Had a problem with a coupon, but the employee was able to help me out. The food here at this location is almost always fresh as it should be and have never had a problem with the food. For being close to the freeway, this location does an excellent job.

First time visiting a del taco location. Honestly I'm not going to lie the fish tacos are not bad at all. I know where to come when i want fish tacos. I wish they had green chili that would top it off great! Instead hot sauce packets.

I always have a wonderful experience while I'm here! Everyone is very friendly and the food is delicious! I am very picky about my Del Taco and this is one of the best. Highly recommend!

Consistently great tasting food. We recommend the chicken soft tacos, del tacos, and bean and cheese burritos, washed down with a strawberry lemonade. Much better than the other taco chain and less expensive as well.

Food was very quick, and the order was correct. Chicken quesadilla was awesome. I tried the beyond meat taco for the first time, because I eat a lot of beyond meat products at home. It was super mushy like refried beans, and tasted weird. Not sure if it was the standard dell taco seasoning (I've never been here before), or the beyond meat, but I was not a fan.

Dining area is open. Staff was fast and very friendly. Ordered the chicken soft taco. A friend ordered a quesadilla chicken soft taco. Both of our tacos were full of chicken and fresh goodies. This is an older location. The booth seats are tearing, but still comfortable. Plenty of handicap accessible seating, restrooms and parking.

This location is clean and the staff is nice. Our order was accurate and the food was HOT, temperature wise, which I really enjoyed. The portions were large, that was definitely the most epic sized burrito I've ever had, I struggled to finish it. Also the sauce packet trays were full, which was nice. I didn't have to go to other tables to search for what I wanted.

The lady who took my order was multitasking between the register and the takeout window. She was quite good. I got my food in a timely manner, she took care of the people at the drive-up window without skipping a Beat. I had a pleasant experience here.

I love Del Taco. I always get the spicy grilled chicken burrito with extra cheese and extra green sauce. My kids love the chicken soft tacos. The fries are always delicious, I get them extra crispy and they are always cooked right. Most places fall off but never Del Taco. Thanks for delicious food and good service.

I've been to many Del Taco locations in the past, and on this occasion my experience was a good one. Not that I've had any visits that are particularly bad lately. This one was above the rest. The food was made exactly how we wanted, and was hot and fresh. That's all I ask for at a fast-food restaurant, anyway.

Yay, order was correct in the drive through and the cashier was pleasant, not stingy with the taco sauce and napkins, gave the correct change. Update, visited again last night, and the sweet lady at the drive through was very good and had a pleasant demeanor. An asset to the company. Hope they manage to keep her. I was order #41 at 7:23 p.m. in case corporate is checking. Lourdes / Maria is what shows on my receipt. Hopefully an improvement in management and pray the trend continues. A happy staff is a loyal and productive staff, no matter what business one might be in.

Having grown up on the East coast and the South, I only had Taco Bell bean burritos as my foundation and still are a nostalgic goto when I'm needing a satisfying bean burrito. I can honestly say that if Del Taco was near where I lived, they closed a Houston location a few years ago, I would never have a reason to go back to Taco Bell. Not only are their bean burritos more tasty and full of flavor but their fish taco option seals the deal. Whenever I'm in an area that has a Del Taco, it's a guaranteed drive thru moment.

One of my favorite fast food places, had fish tacos eaten with out the tortillas, always hits the spot. They are fast, fresh and delicious.

Food was excellent. I went inside since the drive thru was crazy long, cashier was nice, supervisor (or manager?) Wasn't very welcoming or nice though, so 4 stars it is.

Del Taco is always on my favorite list for being very good and economical. Restaurant was clean and staff professional as can be. Just the Nachos have white chesse instead of yellow cheddar. Overall a good experience.

Except for the one time they didn't have sausage and hash browns, their breakfast burritos (epic scrambles in particular) are amazing. Tastes great and very filling.

Great food at times you have to wait little longer because they don't have enough employees staff there they have to multitask the window flip the fries worked counter it's frustrating at times it happens all the time there lack of employees they should hire more people

Large menu, clean and quick service. Parking is easy and it is located conveniently near a gas station and just a short distance from the southbound I-5 on ramp.

All I can say is that they need to stop mixing the old fries with the New ones. Some of the fries I received were hard enough to give a flat tire, and I'm not exaggerating.

This is a great Del Taco. Very quick drive thru. That said i have been here twice when, "the shake machine was broken." Always pisses me off when,"it gets broken", at the same time at night. Someone being lazy, costing the owner hundreds of dollars per month thinking that customers don't realize the oldest trick in the fast food book.

This place is good, the only issue with this Del Taco is the location. It is relatively close to a water treatment facility so if the wind is blowing in the wrong direction you are treated to a scent similar to sulfur. This is only an issue while you are walking in from your car or if you want to eat outside. Very convenient if you are travelling southbound on the 5 freeway. Heading northbound it is a little harder to access.

Hadn't eaten at a Del Taco in decades. Was on a drive to LA, needed gas and a quick lunch. They were next door to the station and I was curious. Street Tacos! Really? Yes, and although not up to a good taqueria standard, tasty and fresh! I was very pleasantly surprised!

What can I say... vegan Beyond meat Avocado tacos!! So stoked to have a fulfilling, tasty and pretty healthy fast food option now while on the road. Pretty inexpensive for a loaded up taco. Hope other chains follow suite. :)

I was surprised eating here. I haven't much here versus so many of the other fast foods but you get quite a bit for your money and I can't say of the few things I tried that anything tasted bad or off. If you're on a budget and every dollar counts, and you're hungry, you can do a lot worse than Del Taco (Jack in the Box comes to mind).

A convenient Del Taco for us so we frequent this location regularly. The food is consistent and rarely wrong. We appreciate that they take the time to put the sauces on the tables as some don't. We feel that they fill the tacos a little fuller than other locations. The staff is nice enough, but often too busy for pleasantries. We recommend.

Despite what appears to be a long, daunting drive thru line, the orders are taken throughly and correctly and the wait time is not even a point of contention. As good as it gets quality wise for the fare. Will definitely return when a hankering for a double double strikes...or when shrimp tacos are back in season!

I go to this Del Taco on my way home from my office. It's really convenient to go through the drive-thru or to park and pick up something real quickly because the freeway interest is literally 10 seconds away. The food comes out fast and the people here are really friendly. There's plenty of parking and access is easy. I would definitely stop by again.

I go through the drive-through. It’s good service. It’s quick. My order is never wrong and it’s extremely affordable. I purchased the chipotle chicken burrito for three dollars, TOTALLY WORTH IT! THE BURRITO WAS WELL MADE AND EXTREMELY TASTY. YOU CAN’T BEAT THREE DOLLARS. I do recommend this Del taco if you’re going to drive-through. Service And food is good

Ordering a cheeseburger was an experience, repeated multiple times until manager stepped in and confirmed requested order.

I went to the drive thru. The service was fast, friendly and the food was ok. Not hot, but it wasn't old. And if you're thinking it was a busy time, it took 4 minutes from ordering to leaving the drive thru.

Decent food, but super slow service. I found myself sitting in the drive thru line waiting for my food with no one else in the line. I wondered why I'd bother coming there and decided not to come again.

Great food but when buying bt the drive thru they make you move up but by moving up you're still blocking the the drive so they can get the next order And yet my food isn't ready bad way doing the drive thru 👎

Good menu variety. Best of want you can expect from a fast food mexican restaurant. Drink machine is very nice and I like how they already have the sauces at the table.

As soon as I walked in, the whole restaurant smelled like backed up sewer. The smell was horrible. The service was quick and friendly. The fries were really good. I took the order to go. I couldn't have eaten in their and breathe in that horrible smell.

The Del Taco location gets crowded for lunch. It's quite a convenient location as it is just off the freeway. Make sure you are charged correctly for your meal. The staff are generally friendly and cater to the local working crowd as there are a lot of offices, stores and commercial places around. If you like Del Taco, this is your standard location, although not everything is unfreshing believable.

Ordered from a guy who seemed to be the manager. He appeared distracted and unhappy. The pictures on the menu are very enticing but my fish tacos and fries were tossed onto the plate wrapped to go with no sense of presentation. Place was clean. Food tasted good.

It's Friday and only 8 a.m. in the morning.. They sold a bunch of burritos with chorizo, just ran out. I went in for the rollers / cheap little ones They taste really good . Didn't even have Big Burrito w/Chorizo . I said you know what that's what I came for, thanks and I laughed

It was not a great experience at this Del Taco. I paid extra to add sour cream to a tostada. It was clearly added to a pre-made tostada. The tortilla was soggy. See attached photo.

The people working did nothing but complain about their job while i was in there eating.. made it for a very miserable experience after my already long day at Magic Mountain.. Please be aware that people can hear you.

People are very rude at this location they don't seem to check the order before they give it to customer then you have to wait for a long long line I know it's a fast food restaurant shouldn't expect anything else than the least I can be respectful and check their order so that there's no mistakes has happened multiple times

A bad place that I do not recommend buying from, especially the team that works at night. They gave me a wrong order, and the size of their quesadillas is different, and the sandwiches were cold.

The worst. Went on 6/11 around 11 am. The guy had no idea what I wanted in the drive through (quesadillas and tacos)so I went in. Rude and dismissive. I asked for no tomatoes, tomatoes on everything. Quesadillas not cooked enough to melt cheese and not cut into pieces. Fries were barely cooked so they’re floppy and warm. Don’t they have training?!

This Del Taco is a joke. The service is what makes it a joke. Maybe train the workers to provide some form of customer service. I will never stop at this circus again. By the way did I mention you should train your workers, especially on how to use the cash register or maybe attend customers when they show up instead of gossiping. Just close this Del Taco down and give us a better choice in the area.

Walked into this Del Taco at 940 and an employee mopping the floor stopped me to tell me they were closed. Sign on the door clearly stated they closed at 10pm. They just wanted to go home earlier. A week before they wouldn't accept a 50 dollar bills. Horrible work culture that stems from management.

I was just there, ordered a Beef Bean burrito. Meat tasted rancid so I called to tell them. A man with a heavy accent answered the phone and and when I told him how bad the meat tasted, he started to argue? WHY? I wasn’t arguing with him, just told him the meat tasted old, spoiled. Like they keep adding meat to the existing meat. I loved Del Taco’s burritos, NEVER AGAIN! Del Taco, thank your employees, their lack of concern for their jobs and your business just cost you 2 more customers!

Unfortunately, their hours online are not correct. We went to get food after a day at Magic Mountain, and the worker inside just motioned to us that they were closed. Hours state 12 am on Saturdays. We arrived at 11:15 pm, and to our disappointment they were closed. So either the hours online are incorrect, or they decided to close 45 minutes early.

A little disappointed on toco Tuesday, ordered 15 tocos and everyone of them were put together skimpy, little to no meat, super light on the cheese but a ton of lettuce. If I wanted a salad I'd of gone to olive garden ...will not return to this location

Just don't. Spent over 20 minutes in line with ONE car in front of us. They got a taco. One taco. One drink. I heard the order. I got 2 burritos. Couple dollar Tacos. OVER 20 MINUTES. I don't know who is working, but they must be using chopsticks to pick up everything, or making food with their feet. It is insane how ridiculously slow this place is. If you want to just sit in line waiting for a soda, bet it would take them 30 minutes to give you the wrong soda.

Ordered our food went back and said we said cheesecake bite not donuts and he said well that costs more even tho he admitted to us saying cheese cake bites and HE made the mistake. He then took the donut bites and aggressively threw them in the bin while staring at me and refusing to get me cheesecake bites. Even tho it was his mistake.

Why are your fries hot but your burritos with beans and meat cold. Seriously taste gross, you should feel the warmth of the burrito and it just feels like wet slop. This was the worst del taco I've ever had.

We came a little later in the evening and the order taker in the drive through had a very strong accent that was hard to understand. We ordered two half pound burritos and two water cups. The total was $2.61. I handed over $20.61 and he handed back $8 shorting us $10. We brought it to his attention and he claimed he had given us $18. When we asked for the manager on duty he said no need to get the manager and handed us the $10 he owed us. He handed over the food forgetting the water cups and hot sauce. The food was delicious but the service is horrible.

Del Taco ARE YOU LISTENING (part 2)!!!!!!On the morning of July 13th we foolishly went through this drive thru again & were greeted nicely by your one good worker, Berta. We were then yelled at (in Spanish), by your cook, ‘Lupe’, who came to the drive thru window. She said she knew we were the customers who made a complaint & now other employees at this location were mad at her. She demanded to know who gave us the employee names mentioned in the complaint. Berta did her best to calm Lupe down, but the verbal dressing down continued. We really could not believe this was happening. Berta apologized. Since that day, we’ve called your 800 # for customer concerns (multiple times), as well as called the corporate office, & have not received a return call. It’s clear that customer concerns are not important to your company. This location IS THE WORST! Please do not reply & ask us to provide additional info online, that’s useless. My husband even tried to go on his Del Taco Rewards App to submit a concern, but that tab is blank; what a joke! Del Taco ARE YOU LISTENING!!!!!! We are fans of Del Taco, but this particular location is not getting it right! During the week (mornings) the female worker (Patricia) at the window is RUDE & gets orders wrong & is very resentful when it is brought to her attention. We’ve gone through this drive thru at various times over the past week & EVERY SINGLE TIME our order was wrong. The ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS LOCATION IS YOUR EMPLOYEE ‘Berta’ , but she only works the weekends. She is friendly, takes orders correctly & provides good customer service. Other than that, this location is not doing justice to Del Taco.

There is a lady that’s very with poor attitude I asked for 2 green sauce. She tried to charge me 27 cents for a second one. She is pretty heavy set lady and I don’t if it rings a bill to any of you guys. She need to be fired. It’s not the customers fault for her working there. Customer service with a smile is don forget that.

Have visited this location multiple times on my back from work. The past FOUR times i have gone through the drive through they have gotten my order completely wrong by adding what i asked not to have, as if i never asked at all. spending more time in the drive through than i would at any other location should give them enough time to have orders correct when they pass them out. But it seems to not help at all. The service of the staff was great and they were sweet, it’s just the fact that more often than not i get something wrong with my order and i end up not enjoying/eating the item i purchased. I wish that the workers making the food or taking the order would pay more attention to the needs/wants of the customer so it doesn’t happen to anyone else again.

We had to put in a complaint with corporate tonight. Went through the drive thru, got all the way home, only to find out some food was missing. Called, no one answered. Drove back to the store with the food we were given, showed them that they forgot to pack some of the food, and the woman "fake manager" was mad at us. She refused to refund the missing items. Insisted on making them (angrily) and gave no apology, no nothing. She refused to give her name and said talk to Brianna tomorrow, I don't deal with this. I worked in retail for over 20 years and would never treat a customer this way.

Had to update my rating. I used like the people. But not sure what is going on now. One lady was nice which makes me feel bad for this rating. They now keep messing up the orders. You get home and everything is wrong. Drive back and no says sorry or refuse to refund the money.

This is the third Del Taco I've been to and the worst. The hamburgers are always good this hamburger was sent back instantaneously. It was greasy the button was soggy and it tasted horrible. My husband had the fish tacos he ate them like them but they weren't as good as the other Del tacos in the desert. The atmosphere was gross. We went into the restroom and the whole place looked like a restroom dirty and disgusting. Maybe that's part of the reason why I didn't like the taste of my hamburger after seeing what it looked like inside. We ordered through the drive-thru and through the app. That is the last time we'll go to that Del Taco ever

Stopped in on a road trip home. They had no fries or Coca-Cola. Service was poor as they got my order wrong. For the prices they charge the order should be correct. Other customers asked for substitutions since there were no fries and the cashier didn't seem to understand.

Not a good experience at the Old Rd, Valencia CA location at all!!! I ordered 2 crispy chicken soft tacos, and thankfully, I always open them up and spread around the cheese and the lettuce. I did this with the first one, but when I opened the second I immediately saw a dead fly mixed in with the lettuce 🤢 I've contacted Del Taco multiple times with no response except an email stating "they take this kind of thing very serious and will be in touch asap." They sent that email 3x but have not followed up despite my multiple calls! I was was sick for 3 long, miserable days with food poisoning.... basically lived in my bathroom! I will never eat at another Del Taco again! And since they don't seem to care about or take the safety of their customers very serious I think everyone should know..... they do not care if their food makes you sick!
