came in, ordered food, great cashier service. I stayed in to eat and had gotten a large sweet tea, I went to fill my drink and there was no sweet tea. I told the staff and within 30 seconds someone came out and put in a new batch of tea. Great service

I got the Land, Air and Sea Burger. 1330 calories, 123grams of Carbs, 69 grams Fat,55 Grams Protein. TOTALLY REDICULOUS!!!!!! I do Keto, of course this is not allowed, it's been a LONG time since I consumed garbage, and now I fully understand why people are sick, fat, and unhealthy, and their children the same way.

It's McDonald's what do you expect? Not much variation between them. Which is 👍 great! I know exactly what I'm getting and it will be consistently the same. Their regular hamburger is the "goto" item to calm someone's stomach in my family :)

I came into mcdonalds for dinner with my mom and daughter. It brought me great joy 😊 despite my hard times right now. Luis, managers, and staff are incredibly amazing, accommodate customers. I was trying get certain squishmellos for my daughter and my mom. The staff accommodated with certain color of the of the packages of the squishmellos. No matter on the ridiculous of the request they go above and beyond especially with single dad's, families with children. ❤️

Haven’t had any problems with this Donald’s location. They haven’t messed up my order, food is pretty good and their service is impeccable (shoutout Sean). The interior is also pretty nice and seems pretty clean, pretty good location.

This MickeyDs is really cool. Renovated interior allows for staff to give table service and gave us a chance to unwind and enjoy dining g with my son and 5yo granddaughter, who was collecting Squishmallows here.😄

CJ is a game-changer! I’m usually the person who skips the surveys and reviews, for fast food restaurants but CJ’s service today was so exceptional that I had to stop and write this. Professional, incredibly fast, and genuinely friendly—which is a rare combo these days. McDonald's needs more people like CJ. Give that person a raise!

Great McDonalds the inside has a really nice modern look and comfortable seating. The only flaw is they do not have a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine which is very odd for how modern the place is. They still have the old soda machine with very limited choices which is kind of disappointing.

Clean, convenient location with updated, comfortable seating. Doesn't get too crowded during peak hours. Staff is polite. I never had any issues with my orders over the years.

It's McDonald's. You can't go wrong. Place is usually busy, so for the most part you'll always be getting fresh hot food. Never been let down at this location.

I like how McDonald’s made the adjustment to a speedy visit with their self-order kiosk. The young man behind the counter demonstrated respect and professionalism; something that many of our young people lack and are not being taught. If he keeps it up, with some hard work and discipline, he’ll go far in life.

The location and store itself are very good. The employees are pleasant and efficient but, I purchased a couple of the Big Macs that have been advertised lately and was not impressed. All the hype made me believe it was an improved sandwich but, alas, it is still a very plain and unappetizing sandwich. Regardless of the size.

Used to be our favorite McDonald’s, but since the pandemic, food quality has gone down hill dramatically. Fries are always cold and old. Chicken nuggets are rubbery and taste as if they’ve been sitting out for hours. They only get 2 stars because at least they still get the Big Mac and Quarter Pounder right...all in all, won’t be back any time soon. Have been resorting to Wendy’s for 4 for $4 or Burger King’s $3 Meal Box...more value and better, fresher flavor.

I hate even giving 2 stars as this is my local McDonald's but they just about never get the order correct . The reason I'm even writing this is because as of right now I bought McDonald's on my lunch break for me and my kids because I have limited time and yet again something is missing. My happy meal was never given so now on my lunch break I have to figure something out quick to feed my son last minute. This isn't the first time this has happened.. it's always something and I'm so fed up with it. I think maybe once or twice a month they might get my order right.. and what I mean is, it will be correct on the receipt but my food or drinks that they give me is incomplete. I'm so tired of it that I'm thinking of going higher to report. I hate being mean but come on guys,.. get it together. Middle country road McDonald's is doing a fantastic job. Never once was I missing a thing.

I recommend going to any other McDonalds in the area, but if you come here due to convenience like me, make sure you check your order before leaving. I come to this location about once a month, and every time I'm either missing items or received completely different ones. This happens regardless of if I order at the window/counter or thru the app. The quality of the food is usually good, but the inability to get orders right makes me wish I had a different location closer to home.

Pull up to window they give me my drinks then tell me to pull up to wait for food. Sitting there 6 minutes had to go in to get my food. Worker very disrespectful but manager very polite. It wasn't crowded so have no idea why I had to wait for a double cheeseburger and a quarter pounder meal. That was all I ordered. 3rd time this has happened. Have to start going elsewhere.

Literally sooooooo hit or miss with the staff at this location. First, I want to say that the kid with the trendy mullet type haircut who takes orders/payments during the day pretty often is an ANGEL!! So very sweet and kind always 🥰 But the evening/night staff (at least who I’ve run into) is almost always off. Either with a bad attitude, closing early and refusing to give mobile orders that are already paid for, etc. The girl with the long red hair who was taking orders today (6/21) gave such an attitude and explained things so aggressively when I wanted to confirm that the coffee was decaf. I was purchasing for my grandma who needs decaf due to a medical condition…..like I wasn’t being particular for no reason and I asked kindly. She/the manager wouldn’t say a word to me when I got to the window. I needed some napkins and the window was closed in my face without a word lol. This was weird and super unappreciated. All I’m saying is mullet kid would NEVER 😂 please give them a raise haha all the stars for mullet kid!

The service at this particular location is iffy. Almost half the times items are forgotten or left out. A lot of times they don’t even have receipts to give so when an item is forgotten you can’t show you payed for it. Most of the times you get cookies it takes 10-15 minutes to get them and they hand you all your food first, including ice cream and desserts, so by the time the cookies are done your food is cold. I feel the service could be 100x better if they had better communication or someone double checked orders and compared them to the receipts( if they have receipts at that time)

They are kidding right??? There’s a line all the way to the street and the only thing they can think of is to have a girl come out and take orders. How does that help??? Half goto the speaker and half go to the girl, but we are in the SAME LINE!!!!! Goto pay for food and they don’t know which order is yours. AND to top that off, you drive up to pick up your food and they tell you to park and they will bring out. I’m guessing since your not technically in the drive through, there service time is spectacular. UNLESS you park and wait 3-5 minutes for your food. FYI, if you have 2 people taking orders, and the cooks can’t keep up with just one person taking the order, STOP HAVING THE GIRL GO OUTSIDE TO TAKE ORDERS!!!!!! The food was fine but I didn't appreciate the hard sell to donate my change to Ronald McDonald house. I said no but she persisted and made me feel uncomfortable until I gave in. Even after agreeing to donate, she still kept talking about a long time and I hadn't even gotten my food yet!

How hard is it to place a burger or filet in the middle of the bun ? When i received my order i saw that my filet and my burger was falling off the bun, there was more tartar sauce on the box than there was on my sandwich. The big mac was sliding off to one side and impossible to get a grasp of. Please take a little more time to do things right, it's the attention to details that makes or break a business. 8/1/21 - update : went to order 40 pieces of chicken nuggets, requested for a fresh drop ( fresh out of the fryer ) cashier even told the workers "i need 40 fresh nuggets " not even a minute later i get my order. I asked/told the lady .. are these fresh , i requested fresh. She took my order to the back of the restaurant waited for a few minutes and then had someone else hand me the same bag. What a joke of a place, obviously the manager or franchise owner don't give ( you know what ) if you read the reviews - not one reply from the manager or store owner.

Not the same anymore. Only one burger is made to order.. All other burgers are heated under electric heaters.. Taste like it.. Patties have gotten smaller also... Shake Shack, Five Guys' burgers are made to order.. Taste better..

Easily the most inconsistent McDonald's I've ever gone to. The kiosks NEVER print out a recipt, and I constantly have to go to the counter and ask for a recipt, which takes 2-3 minutes if they even know what they are doing. I've waited up to 10 for an easily fixable problem. The drivethrough is a mess. They've never gotten an order right whenever I went through there, which I rarely do. The food is good, though. I would be more than happy to raise my rating if these problems are fixed. EDIT: The recipt finally printed today, hoping this continues.

This 2 star review is for the Mobile App Drive thru pick up. I had just downloaded the App that morning. Thinking it would be quicker because I was on a tight schedule. I placed my order in the App 15 min before I left the house as it’s only 3 minutes away. Get there, go to the drive thru speaker where I was asked for my code and to confirm my order. I was instructed to drive to window 1 where I was given my receipt, and instructed to go to the next window. At the next window I waited about 2 minutes before I was asked who I am, he confirmed my order and asked me to pull into spot #2. I asked, what was the point of ordering on the app if I have to wait for my order now? I was told, “It saves time at the drive thru”. I asked what time am I saving? The answer I got was…..”Trust me, it saves time, please pull in space #2”. Now, expecting to got some HOT, FRESH breakfast as I had to wait 10min for it, the food was warm at best as if it had been prepared 15 min ago. WHAT IS THE POINT OF ORDERING AHEAD ON THE APP? WHAT TIME DOES IT SAVE AND FOR WHO? I am deleting the app immediately after this review as I am convinced at this point it’s used to track you only under the guise of “Online Deals”

I generally don’t leave reviews but I felt I needed to now. The order made using the app and it was correct and there was no delay in arrival for a counter pick up. When I arrived the order was still in progress . When I got the food the food was cold however the food was cold. This has been the case the last three times we have ordered from this store.

Everything was wrong with my order, they didn't even know what it was, they didn't give me the receipt at the window, they were charging me again when I had already paid, they stopped me so I could repeat the order and when they brought it to me they told me that it was free when I had already paid... 😒

I ordered mobile apps and i went to pick up my order at drive thru and gave to them my order number , they said they don’t have my order and told me to pulled over at the second window and they still keep saying they dont have my order number, even though i show to them multiple times my receipt and order #, then finally the guy found my order..and still missing my sauce 🤨😞😒

I keep getting free french fries ticket from them, because they had issues in kitchen. I don't want free stuff. I want to get things done right. These things need to be fixed: long waiting line, whoever on speaker needs to talk & take order correctly and clearly, last of all, stop giving out free white tickets. I got a lot of them already. That's now how things done.

Went and the experience started off with them charging me for the person behind or ahead of me’s small order so they had to go get a manager to charge me the remaining amount. Got a Big Mac, Hamburger and nuggets w a milk shake. Shared with my spouse, I had the Big Mac she had the hamburger. Woke up today and have been violently sick. Not sure if it was from the food, but judging from the experience, and fact that the staff don’t appear to know what they’re doing, I blame it on the food for sure. Covid tests have been negative, and I’ve felt fine up until then. So idk.. won’t be eating from there again.

This place is horrible, never coming back again, had nothing that I wanted to order. They did nothing to accommodate me. I had to wait at least 15 minutes just for a Happy meal for my child. I also asked for honey mustard and barbecue sauce and received one of each. They are awfully cheap now a days but their prices are surey high. The customer service is terrible.

On more than one occasion I have brought home food that was still frozen and/or undercooked. Further upon letting management know if the issue, they didn't do anything to resolve issue. Also, I called corporate to make them aware of this ongoing issue. Was promised someone would look into this and return my call; a week later no follow up or returned call. McDonald's simply doesn't care about your health or their service.

I picked up an Uber order from this McDonald’s and they completely ignored me for 5-10min. Multiple people walked right by me and never said a word. They helped all of their white customers and didn’t even bother to acknowledge me. I finally had to ask if there was a reason I wasn’t being helped. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’d give it no stars. And the order wasn’t even put in smh.

I rarely do fast food and I stopped to get a big mac meal for my mother, as she was coming home from spending the day at the hospital wirh my brother. I used to work at McDonald's - this exact one actually (which is why I chose it) but I'll never step foot near it again. Drive thru attendant wasn't just rude, she was downright nasty. Hate your job that much? Quit it. Took 10 minutes for the food - oh, and it was cold as hell. Save yourself a disastrous & overpriced trip. For $3 more I could've gotten a better burger at the local restaurant next door - which I'll absolutely be doing next time

I am a frequent customer of this location and typically have no issues with either the service or food. However on my last visit after placing my order at the drive-thru I realized I had forgotten an item and asked at the window if it was possible to add it or would I have to go inside. A simple no I’m sorry would have been perfectly fine I understand that they are busy. The girl at the window replied “No, nice try though.” Then smiled and shut the window on me. When I went inside I asked to speak to the manager because I was honestly taken aback by the rude response to what I felt was a reasonable question asked politely. The manager seemed to find the entire thing very funny as I told him about it and his only response was “Ok I’ll talk to her about it” while looking as though he wanted to start laughing. Normally I would have shrugged the whole interaction off but having 2 employees be blatantly rude and smirk about it while taking my money felt incredibly disrespectful especially considering these are people who are handling customers food. Next time I’ll drive one block further and go to Wendy’s.

Wish I could give them a zero. They are trash. My mother is elderly and tried to use a buy one get one free coupon and because the coupon “ wasn’t working” they forced her to buy 2 sandwiches just to get another one free when the coupon was very clearly buy ONE get ONE free. My poor mother was up charged and the management kept rushing the staff saying “ hurry up, we have a contest to run.” So unprofessional and inappropriate. When I tried to contact the manager at the store about it, she hung up on me. This happened on 12/13 at 7 pm. Such an unprofessional management staff. Very disappointed.

I went to get my kids food this afternoon and off the bat this employee was being very rude and disrespectful for no reason! i kept my calm and i was trying to be nice to her but she was literally shouting at me, and she called me a idiot. Came here at 7:45 pm to the drive thru the woman forgot my food and when I politely addressed the issue she responded very rudely that I had all my food . I continued to thoroughly examine it and she opened the window aggressively and asked what we needed when we told her she said only half of the things we stayed were missing and ripped the bag out of the drivers hand and than after the manager came threw out my burrito and gave an attitude aswell. After more polite talking and apologizing they ignored me and threw my food back at me . My receipt was never returned as well . Here's what just happened to me. I went through the drive through to purchase lunch for my boys and I. I had only a $100 dollar bill in my possession and they wouldn't accept it. The manager came to the window to explain that they don't take $100 bills, but there were no signs by the order window nor by the paying window. I asked him to feel free to check the bill as many times as he wanted to but he didn't even move, repeating store policy! At the end I had to drive away with nothing and clearly upset. Since when $100 bill is not good enough payment. There's a Wendy's down the street that I decided to take my business to. They had a new machine but it only reads the newer designed bills. Their manager came to the window and told me that it wasn't my fault their machine only reads new bills. This kind woman and outstanding manager decided that she was going to give me my order without me paying. Her answer was;"it's not your fault our machine doesn't read old bills" I'm home with my boys eating a nice meal, send this woman many blessings.

We placed a mobile order through the app. It took forever to get anything. The entire staff seemed to be in a state of confusion. It wasn't until our order number disappeared from the order board, and we questioned, then that things started getting into motion. We got the drinks, but we still didn't get the food for several minutes and another complaint later. We could've been almost home and started eating in the time we had to wait. We literally had 3-4 conversations while waiting.

I think these chain food franchises are nothing but fast processed unhealthy meals. Not even sure if their hamburgers are truly beef of one of those deal where they can get away with calling them that with the bare minimal amount of ACTUAL beef! Wendy's slogan was where's the beef? McDonald's is what beef, what are you talking about!!!!

Check your receipts!!!! This place adds on charges EVERY TIME for things you don’t ask for. A dime here, a quarter there. One of the employees ADMITTED last time the manager has told them to do this. Today they added 25 cents for sweet and sour sauce we did not ask for. When I confronted the manager about why they keep adding on extra charges he was rude, and also said “I guess we are ripping you off”. When I asked if he would like to talk about how every time there’s an extra charge he refused to talk to me and walked away. This was the last straw. Whether it’s a nickel, dime or quarter doesn’t matter. STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!!!

The last few months everytime I order fries, they half fill it. A few times I thought maybe it was an accident. I mean now it's everytime! There's a pattern. I asked one of the employees why do they keep doing this and they said the manager told them to. It's wrong! If you pay for large, then give me large. Not a large container with a small quantity.

I am a regular customer here and my favorite dish is always the Avocado bacon sandwich. Like every other time the bacon is too burnt and I want to change it. There are very enthusiastic and cheerful service staff, however, I just had an unpleasant experience here. After receiving the food, the bacon was overcooked and burned so I went back and asked to change the bacon. The waitress was rude and unwilling to change, changed her expression and complained to the counter staff. After finishing the dish, she didn't even bother to call me and left me to ask again. So disappointed with such a number of employees. while I pay and tip to be served a favorite dish here

Waiting in drive through line for 10 mins for a meal at 1am. This is every single weekend. The cashier was laughing while 8 cars stacked up in line. I couldn't even back up to get out of line. Not enough staff to operate at a busy time.

So I order through mobile app 10 min before i even leave the house. I get there wait in line as food isnt done yet. I wait at the window for 5 min then finally receive my order. To my suprise my mcrispy chicken strips i ordered are instead chicken nuggets but in the same box of the strips. I think this was done just to get me out of the line. Conspiracies. I only realize this as im home first and drive back. I stand in the cold near the door to get attention to no avail. I get back in my car and wait once again in a long line for my strips. For all this effort they give me just 3 strips the standard order. I miss the good old days where you could at least get a free fry order. What are you doing McDonalds?

Another wrong order! Ordered on the app, confirmed with the person at the window, correct on the receipt, but still made wrong! Make sure you check everything before driving away because they screw up EVERY order.

Manager told us that the grills were turn off. They have no food. He said just to cancel the order and it would be reimbursed. Just to find out that it would take 1 to 7 days. Horrible service.

Worst Mcdonald’s in the area!! I’m a big back I love my mcdonald’s. Every time I go the service sucks, the food is wrong or WAYYY too salty it’s my fault for coming back at this point. Ordering takes 10-15 minutes and they always rush you to leave before you can see they gave you the wrong food.

They are constantly forgetting items and it’s frustrating. I go just about every other Friday and get 3 Happy Meals amongst other items but the Happy Meal drinks are ALWAYS forgotten. I usually order on the app and go inside to pick up so I check my order right then and there…but always have to remind them about the milks since they are never in the bag or Happy Meal box. Last week I ordered and my husband picked up the order from the drive thru…guess what was forgotten? The milks again. I reached out to corporate because I’m tired of literally throwing my money away and they said this location would reach out to me…they never did

Worst McDonalds ever not once has my order been correct twice they gave me the wrong order twice my kid reached in to start opening the bag before we realized it was not our order my kid opened the burger took fries they just put it back and sent it out drive thru I can’t not come to this location it’s my kids favorite one and it’s down the block 98 percent of employees are very nice people

Went to order at 1am after waiting 25 minutes I get my food with a hole through the food. This is unsanitary and unacceptable. They didn’t give a receipt and didn’t get the order right. As a pregnant woman trying to fulfill my craving this is extremely disappointing after such a long wait for a fast food restaurant

The lady in the photo: You are wrong. You need to show me the photo side of the order so I can take a photo and accept it. You are telling me to accept the order without showing the photo side. I cannot accept it like that, and then you go and put the order back and do not give it to me. You are talking nonsense in the morning.

Ordered two happy meals and a cheeseburger and a small fries for my kids through the app. Picked up and the two happy meals did not have milk that I chose. This is second time that they forgot putting items but not at this place. Tried to call the store many times but got disconnected after 2 seconds! And the meals become smaller and smaller….. very disappointed!!!

Worst McDonald’s. Large fry always 3/4 full. Figured honest mistake but happen numerous times like they train them not to fill it up at$5 a lg fry. 2 out of 3 times they forget something so have not been going through drive through sprite almost always taste like seltzer. For 20$ you can get a better meal anywhere else so time to boycott them.
