio al cliente. Deben mejorar el trato al cliente y estar mas atentos en ver cual es el siguiente cliente en entrar a consumir haciendo su linea. Se atiende por orden de llegada en linea, no por conocidos. Un punto muy importante para una empresa es tener un buen prestigio, conservarla y el servicio al cliente es fundamental.

Era una clienta constante de este bakery pero de un año para aca todo ha cambiado, uno pide mucha comida y no le dan servilletas, ni salsa y no digamos de las bebidas no dan sorbete, un dia mi esposo se molestó xq ya era el colmo pedi una agua de panela para mi niño y como siempre no me echaron popote, fue a reclamar y la señora se la hizo tirada, no se... si sea cosa del personal o del dueñ@ pero deberian de poner una hoja especificando que cobran extra por una servilleta o sorbete.

La comida es muy rica pero el servicio es fatal , las muchachas con una actitud de poca paciencia y te empacan lo que ellas se les antoja, pedí arepas de huevo y me dieron de pollo , pedí salsa rosada me dio picante. El otro día pedí una orden grande y para mi sorpresa faltaban cosas , las cuales las cobraron . Ojalá arreglen el costumer service porq la comida es muy rica pero ellas hacen q no t den ganas ni de ir .

No me gustó que vi cuando una empleada uso las mismas pinzas que usan para servir el pan para recoger otro pan del piso y lo pusó en otra bandeja donde habia otros panes para la venta. Eso es catalogado como contaminacion cruzada. Espero tengan eso en cuenta para que no se repita ya que el pan de este lugar es muy delicioso.

No le doy menos puntaje porque no lo hay, pedí una empanada de pollo horneada, y nunca me había comido algo tan HORRIBLE el pollo era todo menos eso, además súper salada, el ambiente se ve lúgubre y sucio, no lo recomiendo para nada

Muy mala la Atención… la arepa con hueco muy rica, la morcilla me cayó Muy mal. El chocolate es demasiado dulce y pedí un poco de leche para ponerle al chocolate y la señora me miró con con ganas de matarme..

If you want rude service come here. I got charged for an extra coffee which I did NOT ask for. And this lady is going back and forth with me telling me I had ordered that and forced me to pay for a drink I had not ordered. Never coming here again. Si quieres un servicio grosero, ven aquí. Me cobraron por un café extra que NO pedí. Y esta señora va y viene conmigo diciéndome que yo había ordenado eso y me había obligado a pagar por una bebida que no había pedido. Nunca más volveré aquí.

No se niega que la panadería es fresca aunque aveces las arepas con huevo están secas. La atención se ve opacada cuando el mostrador es mucho más alto que las cajeras que no se alcanzan a ver cuando te despachan, aparte de es incómodo pagar cuando no las puedes verlas y la misma chica que aveces nos da ese rico pan es la misma que nos da el cambio con eso billetes y monedas tan limpias con un poco de bacterias para darle un poco de más sabor al pan. Pero el colmo es que te cobran un dólar más por pagar con tarjeta de crédito o débito, bueno eso es un buen método para que el dueño haga ganancias extras de forma elegante.

Señora LINA, Hay personas que viajamos desde fuera de la ciudad para comprar los productos de Mira Cali, sus productos son deliciosos. Pero la actitud y la grosería de la usted señora LINA para con los clientes que venimos de tan lejos a comprar lo hacen a uno pensar en si volver. Siempre mis compras son cuantiosas, y por esto sin darme cuenta se cayo ese adorno navideño que ni se daño, El hecho de que usted me trate mal, trate de empujarme, me deje con la palabra en la boca, me conteste el telefono a seguir tratandome mal, despues no me permita devolver los productos alegando que me los tenia que llevar si o si, su rudeza, altivez y groseria, cua do todo el tiempo yo fui muy respetuoso, lo dejan a u o triste de ver como usted le importa poco o nada la reputacion del negocio que hoy le esta dando empleo y sus compañeras de trabajo que si atienden bien. Sin embargo entiendo que al no ser la dueña, no le importa que a él negocio le vaya bien o mal. Cuando uno crea empresa todos los clientes son importantes, desde el que solo compra un cafe, hasta los que como yo hacemos compras significativas en el establecimiento. Se que le importara poco o nada este mal review. Por que todo el tiempo mostró su rudeza y falta de reconocer que fue grosera y no debió tratarme así. Pero igual quiero que las personas que entren a ver estos reviews sepan su nombre y su mal proceder. Usted deja a los Colombianos muy mal parados, cuando nuestra raza y país nos caracteriza por ser amables y buena gente. Pdta: Los productos son excelentes y deliciosos. Pero la actitud de una sola persona señora LINA no se imagina el daño que le hace a un negocio como este. Espero mejore su actitud y si tiene problemas personales no los exteriorice con los clientes. Las demás empleadas son uno amor. Pero la mala actitud de una señora daña el trabajo de toda una empresa.

Era mi primera vez en el lugar, pedi un salpicón porque se veía delicioso y empanadas pero el salpicón sabía mal y aunque pedi amablemente un cambio siento que se molestaron por cómo me trataron después de eso y en un principio me decían que no estaba malo solo viéndolo y una cosa es como se ve y otra como sabe. Las empanadas dejaron mucho que desear y el ají también, las empanadas sentí que estaban muy pequeñas para su precio y la carne me supo algo raro y el ají era menos de medio frasco pequeño y no era la gran cosa, nada estaba rico, conozco otras panaderías colombianas alrededor y son mucho mejor que esta. Dejan mucho que desear y siento que los ingredientes que usan para sus productos son baratos y de mala calidad. Lo único bueno es que tienen dulces de café y son económicos.
