I love this place - it has become my favorite spot. The atmosphere is so welcoming, it feels like home from the moment you arrive. My favorite spot is at the bar, where the blend of two different cultures miguel and chun just creates an unforgettable experience. The food and drinks are amazing, with a huge variety to choose from. My favorites dishes include the Calamari, Pepperoni pizza, Beet salad, the mix of cultures spoken here adds to the unique and special ambiance. The Manager, Stefanie G particularly great and makes the experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a place with delicious food, a great atmosphere, and the opportunity to escape from reality and make your day special, this is the place to go. ❤️❤️🙏🔝
Martini’s & Pizza - great concept delivered well. Easy to get a reservation for a Saturday night. Thin crust pizza in 12 or 16”. Quattro is our reco. They also have starters (excellent garlic knots) and mains (chicken parm was flavorful). We sat outside in the fans & mister area and it was tolerable in the Texas summer heat.
My fiancé and I made an impromptu visit to Poco Fiasco during our engagement photoshoot, and we were blown away! The pizza was delicious, the atmosphere was gorgeous, and the staff was so incredibly kind for allowing us to take a few photos inside. Thank you, Poco team for the memories we will cherish forever! ❤️
I love this place! I went here tonight with a group of Co-workers and Paul waited on us hand and foot. He suggested the chicken Parmesan and it was 🤌🏾🤌🏾. The pizza was good also. We got the mushroom, pepperoni, the Philly and spinach & artichoke. I will definitely return to try more items on the menu. Follow me 😎
Yum! My newest favorite go-to date night spot. Meatballs are AMAZING/best part!! Not pictured but we ordered is the chicken parmesan, which we loved. For pizza, we ordered the Donkey… it was great. Service & drinks 10/10. I love that the area is super walkable and a few bars/dessert spots nearby.
So happy we tried this place out. The seating inside I a little tight and super cute outdoor patio. You can feel comfortable coming in your casual clothes or dressing up. Out waiter was Diego and he was very friendly and attentive. Great service. You HAVE to get the garlic knots, thank me later! I decided to get the garlic parm and was not disappointed. I would most certainly go back.
This is such a cool place with an amazing vibe. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce were great. Definitely give the fig pizza a try. It was amazing! Our server was so patient and kind. The only thing I would say is that it took a little too long to get the main course. Other than that it was 5 star!
First time here to insure i had a table made a reservation. When we got there we were seated immediately. Diego/waiter came immediately to take drink orders and review the menu. He offered suggestions on drinks and food. We ordered the anti pasta. Which had cheese, meats, flat bread and jelly. It was fresh, good assortment and enough for my wife son and myself. My wife had lamb & fig pizza which was a flavor explosion in your mouth. The fig jam was an amazing flavor. I had baked MANICOTTI the pasta was fresh and was stuffed with different cheeses with a marinara meat sauce that was a great complement. There was no kids menu but my Diego was able to bring my son spaghetti and meatballs. The atmosphere and decor was great. Parking was easy, i parked on the street across from the restaurant. Overall it was an outstanding experience but there were a couple of cons 1. The food took a long time to get to us about 35 minutes 2. The atmosphere was great but it was extremely loud in there and was hard to hear my family.
Absolutely a hidden gem! The atmosphere is a laid back, European type bistro meets pub. The food is amazing and coupled with the drinks its a total package! The martinis are CRISP, the food is comforting and delightful, and the atmosphere is overall amazing. The happy hour is PHENOMENAL, came for the tinis and stayed for the Opa Pizza! Do yourself a favor and try Victory Park's tucked away gem 🍸🌶🍕🫶🥂
I brought some friends here for the first time, and we had a blast! The martinis were phenomenal (you can’t go wrong, but we did Titos). We shared the calamari, a pizza, and some additional entrees. It’s a great spot for a group! Really good flavors and lovely service. We’ll be back!
Went here on a double date and had the best time! The ambiance is so lovely and nice-you could really dress up for a date night here or just go in casual wear and feel comfortable. The best part? The prices are amazing during the Sunday-Friday happy hour and they offer 12” pizzas for $15 on Mondays during happy hour. The pizza is so delicious and the martinis are so nice too. It feels like an expensive night out, but they charge near pre-pandemic prices. We will 100% be back and it’s been added to our regular restaurant rotation. Highly recommend the garlic dots ($4 during happy hour) the build your own martini $9 during happy hour) and the donkey pizza ($15 for 12” on Mondays during happy hour-big enough for 2)! My boyfriend is never full but he was satisfied with the amount of food and won’t stop talking about it. Very highly recommended!
Dined here with a friend and ended up eating her prosciutto pizza!! It was amazing! The portion sizes are satisfactory and the menu is delightful!! But overall, it was the staff and the venue that made the night!! The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and included! You can tell they get along well with each other and that they love what they do!!! If it weren’t so windy that night, I would’ve loved to sit outside!!! The light fixtures and decor make the outdoor seating look romantic and magical. My only complaint is how tiny the place might feel on a particularly busy night! It goes from cozy and homey to loud and claustrophobic fairly quickly. Regardless, I’m definitely coming back!!!
Visited recently for ladies night out. The service and food was amazing. For appetizers wr had garlic knots, mozzarella cheese sticks and calamari. For main course we had the fig pizza (shaved lamb). We also had several martinis. We were also celebrating an engagement and they brought us two desserts. Our server was great too.
Quick easy dinner, great service. Pizza and apps were yummy and worth it for happy hour. Maya was a great server.
Food is fantastic but menu has lost one of our favorite items - the Italian beef. It’s still a date night spot bc the drinks and pizza but I used to stop by after work purely for the sandwich because it was so good. Bring back the Italian beef and I’ll make up for it in sales solo and through coworkers, I promise
The food is so delicious and you can't go wrong with pizza at this place. It's very very delicious and the bartender Bryan goes out of his way to ensure good restaurant service.
I’ll admit, we’d had a bad day. We had driven from Kansas to Dallas, on the way to Houston, from my grandfathers funeral. It was cold and we sat on the patio cold and weary. Our waitress, Rebecca, was kind and helpful. The manager even eventually moved us inside when things calmed down. Even though we were whiny and probably a little rude, we were shown nothing but grace. The pizza was fantastic and put us back in a happy place.
Miss Chelsea was very nice our pizza came out a little late and she gave us complimentary bread knots. This was our first time and we absolutely loved it the waiter Mr.T took very good care of us! Fresh plates and everything we definitely will coming back.
Food and drinks were good, but our waitress, Maya, was the best!! She made recommendations, made us laugh, and was attentive.
Hidden gem! My friends and I discovered this place, accidentally. It is quickly becoming our go-to for cocktails and delicious Italian food. The staff is friendly and well-trained. The happy hour is a must. The place is small, so I recommend reservations. Thank me later.
The food was quite good, the Alfredo was delicious. We went quite early so not a lot of people, maybe it is more adequate for drink at night. The parking is a bit tricky.
I ordered the pepperoni and sausage pizza while in town and picked this place because it looked quick on DoorDash. I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was excellent and if this spot were near me, it would definitely be at the top of my regular rotation.
I live in the area and have heard about this place. I especially liked the walk up to go window. Really convenient since I was walking my dog. Pizza was good; got two slices pepperoni and The Donkey. Enjoyed it all except for no one ever came to the to go window after 6 minutes of waiting and ringing the bell. Definitely going back since it’s so good and convenient. They have dog bowls and was kind to get one with water for my pup.
We had a wonderful time at Poco Fiasco! The servers were so attentive and kind, it made the entire evening so amazing. The food was phenomenal and the drinks had both variety and delicious flavor. They validate parking for the local garages as well, definitely want to come back the next time I’m in downtown! The outdoor patio was lovely with both fans and heaters and warm twinkle lights, only con was the live music, solely because the performer was so loud it was hard to hear conversation with my friend once he began. Otherwise no complaints.
Party of 23 people after concert. Service before and after was great. Food was fantastic. Not one complaint. Everything was above expectations from the pizza and sandwiches to the Sangria. Will definitely be back when in Dallas again. Worth the drive. Or in our case the walk from the American Airlines Center.
I live out of state, but ALWAYS look forward to visiting when I’m in town. My visit this week exceeded expectations. To be honest, it started a little rough. Reservations were made, and we got moved back. Twice. As is often said, we know hard things happen. It’s about how we bounce back that demonstrates who we are. Alex and the team showed their character, and the organization’s culture was on full display. From a delicious meal, to outstanding service, and their generosity on full display, they took care of every little thing. We couldn’t ever ask for more. As loyal guests, you’ve solidified our commitment even more. Thank you! We can’t wait to come back.
We had intended to lunch somewhere else but it was closed on Christmas Eve and we ended up here. Pizza was not our first choice, but my goodness it was really delicious! We also had the calamari and Gyro and both were also very good. Portion sizes are large so come hungry. Our waitress was very nice, and seating hostess saved us from a thorough drenching by sending us out a back way to our parking garage. All in all a very nice lunch on a very wet and dreary day.
I went for dinner and the staff was very lovely. I had the margarita pizza, which is superior, and had some delectable martinis. The bar tender is super nice and makes banging bevs. I found it a bit pricey (100ish for 4 martinis and a pizza) but with trump in office it’s hard to blame.
Amazing food and service. Unfortunately we were told the vegan pizza is not in fact, vegan due to milk powder being used in the dough. Be mindful of this when ordering. I will come back for sure
This place doesn’t miss; the space, the food, the drinks. Their seasonal cocktail winter wonderland is amazing!
Very enjoyable, quiet spot in downtown. Very friendly service, great priced drinks.
Poco Fiasco always has fantastic service and we love coming from drinks at the bar or dinner! Super yummy food & great hospitality!
Drinks are pricey but good. However the pizzas are surprisingly a good deal. Great crust and interesting topping options. Great pizza flavors
Poco Fiasco is one of my favorite restaurants in Dallas! The food is consistently great, espresso martini’s are delicious, and service is top notch. The manager was lovely, Alex was her name I think. Super pretty too!
Went there for my 1st time with my book club & loved it! Our server was basically taking care of all of us by herself (30+ people) & she did amazing. The food was yummy and reasonably priced. Location was also easy to find! 10/10
Came here with my family for my bday dinner, Maggie (I hope that’s her name) was amazing! The service was great food was amazing, and drinks were so good!!! The atmosphere was so cute and nice. The General manager even reached out to me the next day to ask me about our experience. I’ve never had that before. We sat on the inside and it was 11 of us me and boyfriend shared The Texas it was amazing! The calamari and garlic knots were very fresh and the bathrooms are very clean which is a plus! We will be back soon.
This place is awesome. The vibe is very nice and the food and drinks are delicious. Tip: They have specials every day of the week. Their best deal is on Wednesday - Get a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board for $30. 😊 Update 07/24 They updated their menu, they still have the special! And now they have a pizza of the day, which was amazing.
Reservations: this place is always busy! We did happy hour & dinner. Service : 5 of 5. Service was great! Our waitress was awesome and so funny! Sit outside if you can, it's such a cute vibe. Food: 5 of 5. Everything we got was good! The puffs had a whipped ricotta cheese which was so good. The prosciutto pizza was awesome! (And I typically do not like prosciutto pizza!) They do martini madness which is their martini shots for $3 for 15 minutes once an hour during HH. They have a build you own martini on the HH menu. Highly recommend!
We had our November book club here and it was so much fun. We had the patio space and it was perfect for our large group. The service was amazing. Great pizzas and even better martinis! Thank you!
I gave this place another chance tonight, & it was fantastic. From the interior being sleek, great food & wonderful service. Service- Thank you to Stephanie & Jett for providing great service & attentiveness. There isn’t a mock tail list, though asked Jett since my girl friend & I weren’t drinking. He nailed them, even for making different ones. Along with this, Jett pointed out some great items for apps, which he wasn’t wrong about. They have some star staff I saw working hard. Food - Really happy with it, we tried the cheesey bread as a suggestion, then the Donkey, & prosciutto pizzas. All were really great, the prosciutto pizza was our personal favorite. All in all, I’d enjoy coming back again, especially on date nights or just to relax & eat.
Thursday night bingo night has the best atmosphere and Miyah is the best waitress! Both times we've come she's made us feel like old friends and welcome. The food is great as well!
Love poco fiasco! Have been here many times and have always been greeted with such great enthusiasm, been seated promptly, and enjoyed many different dishes-my favorite being the Caesar salad- which pairs fabulously with an extra dirty martini made by their fantastic bartender. 100/10 recommend poco fiasco!!
We ordered spinach dip and a mushroom pizza. My friend is GF and this place is very accommodating. Maya was an excellent server! Highly recommend.
I had a craving for pizza, but most places that I’ve tried are subpar. However, I remember coming to this place about a year ago and enjoying the flatbread. I tried calling to place an order, but had issues getting through. So, I ended up taking a chance and driving up there. When I arrived I was greeted and told them I wanted to place an order. I was informed the kitchen was already closed. I explained I tried calling several times. The lady told me to wait a minute and walked away. A gentleman appeared and offered to take my order. I was pleased that my trip was not in vain. While I waited, the staff members were friendly and didn’t make me feel like a burden. The customer service exceeded my expectations. I will be back again.
So incredible! Miyah truly gave us the best birthday experience ever. She is so wonderful. Highly recommend the pizza, martinis, and panini!
Muy Bueno
Excelente servicio y pizzas
Yesterday I stumbled upon this restaurant. I am a huge fan of pizza and I definitely wanted to try theirs. I got two different slices of pizza and they were both phenomenal. The staff was friendly. The atmosphere was amazing. I would give this place five stars if not more if I could. To cap it all off their drinks or spot on. This is a place that I definitely would go back to.
This was my first visit, it was a late Sunday brunch with a group of friends. It wasn't busy at 1p and the service was excellent. I ordered the cheese bread to share, the Greek Salad (+ avocados), and my current favorite cocktail Hugo Spritz. The bread was deliciously loaded with cheese; it was shared by 4, easily could serve 6. The Hugo Spritz was a little light on the St Germain Elderflower; however, it was still refreshing. Although the Greek Salad ingredients were good, the creamy dressing was too heavy and overtook the salad. I was expecting the typical light oil/vinegar and I think I'll request that if I order that salad again. If that is not possible, I would pass on a repeat. I met some girlfriends for dinner here. Two of us arrived a little early, and they went ahead and seated us. We did have reservations. Overall the food was very good. We later found out from another server that our server was new. That explained the little "faux pas" here and there. We worked it out, and all went well. I would return for a repeat.
“Build your own” martini menu and good pizza. The garlic knots were awesome. Definitely a new spot on my restaurant rotation. Updated and down a star: I live nearby and have been many times. Somehow the great first impression I had seems to be an outlier. The food is pretty good, drinks are hit or miss, but the real issue is service. Long standing empty water glasses, food going to the wrong table and just confusion among the servers. They are always pleasant but management needs a better system and training program. I have started ordering pick up.
Had the pleasure of visiting this place on Saturday before it got pretty busy. Ordered an appetizer and it came out rather quick. Calamari was good maybe just a little too crispy but it was still descent. Asked to not have hoisin sauce on my Hawaiian pizza and of course when the order came it’s on the pizza and the pizza was cold. They automatically charged 20 percent gratuity which is ok because I don’t mind tipping however when you take over an hour to bring out the order and the pizza is cold and not how I ordered it than there is a slight problem with you getting tipped 20%
I very much wanted to give 5 stars. But the acoustics of this building is atrocious. There were about 12 people in there for dinner service and it sounded louder than a 200 person dining room in Nicks and Sams on a Saturday night. Not an exaggeration. Food was great. Service was great. If they could figure out the acoustics I’d go back for sure. It’s just crazy loud. Unless you’d like to scream at the person sitting next to you for conversation I’d suggest dining somewhere else. Location is awesome, food is awesome, drinks were awesome and service was great. Hope they can figure out the acoustic issue.
I visited Pocos Fiasco last night with a friend. The restaurant was really cute, but extremely tiny. The servers barely had room to walk without running into others. Nevertheless, the ambience was cute and casual. The service was excellent, and the drinks were amazing. My friend and I shared the garlic knots and they were very tasty and garlicky. I also had the Bart martini, so good. I’m giving them four stars because the pizza I order, prosciutto pizza, was really salty. I ate one slice and just asked for a to go box and threw the rest away. Would I recommend and go again? Yes, I definitely would, but I’ll probably try something completely different. Overall pretty good experience. Very cute place for a casual date night.
Loved the atmosphere, but unfortunately, that was about it. The happy hour was disappointing, and I felt slightly misled. The slider is literally just 1 slider for $4. Felt a little pricey for a 2 bite appetizer. The garlic knots were not as expected. I saw these photos on other reviews of what looked like rolls, we got what looked like fried cheese balls but were small dough balls. I requested a mocktail, and they seemed confused about what that was, I basically got juice. Not even some club soda or a garnish. The pizza was probably the best part, but I've definitely had way better. If you're coming here, I'd probably come for drinks only. Food was average. Also, the valet as others mentioned was hard to find and the guy was not overly pleasant. Can appreciate he was the only one there, but that meant you had to wait.
Went here for happy hour during happy hour hours. Was given the bill with regular prices saying they weren't honoring happy hour that day. This should be stated before ordering. Good food, unhappy customer for false advertising.
Great pizza. A little pricey but tasty. Not a lot of room to move around. Went on a night that was a little cool outside but opted for outside seating. Normally it would have been ok but all the heaters weren't working so our spot got a little chilly. Servers were nice.
We went to this place on 12/31 evening. Pros: Beautiful ambience and super friendly staff with quick service. Had some great pictures taken here. Superb patio seating area. Cons: Place and valet parking (complimentary) were difficult to find. Food was average. When I got my drink, had a hair in it. Got it changed though. Ordered Garlic knots, seemed to us like they were reheated, had a tough time chewing them and they were COLD! Spinach and artichoke Pizza was okay! Overall, had a nice evening. Wish the food was better though.
First, the food was really really good. Wife had the Greek salad and said it was best she's had. I had the meatball sub and was good. Food was great and service is really good. Now for the unpleasant part. The problem... before we even walked in, the smell of **sewer** "greeted" us and 2 people in my party smelled it but still ate there because our party wanted to. It didn't bother her as much as myself. But I was curious so I walked to the bathroom area and was over-whelming later stuck my head in the kitchen (right by the bathrooms) and was very strong. Problem is that smell is getting in to the HVAC system and distributing throughout the restaurant which is why we smelt it before we even walked in. My experience with that kind of smell is a sewer pipe break under the foundation. The management and staff are probably nose-blind since that smell was gradually introduced over a matter of months (or years) and now smells normal. Great place, just need that addressed immediately.
Delicious topping of Fig & Favor Slice - Uninteresting Classic Caesar - Wonderful Service - Cozy atmosphere at night when there’s not a championship game nor a Dallas Team’s in play!
Nice food, nice look and feel, lovely outdoor. Service way tooooo slow and not precise. No refill of water, no removing dirty dishes when we finished eating. Should improve. Good american pizza and salad, pasta not at all
Prosciutto pizza looked and smelled great but boy was it awful. Did someone accidentally dump an entire bottle of honey on this pizza? Extremely sweet, yet somehow still too salty. The only thing worse than the pizza was the atmosphere. We sat on the patio and it was so loud. Between road noise, the music from the restaurant next door and their music blasting having a conversation without screaming across the table was not an option. Drinks were average. I will say our waitress was the sweetest and the garlic knots were great!
This place is a 4/5 the last 8 times we’ve been but not sure if they have a new chef or changed their recipe. What was once a nice thin crust pizza is now a thick doughy pizza almost like cafeteria pizza. The 15in size is smaller too barely fits the box now, maybe they need a smaller box. Hope it gets better.
The service in this restaurant was friendly and fast. But the food didn‘t convince me too much. I had mozzarella sticks, a spinach and artichoke dip and a pizza Margherita with additional onions and jalapeños. Everything was of lower average in taste only. I mean the sticks were ok, the dip tasted too salty and the garlic bread, which came with it, was floury and greasy in my opinion. The pizza taste was, how to say, not that good… I didn’t like the crust and the bitter tomato sauce too much. And they used a weired cheese and very little of it only.
The dough is so hard like a Walmart pre-made dough and it tasted like they just put sauce and cheese on store bought pre-made/pre-baked dough. This restaurant is the vibe of dallas downtown. Fancy and pretty on the outside to cover up its lack of inner quality. Will never come back and the owner needs to investigate the kitchen staffs.
I had been wanting to try this place for a while, unfortunately it was pretty disappointing. Pizza is really salty and their spinach dip is tasteless. Our waiter was more focused on attending two other larger tables, which turned to slower service for us.
Ooof. That was a rough experience. We had reservations for Sunday night at 645. When we got there, it was fairly busy, but we were immediately led to our table. It took a little over 10min to even get greeted. We ordered a round of drinks and 2 appetizers. Drinks and apps were a little slow coming out, but it was busy, so slightly expected. The apps were fine, minus the absurd amount of grease. Which wouldn't have been such a problem, had we been served with silverware or at least napkins. Instead, we sat there with greasy hands till one of us went and found a server. Drinks were great. At about 730 we decided to place our dinner order, 3 pizzas. This is where things took a turn. Service became nonexistent. We had to hunt down our server multiple times. By 815, we still had no food, and had to go ask for a manager. By 830, still hadn't seen management, but at least 1 of the pizzas came. Finally at 845, management came to the table to see what the problem was. (The other 2 still hadn't been served dinner.) We left at 9pm with Togo boxes. I understand being busy.. but if I have a reservation at 6:45, I don't expect to be eating my meal at 9:00. Had we been told from the beginning, the kitchen was backed up and food was going to take a while, we would've immediately ordered. The communication was absolutely terrible. Once management (Jarrett) did make it over to our table, he apologized and took care of the meal. Which was much appreciated. Also should be noted the noise level was a bit loud and annoying as this spot is located directly next to 'Elephant East.' East tends to play loud techo/house music. Was such an odd vibe for a Sunday night.
Got two small margaritas from the restaurant and I swear our drinks were slipped with something. Got home and instantly knocked out sleep at 8pm and woke up with barely any memory. Next day still feeling uneasy...Pizza with good though, service was really slow.
We had a reservation for inside at 8:00 and when we arrived, we were told that since other parties had arrived at 6:30, the only options would be to either wait 45 minutes (with no waiting area inside) or be seated outside the restaurant, not in the enclosed patio with fans but literally in the alley where additional tables had been brought out…during the biggest heatwave Dallas has seen in years. It was 104 degrees outside with no fans. Please either get a better booking system or give parties a time limit on their reservations. The only redeeming quality was the food was not bad.
Ordered the Texan it did not taste good at all like the first time i tried it and the pizza was missing the house bbq sauce that is supposed to be on it. It’s a no for me.
I came here for a quick lunch and got 'The Donkey' pizza slice because it's advertised as having red onions and being spicy. Honestly, the quality of the pizza was great but the taste was extremely middle-of-the-road. Pizza was not spicy in the least and there's like 4 little slices of onion under the cheese. All in all, it was an extremely boring slice of pizza and a huge disappointment. I have no plans to return.
Parking confusing, ended up in a paid parking while following directions to restaurant parking. Hostess was unfriendly, kind of rude. Indoors extremely noisy. Outdoors noisy and very hot. Food was just ok. Server was professional. Prices acceptable. I guess we will not be coming back.
Came here with a friend to try out their Happy Hour but the experience was not good. First, there is street parking and garage parking (1st level only) for you to choose from. Also, starting at 5PM they offer valet parking. We were able to find parking easily enough. When I arrived at the restaurant only a handful of customers were there and I was seated immediately as I waited on my guest. I decided to order a wine from the HH and a slice of pizza (meat). The wine came very quickly but the slice did not. After my guest arrived, she ordered her items, and then we waited. 35 minutes go by and still no slice of pizza (even though others were receiving theirs). When I inquired about the pizza, the manager came over and said that it was “lost in transit but will be brought right out.” I was also advised that the slice would not be on my ticket (but it was there). My slice came out.. finally! The pizza itself was a Spicy Italian Sausage and it was ok. Definitely not worth the 30+ wait for it. I ordered another wine, a house salad, and make your own pizza (red onions, mushrooms, and sausage). By this time, my guest’s pizza had came out and she was enjoying it. When my pizza did come out it was boxed up although we were still seated and eating. We decided to leave since the experience was terrible. In the midst of the server putting my friend’s pizza in the box, it splattered all over the table! We ended up having to wait another 30+ mins for another pizza. We paid (left a tips as well) and left. Overall, I wouldn’t return here even if it wasn’t happy hour. The customer service was bad and food lackluster. The only photo I took, due to frustration, was the to-go box of my pizza.. enjoy!
My wife and I came in from a couple of hours out of town and were really looking forward to some pizza by the slice after a concert to cap off a fantastic evening. At about 10:30 pm, may 9 2025, we ordered a slice of the donkey, a slice of Margherita, and a slice of the spinach artichoke pizza. We received a slice of the donkey, 2 slices of chicken bacon ranch, and 2 slices of some sort of barbecue brisket pizza (see photo). That’s ok, mistakes happen! I walked back up to the counter and showed the server that I got 5 slices instead of 3 and 4/5 were not my order. She told me it was in fact correct and that was what I ordered. Totally stunned, I returned back to my table to decide whether this was worth messing with the vibes of date night or not, but we really did not want a big pile of chicken and brisket at now almost 10:45 pm. So, I went back and rang the little bell. When I rang it, I heard the server audibly say “what now” which didn’t really feel great. When she got to me, I explained that this is obviously a chicken bacon ranch pizza, and that the pizzas we ordered were vegetarian, and that there wasn’t any spinach or artichoke to be found on my slices, and that the margherita pizza was missing. She looked me dead in the eye, pointed at the chicken bacon ranch and said “no, this is a margherita pizza, I confirmed with the cook.” I was honestly stunned, and we left to avoid a confrontation. Needless to say I will never be returning. There are lots of good pizza places in the area, and I would highly advise going to them instead, lest the vibes of your date night also be ruined by overt disrespect.
Went to the pizza window and ordered 3 slices earlier tonight. The slices were so burnt and hard that I couldn’t eat. I had to toss out. On par with most harwood restaurants
Went here for happy hour yesterday at around 4:30. The place was empty , they said they could not sit us inside because it was going to have reservations "soon" as in in the next few hours. So we were forced to sit outside. Not a huge deal. But the patio has zero fans or mist which is a big problem in 100 degree weather. We wanted to stay longer but we had to leave as we were sweating way too much and needed to be in a place with AC. When we left about an hour after the inside was still empty. Meaning they could have sat us inside. regardless our waiter was rude and not nice. When he took a very long time to get out order - and we asked if he would serve us he laughed at us in a very rude way and took our order. He never came around we often had to ask him to serve us. When a friend asked for a wine selection he said "neither, I don't drink alcohol." Okay. Well honest yes, but not great business. I've only ever had good experiences here but this soured us to go back. I don't think we will soon. Which is a same we usually came weekly.
*Updated review from 2 stars to 1 star because they comment on all these reviews asking you to reach out to them, so it seems like they care, but they don't even respond back to you.* These 2 stars are for the waiter only. We made a reservation for 5:30 for the inside for happy hour. We got there 5 minutes before our reservation and we’re told sorry we only have spots outside. It was 40 degrees out with no plastic to block the wind, so even with heaters it was freezing. We asked the just if we could move inside when a table opened and she kind of blew us off. We asked for the manager and she came to our table with a terrible attitude. She told us if we start a tab outside we can’t move inside. Took about 20 minutes for us to be greeted so we only got 10 minutes of happy hour. Seems like they don’t really have it together, and the management is rude and unhelpful. Not sure I’ll be returning.
I placed a delivery order online. After waiting 50 minutes for it, I received a notification that the order had been cancelled by the restaurant. There was a person waiting to pick it up since their delivery service is outsourced. The message I received asked me to call the restaurant (which you think they would call me given the scenario). After calling twice and no one picking up, I gave up and placed an order elsewhere. I won’t waste my time again with this non-existent service level. Update: After just shy of three hours after placing the order, I then get a message that it was ready for pickup. I call and this time they actually pick up. I get transferred to a manager. I confirm that this was ordered directly from their website and they tell me they don’t know what’s going on with their system. They cancel it on their end and tell me to call back if the currently pending credit card charge hits my account. Lot of work on my end for no pizza. Update: So they did charge me. Now I’m trying to call them back to get a credit. So far, no luck getting them to pick up. Update: Didn’t get ahold of them, but when I checked today, there was a credit for the full amount on my account.
Had a horrible evening at Poco Fiasco. Showed up at 6:15 and was told a 30-40 minute wait, we waited over an hour and a half. We were skipped over when a gentlemen went up to the GM and paid him cash to get a table. The female manager had a horrible attitude and tried to lie and say that didn’t happen. Once theGM admitted to taking the cash, he was supposedly “going to give it back”. Once we finally sat, we waited 20 minutes for drinks as 45 minutes for appetizers!! After we asked 3 different people where our food was, only one appetizer came out and the garlic nots didn’t even arrive til our entree, an hour later. The pizza came out the wrong size. We never got clean plates when we asked. We asked for two boxes, only got one. After waiting 25 minutes for a check, we asked to speak to someone in charge. Instead they had the waiter come to say the manager is really busy but the meal is comped. All staff had different excuses and took no accountability for horrible service and experience. Would never go back or recommend! Stick to DL Mack’s where the food is quality, service is top knotch and management actually cares.
