Schlotzsky's is an absolute gem! Their chicken sandwich is a flavor explosion, perfectly complemented by not one but two pickles. The ambiance is clean and inviting, setting the stage for an enjoyable meal. Combine that with reasonable prices, and you've got a winning combination. Their top-notch customer service is the icing on the cake! Daniel's attentiveness ensured a swift arrival of my meal and checked in to ensure everything was spot on. I highly recommend making this a frequent haunt—I'm definitely going back for more!

My wife and I stopped going here years ago because it was so expensive. We could get a sit down early at a diner generally for the same or even a cheaper price. Since my wife and I are older now we generally split a meal so we stopped by while on a recent road trip. We ordered a large Avocado Turkey sandwich meal which included a bag of chips and a drink (my wife had sweet tea). I must admit that the meal was delicious and we had some leftovers. We still paid over $22 for the meal which seems ridiculous if it was for one but okay when you split it. We'll be going to Schlotzsky's more often but I wouldn't recommend it if you're on a budget

I love Sclotzskys in Belton TX. This one was not in Belton. It took a really long time to get out our food, we were the only ones there. The sandwich was just ok, and the soup was tasteless.

Dined in. Food is good but i didnt think the person in the front was very helpful. She didn’t talk much when we were asking about kids menu like how it comes with dessert and a drink … and i was disappointed that the fruit cup for kids meal is sugary fruit cup. I thought it was supposed to be a healthier option. But overall satisfied

Ordered dinner online for my large family from this location. We ordered a good amount of food. The food was made on time and promptly handed over to me from a young girl working the window. She even had me review the receipt on the outside of our bag to make sure my order was correct. I confirmed that the receipt was what I ordered but didn’t check the back to ensure the food was all in there until I got home. I then realized they forgot my daughter’s mac and cheese. So I turned around and drove all the way back. Once at the drive through I told the same girl as before that my Mac and cheese was missing and she replied “No it was in there”. I then responded “I just unpacked all of the food at home and it is not there” to which she replied “Well I remember putting it in there!”. Someone else came on the speaker to announce that they would remake it. As in waiting in line my children from home call to tell me they also messed up on the cookie sandwiches (they were given sugar cookies instead of the chocolate chip that their website advertises). I politely tell the same young girl as before to which she argues again with me stating it was my fault for not choosing the chocolate chip option when I ordered online. I pulled out my phone to show her that there is no such option online and that the item only describes it as a chocolate chip cookie. She then said well it’s not our fault chocolate chip cookie wasn’t selected. Twice this girl argued with me over errors on their end. The foods not worth it to have to deal with being called a liar. I did speak to a manager and she was nicer but when I explained that my issue was now the rude girl and the arguing and the manager didn’t really seem to care. She did offer to remake the cookies but I declined. Photos are of my order and of their website.

Seems like Schlotzsky's is falling in line with the rest of Liberty Hill fast food. Terrible service, left out items, no one with solution when you call. Salad with chicken came with No chicken or breadsticks. Last time, we jad to drive back and still received attitude. Tried to give it another shot tonight but they dissapoint again.

No one came to the front register to take my order and noone even acknowledge I was there. I understand it can get busy but someone has to at least acknowledge a customer. I rang the customer bell twice and even went over to 2 staff members that seemed to be taking their lunch in the dinning area to ask them if there were staff working the front register. There was a man working the drive through window and he just ignored me too. Very poor customer service. You just lost my business!

Tried again. Not good. Big original had meat only on half. California avocado pizza had half ingredients as well loo like they dropped and put it back in box. Don't bother corporate asking you to call they don't bother with it. Even though they auto post concern. Quality just isn't there still. Sad. Considering price increases.

Edward the GM is very unprofessional I will never visit this location due to his unprofessionalism. Cinnabon cinnamon rolls are awful very dry and not fresh on both occasions purchasing. I won't waste my money I could of bake a can of cinnamon rolls in my oven better than these.

I just went to order a sandwich. One woman was eating with her daughter, nobody else. They brought her a sandwich that wasn't hers. The woman showed an employee by opening the sandwich with the employee. I watched the employee wrap the sandwich up, hand it to the manager, who put it directly back onto the Service line. It never lost my sight. The other employee then unwrapped the sandwich, put it on a new platter, and walked out to serve it. I attempted to tell them I watched what had happened and they all stared at me dumbfounded. The woman tried to tell them to and they acted confused. The manager rhen said to me with an attitude " sir I have more integrity than most." I'm a disabled veteran and didn't expect that. I asked him then where is that sandwich going(pointing at the re-plattered sandwich) as his other employee stood right next to him with the already fingered sandwich taking it out to a guest!! I couldn't even go back in my blood was boiling so bad and didnt want further confrontation about "integrity" so no refund and I will definitely not be eating this sandwich. Contavtimg corporate next. Avoid this place at all cost!!

They ALWAYS forget part of orders in the drive thru. On tonight’s order they forgot a big cookie and gave us half a pizza... so disappointing
