wonderful staff, great drinks and bakery items. definitely one of the best and most friendly starbucks locations that my family has stopped at. it’s crowded for a reason! even though there was a 20 minute wait after ordering we got our drinks in under 15 minutes and the staff were super friendly. super exciting to try the “puppuccino” my dog loved it!

Very spacious. Next to Tesla charging stations and ChargePoint stations. Parking is okay. Ordering can be a little bit better. Restroom not working when we got here. It's kinda messy.

A travellers Starbucks with plenty of traffic. With high efficiency and short lines, this is great place is to a cup of coffee or a fantastic snack, at a get and go pace! Not a large sitting area. But not many people hanging out. It's easy to find a place to comfortablely sit and relax with a cup of coffee or snack. If weather permits sit outside with 4 tables, there is as much space outside as inside. Nice friendly Starbucks, everytime I walked in, I heard the words "HI, Welcome to Starbucks. It may not be your local Starbucks but they make you feel right at home here. Conveniently located just off the i-5. Get yourself a great cup of coffee, to sit or go, it's quick and easy here.

It took 10 minutes to get a normal black hot coffee, nothing fancy, but somehow had to wait until all the fancy drinks and drive through orders were completed just to get drip coffee.

We had to make a quick pit stop for restroom and some caffeine on our roadtrip. What should have been 5-10mins for a soy latte with an add shot took 30mins. Would have appreciated if someone mentioned the wait time. I asked once and merely got we haven't gotten to you. We had a 10hr drive this day and nearly walked out without the drink.

Why it says open at 4:00am if you guys don't open. Atleast post the right hours of operation so that the customers dont face any inconvenience. I woke up early to get coffee but all wasted. And Please now dont response with your regular text "we apologize or something like that" I have seen many people faced same issue. Instead of writing apologize text, ask your team to look through this matter seriously.

They have shown me that this Starbucks opens at 4. But I came to it at 4:15 but they did not give any response and the employees were also inside and they ignored me. And I want to ask them if it is not open then why did they put up the open sign on the address and waste people's time.

I arrived based on the information provided on Google, which stated that the opening time was 4:00 a.m. However, I waited for 22 minutes before to open, but It was disappointing to find the place closed despite the listed hours, and I had to leave for work without being able to get a drink, which caused a delay to my schedule. This experience has made me lose trust in the reliability of this place.

Literally just came from this outlet. Probably the first customer. Ordered 3 drips, 2 with cream and splenda, and 1 black no room. Whoever came to work waking up on the wrong side of the bed filled the black to the brim that it spilled. It was so hot it scalded me. I was driving and we almost got into a car accident. I just wanted coffee. Hope whoever you are you have a great day, and that you feel better about having to work there. GOD bless you.

I came in on a Sunday afternoon I was feeling down and blue and I wanted something refreshing to uplift myself and I recall how Starbucks stuff had always made me feel so uplifting with their messages and their customer service. I wanted to try their new summer beverage and just so you guys know I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and they have always made me feel so good about their messages they write on the cup BUT today i stopped by at the Buttonwillow location and this barista I think her name is Esmeralda did as she pleased with my request, I wanted a uplifting message and she gave me the total opposite to be honest with you I don’t think I’ll be coming to this location, I am so heart broken with this lack of service I don’t not recommend to come to this location especially when ESMERALDA OR ESPERANZA did as she pleased or is working working. I’m probably miss judging her but she didn’t fulfill my expectations with my drink and the customer service I have always got served with. - LA county, never coming back😭💔😫

Super skimpy on the drink they made me, I ordered a grande matcha and they didn’t even fill it close to the top. Might as well have paid for a tall instead.
