The staff, especially the friendly Mrs. Sussy, were incredibly helpful and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The best part? The staff could communicate in English, making it easy for us to order and ask questions. We tried the salami and special Palermo flavor pizzas, both of which were absolutely good. The flavors were bold and the crust was perfectly cooked. If you're looking for a great pizza place in Palermo, Pizza Factory is a must-visit!

Great Sicilian slices. Thinner than the typical slice here in Palermo, which is more the style I prefer. I like that they cut it up into small bits and give you a little fork to eat.

I learnt of this place through a friend . I ve loved their pizzas and focaccias by the very first time . All organic including yeast for pizza dough. Last time even HEIKO , a 14 mths old female shih tzu , was cuddled. feeling at home
Very good pizza and very good prices. I had a marinara pizza with anchovies and it was superb
Have not eaten here but perhaps you update your hours on here so people don't come for nothing when you are closed
