tamales are "ok" nothing remarkable. The only thing they should improve is the business hours. When dinner starts they're closed for the day, obviously is absurd. They should be open at least up to 9p.m.

This is a refreshing place from east Hialeah cafeterias. It has an open area with tables and a buffet style counter where you can select and view your different options for lunch or dinner. Most "completas", as they are called in Hialeah include choice of protein, rice options, vegetable or beans and/or Plaintains, etc.... it's a lot! All of this for about $7.00 I didn't try the Tamales.. but as their name suggests they are supposed to be the best in Miami. (I will have to come back and try them). I had the roast pork shoulder with Moros and sweet plantains. It was delicious. Fresh out of the oven. The pork was juicy and had lots of flavor. Service also was very good. Fast and friendly. I will be coming back often. Thumbs up

Tamales are fine. A little more dry would be better. Place is clean and the waiters are always willing to help.

Its never the same but always acceptable

I am a fan of tamales and chicharron, but unfortunately, this place did not hit the spot for me. The tamal was mushy, and the chicharron was under salted, tasting more like grease than anything else. I wouldn’t say this place is expensive, as the price is within range, but I feel that the amount I paid was not worth the quality.

The woman preparing tamales (without her gloves on) drops a knife, continues using it to prepare food. Didn't seem to care. I wonder what other food safety violations they are committing.

Not good. They tried to make Mexican tamales but not even close. Way too many herbs that makes your stomach blown an hour after.
