Jack in the Box has decent food for fast food and seems to be less expensive than other ones in town. Their employees are always so happy. It makes it a joy to go.

For some reason seems like half the town is at this drive thru at night and it’s great lol. Go past 12 and the wait can get very long haha, but makes it all the more worthwhile. Side note: I’m not a fan of the thicker chicken tenders

Best tasting Jr.. I love all the fresh lettuce and tomatoes on the burger. The meat tastes BBQ. The fries are crisp on the outside and creamy inside. Not to mention the $1.00 deal...love it.

Love the variety of their menu! I took three hungry children, one HANGRY Father, and a compassionate Grandma -- and we all got what we wanted and were thoroughly satisfied!! I won't lie! It was a bit costly, but sometimes you have to bite the bullet for your family.

The amazing service I received from Christy is the reason I'm writing this review. She was smiling when I approached the register and was helpful with her knowledge of the menu board. Her friendliness was such a welcome change from most fast food restaurants! She was also very professional and didn't just "stand around" waiting... She was always moving but was readily available when assistance was needed. Thank you to both Christy and the lovely manager on duty for going above and beyond to make the end of a very long weekend the absolute best part for me! God bless you both!!!

It's fast food but the chicken sandwich was crunchy and hit the spot. This location is always busy and sometimes I just want to eat a little something without having to cook at home. Quick service and courteous staff.

Car broke down in the middle of the drive thru. The workers and assistant manager were quick to help and got my truck running as soon as possible. Some of the nicest workers that I’ve experienced in fast food. Assistant manager was really nice and courteous to the situation. Good food as well. One of the best fast food places in Hollister! Would 10/10 recommend!

I made it thru college when I was broke eating 2 original tacos (no taco sauce) and still eat them!! Eggrolls are better than some Chinese restaurants in town!!!!

Supposedly this is one of the busiest franchises in the country. I've never gone here without a line in the drive thru, so they might be right. Food is good so no complaints from me. The strawberry soda is also surprisingly addicting.

4 stars is the best I can give a fast food place but it means something else was good and I Really enjoyed the young girl who at 6:30 am who with a bright smile and extreme courtesy was more than appreciated.

The food is usually good. However the wait time to get food is outrageously long at night time. One time it literally took me almost an hour to get my food, on a Saturday night. Customer service is friendly.

Late night craving for something so off to Jack and again fully satisfied. The food is mostly the same but the service is very good there and my hunger was satisfied.

The food was good, the fries were few, but when asked for a decent portion, they were given to me with a smile.

Open late although they did start closing the dining room due to incidents, pretty hard workers, but tends to be crowded during lunch hours causing frustrated customers, should open another register and probably hire more personnel to allow an easier flow for current workers.

Gotta say, it definitely made up for my cold tacos and having to go inside after driving off to find cold tacos. The manager was sweet and gave me 2 extra tacos and a milkshake, i didn't even ask or expect it but definitely enjoyed that. P.s. please serve fresh curly fries and chicken strips and y'all will get a 5 from me.

Basically I was on like a double date with my buddy and these girls from San Jose. And as me and my buddy are driving back to Hollister I'm craving a burger, and Jack in the Box is the only thing open. So I go there at approaching 2AM and there's surprisingly a line, and I got a burger and the workers were actually nice even though it was late. The food isn't the best, or the worst, but it's good, its good solid food and opened 24 hours and they got a sick menu so I'm fs going back, do recommend.

They're fast and drive-thrus 24 hours drive thru does tend to get a little packed at night but it's worth the wait

It's Jack's and in Hollister after 9pm there is not much choice .parking is easy.it's easy to see from the road and they have Wi-Fi. It's alittle difficult to understand how to connect to it because a big picture of Jack covers three quarter's of the word connect...get the picture..of Jack and press what's left of the word connect on the right side of your screen.

The food can taste good sometimes, a quick bite, but the staff is very rude.

Okay workers and good food but ever since they put uber eats in process it takes forever to get your food at night. It was always a pretty good wait but now the poor employees are taking care of all the uber eats meals and drive thru meals..This is too much pressure for the only fast food that stays open after 11am and with more houses being built here its ridiculous not a good idea with uber eats I say remove it.

Normally you guys are great but tonight my burger was pink. Which sucks because today was long and I finally sat down to food and this is what I get. It was drive thru, I took a few bites and now I'll probably be sick. So you get three stars.

Not too happy with this place. They don't accept Apple or Google pay at the drive thru, and they are opposed to paying customers coming in to order food. Not very good customer service if u ask me. The food is still good but the point of fast food is to get ur food quick, right???

The people were friendly the food was given to you really quick except for they have signs up where you really can't sit down and overextend your relaxation because you need to get up and leave

Never go there Friday, Saturday or Sunday because you will be waiting in a looooong line and the workers will forget your order even if you go to the door and have then give you your order.

This was soo disappointing of a trip to Jack in the Box. The food was cold not just 1 item but everything was cold. Not planning on ever going back to hollister jack if I cab avoid it that is for sure.

Very sad that this Jack's has went downhill. Multiple times over the last month the soda machine has no ice, no diet soda to choose from, and the girls behind the counter acts like your bothering her when you ask for help. Used to be my favorite fast food in Hollister but will not be back. Guess I'll let the homeless that seem to migrate there have it.

Usually I dont have issues but 30min ago the guy taking my order didn't asked what drink I wanted and he didn't asked what kind of popcorn chicken I wanted.

Very bad, I went there through the drive-thru right after a concert as they were the only place open at that time and ordering was no problem but it was when I was ready to pay that I experienced trouble. The lady proceeded to tell me that I can not use apple pay or any nfc payments even though when I order at jack-in-the-box during the day time they take Tap with no issues. Also on another occasion when I went to this location they proceeded to shut the drive-thru line down and stop me from ordering even though they are listed as 24 hours. Overall this location is the worst Jack-in-The-Box by far I recommend that people would only go here during the day time and to bring cash because the lady with the rude tone will proceed to slam the drive-thru window on your face if you think about carrying anything else.

Came here a few days ago and ordered some tacos😒line was decent.. had only 3 cars ahead of me. Well let’s just say the tacos were cold. The meat inside was cold, the shell was cold. Did they forget to put them in the fryer 🤔🤔 idk. We didn’t have time to turn around due to only 30 minute lunch break and then wait again in the line for remake. So yeah we tossed them and didn’t eat lunch that day. 😒😒

I went through the drive thru at 11pm, and all our food was cold. The fries tasted like they've been sitting a while, and my chicken was hard. My daughters cheeseburger had no cheese or burger. 30 bucks thrown away.

Slowest drive thru in Hollister Edited 2/11/18: Drive thru is open but they aren't taking orders in the drive thru. Seriously. There is no sign and anything blocking drive thru.

Please dont advertise you are open 24 Hrs. There is system shutdown between the hours of 2 AM and 4 Am and this is a daily occurrence and being the only place that is says to be open is really dissapointing...Working night shift you dont have many options...

This place could use some clerks with brains in their skulls! They should be able to read the menu if they don't know it by heart and take orders correctly!!

Supposedly a 24 hour dining room but wouldn't let people use the restroom for "security reasons" even though there were many employees still working inside.

Terrible service. At 4:30am they claimed their systems were down and to wait 20 minutes. Then i had to wait 5 minutes. And then i had to wait another 10 minutes. This hasn't happen to me at any other Jack but this one here in Hollister. Most likely because they had no employees working and some showed up at 5am. Good thin McDonald's knows how to run a proper business and be open at the times they state they are.

They continue to block the drive thru with cones and unhook their phone so no one can call for several hours during the early morning. They're the only place that's supposed to be open 24 hrs, and it's a big let down when people are on their way to work.

Kinda frustrating when every time we DoorDash, every item comes wrong, they don’t include our sauce, and then their phone is disconnected when we try to call to get it fixed.

Shame on me for assuming these kids they employ can do their jobs. I waited in line for a half hour and ordered an egg and cheese croissant with extra cheese NO bacon and they give me a bacon biscuit with EXTRA BACON. and then of course they do not answer the phone.

People working there don't know how to cook or get an order right... Ordered kids meal with a cheeseburger got home and it was just a burger patty and two buns...then I go to eat my food... Sourdough Jack cheeseburger... The sourdough was rock hard and the hamburger patty was burnt to a crisp.. threw it away wasted $25... horrible

I have no problem with the food , however i didn’t appreciate the person at the drive through window handed me my change telling me after putting my hand out to get it and not prepared to be handed a bunch of change, it all fell to the ground she said “sorry I ran out of dollar bills” then closed the window, I had to get out of my car to gather up all the change realizing it was a dollar short and with a car behind me I went back around to the drive through to get the rest off the ground , just as I get there a girl was there sweeping up the drive through and walked away , I can’t prove she was there to pick up my Change but where did the rest go ? Please tell your staff to prepare the customer if they are handing them a hand full of change in my case it was $3 in quarters, nickels and dimes and only found $2 of it , if I drive up to the window again and see her there I will refuse to give her my money, I’ll ask for someone else .

We ordered an order of cholula fries, Carne asada fries and chorizo fries. The cholula fries came without any cholula sauce, and both carne asada and chorizo fries came without guacamole. To top it off I was waiting in the drive thru line for nearly 5 minutes at the window, (The young lady apologized for the wait). When we got home we called the store. They answered that they were out of guacamole. This should have been told to us while we were ordering so we could decide if we wanted to proceed with the order. Instead we unwittingly received items without the intended flavor profile.

I went thru the drive thru and got home to find out they didn’t put my jalapeño poppers in the bag and I tried calling them back to let them know and all I get is the answering machine really you guys can’t ebven pick up the phone.anyways make sure you check your bags before you leave the window if not you will have to park go back inside which is pointless because that is the reason why I went thru the drive thru to not go inside.never going back again.

This is NOT "fast" food. It took over 30min to get our order. We went here because we were in a hurry and needed something quick that we could eat in the car. Service was nice though

If you need to waste time just come sit in the jack in the box drive thru. I got here at 10:07, it is almost 10:37 and they just now parked us to wait for our food. What is going on here? Do all gotta kill the cow too? This will be the last time we come here. *update; So not only did they take forever but there was no manager working and they messed up my whole order. Gave me the wrong burger and forgot my breakfast jacks. Forgot my onion rings. When I went in to tell them I realised that I didn't even get a receipt. They were rude didn't want to tell me who was in charge so I just got a refund. They lost a good customer everyone I go there I spend 60 to 80 dollars cause my family is huge.

Probably one of my worst experiences in a fast food dining room. Super easy order and it got messed up badly. By the third try I just gave up and ate what they served me. Which was totally different than what I ordered. I ordered a jumbo jack and got a chicken sandwich... Twice! Maybe they were having a bad night. I hope, since it's the only JIB in town

If I could give zero stars I would. This is my first time experiencing bad food from jack in the box. I will never order at this location again. I ordered on Uber Eats. It came in 10 mins and my order was wrong, cold and nasty. My churros were old taste like yesterday the best part of the meal was the drink. I asked for no onions and no lettuce on a bacon cheeseburger and they gave me a burger with lettuce ketchup and mayo only. Also my 2 drink and cheesecake were missing. I’m very disappointed a waste of $38.30

Very unwelcoming service, kinda rushing me to order, when we received our food everything was cold the cheese on our burgers was not even melting, asked for some water room temperature they said they didnt have any and gave me a cold water bottle overall our experience was not pleasant.

Just went thru the drive-thru and they ended up pulling to the front. Which isn't that bad. Got my food then drive across town to Target to charge my car. When I went to go eat me sandwich I noticed it wasn't made right. Tried calling but their phone is disconnected. So now I have to drive all the way back across town to get it fixed and then across town to go home. Unacceptable!

Honestly I’ve gotten tired of this place and it’s entitled workers. No matter how many times i go they seem to get my orders wrong.today was my last time ERVER GOING HERE BECAUSE THEY CSNT DO SIMPLE THINGS DONE! They mess up my order and I tell them they gave me the wrong order and instead of correcting it they just tell me no that what you ordered. I don’t even bother with the employees anymore because they seem to not care and why talk to a brick wall

I ordered the the jumbo meal deal on the app which came with two jumbo jacks, two medium curly fries, an order of tiny Tacos, and mini churros. We checked the bag once we got it and I noticed that we were missing the tiny Tacos and mini churros. We thought it was an honest mistake so we asked the people working if we could fix the order. We were met with nothing but rudeness from (I think) the manager at the time as we were told we were wrong despite showing her the order on the app. We then asked for a refund and she said that she can't do anything about it and to contact customer service instead while handing us another receipt of our order and Walking away before we could say anything else. This was honestly the worst service I've ever had anywhere and I can only hope that I get my money back for the attitude that was received, the time that was wasted, as well as, the money that was lost. We went there at 6:30 on 11-15-24. Terrible service.
