Pizza is always delicious! The cook, Victor always makes the pizza perfect. We’ll worth the drive!

We just had our grandson’s graduation party catered by Peppino’s and we could not be happier. We got rave reviews from our guests who loved the food. The servers were great and so friendly and became part of our great experience. The pizzas are well above amazing and the salads and pasta was perfect. A graduation party is a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you John and all the Peppino’s staff for a wonderful memory.

If you want breakfast pizza, this is the place to go. Crust was nice and crunchy. Dough not to think. Got three large for a birthday at work. Everyone loved it and it came on time.

I ordered a gluten pizza with sauce, very light cheese, mushrooms, black olives, and caramelized onions. It was absolutely delicious and I have such a restricted diet but this was good. Customer service was wonderful as well right to the delivery. Very impressed.

Food here is always delicious. I stop in on my lunch break about once a week. It is priced well too. I usually get two slices a soda and a brownie for $7. I definitely appreciate the teacher discount as well. My only gripe is that service can be a little slow at times. It is hard to wait 10 minutes when it takes 10 minutes round trip to get there, but I always have some time to eat so I can't complain. The staff are always EXTREMELY friendly. Parking can be a pain at times as there is only street parking and generally only about two maybe three spots.

Ordered from here a week and a half ago. The food arrived in an absolutely horrible condition. Called the restaurant and went back and forth with the manager for a few days. Eventually I got in touch with the owner, a nice gentleman named John. He was very apologetic about my experience. We agreed on a time and place to meet and John met me downstairs in front of my building with my full refund, a few specialty slices and homemade pumpkin cheesecake. This is what a good business owner does to rectify bad situations customers endure. Highly recommend Peppino's. Thank you again John.

Picked up a rather large take out order and had to wait a bit for it's completion because of the size, it was not a problem because everyone was very friendly and working hard! I'd definitely recommend swinging by for a couple slices anytime!

We had these folks (Jody) cater our cocktail wedding reception. We were treated extremely well, we did some private tastings before the wedding to determine what we wanted and everything showed up and tasted exactly how it did when we sampled it. Our (some rather picky) guests raved about the food. It was delivered on time, with everything we had requested and it was laid out and presented perfectly. Our experience with Peppino's was fantastic. You will not regret them catering your event. Highly recommend the Risotto bombs, but everything we ordered from the appetizers to the deserts was awesome.

Our workplace Ordered us all breakfast pizzas 6 different kinds and all were delicious ,good crust and good cheese . One had a little maple syrup on it . I am going to swing by and try their regular pizzas .

Initially, I was told that even when you choose dairy free cheese for your pizza that the sauce still has traditional cheese in it. I’ve since spoken with additional people at the restaurant and the owner has confirmed that this is not the case. The vegan pizza here is especially delicious so carry on ordering!

After seeing that Peppino's won awards for their calzones, we decided to try it. FANTASTIC!! We each got the primo posto calzone, and agreed it literally was THE BEST we have ever tried. The flavors worked perfectly together for a spectacular dinner. Absolutely loved it. The cannoli for dessert was amazing as well. TRY IT!!

When I order a medium or large pizza it's always good and my favorite kind to get is the peppers because they are really good. This is going to sound weird but their sliced are hit or miss, I've had good and bad slices of their pizza there. Their dessert is really good there, I had their rainbow cookie cheesecake and it was delicious. I will be going back here for their medium and large pizza's and their dessert.

This time was Christmas Eve. My husband was suppose to bring home fish fry but he forgot. So we called around and everyone was closed. Then we called Peppinos and decided to order a alfredo and chicken dinner to go. It was ready in less than half an they even threw in a free garlic dinner roll. One less thing to worry about on the longest night and delicious.as usual! Have been going to Peppinos for over 30 years. After I married I introduced my husband who is from Utica to their pizza. He was extremely impressed they held up to his standards!

I wanted a place that would simply do it all… Prepare, deliver, set up, have a server or two, keep things looking nice. Catering manager Jodi was completely helpful and available all throughout the process. I can’t say enough about her responsiveness to questions. Fantastic! Nothing but positive compliments on the food itself. I was tremendously happy with choosing them and I would highly recommend.

Every time I've been there, I'm from out of town. I'm working in syracuse absolutely warm environment. Food is phenomenal prices are very reasonable and I had ordered a large pizza in wings. They told me it would here in 40 minutes. They had my order at my hotel room in 20 minutes.

On a Saturday evening after 7pm we ordered a chicken bacon ranch luna and were told it would be 50 mins. 20 mins later I got the text that it was ready and shortly after that it was at my door! Hot and delicious as expected. The delivery guy, top notch! I didn’t catch his name, but he was friendly and professional with a positive/happy attitude. Hope we get him again next time! Extraordinary pizza, pasta salads, green salads, desserts and much much more! Earlier this summer Peppino's catered our son's graduation party. They showed up with a large oven truck, set up a buffet with an incredible mix of foods. Our 100 guests raved about their experience. Today we had a group of people over so we placed a large to go order and again the reviews are through the roof! On Grant Boulevard, Peppino's is another staple on Syracuse's North side.

This is our go-to pizza place since moving to Syracuse. We love the Sicilian and chicken bacon ranch. Be aware they cut the regular pizza not in triangles but strips, but we call and ask for the regular cut and they will do so. Wish the prices were a little bit cheaper but we love the taste and quality. Usually spend over $50 for 2 large specialty pizzas.

Consistently fresh and tasty Italian style thick crust pizza. It's a friendly neighborhood pizza parlor which main business seems to be deliveries. I've never had a delivery that wasn't there in 40 minutes or less. There's also a wide choice other Italian food options and comfort food. If you live in the neighborhood or visiting friends in the area, it would be a nice walk to this pizza parlor as there is some limited seating indoors and out. If you drive there look for parking on the side streets because parking out front is very difficult. I would recommend calling ahead since all meals are made to order with the exception of slices. As one further point this business is a great supporter of local Syracuse City Schools offering discounts or even free food for School events.

We just had Peppinos cater our daughter’s grad party and it was fantastic! Jodi was wonderful to deal with, and everything went very smoothly. The meatballs were out of this world!

I love this place even more now that I can order a breakfast pizza any time....one of the tastiest , they have 1 competition that's delicious too?....keep up with creating more successful dishes your doing great, miss being at Webster though, loved buying for my classes after school, and their lunches were Devine, put a few pounds on and LOVED IT...LOL! I would of given a 5 star, but dough was a tad too done, love the dough softer, I am a dough fan...lol@

Their pizza is absolutely phenomenal, iconic Syracuse pizza, it will change your relationship with pizza itself. According to my native New Yorker boyfriend, my eyes widened when I ate my first piece like his did when he was a kid with his first ever slice of pizza. But their system of taking and giving orders seems to get a bit disorganized, and their garlic knots are basically just oil soaked bread rolls. Their pizza is still more than worth it, however.

This is first and foremost a neighborhood a pizza joint so it has to be judged on its pizza. The regular sausage pizza was good( just so you know I’m a pizza snob) I liked the crust, sausage was excellent and a good balance of cheese and red sauce. I wasn’t crazy about the Detroit pizza but my son loved it. ( Detroit style pizza is a little like Sicilian pie but with cheese made crispy around the edges). The turkey sub was ok and the veggie sub was a little short on vegetables though the mushrooms were good. They have a few tables in and a few outside. I’d definitely go again but I’d stay on the pizza train. BTW- the deserts looked good but I didn’t try them

Small shop with 4 small tables for seating. Displayed slices and desserts looked delicious! We ordered a buffalo chicken ranch wrap and a Gluten Free pizza. The GF pizzas only come in a "medium" size, not by the slice. Service was quick and friendly!

I really liked this pizza. The crust was crisp, yet still floppy, with the tiniest bit of char. Really nice. To be an above-average pizza, the toppings and cheese need to stay in place on the journey from hand to mouth. Peppino's nailed it in that regard. The proportions of cheese and pepperoni were just right, the sauce robust with a hint of herbs. We grabbed a 2-liter bottle of Pepsi, but no ice was available. Tsk, tsk. The soda was cold enough, though, so no major complaint there. The fried dough scored well with our group. The risotto bombs, not so much. It's safe to say they were just OK. The place is small, but clean. Just make sure you get that bathroom deadbolt secured, otherwise you're in for an awkward moment.

I want to be clear that I love this place, and we will keep eating here. The food is great and the staff is very friendly. However, while waiting for my order, I saw the pizza cook adding finishing cheese to a pizza with no gloves on. This pizza went right into a box and out for delivery. I had to willfully not think about how our food was handled. Having worked in food service, not using gloves really bothers me unless it is food yet to be cooked. As for our food, it was awesome and I can't wait to order again. This would have been 5 stars if I hadn't been able to see into the kitchen.

Have ordered a lot from Peppinos but lately seems that orders are missing things that you pay for. They usually correct their mistakes but kinda off putting that so many are being made. The food is good though especially the pizza and wings are 50/50 depending on the type you order. Will change to 4 stars after my missing part of the order is delivered.

The food here is good but they are definitely a lot pricier than most pizza places where the food is just as good. I also know the trend is to gouge customers for their love of wings and it started with reducing orders of them to 10 from a dozen. Now the new gouging tactic is to sell them by the pound here at Peppinos. As much as I like the food here I stopped ordering it because of the wings prices.

On hold for 10 minutes just to get hung up on. Been coming here for over a decade - a bit unexpected and disappointing to say the least. Used to be a lot better service.

The 2 in fact I would have given them 5 stars for the Risotto balls which were amazing and had that been all I ordered. BUT the calzone was ALL bread and very little Ricotta and cheese. In fact I added a note on the delivery page for a more ricotta cheese and I was willing to pay more. It was like I ordered bread with a little cheese. It was disappointing at best especially as you charged me $10.00.

We ordered 2 Chicken Parmesan Dinners with Rigatoni, the Rigatoni was fine, but we noticed first off that there was a good amount of water in the bottom of the food container, so immediately I knew something was off. Then I cut into my chicken, and I realized the breading on the chicken was not cooked or fried properly. Ordered through Doordash, and luckily they credited us for the poorly cooked meals. It seemed to me as if they didn't fry the chicken breasts at all, and they certainly didn't drain the rigatoni enough. It seemed rushed out the door. The Peppinos I knew in past years was far better than whatever is going on now.

Usually good. This time, the pizza arrived with a third of the cheese slid off. The driver refuses to come to the door, calls, says to come out and get your food. I don't leave my toddlers unattended to go outside my home and meet strangers. Very annoying. After this time, I won't order from them again. We aren't lacking in good pizza places here in Syracuse.

First, I have to say that the woman behind the counter was less than pleasant. We had ordered pizza and wings to take to a party. When I asked for a bag to put the wings in, she literally made a face. I'm so not sorry that I inconvenienced her because I did not want chicken wing grease all over my car. Second, the wings themselves would have been much better if they had sauce which stuck to them. I'm not sure if they were too greasy and that's why there was hardly any sauce or what. It's hard to find good pizza in Syracuse. The pizza was pretty good. They don't skimp on the toppings, but the sauce could use more garlic. Overall I give it a 2, mostly because the counter help was so unpleasant, but also because of the wings. We'll try it again another time and revisit this review.

I’ve been ordering from pepinos for years I’ve always gotten decent food the last two times I have ordered have been a big disappointment my boneless wings were burnt pizza was warm while ordering over the phone I felt rushed I understand it may get busy but customer service goes a long way don’t think I’ll be ordering from them anytime soon

Bro what?? We got the garlic pizza and its just cheese, bread and oil, LOADS of oil, & NO sauce. Didn't even taste garlic. Stupid square cut. Marinara was watery, mozzarella sticks were eh. We won't be ordering from here again. 2 stars bc the crust was alright. Not worth the high price though. 👎

I really wanted to like the pizza. I got the PS2. The cheese, crust, and toppings were all great. But where's the sauce on my pizza!? There was probably twice as much of the creamy ricotta as there was sauce, to give you an idea (the creamy ricotta is sparsely placed dollops). Not exaggerating when I say that 90% of the pizza had ZERO SAUCE (no, I'm not saying it was too thinly spread, I'm saying there was none at all in 90% of the pizza), just cheese fused to bread. It's sad giving it this review, because it had a lot of potential. There's a tomato in your logo, so embrace that wonderful tomato and gimme some sauce!!! Added a photo to illustrate. It's hard to show because without sauce the cheese fused completely with the bread so I can't peel it up really. But there's no sauce in that photo, the only red you see is pepperoni.

Ordered one large cheese and 20l wings. 43 bucks, wings were way over cooked, maybe precookwd and refried. So dry. Pizza had like no cheese. So many pizza places. You better step up your game.

OMG. This place is a joke! Placed an order for pickup and arrived on time. Ordered a large cheese pie and two sandwiches. I was told after waiting 15 minutes that they we’re waiting on the bacon cheeseburger melt. While waiting they received three calls that were all problems. Items missing. Items wrong and the last call never got their delivery! I waited another 20 minutes when the sandwich came out. Unfortunately the other items were now barely warm. $50 for this? Never again!

Ordered here based on a review by news reporter Brandon Roth. Ordered the special calzone a PS2, a ‘large’ cheese and risotto balls. Don’t know how this was award winning. Dough was dense and greasy. Price was very high for the tiny pizza described as ‘large’. Ps2 was so salty couldn’t taste any flavors directly. My family took one bite as passed. I continued to eat it. Unfortunately I became extremely sick, profuse vomiting and dizziness for days. Stomach still not quite right. Worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had. Will never order from here again. Think health inspector should take a look.

Tried them for the first time yesterday. I stopped by to pick up a cpl slices for lunch around 12:00pm and I went ahead and bought their $3.99 2 slice special. After the lady working put the 2 slices into a toaster over to reheat them, I knew I was in trouble. The slices seemed as though they'd been sitting for days. They were very small slices. Sauce was dried out and barely any on there. There was barely any cheese, whatever cheese was on there was dried out and barely noticeable. The crust was stale and old as well. After a cpl bites they were thrown to the side and tossed in the trash. Not sure if I was given some old slices from a day or two before? I'd hope that's their excuse because this pizza was very bad. Anyhow, I definitely won't be back here that's for sure.

FOR YEARS THEY WERE....they were awesome. Best food, best service. Today they are overpriced, poor quality food, refuse 'reasonable' customer concessions and the customer service is not what it used to be. The best part is we used to use them to cater events at work and have gone different directions. A very big disappointment when you order off a lunch menu and the order is totally wrong as they readily admit and offer a 3 dollar coupon because I cant wait for the replacement food. They are DEF not getting my Super Bowl order. Pissed is an understatement. It isn't like this is a first time mistake. a dollar a wing and 3 dollars is I get back. Pfffft

Listen, if you’re going to cut your pizzas into strips then tell the customer that when they order. None of your pizzas on fb or website show this weird cut to a pizza, nor is that what you sell when I bought a slice for lunch one day. But if you buy a whole pizza you decide to cut it bizarre without telling me or giving me an option??? How in the hell are you supposed to eat it? It’s like the 3 sea shells to wipe on Demolition Man. Will not be buying pizza from peppinos again!!! Waste of money and food as it had to be thrown away when you can’t pick it up to eat it!

Parking isn’t great for pickup which is fine but I showed up over an hour after ordering and still had to wait. Ok fine I get it maybe it was an oversight. Then I look at the large pizza which is $17. Hahahaha I thought I got a dominos medium. Never again.

I literally ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and cheese fries yesterday for $33... And let me tell you, the pizza was as dried as can be, it had absolutely no buffalo sauce on it.. barely had cheese and had random pieces of chicken tenders on it... And the fries lol, they literally melted shredded cheese onto my fries and called them cheese fries. How tacky! If I wanted shredded cheese to be melted into my fries, I would have made them at home. I won't be ordering from peppinos again nor will I recommend the food to anyone. The quality sucks and isn't worth the money!! Id honestly love a refund but I'm sure they won't do that.. definitely not Italian made pizza.. Americanized for sure!

I ordered a pizza and I understand the weather is bad. I got a text saying Pizza was ready hour and a half later I’m still waiting for my delivery and I’ve been a chef for 30 years you don’t start food when your drivers behind pizza is gonna be dried out and nasty my recommendation. If you’re running behind, don’t start the food for business. As I was right, this delivery guy showed up very polite said he was sorry. Pizza is cold and dried out. Unacceptable.

Normally I like their food a lot. Breakfast pizza is my favorite. Today I ordered directly from their website, confirmed the order and paid. Went to pick it up after receiving an email with a pick up time and they were closed. How can you let someone order and charge them if you are closed? Change the order feature on the site, come on.

I love I was charged $9.23 for slices and was told it was $9.23 and then it gets updated on my cash app on the first that it is 1553 I was told by a employee that it was 923 with tax then why am I paying 1553 for my food? This is outrageous when I’ve been doing business there for 10 years and my father who passed has been for almost 20…update this year on top of my last experience the service here is trash foods great but the employees are rude and do not try to help customers when there’s a problem with something specifically when your ordering food and you tip them out they treat you like garbage when you ask for help

I just ordered a bacon cheese burger from peppinos. It was not good. It came with carmalized onions, bacon and cheddar cheese. There was barely any of all of the above on the burger. In fact I didn't even see cheese or taste it. The picture showed lettuce and tomato. There was none. One bite of bacon I finally reached was fat. I was so disappointed. Especially based on the amount of money I spent. See ya peppinos. I used to like you but I'm so done and will not be ordering from you again.

Ordered a pizza and it never showed up, when we called the manager he said “what’s your problem with me?” … at least do your job and deliver the pizza or at bare minimum say sorry and correct YOUR mistake. PATHETIC

Second time in a row my food showed up cold and I live literally around the corner. I called to let them know the second time, "this delivery" and got nasty attitude from Valerie who did say she would replace the food but after that nasty attitude I said no forget it and will never order from them again. I swear every time I go there to pick up food the counter girls are always rude and seem like they are on something. Not a family friendly atmosphere and definitely overpriced for the quality you receive . Absolutely disgusted. Mr. Vigliotti you should hire better people. People who actually care. I'm done with this place for good now!

This place is a disgrace people that work there should be ashamed of themselves. My child walked in to grab a pizza they told him if he was not eighteen he was not allowed to enter the place what kind of establishment is that. There excuse was there they did not want kids to enter there business do to other kids they had issues with well that would there problem you can not assume that every child who comes in there is like that that is discrimination and that should be addressed. My child is a great kid very respectful it’s sad people like them think they can treat people this way they have lost us as a customer do to this and they will others I can assure you of this.

I would give this restaurant a rating of a zero but I have to give it one. We ordered pizza from here and the pizza was basically a pool of grease, and the boneless chicken wings where cold when we got them and it to several attempts to cut threw them. It was horrible and disgusting, they lost a family of loyal customers. Basically the food is awful. Just look at my photos to see how awful it is. I mean just look my pictures of this place and how we spent $40 on this awful food....

We have ordered from for a long time and have never had a problem with delivery. To my surprise they no longer deliver less then 5 miles away. When I called to speak to a manager she knew exactly who I was and said they dont deliver to 13088. When I told her that it's less then 5 miles she began to tell me that my last orders were pickups which is true because we were out that way but every other order was delivery. Then sais its 12 min and 24 minutes round trip. Then begins to tell me that I was yelling at her and I told her believe me if I was yelling she would know it then said if I gave her a minute she could look it up and see how far so if I didn't give her my address and she's only going by phone number how did she get my address? Not from me maybe because it was in her computer because we have had deliveries and a lot of them. Then says she probably could deliver it and told her never mind because I dont like being called a liar . Then as I'm looking up the site I get 4 text messages asking me to reply Y for 20 % off and other offers. To bad I would rather have your pizza then any other. We will Start looking some place else. The women i spoke to as well really should not talk to customers the way she did and try to lie and tell me they have never delivered to my home. I used to get chicken riggies all the time from you guys and enjoyed the food but the pasta was dry and no chicken in it!

Worst meal we've ever had. Burger patty was like McDomalds served on weird "bread" lettuce was limp. Fish was more like a Mc Ds fish patty. Never again. All was cold. Onion rings were OK, but cold.

The place was very makeshift.. not in the cozy "traditional pizzeria" way either. Tables looked/felt dirty and the first place I sat at had stuff on the floor underneath. Horribly understaffed.. took way too long to be addressed when I walked in the door and the guy was barely checking up on people except to attempt to rush me to finish during the meal. Food took an abnormally long time for what little I ordered.. especially considering I was one of the only people there. The food itself was like.. barely above gas station quality. Utterly inoffensive, and very overpriced for that quality. Also partway through my meal, I heard a crash from the kitchens and someone yelling "ow," which is always a fantastic sign as far as a place being well-run is concerned. Was honestly tempted to just walk out without paying the bill. And I say that with zero shame whatsoever. One should hesitate to put more effort into paying for food than the restaurant itself put into the experience.

I have honestly never ordered from here and gotten what I ordered. Sometimes they will make up for it sometimes absolutely not. If you're new to the area or visiting, avoid this place unless you're walking in to order and wait for it. If not youll end up with cold food, and missing items. Sometimes the complete wrong item.
