Our burgers looked like the pictures and the veggies were fresh. Fries were hot with the right amount of salt. Not the McDonald's experience we are used to but haven't been in a long time.

It's McDonalds. OK in a pinch. The ketchup guy was a little overzealous, kinda messy.

The kids and I always go here to get drinks and a snack on our way home from being out. We usually use the drive thru but have eaten inside as well. Always clean and neat, always good service. They always get our order right! Caramel Frappes and Shamrock Shakes are the Best!!! Bathrooms are clean and always have things in order!

Dining room is rarely crowded, even though it's quite small. Service is fast and food is hot. The only thing preventing me from giving this place 5 stars is an intermittent issue with order accuracy. When the drive-thru gets busy, mistakes are a little too common and you might wind up with someone else's food. Best to double-check to make sure everything is correct before leaving the parking lot.

I like McDonald's as food in general, but this store is not my favorite! Employees never wear gloves or keep their hair in their hats, always looking like they just got out of bed! & Generally I always have to double check my order is correct! Also, their milkshake machine is always down!

It is fast food. Service is usually good at this lication but check your order before leaving. I was out on the road during a busy time so are what I received rather than what I ordered. My fault for not peeking in the bag.

Just slower than I’d like but aren’t most McDonald’s

The food and atmosphere were solid, a nice place but the young lady behind the counter was rude kinda slammed our food on the table and stormed off and completely ignored our thanks and gratitude. I wouldn't care usually but there where two children at the the table. Just disrespectful.

Staff is super friendly, they will help to correct any mistake that might verify been made and always manage to put a smile on my face. Other than that, it's a mcdonalds

So this location seems to be a bit hit or miss, but this visit was great. Fries were fresh and nice and hot, the cheeseburgers were prepared well and delicious. If they were more consistent I'd give them 5 stars. The staff was also very friendly, all around a good experience.

EZ in and out, room to park pick up with TRL. Slo food service, you stand for at least 5 min to get your order,. Seem more interested in putting it out the driveup window than the floor customers,. Food was ok, that didn't F up the order.

I ordered a mocha frappe and a bacon double and the bun was a stale. The burger itself was good but the bread was stale. Next time I'll make sure I order a Fresh one.

Lunch staff work not so much dinner. You can be seen and watch staff dance and say she's changing that music.. she'll look at you as you wave and walk off..then she decides to wait on you...all for a large black coffee... This mcdonald's is one of the worst in my travels... The other customer chose to go to FasTrack for burgers....

It's McDonalds. There is no service. There's no one to stop the ringing alarms, there's no one to take your order and there's no one to get the ketchup that was not included in the order that you have to enter yourself. The food is mediocre at best and this is, without doubt, my last visit.

Good food but very busy so orders get a little messed up sometime but they always make sure they fix it.

I stopped with a coupon for a BOGO frappe. I handed it to the lady and said I'd like a mocha and a caramel. 1st she needed 3 different people to come figure it out. She started ringing up a mocha drink and when I corrected her she said I didnt say what I wanted right.... so confused staff...

Very friendly environment with smiling faces. Ordered a large amount of mcnuggets and was given a fresh batch fresh out the cooker. However from my small order they forgot my order of fries (which I purchased) and gave me the wrong sauces (from what was on my receipt) effectively messing up 50% of my order causing me to have to return to the restaurant on an already tight schedule.

They asked us to pull around and they'd bring our order right out. We had only ordered two burger meals with frappes, but as I later found out they were having trouble with the frappe machine...But they left us sitting there clueless for 20 minutes before I went on to see what was going on. They did refund the drinks without my asking, which was great, but we had an appointment to get to do a heads up would have had us skipping the frappes and being punctual.

Standard McD's, basic food, basic price, got what I expected.

Now I get the drive thru maybe priority so in more ways than one it's fast because there is never anyone at the counter and they are busy doing grubhub and app orders to focus on walk-ins. Food is so so and no that they block the view to the kitchen you can't see if it is clean or not

I've never had a quality issue with my food here, but on many occasions my order has been wrong. That being said, the staff are more than willing to correct the mistake if you kindly ask them. Often I find that things are broken or not working (the McDonald's app, a display screen, the kiosk, or the tv that shows which orders are being made and served). But other than that the dining area looks great since the remodel, and I've never had a bad experience with any of the staff.

It's a standard McDonald's that favors touch screen ordering. Surprisingly, the smoothies were tastier than we had anticipated. My wife really recommends the manfo/pineapple one

They don't seem to take pride in the place. There was a decent line in the drive thru. We waited a really long time to order, and then waited even longer for food. I know that sounds like I'm a Karen, but I'm not. I've worked retail and the food industry for over 20 years. The car in front of us literally waited for a good 4-5 minutes at the window for their order. Their order: Frappe. That's it. We waited like 7-9 minutes. That's fine. But the line! The fries were amazingly fresh! That's why it's a 3 star! So good! I just felt terrible holding up the line. I've never been to a fast food joint that didn't have you pull forward to wait for your fries. I'll definitely go back, well, because they're the only fast food joint within 15+ miles. And I think that's why they're the way they are.

Not a big fan for years but I still occasionally get a cheeseburger because im addicted 😅

Somehow, they fit a large caramel frappe in a large coffee cup. Not the requested iced coffee cup. Then expected the $7.31 for the drink. This is my go to order when I want the jolt of the espresso. But I mask it with the large caramel frappe because I hate the taste of coffee. So, I know it doesn't actually fit. You don't dump the difference, make it fit, and call it a large frappe with two shots of espresso while charging full price. Which I expected to and did pay for. With "please and thank you's". You make the order as requested, fix it when it's been addressed as incorrect, and we part ways. You having completed the service. Me with the product I requested. When you keep part of the product or don't make it correctly. It's problematic. So, thank you for returning my money and being polite. But wrong. Included is a photo of the order I placed and expected. But got from a different McDonald's.

The place was freezing, the bathrooms were dirty and they messed up the order twice.

I find food wasn't fresh .it could be me,you guys may have different opinion . I am from Canada I felt it wasn't up to my test level . Canadian mcdonald way too good and fresh . They renovate this place recently. Still at washroom there is no toilet paper holder . Not acceptable.

I ordered the new Grimace happy. Meal,it was not bad but they forgot my Bigmac!!! And I couldn't go back to get it because I was on my way to a movie!!! So not too happy!

Update: just got a Bacon, Egg and Cheese Buscuit with no egg. Not going back in this weather, and not surprised either. Im finally done with McDonalds in Wolcott. Burger King for breakfast it is. Slowest drive through of any McDonalds I have ever been too.

Clean but I dont like eating any of McDonald's food. No healthy choices on the menu. No salads or smoothies. Almost all processed foods. And the bottom of the cups are dented in like it was wine they were serving. FULL OF ICE TOO! 👎🏻👎🏽👎 Thanks 🍕

French fries were cold immediately after I pulled away from the drive-thru also my chicken sandwich had a piece of lettuce so small it barely covered half of the sandwich and when I asked for mayonnaise I was told that they charge extra for it when all of the other McDonald's I've been to give out mayonnaise packets overall very poor and not a good McDonald's. You would think with all of the poor reviews that they would do something to change their service

Fries were not hot and mushy. Took forever.

Staff was very friendly but as far as making specialty coffees...total disappointment If you don’t know how to make it, don’t serve it. The iced caramel latte I ordered tasted like spoiled milk. I’m actually not really sure what was in it. But as far as coffee goes I think I’ll stick with Dunkin Donuts.

I come in for a frappe everyday, and the drinks aren't the problem. My problem is every time I walk in there, even if I'm the only one there, they act like they don't see someone at the counter.. your coworker should not have to tell you someone is at the counter. And it's mostly always the same little girl with the glasses.

Greasy French fries. We didn't get all our drinks without getting up and asking for them. We asked specifically for fresh fries and got cold, oily ones. I complained and asked for 2 large fries to make up for 3 kids meals and 2 adult. Never going there again!

Honestly, one of the most frustrating McDonald's I've ever been to. The staff is slow and can never seem to get an order right. Literally, out of my past five times going there, they have consistently missed items off my order every single time. The best thing I can say is that this place is relatively clean.

They usually get your order wrong. Then has to go back through Sounds I feel it's easy to gofast track and grab breakfast from there. Or any other meal

I was disappointed with my crispy chicken sandwich. The menu showed tomatoes and lettuce on it, yet when I opened mine there was nothing but two pickle slices. No mayo or any other sauce on the bun. Dry and awful

My recent visit to McDonald's in Wolcott, NY, left me with mixed feelings. While the food was acceptable, the service fell short of expectations, resulting in a less-than-satisfactory dining experience. Upon entering, we encountered slow service, which was further compounded by an unfortunate mix-up where our food was mistakenly handed to another customer. It was evident that the staff member responsible for the error was eager to go on break and appeared hurried in their actions, neglecting attention to detail. To make matters worse, we had to inquire about our drinks after standing in line again, highlighting a lack of attentiveness from the staff. The option to order food at the kiosk was appreciated for its efficiency, but the overall experience lacked the personal touch and warmth one would expect. While the food at McDonald's in Wolcott, NY, met basic standards, the service shortcomings and lack of personal interaction detracted from the overall dining experience. Two out of five stars would be a fair assessment given the mixed quality of service.

Paying employees higher wages without earning it creates undesirable service. They make enough to pay bills and have some spending money but haven't shown work ethic or decent customer service to have deserved a higher earning. The food has no health benefits. On top of that it usually is not made correctly. Won't be visiting this establishment anytime soon.

This is a nice and clean restaurant. It is also a convenient place to stop if traveling along route 104. But fast food it is not. I have stopped many times over the years. Some days are better than others as far as wait times. This past weekend I was hoping to grab a quick meal on the go. There were a few cars ahead of me at the drive thru. Which is normal. What wasn’t normal was the 18 minutes I used up waiting in line.

Finished ordering my food at 10:30 am... I’ve been sitting in the same spot between the order window and the payment window for 8 minutes now. Have not moved an inch. By far the slowest “fast” food restaurant I’ve been to.

Wolcott McDonald's is so slow If they played their cards right it would make a good building to sell hamburgers from So it’s been a few years since we’ve been to this SLOW trash hole of a restaurant! Today was a mistake also! Spent 3-4 minutes waiting before somebody finally noticed we were at the drive thru speaker! Finally placed and order, 2 Big Mac sandwiches, (shouldn’t be that difficult) 1, count them, 1 vehicle ahead of us, they received a bag as big as a Happy meal! We waited at least 5 minutes for them to get their order, we drove to the window and waited another 4-5 minutes for 2, COLD, mostly lettuce Big Macs! What a disgrace to good “fast food” restaurants!

Poor service, 90 percent of the time I order my sauce for chicken nuggets, they mess it up by not giving me sauce at all. And the very small percentage that is left they give me the wrong sauce. Very rarely I get my sweet n sour . Disappointing...

Stopped by for coffee on a Sunday morning at 745 while passing through town. Husband went in to order while kids and myself used the facilities. Women’s room did have toilet paper but no hand soap. Men’s room had no toilet paper at all and the hand soap dispenser was totally dried out. When my husband said something to 2 women cashiers and male cook they all looked at each other “this is why we need a maintenance man,” “ oh we didn’t know,” “ weren’t you just in there?” Completely spoke amongst themselves disregarding us and with no sense of urgency. “You can’t be out of toilet paper and hand soap you work with food” my husband stated as he himself brought our son toilet paper. We headed out of there as quickly as we could. Don’t bother getting food here especially when there isn’t any means of hand washing. Steer clear !!

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Every time i order there they mess it up. If you Order a BACON McDouble it should come with BACON! If you can, do not bother with this place and go else where. - addon for the next day. Went in and asked them to fix the order, now that gave me 2 with pickles and onions on it. these people are all brain dead.

Wont est there again....the service was horrible. We waited 20 mins for our food only to get cold fries and burgers that tasted horrible. They didnt ring us up correctly and when we said something the manager corrected it after she told the worker we'd have to pay for the mistake . Horrible.

Stopped in to grab a quick cup of coffee for the ride home. They had just one register open with about 8 customers waiting in line. Waited in line for 10 minutes before leaving frustrated and empty handed.

This McDonald's sucks. The chicken nuggets received were easily made 6 hours prior, hard as a rock. Fries were also cold when served. The sweet tea wasn't sweet, colored water. Management and staff need to be replaced. Will never go back. I also thought there was a mask mandate in NY due to COVID-19, I only saw one staff member wearing one. Which doesn't bother me, but this location again is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to and I work on the road. This location should be ashamed of it's staff and presentation of the McDonald's name.

Stopped today for 3 meals for my family and was told they didn't have drnks but water n tea like why try n up charge for a milk shake when there isn't a option

I couldn't imagine why any MCDONALD'S would have a 3 star rating.....but now I know. I ordered 2 fish sandwiches. BOTH were cold. The best part of my meal was the water. You got me once, you won't get me again. Is THIS the part where we talk about the $15 an hour the fast food workers demand???

Service was horrible! I gave the lady a 20 and she assumed it was a 10. My Big Mac was dry and they gave me the ends of the pickles. I waited 10 minutes. They could of at least gave me my drinks while I waited. I asked for hazelnut in my coffee and there wasn’t any. I would not recommend going to this McDonald’s.

Extremely rude lady at the pay window. Needs an attitude adjustment or to find a job not working with the public if they can’t handle a McDonald’s job. Sometimes quantity of workers isn’t better than having quality ones. Also shouldn’t mock customers when they can hear her, might save getting bad reviews.

Asked for burger, no cheese -they put cheese on it. Asked for 6 sugars in my hot tea -got none. Not the first time. If the staff can't listen or follow through instructions why bother.

Went here for breakfast on the way out of town and it took almost 30 minutes to get our food they kept messing up the orders from the dining room and drive thru people had to keep going back to get it right then it took almost 10 minutes to take our order when there was no one left inside

This was the longest wait EVER through the drive-thru. To rub salt in the wound, the employees were very nonchalant and had no sense of urgency, nor were they apologetic! They certainly do not know how to handle a rush !

Service was very slow. Waited for nearly 15 minutes just to get our chicken nuggets after the rest if the order was already served, and then I had to go up to the register and ask for them because even though there was only 2 other customers inside the store, our food was forgotten about by the shift manager and crew, who were spending time chatting and playing on their cell phones. Very disappointed.

Out of chicken fingers. Waited OVER 20 minutes for a happy meal and meal with a signature burger with no onion relish. After waiting 20 minutes they got the burger wrong (left off the crispy onions and put on the relish). Then I had to go back up to get ketchup, they never offered it and the self serve "pumps" aren't working. No real apologies, no offers to make up for the wait, just a shoulder shrug. Almost always lots of flies in the bathroom. Oh yeah, the pile of garbage on the floor that someone swept up but didn't get rid of. Also, 9pm, well after dark, and the parking lot is only "lit" by the INSIDE lights coming through the window . The signs aren't lit up, the floodlights for the parking lot are off, nothing is lit.

Bru I've been to this McDonald's before never got sick the other night I got some fries at first I thought they were perfectly fine well guess what now I'm at home sick like you should be ashamed that a customer that comes alot got sick from your food. the lady serving my food extremely rude talking about all of the customers in bad ways took like 12 minutes just to get fries, shamrock shake, and a burger and there was no one infront of us ether.

French fries are horrid. Change the oil AND filters... window takes priority, plan to wait 10 to 25 minutes for inside. I can't say enough the fries have been getting worse and worse.... correct it. Y U C K and they stink. Are not appealing, appetizing or edible. Definitely nor enjoyable.... Wipe tables more often.

The slowest McDonald's in the state. There is nothing "fast" about it. We ordered inside and had to wait 32 minutes for our food to come out, then another 5 for our drinks. Not to mention the attitude the worker gave me when I told her we still needed our drinks. Multiple paid customers in front of us simply threw the receipts on the counter and walked out without their already paid for items because of how long it was taking. It's the same way in the drive through too, so if you're expecting to stop here in a hurry, DON'T. The food is usually tasty at least.

Normally I like the tartar sauce on my sandwich, but they completely missed the sandwich and just put it all in the corner of the box. Well played wolcott mcdonals lol

ordering 6 nuggets? you will get four. ordering ten? you’ll get six. milkshakes are 90% whip cream. and they barley fill the fry containers. they also didn’t put a bottom bun on my burger? And if you go back in to explain they give major attitude. get it together

This place really fell off. Doesn't matter if it's breakfast, or lunch...save your money because you will regret the food. Ingredients are missing half the time, the food is clearly old and stale and instead of fresh food, you will get a burger that's outlasted it shelf time and it's STILL served cold and dry. Your lucky if the meat melts your cheese. Absolutely terrible management.

Once again this location not only messed up the order but they made me wait forever in the drive through. Food was ordered in advance and I was picking it up on the way from Red Creek to North Rose. My son who paid 60 dollars for the order didn't get his food. So he went without dinner. My order was only half right so I gave the 20 pc. To the grandkids. Not happy. This happens all the time and am going the Xtra 14 miles down 104 to BK.

I ordered breakfast at the drive-thru and used my app. The app pay didn't work and I needed to go home and grab my wallet. I told the employee at the window I would go inside and pay and pick up the order. I was angry that the app didn't work, but worse was when I went inside to pay. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come to wait on me. Then when I told the employee I was there to pick up and pay for my order, she told me to wait a minute and left again. After waiting another few minutes, a male employee came over. I asked for my order and he made a remark that I didn't pay for it. I was trying to pay for it and pick up my order so being a smart mouth wasn't a good idea. I explained that the app didn't work and I was there to pay. I then asked if they had the order. He made a huge production with throwing his hands in the air and then yelled "hey bro not my fault". I'm a 62 year old woman and not his bro. So I left. I most likely won't go back to the Wolcott location. I live less than 1/10 of a mile away from that store. So disappointed.

No matter how many time I go here food is always messed up or just a complete mess to eat. Management doent care nether do the employees. Place is always dirty from the tables to the bathrooms. I'd rather eat at a gas station. But my kids like the chicken nuggets so I have to suffer 😩

Put mobile order in 5 minutes before arrival. Waited 25 minutes before going in. Food was sitting there. Got Luke warm food and the drinks were sm instead of medium. Total circus. Not the first time, joke

I just now left mcdonald’s and the girl on the register made fun of my voice i asked if they had french fries in the morning and she said they don’t serve until 10:30 and i said okay thank you then she turned around before we were even gone to mimic me in a whiny voice yes my voice is a little higher pitched but that was just very mean

Ordered two frappes and an egg sandwich around 7:30 am via the app (from the parking lot, so no travel time to get there after ordering). After waiting in the car in the pickup spot for 15 minutes we decided to go in to see if our order was forgotten. Waited another 7 minutes inside the restaurant!!! While waiting overheard another couple seated at a table wondering where their food was because it had been 25 minutes since they ordered. I do understand we did go at a busy time, however, that long for the small order we had was ridiculous, no apology from the staff for the wait, and a sandwich that wasn't even fresh after the wait all ensure that we will not be stopping at the Wolcott McDonald's again while in the area.

I ordered curbside and sat at the spot I was supposed to be in for 20 minutes and no one brought it out. I then had an appointment to be to and never had a chance to even go in and get it. So there goes my points on nothing. Really sad restaurant. Any other time I go here the food is cold or barely warm and you can tell that it's not fresh or the grease hasn't been changed in the fryers in a long time. I only keep going because it's the only fast get food place in Wolcott.

Pre-ordered food to watch several cars go through and get there food and still nothing, gave up went and got my own order for the food to be cold and drinks getting warm. Not the first time things like this have happened sucks cuz we live in The middle of nowhere and don't have many choices

This location gets more orders wrong than any other I've ever been to. They don't put the bacon you paid extra for on about 80% of the time, they forget entire items from your order and ask you to pull over into the next parking lot no matter what you order or the time of day. I'd love to get some of my money back for the at least 15 orders they've screwed up, but they won't give you a receipt so you can't complain to corporate or prove you paid for anything. I implore you to eat in or check your bag. every time.

Wolcott is one of the worst McDonalds. They refry old fries and have a very hard time with customized orders. One example, I frequently have to order extra onions on my breakfast bagel because there are virtually none. Today, I ordered extra and received ONE sliver. This is one example of many. Sadly, this is a small town with limited takeout options.

Stoped in for a cup of coffee and to use the bathroom while on a trip. Although they have a schedule up indicating they check and clean the bathroom regularly, I doubt that very much. After using the facilities I soaped up my hands only to discover there was no running water! NONE! If there is no water and the employees were surprised when I told them; this would lead me to believe they are not washing their hands when they use the bathroom!! Yuck. I had to ask for a glass of water to rise the soap off my hands and then I left. If the employees were that shocked that there was no running water, then obviously washing hands is not a habit. And based on the appearance of the bathroom, the water hasn’t been working for a while.

This mccdonalds is genuinely the worst I've been to. Not only have they missed several items I've ordered on SEVEREAL different occasions. But they also make the burgers (quarter pounder) RAW. Completely pink. Its as if they cooked it on each side for a second and then sent it off. I just now got a burger and it looks like it was either bitten through or ripped off. And they also missed 3 things I ordered. Horrible mccdonalds.
