The staff was great. We came in right at closing time. They said as long as it was take out we could order. We ordered two pizzas and chicken wings and garlic knots. Everything was very good. But next time I am just going to get the garlic knots with the Mariana sauce. They where fantastic.

Loved this little nook of a Pizzeria. Best pizza I've had! Came here with my husband on our honeymoon and we both loved our pizza's! If you love buffalo chicken pizza, I highly recommend getting this one! Come hungry! Pizza's are big even for a medium! Garlic knots are bomb too!

I had this pizza for the first time (just a plain cheese and pepperoni) a couple of weeks ago while visiting the area... I have to say I loved their pizza and garlic knots! I've had a lot of different pizzas and this simple pie is right up there with the best. Don't hesitate to order... Next time I'm back there I'll be getting another for sure!

Got a pizza to go. Decent pie. Fast service has a good beer on tap to wait. A little pricey but worth it

Apsolutely a must visit! I ordered some pasta, and it was delicious. There was some sort of paistry on side and it was lovely. Recomendation, five star.

Have been coming here for the last 10 years every time I’m in the area. The pizza is always amazing. Love the garlic knots and the pasta dishes are delicious. Great experience every time we go!

Our food was incredible and reasonably priced for the area. Our waitress Kailee was extremely timely and very kind. They are cash or check only so bear that in mind, they do have an ATM inside but overall experience 10/10.

Got their special, ziti ala vodka with chicken. It was absolutely amazing. One of the best vodka sauces I've had.

Our family comes to our cabins in Saranac Lake every summer, and Little Italy is a great spot for pizza sitting down at a table in the dining room or you can grab a slice or calzone or garlic knots (our favorite!) at the front and sit at the bar. They are about to get their liquor license. We love the staff, especially Kaley, who thoughtfully scrounged up a stash of garlic knots after they were sold out! One of our children is going through a difficult phase of avoiding food variety, so sometimes we visit the restaurant multiple days in a row. We will continue to visit and support Little Italy, and you should too!

We took our whole troop here for a family style meal. I would definitely recommend it to any large group especially with kids. Kailee was pur waitress, she did fantastic keeping up with the kids requests.

We found this gem when almost all other places were closed midweek. The food was great and the portions large, We returned the following day to get pizzas and again they were great. Service was a bit slow, but only one waitress was working and serving about 8 tables, so we understood her situation and just stayed patient. We were even given an appetizer as she apologized for the wait. She was very friendly as well. This is a cash only business, and if you go you will not be disappointed with the food.

Wow! What a great pizza! We enjoyed it so much and when you can have pizza anywhere in NYC or Long Island it’s always surprising to find a really good pizza anywhere! This was awesome. Perfectly made crust was made to absolute perfection the sauce & cheese also perfect amount! Would’ve loved to grab a pie or 2 to bring home. Had nowhere to store it. Def must in Saranac NY!!!!

CASH ONLY, ATM and WiFi inside. Upon walking in on a late evening on a Monday during week one of “spring break,” I was thinking, “it’s a pizzeria.” Well, I wasn’t wrong, but there was a lot more to it. I saw a couple of booths up front, but then I was asked if I wanted to sit in the back, I agreed and was surprised to see a dining area. It was cozy but open and had tall ceilings. The air smelled fresh and they were playing rock and soft rock through their speakers, but not too loud or not at all, and it made me feel at ease. I was expecting a pizza menu with finger food, but was pleasantly surprised at what other dishes they had on the menu. Baked pasta, pasta, salads, appetizers, subs both hot and cold, and desserts. ***This review is not based on their pizza, but instead, their delicious daily special and *killer* dessert. Tonight I had the Shrimp Genovese with artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, and broccoli on linguine with a basil Alfredo sauce. “Era Delizioso!” Ok let me back up, I was served up a salad as well with warm bread. The salad was very fresh yet simple. I read a review on here that someone didn’t get enough dressing, mine came in a cup on the side (I appreciate little things like that) and it was plenty of dressing. I do wish a little more effort was put into the salad itself however. It came on plate slightly too small and the vegetables seemed to be quickly thrown on the side. I highly doubt this is a style, but who knows, I could be wrong and this is just how they do it here. Alright, fast forwarding to dessert. ...WOW... I was extremely surprised! When I asked for a cannoli I just wanted one (because at that point I was stuffed from the Shrimp Genovese, but I can always make room for dessert) and I was expecting a bland Ricotta filled cannoli, because VERY few places get it right. Well, I’m proud to tell you, that I’ve found a restaurant that has a perfect Cannoli. They said they don’t make the shells themselves, but they do make the cream/Ricotta mixture. It was topped with chocolate syrup which my waitress agreed that that’s what makes all the difference. My waitress, Debbie, was attentive, kind, and well informed. She asked me how my food was periodically, but not overly so. The service was quick for a Monday night. It just goes to show once again, Saranac Lake is filled with hidden gems like this one. I’ll be back for more....!

We were there during the Winter Carnival this year (2026). It was extremely busy so there was about a 10 minute wait for a table. For as busy as it was it didn't long to place our order and receive our food. The staff was very friendly and the food (pizza, garlic knots and spaghetti) was great.

C

Even on the busiest day the service and food was amazing. We came up to see the ice castle and it was very busy but th3 staff was calm and great even under the pressure of being busy. And the food was amazing to say the least. A must stop.

Delicious food. Restuarant does not take credit cards. Also even though the restuarant is a Pizzeria, you cannot get slices if you come for sit down service. We ordered italian food and salad and wanted a slice of pizza. Not possible but you can get it on the way out.

The alla vodka sauce is hands down the absolute best sauce I have had anywhere in the world. My fiancé and I get the same penne alla vodka takeout several times a month and have been doing this for years. I am not much of a review person but this sauce just deserves the recognition Thank you, Joe Guck

I don't typically like thin crust pizza, but this was great after hiking Cascade and Porter. Take out was ready in about 20min. The chopped up meatballs on the pizza were amazing.

Nice pizza joint with pasta dishes. I gave 4 stars for service because the waitress gave us bottled waters at $3.50 each when we asked for a round of waters for the entire table. When I looked around the dining room, all of the other customers had cups with tap water. I ordered a chicken parm sub and asked for provolone cheese. She told me that it only came with mozzerella. I asked to add onions and peppers and she had to get permission from the cook! The place only accepted cash and checks only...It was all very weird. Otherwise, the food was good.

We went on a Sunday evening and it was fairly empty. We ordered a large pizza and fettuccine pasta. The waiter was nice and even offered us free bread since they ran out of garlic knots. The wait for the food did take some time but overall it was a nice experience.

Great New York style pizza by the slice or you can get a whole pie. I got 2 slices of cheese with pepperoni on them they were slipped into the oven to them hot and brought out they were great. You can eat in or take out they have mini calzones and a couple other choices. I came for some New York slices and was not disappointed. Great pie friendly help what more is there if your in Saranac Lake, NY stop and get yourself a slice. I didn't take pictures of the place or my slices as honestly I was hungry and forgot and I think everyone knows what New York style pie looks like. Just an update on my past review Little Italy Pizzeria & Restaurant is still great the pizza is still outstanding and you can't beat there meatball sub. But the picture they show on the first page of Google Maps is incorrect they have the address correct which points to the new location but pictures are wrong I have added new pictures of the new location. I believe they have more seating also at the new location at 151 River St.

We came for dinner on July 4th, it was busy but we were seated right away. My husband and I ordered a pasta dish; each dish was delicious. Our waitress was attentive. We haven’t stopped talking about our meals!

M

I placed an 8 entree take out order. Once home I realized they'd made 1 order incorrectly and left out another completely. I called and they were very nice and said they'd remake the 2 orders if I came right back down. When I got there I showed my receipt and they were as nice as can be. Our food was very good, but the alfredo was a little oily.

Good NY style pizza for this region. Prices are fair. Sauce is a smidge on the bland side. Deli meat sandwiches were a bit light on meat quantity, but acceptable. Overall, would recommend to others who are passing by.

Great food, no liquor license yet (8/1/24). Asked for water and paid almost $3 each for a bottle of water (I guess they have tap water but they don't ask what you want). I don't like that they add 18% tip automatically when 2 people split a pizza. That's usually done for large parties, not two people. I would have tipped more but the auto tip rubbed me the wrong way.

A
Aaron Wall

No credit or debit card which is a pain but they have an ATM.

S
Stefan Hoskin

Got pizza takeout here twice after strenuous hiking in Adk. The pizza is amazing. They never say on the phone that's it's cash or local check, because they have an ATM. So sure, they are set in their ways and are not going for convenience or service awards, but you can come for the pizza.

Eggplant parm was great. Nicely breaded and fried. Has a little crunch. Decent tomato sauce. Best I've had since moving to North Country.

This afternoon friends and I enjoyed the BEST pizza in all of the years I have been a customer. The sauce is reminiscent of the pizza available on Long Island. Whoever is responsible for creating the pizza on 3/1/25 - Bravo!!!

Cash only restaurant. When you ask for water to drink they bring you a bottle of water and charge you $3.50. I saw other tables with a pitcher of water and ice. Be sure to ask for that specifically. I definitely was unhappy when I received my check that they automatically charged you an 18% gratuity and it was only four of us. We were camping in the area and were looking for pizza. This place satisfied our craving but it wasnt anything special.

C
Christa Rickett

Pizza is generally good there, that's why we go. This time we got some garlic knots also, they were good but cold. It would have been nice to have them warm as we were traveling 2 hours. Also they are very expensive. We got 2 slices, a dozen knots, 1 sauce which they charge you for, think they would be complimentary with the knots and a gingerale, it was over $20.

D
Don Davison

The food and service were really good when we visited around Aug 9th Today, Aug 23, 2024 we returned and this time when we asked for water, the waitress returned with two bottles of water. We asked about the price, and were told it was $2.85 each! We ordered pizza which was very good The bill came and (surprise #2) the bill had already been totalled including an 18%tip! I talked to another couple in the parking lot afterwards and they described a similar experience to ours. She said they lived locally, but would not be returning. Neither will we. Btw, the service was adequate, but not outstanding.

R
Roy Stevens

My pasta dish was terrible. 15.50 for angelhair with oil butter and sprinkle of parm cheese. I added shrimp 6 small for 6 bucks. I was going to get scallops to but it said market price so I asked 11 bucks more I passed. A good thing all I could taste was oil and garlic. Not good. My wife got a sausage sub the meat was not hot and the peppers and onions not cooked. A shame because we eat at the italys ik our town 25 miles away and the same meals are always great. Hopefully they will improve. On a good note our poor waitress worked her butt off alone to a good number of people.

B
Becky Enders

Food was good. Pasta more eldante than usual, chicken parm hard around the edges. Sauce had nice flavor. Not much to the salad but generous portion. You pay extra for everything including water unless you ask for tap.

A
Andrew Gilbert

Amazing food! Just a little bothered by the way I was told “we have an ATM” after we had already eaten. Some card charge $20 for a cashing advance if you don’t have your debit card. Not accepting card even at a higher rate (2%) in 2022 and a tourist area is a little ridiculous. At the very least the notice of cash only on entry door would and appreciated.

P
Priyanka Singh

Disappointing experience overall. The Margherita pizza was priced as a specialty pizza ($21) without clear explanation—basic ingredients like cheese and tomato sauce were counted as “extras.” Staff were kind but not knowledgeable about the menu. An 18% gratuity was added automatically for a party of two with no prior notice. Important: they only accept cash or check—no cards or digital payments. There’s an on-site ATM, but it charges a $2.50 fee. Service was friendly, but the lack of transparency made for a frustrating visit.

K
Katie Moring

Bring cash!! They don't take credit cards! Food was alright. Garlic knots didn't have much flavor. Pizza was pretty good. Our waitress was friendly. Informal atmosphere. Free parking across the street from the restaurant.

G
Guillaume de Sampigny

The food was plain and very salty. Our server was nice and attentive. Cash only.

M
Matt

Cash only in today’s day and age, and the atm charges a fee, so be prepared. The service was just okay, as some of the staff seemed not very pleased to be there. The strombolis were pretty average. He asked if we wanted marinara or garlic butter dipping sauce for them, and we got one of each so we could share. I wouldn’t call the garlic butter a dip, as it was super solid and literally not possible to dip the Stromboli in without destroying it.

It's Cartoonival Week! Very disappointed..... website said open til 9pm with no information about the dining room closing earlier than the posted closing time. We arrived at approximately 8:34pm only to be told take-out pizza was the only food available. The counterperson / waitress was obviously put out that we were there. With few options available, we opted for take out to take to our motel. Requested paper plates and plastic silverware were provided. A little empathy for this visitor to SL would have gone a long way to improve my impression of your customer service.

Food was just ok, we ordered garlic bread, veggie sub, veggie pizza slice. Garlic bread was good. While Sub was very dry, not with good amount of sauce or mayo or any other sauce which goes well with sub. Requested some hot sauce, it was a surprise at the end it was charged, never seen such at any store. Now veggie pizza slice, this was simply veg topping added to a cheese pizza. Veggies were falling, so disappointing as it was not a veggie pizza. Absolutely a no.

Decent little restaurant,, Food is ok, nothing super, maybe we should have tried the Pizza... Heard it was great... They don't take plastic for payment, only cash!! What kind of establishment does that!! 3 Canadian guys traveling on motorcycles, luckily enough two of us had enough to cover the three meals... But definetely a big turn off in our books, plus the food was just ok... We'll go elsewhere next time. If you go bring cash...

We were looking forward to trying Little Italy Pizzeria during our visit to Saranac Lake, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The pizza was undercooked and lacked flavor, and the garlic bread was doughy and bland. The service was slow, and the staff didn’t seem particularly attentive or welcoming. They forgot to add broccoli and olives to our pasta even after placing an order for them. Also, it’s a cash-only place, which wasn’t clearly advertised, making things inconvenient. With so many great dining options in the area, we were disappointed by the overall experience.

T
Tasha Larock

So a few things. 1 they did not ask if we wanted a seat for the baby! 2 a note on the meny saying if you share your food there is a $4 charge. 3 you can not get pizza by the slice in the dining room certain days and times.....yet it is a menu item. 4 cheese was cold in the calzone. 5 waitress ignored us yet there was a wonderful 18% gratuity charge on the bill. I did not find this ok, I tio based off service. This places gives bottom service because they know they get 18%.

D
Dewey Rambo

They don't take credit cards. The food is just ok. Oh and they tack on an 18% gratuity automatically? I'm looking at the reviews and apparently this place has lost its luster. Maybe the restaurant business is no longer your thing. 😞

I got kicked out for a mistake I done 4 years ago. I was a devoted customer to the place and friends of Paolo. I love the food hate the way I got treated got kicked out of my favorite restaurant first by a customer and then Manny I wish I could get a hold of Paolo. Been going there since I was 8 or 9

S

Service is sub par due to automatic 18% gratuity. We walked in and looked forward to the garlic knots that you see in the display. Our waitress said “if I don’t have any, I can get you garlic bread with cheese”, so I agreed. She brought us the garlic bread with cheese (garlic butter and cheese on a sub roll) while the garlic knots piled up in the case. I’m guessing this was more expensive to make our bill and her tip go up. My kids wanted pizza rolls with extra toppings but she said this was not possible as they were premade. I’m not sure why this is offered in the menu then. $1.25 extra for a soufflé cup of marinara?! Also a mystery charge of $1 called “PR T1”. She brought 4 out of 5 of our drinks and had to be reminded to get the last, never checked on us after we received our meal, and the lettuce in the salad was extremely wet. We waited a long time for our food despite being one of 2 tables to order and having ordered “premade” food. With the gratuity trick and cash only, this place seems sneaky and slimy.

V
Vic Burman

First time in my life I have ever felt compelled to leave a 0% tip. I felt like our server was actively avoiding us. My second drink had no liquor in it. Food was good, but I can also cook pasta. Won't be back.

J
Jason O'Keefe

No credit cards, cash or check only, not given back right change for the bill. 18% gratuity automatically added on a table of two. Seemed to be a walk up pizzeria disguised as a sit down restaurant. Food was good and the servers were good too, my waitress would have got the tip even if it wasn’t auto added. Just weird vibe. Generic ATM at the door is always a bad sign

J
Jodi Tourville

Food was ok . Took 2 hrs for a salad and garlic knots . Asked where order was lady not our waitress said do you see were busy . Mind you it’s not bad but everyone that came after us was being served pizza and wings . Finally 2hrs 15 min salad arrives again not our original waitress throws it on table and walks away ..

R
Richard Trierweiler

They do not accept credit cards… how third world country. It isn’t posted on their front door nor did they say so when I called to place an order. I have traveled on multi-country international trips and never had to use cash, but not so here. Also, the mozzarella sticks were not crispy or well flavored. The pizza was a bit on the soggy side. One of the pizzas came stuck to the top of the box so a bunch of the cheese got ripped off.

Sam Paul
Sam Paul

While the pizza was served hot, its flavor was just average. I ordered the chicken pizza and was disappointed by the scant amount of chicken. For $32, a large specialty pizza should at least include foundational toppings like onions, but it did not. Finally, be aware that they only accept cash/check—a surprisingly outdated policy.

Graverobber316

Went here because Tupper was closed. Overall, not horrible. Far from when Paulo was involved and not in a good way. Apparently some of the food is pre-made, such as the calzone, stromboli. Waitress told us this. They weren't terrible but not the best. The most annoying part was the automatic gratuity taken, it was just 2 of us, not 6. I thought that was a bit much. It should be up to me to tip what I want. I won't be returning.

William Court
William Court

We went here after spending some time in Lake Placid throughout the day. We arrived around 430 and were told to seat ourselves. The food and the service were okay but not great. The cost is ultimately what determined the bulk of the rating. When we asked for water were given two Auqafina bottles and two glasses with ice in them. We had to pour the water into the glasses ourselves. That somehow cost $3.50 per water. They also added a automatic gratuity of 18% to the check for our party of two and did not accept any form of card payment. A med pizza and pasta ended up totaling to $58 when it was all said and done. The cost is definitely is not justified for the quality.

S

I’m very disappointed in the service today. We’ve ordered the same pizza, twice a week, for months now and given our experience today, we might be switching pizza places. Our pizza wasn’t even in the oven when we got there, 15+ minutes after we ordered (with a 15-20 minute estimated wait time). The woman at the counter was on her personal cell phone and kept me waiting for at least 5 minutes before acknowledging me, just to let me know my pizza hadn’t even been put in yet. There were NO other pizzas in the oven so I’m not sure what the problem was?? Not to mention that we paid extra for pepperoni, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms and we received no mushrooms, with a huge pile of tomatoes in the center of the COLD pie… Miserable and incompetent staff? Or just a bad day? Either way we were very disappointed and ended up making sandwiches at home instead. Thanks for wasting our time and money, Little Italy! Shaking my head…

E
Edward Savich

Ordered a large cheese. A cheese pizza is what you can judge a pizzeria by. It was a 2 out of 10. They use one cheap cheese across the top and there is no seasoning in the sauce. The crust was it’s best attribute and it at 3. Bland, under cooked when I asked for well done. They were not busy, so there was no excuse. Take note, there is a forced gratuity of 18% & cash only so they make a profit off the in store ATM… The pizza is a scam, the store is a scam.

T

So, I’m staying at the hospital in Saranac Lake because I had a procedure done yesterday. We decided to order out. I completely regret it. What a horrible decision. First, we spent about $80 bucks for a medium 3 topping pizza, 10 garlic/parmesan wings with extra, extra blue cheese, and a large antipasto salad. My wife did order through DoorDash but I don’t think that should make any difference. So the food arrived promptly. Immediately I noticed the extra blue cheese and the salad dressing were missing. I called the restaurant to see if they would send me over dressings and the gentleman treated me like I insulted sanctity of his entire existence. I literally thought there was going to be a hit put out on my life from some mafioso. Talk about ridiculous.

S
Stephen Miller

Constantly wrong orders, when placing for pick up.counter staff don’t speak English. No compensation for completing wrong orders. Had to sit and wait for them to make correct pizza. Don’t recommend ordering for take out. This was not a isolated incident, We order from there once a week. Unfortunately NOT anymore.

I wish this review was on the food and/or serviced, but it’s not, we never got that far. Walk to the door and saw a big sign that said no credit card so turned around and left. This day and age restaurant needs to take credit cards or they won’t survive nobody has cash. Ridiculous. We went to Blue Line brewery, great pizza and service and they took our card!

The chicken parm meal was pathetic. Sauce tasteless. Not even a piece of bread. We were charged $4 extra for splitting our meal and I was handed an empty plate.,they didn’t bother to split it! Then my friend got a ham sub, waitress never asked about any oil, seasoning ,..nothing. When friend mentioned it to her, politely, waitress was fairly RUDE. And to TOP it off you add an 18% TIP for a party of 3. It wasn’t worth a $2 Tip! Sad and I would NEVER return.

I’ve been a frequent customer of Little Italy since it opened. I go every time I come up and visit. I went today and was very disappointed in the portions and service. We had pizza and calzones. The calzones were 1/2 the size they used to be. And the slices of pizza. The crust was so thin you could see thru it. We also ordered a slice of pizza with peppers and it came out cold with uncooked peppers and a few sprinkles of cheese over it. They also are adding 18% Gratuity, regardless of the party size. Last I knew a tip was based on the service. The food and the service were below average. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

Pizza took an hour and a half to arrive. Pizza was cold! Cheese cake slice was very small and mushy!

The food is great but charging $2.85 for bottled water and adding an 18% forced gratuity to the bill without letting your customers know is wrong. And you forced an 18% tip on bottled water. Shame on you. Will never go there again. Pay your staff properly so you don’t have to force a tip on your customers.

Stay clear from this place. If I could give it zero star rating I would. Wish I had read other reviews before going here. I guess others have experienced the same. Owner is rude. Service sucks. Their answer is don’t return….we won’t!! So many other places we can spend dining out at. Hope the place shuts down!

I'm not one to write a bad review. This is actually my first review of any restaurant ever but it needs to be said. My daughter only wanted a slice of pizza and she's seven. We were all planning on ordering a different dish but the rules say no slices in the dining area so we ordered a whole medium pizza which I didn't want and it was burnt on the bottom. My daughter wouldn't eat it. I will not be returning. It wasn't busy either. 75$ for a burnt pizza, Alfredo, four sodas and 6 garlic knots.

Not veteran friendly. Refused to serve me because I have a service dog. After wanting to put me outside because I have a service dog and not even having outside seating today I asked if there was any tables inside and both the waitress and manager said no you can’t have the dog in here period. As a federal law you cannot turn away a service member or ANY person with a service animal unless you are a church or part of a church. Absolutely not acceptable. Honestly wish I could give zero stars. They need to do trainings and read up on their ADI.

The sad thing is that this is the best pizza within about an hour's drive. That doesn't mean it's worth eating, though. It is a little bit depressing when I see the employees responding to negative (accurate) reviews, yet, the people responding type like fifth graders. You would think they would at least speak in a somewhat intelligent fashion when trying to swat away bad reviews... Anyway, if you want pizza, go to Potsdam.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place absolutely deserves it--for all the wrong reasons. The level of unprofessionalism here is truly shocking. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that no one had any interest in providing decent service. The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely disorganized. I was either ignored or spoken to with an attitude, and any basic questions I asked were met with eye-rolls or vague, careless answers. They just don't care about your time. I waited well beyond an average wait time for food to arrive and staff stood around chatting or scrolling on their phones. The environment felt chaotic and poorly managed, and it was obvious that customer satisfaction is not even remotely a priority. The food is wayy too overpriced for the quality, and the chicken tasted like potatoes. Save yourself the frustration and money and go literally anywhere else. This place is a mess.

Deceptive practices the add a gratuity on to the bill as a food line item, (we were only a party of 3) can only imagine how many people get ripped off because of it. Plus wanted 2 slices of pizza while the rest of the table ordered regular menu items, they wouldn't serve me slices which they had at the counter while sitting , but I could have gotten up gotten 2 slices and walked back to the table. Mind you with 30 or so tables on a Saturday only 5 tables were occupied. The rules are there rules but I didn't eat personally my choice. Just a bad business model not looking for return business. Not to mention my wife said it was just ok food. Good luck to them.

I'm just not overly impressed at all. My parents and I took my daughter and me out here today for lunch. The pizza was hot, but we didn't get all the toppings we requested. The owner acted like he was angry or bored out of his mind - not sure which, but he definitely wasn't friendly. Maybe he was annoyed because it was pretty busy with their whole winter carnival going on. The service was Okay, but the prices are insane.

The food was okay, with small overpriced portions. Make sure you order extra food because a regular meal won't be enough. Oh ya, don't forget they pick what you decide to tip they just kindly add it to your bill without you being told it's just circled at the bottom. Would be one thing if their service was good, but I've had better service from self checkout. Watched people who were seated after us get their meal before we got to order. Things forgotten from meal no one would fill our drinks. I think they prey on the tourists. BEWARE!!! cash only, so bring it all 3 people $100 no drinks, no dessert, no frills, that's dinner, and their suprise charges

I’m very disappointed with the work mentality of the younger generation. My pizza was delivered by the time the rest of my “party” was finished eating … I was originally told a mistake had been made in the kitchen and they would pay for another drink… I wasn’t planning on having another drink. Another drink order was not delivered as requested and we were told “if it makes you feel any better it’s not on the bill.” “I will take off your garlic knots.” Garlic knots were removed and I requested my original drink be removed because I did not get another … I wasn’t planning to get another drink and was told the knots were removed. I politely said those were not mine and reviewed our previous conversation in a conversational tone… I was then told “just don’t pay it, I’ll eat it.” No I’m sorry I am adult and I will pay what I owe but I do not need the smart attitude about the whole situation. I’m afraid of the future of our society with that work mentality!

Food is mediocre. But their prices are set for like a Michelin star restaurant. Which is absurd. We ordered takeout. Only got a child spaghetti plate and asked for 3 meat balls. Online the price is $10.50. Wasn't told on the phone it's cash only. They have a red sauce charge. Wasn't told this either. The 3 meat balls are another $10, apparently. Which blows my mind! Plus with tax, the total was $22. I find it absurd that a kids meal was $22 total. To top it off the cashier (male) was rude. Had an attitude when we tried to ask why it cost so much but never got an explanation anyways, till we got our receipt. I would say, farrrrrrrr away!!!!!!!!! Don't go! Rude service and absurd prices! And to only get a half filled meal for my child!

Pizza had so much cheese on it, it was inedible. So much that most of it wasn't even melted. 0/10 Will definitely not be going back.

Expect zero hospitality if you eat here. I never understand restaurants that treat you like an inconvenience or an annoyance. A little kindness (even if faked) goes a long way. Especially if you don't have much else going for you. I don't have any specific horror stories eating here but just a general dissatisfaction with the service and how expensive it is considering how unimpressive the food is. Reading their reply comments doesn't at all motivate me to return. Am I not entitled to my opinion? Your reply only proves my point. Absolutely rude and unprofessional.

0 stars if I could Terrible customer service Terrible communication- they told me after ordering and arriving they only accept cash or check and have an atm. Thankfully, Venmo was ok’d. But none of this was communicated beforehand. We could have been left empty-stomach for the night. Also, the man on the phone hung up multiple times before allowing me to speak as to successfully place an order. Not to mention, why is there barely any chicken on the pizza? It’s already a ridiculous $$ for the food. SAVE YOUR TIME AND WALLET

I give this pizza spot ONE STAR. Mainly due to the price. It was $32 and some change, just for me. One 14” pizza and one 16oz Pepsi soda. It was $25 for the 14” pizza. Buffalo Chicken. (Specialty pizza) which had 3 bites of half inch chicken cubes per slice. Some had 2, some had 5 or 6, literally half inch cubes of chicken breast. I would honestly say, the pizza was average. Not bad, but definitely not worth $25, and another $3.50 for a 16oz soda bottle. Plus 18% courtesy. (I think courtesy is the tip?) so I didn’t leave anything for the waitress. Why are they telling me how much to give for a tip? $32. One person. A 14” average chicken pizza, nothing special. And $3.50 for a 16oz bottle of Pepsi??? I’m sorry but I won’t be returning here I could go to Downhill Grill and get a “build your own burger” with chips and a basket of French fries, with an onion soup, and refillable soda for less than $32. Note: I will say this, the staff was friendly, and they let me use their restroom. And the pizza was quick, within 10 minutes of ordering. Also, picture is of the left over slice from a few hours after. No exaggeration. That’s the average slice, only 3 small bites of chicken. And they ask $25 for this. Cost me $32 with a soda!

Had difficulty getting an outdoor table with a dog. Waitress complained about having to open outdoor seating because of us. We then got stuck in the corner and got last service for drinks, then appetizers, then food came out before appetizers. Original wait staff was replaced by another staff member after she witnessed the nasty behavior we received. Then the bill came with a mandatory tip added on, against the menu statement. Then we asked for change and they didn't have it, so they rounded down. Avoid this place...0 stars. 8/12/2025 update - owner response to my review was fiction. My evening of service had zero rain. And owner did not address the inappropriate tip and incorrect change facts. I think that speaks for itself. Now in negative star territory.
