I went today for the first time! I am blown away by everything I had. I got my first macro, holy cow! What a burst of flavor! I tried blueberry lavender and salted caramel. I tried a curry pie, they OFFERED to heat it, I took them up on that and omg! Delicious. Had a spinach feta Danish, amazing! They had a Danish with fruit and pastry cream top notch! Nice atmosphere, very clean. Nice service. Pretty quick but there was a line a few times. Everyone was patient and taken care of reasonably quickly. I have to say this was an EXCELLENT experience. I will defintely be back. I got a peach mango Boba slushi, think I'll get it sans Boba next time but that is my personal preference.
Came here yesterday and got ube and mango donuts. The mango donut was not my favorite. It tasted more like buttercream than mango. The ube donut however was OH MY GOD delicious!!! 🤤
The smell inside of the this place is sooo good. To me, this seems like a classy bakery not a mom and pop place at all. They have quite a number of Asian baked goods. Everything is fresh, homemade. Their milkbread is super light, airy, a little sweet, a little savory... So good . They also have a more upscale Chinese donut, sugar and cinnamon twists, macaroons, brownies, different homemade jams, scones, bread with hot dogs cut up and onions, pastries filled with red beans paste, Japanese cloud cakes.. oh and they make these amazing layered cakes with different fruits and layers of homemade whipped cream which is really tasty. You can buy these by the slice or buy the whole thing. They have a peach layered one, a blueberry one, a strawberry one, a marscapone one, a carrot cake, tiramisu... They have a bunch of good stuff to try and the prices are not too bad either for as good quality as all their stuff is. I can't go in this place without buying one or two loaves of the milkbread. Every single time. This bakery is located 10 feet away from the Secret Garden Korean restaurant. Directly next door to the restaurant is Hans Korean grocery. They have everyt1hing Korean in there. It's way smaller than Asia Market on Erie Blvd but Hans has a thousand more Korean items. This bakery is the perfect place to go right after eating hot and super spicy Korean food! The staff is always smiling, they are super helpful, patient, and always make me and my son feel welcome when we walk thru the door. You won't be disappointed if you stop thru here.
I've been coming here for delicious treats for around two years! The food tastes amazing and the service is consitently great. I love the relaxing atmosphere and never leave disappointed! My son has asked two years in a row for his birthday cake to come from Tous les Jours so I would say it's kid friendly. Heavily suggest the taropresso to all my cheese lovers!
Great food, coffee, pastries and cakes. And i like it that they dont expect tips unlike other coffee shops like starbucks expecting a tip for a take out bread. Recommended to friends
Ahhh I love this place. I always try to go if I’m passing through. Their cakes are so lovely, I’ve never had one but their other baked goods are delicious so I assume the cakes are too. They’re like art. The bubble tea is the best I’ve had anywhere. Love this place.
Bakery chain with high quality offerings - bit pricy but worth it!
This bakery is one of the best for my wife and I. We stopped by here as much as we could because we are about 1.5 hours away. I'm pretty sure we have tried about 80% of the bakery goods/drinks and have not been disappointed since the discovery of his gem. We always have a great experience at the bakery and the service is amazing also.
1st time there today! I never venture out of my normal diet. Something told me to try it out and I loved it! Definitely going back.
This is one of favorite spots in Syracuse. More people need to know about it - it’s such a hidden gem! All of their boba beverages are the best you’ll find in the city, and you can tell they’re made with higher quality ingredients and methods. The staff is always kind and efficient. And ambience inside is so cozy and nice. I always take visitors here. Love this place!
An absolutely beautiful bakery and cafe with a wide variety of options to choose from ranging from sweet to savory. Customer service was exceptional!
Popped in today on a road trip as not a fan of Starbucks coffee . Everything in the baked goods from donuts to sausage brioche was beautifully fresh and more importantly in Covid times individually wrapped. Big thumbs up for the kimchi croquettes! Latte and American was excellent and the Staff very professional.
All the treats look beautiful! I got an iced tiramisu latte that was so good!
An interesting blend of authentic french baked goods with Asian delicacies. And it surprisingly works! The store is very well organized, with mouth-watering baked goods and a cafe that'll have you wanting to order everything. The french pastries are to die for, and next time I'll definitely be getting some of the milk buns. Authentic in parts, unique in others. I will definitely be coming back here for great coffee, a charming character and a friendly staff. Would highly recommend!
As part of my daily routine I enjoy the service, pastries and coffee offered here. Friendly and enjoyable stuff and amazingly fresh baked goods. Prices are very fair you can leave with a latte/coffee and pastry for less than $10
This bakery is FANTASTIC. They have a wide variety of pastries and baked goods, all of which look and taste amazing. The thai tea boba is so delicious. The drink menu is vast, so you will find something for everyone. The atmosphere inside is warm and welcoming. Definitely visit if you're able!
Great little gem. Food is very good, service is great, and the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. It is a bit on the pricey side, but totally worth it in my opinion. Would highly recommend checkin this place out.
Seriously was thrilled to stumble across this bakery! I live in the very diverse San Antonio, but have never seen a bakery like this! Like a Frencha nd Asian fusion with the delicious taro cream bread and the honey mochi pancakes! We got the cloud cake for my mom's birthday and the family LOVED it! I even stopped in before flying back to Texas to stock up on delicious treats! Also I was delighted that the cake came with a server, matches AND candles! Super thoughtful!
Saw this while driving down the road one day and decided to check it out. I wasn't expecting a French patisserie with an Asian twist! Lots of yummy pastries and bread. So many good things it was hard to make a decision.
You might read other reviews that give less stars because they don't make the pastries by hand in the store. But I'm here to say "who cares?!". They have a huge selection of pastries and baked goods plus delicious blended drinks, coffees, teas, and juices.
Their coffee selections are fun and always taste great! They have a variety of baked goods that are always soooo soft
I haven't been to Tous Les Jours since I was in Korea. The outside of the building looks a little rough but the inside is so beautiful. They had a great variety of goods. I got the mango cloud cake and 2 macarons. The cake was absolutely devine. So light and fluffy with a mild sweetness and fresh flavor. I will be stopping back every time I'm in town ♡
I finally stopped in to try this place and I'm SO grateful I did. I am not a sweets person so this has a little for everyone. The place is beautiful with a good atmosphere and easy to get to. The lemon Citron tea is pure sunshine in a cup and I would return for this alone but the red bean doughnuts are amazing as well. I bought multiple things for my family to try and I would say most savory (kimchi, sausage, spinach and mochi pancakes) are best when popped into the oven/air fryer to warm. Which should be an option in shop if it's not already (I ordered to go). I will definitely be back, this has made my favorites list.
Tous les Jours Syracuse offers a delightful experience for pastry lovers, specializing in freshly baked breads, cakes, and pastries. Known for its delicate croissants, buttery pastries, and mouthwatering cakes, this bakery creates a tempting selection of treats using high-quality ingredients. The menu features a variety of sweet and savory options, perfect for any occasion, whether you’re grabbing a quick breakfast or picking up a special dessert.
Love their cakes, especially the chocolate mousse. I’m here for every occasion that needs a cake. Love that they give free candles with cakes too. They have cake slices too. The cloud cakes are so light and easy to eat. Macarons selection are yummy and I love almost all their bakery foods. I found this place looking for fresh Japanese style cheese cake, theirs is decent. Drinks are good here too. I love the ube/taro snow ice dessert they introduced in the summer.
Classy French Bakery!! High quality baked goods, croissants, macaroons also savory items. We had an amazing light breakfast, they serve tea & coffee too. Everything was delicious, beautiful and tempting, they also have birthday cakes that are gorgeous looking and yummy too. We'll definitely go back again.Highly recommend.
This fusion bakery is amazing and tempting! They do everything well. Breads to filled pastries, to croquettes. You really have to see it to believe it. Oh, and something innocuous may turn out to be far more delightful than you dreamed. My one regret was discovering just *how good * some of the items were once I was far down the road. Worth stopping in any chance you get.
It was my first time and probably not the last time. I like their strawberry cream croissants, peach mango smoothies. It is relatively small place and you can sit there no more than 90 min. If you are living in Syracuse, I suggest you to visit there. You will like it. One thing that I like, they share ingridients of every product.
Absolutely loved my visits to Tous les Jours while working in Syracuse. Every single time I leave with something I have never tried before. Everything here is unique, fresh, delicious, and fairly priced. The women running the counter are always very friendly and welcoming. Love their raspberry donuts, pumpkin cream donut, and croquettes. The green tea cloud cake is unreal as well!
A wonderful experience from the moment I walked through the door. As you walk in, the entry way greets you with the cutest little trays to carry with you while you scope through the two aisles of individually wrapped baked goods. Cute atmosphere! All of the baked goods we tried were delicious. We chose a selection of 6 different individually wrapped items along with a full cream cake to test out. All of the above were pristine! The only downfall was not being able to try the honey lavender macchiato because they were out of lavender. Everything was great!!
I am in town for just a few weeks, drove past this and had to try. Oh goodness is it so delicious! Nice selection, and my coffee was good too. I was a bit disappointed on customer service, I felt unwelcome and it made me feel odd. I politely asked for my iced coffee, inquired about the general business as I’ve never heard of it, and stated I would definitely be back. I didn’t receive much interaction so that was weird, I’m going back tomorrow because I really do love the selection. Hopefully the service will be friendly and welcoming.
Everything from sliced bread to coffee and donuts to cakes is perfect. If you are in Syracuse, do stop by to sample various delicacies. The new Matchapresso Bubble Tea is like a child's imagination sprung to life mixing tea (Japanese green tea) and coffee in one drink - try it, it's fun. Note: even the "small" size snow cones are quite big.
I’ve been coming to Tous Les Jours for almost 10 years, as a friend recommended it to me a long time, and time and time again I’m always impressed and happy with the Pastries and the drinks that they make. And to top it all off, it also works well with affordability, being that I never walk away with spending less than 50 dollars after grabbing at least 10 pastries. I just forgot to write a review all this time, but thank you for always providing amazing baked goods!!! ❤️
This is my go to café Im not a coffee drinker and typically make tea at home but their Black sugar pearl milk tea is truly heavenly and the baked goods are to die for. This year on my birthday I got their honey mochi balls instead of cake and it was the best decision I've made all year GO. HERE.
My husband found this place by pure luck as we were leaving a medical appointment and I said I wanted a coffee. Ultimately, I had a taro cream pastry, a matcha donut, and an ube latte - all of which were absolutely delicious. The flavors were astounding and the textures were perfect. This was some of the best food I have EVER had. I would 110% recommend this bakery and cafe. I wish we had something similar in Binghamton.
Great food and drink choices! Delicious bakery, freshly made, friendly service, clean environment. I recommend the “Iced Tiramisu Latte” and the new fall flavors for donuts! Follow my IG: eats_guide_ for more
I go here every few weeks but always enjoy the pastries and tea-based drinks. I ordered a coffee latte once and thought it was watered down. However, the milk tea latte (similar to a hong kong milk tea) and boba drinks are on point and delicious. Typically get the cream filled donuts, sausage pastries and strawberry filled pastries. The cakes are expensive but the best - light and not overly sweet. It can get a bit busy during the school year when university is in session so they typically run out of many pastries by mid afternoon on the weekends. I've been to Tous Le Jours in NYC and this location is significantly better in terms of quality and pastry offerings. They blend and froth drinks here which make a difference.
Update 10/11/25 ... I still am surprised when I meet people from the Syracuse area that have never heard of this place let alone been to it ... They are missing out on a great thing. At this point I've probably been coming here close to 10 years and still a top-notch bakery and bubble tea stop. Some of my favorites are a must get every time I go there and I often get surprised with something new that they have... One of the few places I can honestly say that every time I try something new it doesn't disappoint. Everything is meticulously done in the quality to me seems unmatched. There might be a little bit of a sticker shock if you're used to your corner neighborhood bakery with trays of half moons and glazed donuts like I had on the North side growing up... Attention to detail and quality ingredients that is what you pay for here... It's a once in awhile treat place. Amazing baked goods that stray from the typical. This is a Korean Bakery with a French name and noticably French influence. Impeccably neat and clean. I've been coming hear for years and it never ceases to impress.
Cozy bakery and there is a few tables to eat in space. A lot of bread items are same flavors in my country Japan. My daughters and I love this place. It was very busy on Sunday afternoon. I asked a lady who is working, When is best time to visit to buy what I want, She said between 12-14 on Weekends. and also you can order 2days advance, prepaid. So We order $50 worth items since we need drive 1hour 30 minutes drive.
Love this bakery cafe! Enjoyed Korean-style bread and iced latte! It has various breads and cakes. Next time, I will visit here earlier in the day for more bread options (Already a lot sold out in the late afternoon) Spacious and clean!! Easy parking and access by public transit. Highly recommended!!
OMG, you have to visit if in the area. This shop has everything; cakes, breads, tea, coffee and so much more!! It disappears from shelves as you can see! My daughter loves the milk cream bread! The store is very clean! And everything is made fresh each day. You can tell because it all melts in your mouth. The staff is also very friendly. I highly recommend dropping by if passing through, definitely will be time well spent.
Such a lovely place to grab breakfast and coffee. I variety of savory and sweet Asian and European inspired pastries, breads and cakes. I arrived around 9 am and fresh pastries were still being set up on shelves. Fresh and great quality ingredient. I enjoyed the latte as well. I hoped it was in a mug ☕️. Prices are slightly above average for a cafe/ bakery. Friendly service and plenty of parking out front.
Super cute food, and very tasty. The cake is called cloud cake and its soooooo light and fluffy. There was lots of different macaroons too. They packed the cake in this adorable box and the little sign on top of the cake that says Tous les Jours is chocolate. But, it is more the on the expensive side. We got this slice of cake, a larger macaroon, and a soda, it was around 12.50
Liked it, the baked items were pretty good - we also had milk tea and am iced latte. I knocked a star off because the customer service wasn't the best. I'd go back, I understand that there are probably COVID restrictions that limit them from doing more for customers. While not necessary, I also think there should be an option to warm your baked items for eat in dining. Some of the cheese and ham goods would be better warm! Just a thought. We did ask and they did it for us, but it seemed like we were asking for a favor rather than a feature.
A nice selection of unique and tasty treats- do come earlier in the day for a better selection! Staff are friendly. Seats are hard and bring your coat or sweater, chilly in here..... No sandwiches offered...
Fresh baked goods.and sweets that with lots of varieties. Drinks are excellent with one of the best cappuccinos I have had. Got swirly donut which was nicely wrapped and not too sweet. Croissant was crispy and fluffy. The service was great with minimal wait time. However, there is a time limit on the seating as you cannot exceed more than 60 minutes also seating space was limited.
Although the prices are a bit high, the quality of their cakes, pastries, cream puffs, donuts, and savories are excellent. This bakery is part of a chain with this store being the only one in Syracuse. I was told that the baked goods were made on site. Although the name of the bakery implies that it is French, it appears to be Asian / French fusion.
Nice to have in the area as an alternative to traditional bakeries, but tends to be a bit overpriced. Not sure I would recommend the Chantilly cake. Hardly any fruit filling and not evenly dispersed for this small cake. Taste was just ok. I would have expected higher quality and attention to detail for a tiny cake that cost almost $40. The packaging was very nice though.
The place is nice the people are nice. The food on the other hand is overpriced and not that great. I would rather go to another bakery like geddes or wegmans before coming here.
Nice little bakery I really enjoy and spend some money here every weekend and on birthdays since their cakes are delicious price but delicious, everything I've tried there I’ve liked however i noticed from the last couple of times I’ve been there some of their items are not fresh and also their cornet are not filled not even to the half is just a tiny little bit on both ends . Also their donuts are soggy this past weekends . Service it’s nice also their drinks are enjoyable , very loud ambience and lines are also way long some times
I recognize this is a premature review of this establishment. I went today as I have heard great things and wanted to try some patisserie from this location. However upon arrival something was off. I couldn't tell if the place was a bakery, a coffee shop, a restaurant, a take out quick stop, or what identity this store was trying to hold. The selection of baked goods was phenomenal, but it's almost set up like a candy store or a cafeteria where things are prepared prior to the day and individually packaged for quick on the go consumption. I just didn't get the feel of an authentic bakery where I would stop in for my daily patisserie. Like with traditional bakeries half the fun is browsing the cases full of treats, the presentation just did not match the experience I was expecting based on what I had heard previously. The savory goods did sound delicious and were on price point from other local bakeries with similar items. After browsing for about five minutes I didn't find anything to purchase and ultimately left.
What this place is not is a bakery. They sell baked goods and the place is clean and the staff are nice. When I asked if they had any fresh baked bread the cashier/order taker responded with a puzzled look on her face. After asking again and pointing to a picture on their menu board she went to get someone else. That person also was very confused. Again I pointed to the sign and he said no. They only had the packaged sliced loaf bread nothing fresh, nothing made there. I asked then if the picture in the menu board was merely decoration and he said yes. Authentic bakery it is not. I guess the stuff they sell is good, I have no idea and I shall forever not know, as it is highly likely I'll not return. Nice try, but missed the mark. If you're looking for pre-prepared baked items then likely it will work out for you to visit. If you're looking for a bakery then you'll need to travel elsewhere. PriceChopper half a block away would probably be the closest you could go to get a loaf of artisan baked bread, though it isn't baked there it does taste good. That's what I ended up doing.
Worse coffee in Syracuse. $425 for a small coffee that taste like water. Told me no refunds. Crazy
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. I accidentally purchased the wrong cake and immediately requested to exchange it for another, but the staff refused, citing their system’s inability to process changes. The cake was untouched, yet they were unwilling to accommodate even a simple request. This lack of flexibility and poor customer service has left a very bad impression. I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone who values good service.
Ordered a drink (tiramisu latte) but I guess there was a miscommunication and somehow they heard matcha latte? She refused to remake the correct drink and I asked her twice when she gave me the drink if it really was the tiramisu latte and she confirmed yes. Please just remake the drink when you guys are the ones at fault or take the order right the first time.
Visiting from out of town for work and decided to try the sweets. However at 430 most items were sold out. Waited in line for quite a bit ordered an assortment of macarons and cakes, then waited 15 minutes for my espresso double that was forgotten and then only given a single. Got back to hotel and was missing the piece of mango cloud cake. Not worth ubering back. Not impressed. If you eat here make sure you check Just go downtown.
I ordered a birthday cake at the Tous Les Jours Syracuse store on Feb. 26 for my daughter’s birthday. I specifically ordered the Baby Shark cake, and I was told the size we selected would serve about 12 people. When I picked it up, they gave me the wrong cake (Ping Fong). We assumed the correct cake was inside the box, but once we got home we realized it wasn’t what we ordered. To make it worse, the cream/frosting was broken and messy when we opened it (I’m attaching a photo). We live far away and had guests already there, so there was no time to return and fix it. My daughter was obviously disappointed, and it put a shadow on her birthday. The next day I went back to explain what happened. The cashier’s response was essentially: “We can’t do anything.” No meaningful apology, no remake, no store credit—nothing. Even worse, they didn’t even refund the price difference, because they gave us a smaller cake than the one we ordered and paid for. Mistakes happen. But refusing to take responsibility after ruining a child’s birthday is unacceptable. We used to buy cakes here for every birthday in our group. That stops now, and I will make sure others know what to expect if they order a custom cake here.
I wish I could put zero star. I ordered a Baby Shark birthday cake for my young daughter. When we picked it up, the bakery gave us the wrong cake (Pinkfong). We assumed the correct cake was inside the box and only discovered the mistake after we got home, with guests already there. There was no realistic way to drive back in the middle of a child’s birthday party—meanwhile my daughter kept asking why her cake wasn’t Baby Shark. To make it worse, the cake we received was noticeably smaller even though we paid the same price as the larger Baby Shark cake we ordered. Quality was also disappointing: the cream inside was broken/curdled, the strawberry flavor tasted off, and it felt like a poorly made substitute. (Also, the Baby Shark cake we ordered was supposed to be chocolate, which we did not receive.) The next day, we went back to explain what happened. Instead of apologizing and making it right, the staff basically said they couldn’t do anything and bluntly suggested we should’ve told them earlier. Earlier? We were literally in the middle of a birthday party and found out only after opening the box at home. At minimum, this situation warranted a refund or at least reimbursement for the difference in size/value—but we got nothing. This is not how you handle your own mistake, especially when it ruins a child’s birthday. I will not buy anything from this store again. Good luck with treating customers with this way.
I would not recommend spending your money here. Prices are significantly higher than expected, and the drinks are below average in quality. Signs throughout the establishment clearly state “All sales are final — no refunds or exchanges.” After only two sips, I politely asked to exchange my drink for something else, but the request was denied. While I wasn’t seeking a refund, the lack of flexibility and customer service was disappointing. Again don't waste your money.
