I had to go in the afternoon around 3 pm and there was a woman who served very badly, rudely and with no attitude, along with another young man. He served well but usually doesn't take orders. Other than that, everything was fine. Excellent place.

I arrived at 7:40 PM, and unfortunately, El Feo wasn't open. To satisfy my craving, I stopped here. There are places that maintain their quality, regardless of the cost or location, from opening to closing time... El Atoron isn't one of them. "Whatever I could afford" is how I'd describe the 40-peso pork loin torta!

Definitely a huge disappointment. I traveled from so far away hoping to satisfy my craving for a good torta here, only to receive a torta with almost no meat, no salt in the sauce… definitely no flavor at all.

Look: If you have a craving or it's your last option to get something to eat, it might be fine. However, the tortas aren't very good, both in size and flavor and quality. It's a traditional cake shop, but that's all it is. I think that while the price per torta isn't high, it's not worth what they serve. The service is usually incredibly slow.

Terrible place. I'd eaten there before, and the tortas were tasty and reasonably priced, ranging from 28 to 35 pesos depending on the order. They also have other nonsense, like their cheapest torta, which is 35 pesos. But this time, I waited about 5 minutes to be served, and no one came. That wasn't the worst part. Once I ordered and received my food, which in this case was two pork loin tortas, they didn't give me salsa or roasted chiles. So I had to get up, tortas in hand, to ask for some roasted chiles because there was no one to help me. And here's the real reason for the worst rating: when I tasted the first torta, I found a hair stuck in one of the chiles. I told the staff what I'd mentioned, and they did nothing—no apology, nothing. I paid the bill and left, so I want to emphasize the terrible service.

Very dirty. There are two women who serve you rudely; they don't even look at you when you order. They used to be very nice, but after several unpleasant experiences, I don't recommend it at all. I hope the owner takes action. It's been over 50 years and they can't even paint or clean. Plus, the staff is terrible. Except for the owner, but he's hardly ever there.
