Food is great, which is the most important thing (and it's halal). The people are nice, but sometimes it's difficult to customize orders or ask questions

I’ve ordered from this place a few times. Today is the first time I’ve been disappointed. I ordered a three piece meal. The menu states it came with a leg, thigh and wing. I got two small wings and a way too small leg. No one orders a three piece meal and expects two tiny wings and a tiny leg.

Tiny gas station version. They didn’t have everything on the menu and gave cheap Asian hot sauce for your chicken. Food was ok, generous proportion.

Bought the 8pcs chicken only to try and I am disappointed. Was expecting a burst of flavor but it was bland. I can just taste the flour breading. It was crispy but that’s it. Smaller chicken compared to other fastfood chains.

THIS LOCATION is trash!!! Check your order before leaving, especially seafood, if u order Fish, they WILL Charge You Full price for 2 fish fillets but it's actually 1 fish fillet split in half. Also the inside smells of RAW Sewage. Several attempts to speak with Manager Claudia have not been successful. @bbb.gov , @cityofhoustonhealthdepartment.gov @houfox26news.com

The fish and chicken with okay but the red beans and rice was spoiled

Claudia was very rude and had a bad attitude. The food was not very good, and the wait time was often excessive.

The microphone in the drive through was messed up and I had to correct the order at the window for 10 min just to get it right and then got to my destination and only got 1/2 of my 33$ order, called and tried to fix the situation and all they wanted to offer me was an order of fries instead of the entire 2nd half of my order. I hyped the restaurant up to my friend only for me to not get any of the food I ordered and my friend only got his food. Horrible experience at this location and rather than go back 30 min away and argue to not get my food anyways I'll just never return to this location again!!!

Chicken and fish were both unbelievably flavorless and dry. 0/10 customer service and food. Would not recommend.

Whoever the owner is get new employees 🙄 I told them at the window I would pay for the meal for the car behind me, they told me okay pull up we'll come out and get the payment from you Well im sitting there and literally see the guy grab the woman's card and I went inside and he's like yeah we charged her smh Idk if you got those misery loves company employees where he just felt some type of way about me paying for her meal but like damnnnn... smh

I ordered a 2 piece chicken and 2 piece of fish meal with fries. I received the smallest thigh and only 1 full pieces of fish with half a second fish. My fries were still white not cooked all the way. You pay money and get less food not even cooked or chicken too young to eat. Then some homeless man walked in rambling. Teach these ladies how to properly cook the food. They even left boxes of frozen food on the front counter when it should be in the freezer. I will not be eating at this location.

Never ate at this location before but stopped by after work first they took forever and told me and another person to park in front thinking they was gon bring our food out we had to go in jus to still wait and then i ate my food and ended up Getting FOOD POISON LITERALLY THREW THE FOOD UP THE NEXT MORNING SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION THE SERVICE NOT GOOD AND CLEARLY THE FOOD NOT EITHER
