TV screens are everywhere for a great view. The staff are great. Larencia and Amira provided professional service with a smile. When I get back in town I'll catch some sports games there, again.

Great staff and delicious food. The Pot Roast was absolutely perfect. Plenty of parking. There are plenty of seats. The bathrooms were very clean. I highly recommend stopping here for a bite to eat.

Much better here than the other Twin Peaks over in Addison I guess. Waitress is here on point got service at 10:00 p.m. on a Wednesday with 20 people at the bar and under 30 seconds. Both bartenders were friendly and moving at great speed paying attention to their clients. Much different than the other experience that I left from earlier over in Addison. New York strip steak was made perfect and tasty. $5 old Fashions on Wednesday I come to find out. I hung out talked with the friendly bartenders. Even got some dessert. An enjoyable experience. I guess management here is on top of the job responsibilities on like the other location.

Enjoyed my first visit to this location. They brew the beer here, so that’s a bonus. Service was very attentive and extremely friendly. Jeanne was behind the bar and made sure that everything was perfect. My only regret is that I don’t live in Irving, so that I can visit more often. Food=5 stars. Beer=5 stars. Jeanne= 10 stars!!

Love visiting Twin Peaks during my lunch time. The ladies are all very nice and helpful. Today I had the pleasure being waited on by Kierra. It is my first time with her, super beautiful girl. She is very attentive, she asks questions to make sure you’re getting what you ask for. She is very patient, kept her beautiful smile on her face. Never stopped checking in with us. Loved the food! The serving size of any appetizer is good enough for one person to be full the whole day :D do try chicken nachos!! The meat was very tender and juicy. They organize parties every Friday evenings, recommended to certainly visit on Fridays.

Twin peaks is one of the best sports bar I’ve ever visited in Irving!! Our server was really friendly and amazingly fast in service. Loved their varieties of in home brewed beers!! The chicken nachos were tasteful and were good enough for four people and it’s cheaper compared to other places. Would definitely visited again when I’m in Irving!!!

Had a great meal while visiting TX. Jordan, my server was prompt, polite and very pleasant. The ‘Barrel Aged Knotty Brunette’ beer was very good. I had the bacon app and the pot roast, finishing off with mini apple turnovers. Way too much food. Both were very good meals, and the dessert was pleasant. Will definitely return on a future visit.

I like to think that I appear at this location more than the average customer, but I wanted to finally take some time to acknowledge some items that occur at this specific location. I typically dine here in the evenings and I’m always greeted warmly by the hosts and usually head to the bar. During this time, I’m always greeted warmly by the bartenders, but usually Alex is always the first one to greet me. She always asks me if it’s my first time (even though I think she’s just messing with me at this point because she remembers my drink of choice) and relays the daily specials that they are offering on that day. All of the bartenders always check on me even though i see them typically moving around and making sure everything is being handled accordingly, but I still feel like I’m important and it means a lot being able to walk in and relax and in a very welcoming environment. Would highly recommend to anyone in the metroplex or if you’re visiting the Dallas area! Great location!

Twin Peaks in Irving is my go-to spot, especially on weekdays when it's less crowded – perfect for some quality "me time." The vibe here is truly unique and always puts a smile on my face. My usual order is a crisp Blue Moon beer, and I always pair it with a snack. The great snack choice every time, and they always have something delicious to offer. The staff at Twin Peaks are superb friendly, and my special surprise tips always go their way. The place itself is very well maintained, making it a great spot to hang out, whether you're flying solo, meeting friends, or even with family. Just a small heads-up, though: sometimes the beer glasses can be a bit smelly. It might be time for them to get some new ones or give them a super deep clean! Overall, Twin Peaks Irving offers a fantastic experience, and it's a definite favorite of mine!

3 stars - service decline seems to be trend at this location. Had a late lunch with my wife and ordered my Philly, as usual, which on my opinion is the best in the area and she ordered the buttermilk biscuit chicken Sliders (WOW ). The waitress, either was having a bad day or she just want feeling it. But over all, the atmosphere was enough for me to keep coming to this location. The location in Lewisville is always upbeat even during the worst of the rush hour. Update: Last night 12/18 three of us went to have a beer and a philly. As always, the food was great and service was A LOT better. This is why I gave it one more star. We're not at 5 stars yet but, I'll sacrifice and keep having beers and philly's for your guys until they get to 5 stars..😉. In the meantime here is a pic of my beer. She made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. If you make to this twin peaks, ask for her; she'll take care of you.

Best place to hangout with friends. I love their alcohol menu, they have one of the best draft beers. Good food, chips and salsa is one of the biting I would recommend everyone with drinks. Hot girls, amazing beers and some game makes this place total enjoyable. Amazing and fast service. I would definitely love visiting this place again.

Probably one of the best Twin Peaks I've, been to in the Dallas and surrounding areas. However, I would critique the service when it comes to opening time. I walked in at 10:35 and was told that they don't open until 11. I would definitely change the opening time to 11 on the website or Google maps. Unfortunately, I was ready to spend a generous amount.

The food was pretty good, plenty of tv's for game nights. Service was a little slow and they didn't have a lot of knowledge about the food they served for those with allergies or diet restrictions. Some of the guests were a little loud and annoying, which was allowed by the staff, though I'm guessing she worked there or something, because she seemed to know some of the staff. Unfortunately, the night ended on a real sour note when we noticed baby roaches crawling across the table towards the end of our night. I made the manager aware and he apologized and gave vouchers for free chips and salsa, but didn't address the actual issues even though I showed him in real time that they were on the table and they still dressed the table for the next guests without doing anything about the actual problem. The manager was a nice and personable guy, otherwise. Side note: I only went there because the sign outside made me think it was a new sandwich restaurant that was replacing Twin Peaks (see photos).

Food was meh. COD must have been baby cod, the asparagus hit a hot surface for burn marks. Service doesn’t know the difference between a single short and a double TALL, doesn’t mean bring me a tall glass on the side.

The haddock tacos were dry and one came with a really thin and overcooked piece of fish. Wish they had corn tortillas as a substitute but the waitress said they didn't have any. Also, the three cheese mac was dry. I had such high hopes for Twin Peaks after hearing so many good reviews but was highly disappointed. Oh and had I known the sweet potatoes fries were going to be salted I would have ordered regular fried. I know last night was really busy but I watched other waitresses tend to their many tables on the regular but she only came enough to bring our orders, which she took as long time to take and bring... ... even with our appetizers and drinks (that she wouldn't let me change after about two minutes after ordering which took over 15mins to arrive). We had to with flag her down or ask one of the other waiters and servers for assistance. I'm a really patient and understanding person but last night both were tested. I didn't complain because I understood they were busy but I really did expect the food to at least be better for the price. Maybe I'll try again with the pulled pork nachos which is what I wanted in the first place.

I love Twin Peaks, but this one was really bad. I usually sit at the bar, but for this location, the bar was full, so I had to sit at a high top next to the bar. Just horrible service. It took 10-15 minutes to order a beer. I had the flatbread pizza (which took about 45 minutes to get), and that was like it was under a heat lamp forever. My wife tried to get a second beer, and after 20 minutes, she gave up. Just a bad experience all around.

Twin Peaks Review – Extremely Disappointed After Multiple Visits I’ve given this location more than enough chances, and I’m officially done. Two weeks ago, I came with my family and spent over $150 on food and drinks. While my family received their meals and started eating, my order never came out. I waited over 45 minutes for wings in a restaurant that wasn’t even busy. It ruined what was supposed to be a celebration. Today, November 1st, 2025, I returned hoping for a better experience. My food arrived cold — the Mom Pot Roast and mac & cheese were both served cold. This marks my third bad experience at this location in a row. I’ve tried to be patient, but the lack of customer service and food quality has made it clear that I won’t be coming back. I’ll be sharing my experience with others so they know what to expect.

I’ve been a huge fan of Twin Peaks for years, and my friends and I come to the IRVING, TX location all the time during football season. But our last visit felt completely off — I’m not sure if there’s new management or if something changed company-wide, but the experience was rough. Apparently, they DON’T DO GAME AUDIO ANYMORE unless it’s the COWBOYS or another LOCAL DALLAS TEAM. The manager said he didn’t want to deal with people complaining about which game was playing. We told him we didn’t care WHICH game had audio — heck, play the SLAPPING COMPETITION or CORNHOLE CHAMPIONSHIPS for all we care — just PLAY SOME SPORTS AUDIO. Instead, it was dead air with slow, sleepy music in the background. What’s the point of going to a SPORTS BAR WITH NO SPORTS AUDIO? If people are really that picky, make it fun — spin a wheel, have a waitress pick, or randomize which game’s audio plays. Anything is better than generic music in a place built for sports fans. When we asked the manager, DAVE, about it, he just shrugged it off and literally told us, “YOU CAN FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO.” Pretty wild to hear that after years of being loyal regulars who’ve spent thousands there on food, drinks, and tips. We weren’t loud or confrontational — we simply asked and were brushed off. Even some of the waitresses quietly mentioned that MANAGEMENT THERE JUST DOESN’T CARE MUCH ABOUT CUSTOMERS ANYMORE. That was disappointing to hear, especially since this location used to feel like home base for us during football season. To top it off, Dave wouldn’t seat our group of 8 in the back (said it was “reserved” even though it sat EMPTY ALL NIGHT) and told us, “IF YOU GUYS ARE STANDING AROUND, I’LL CUT YOU OFF.” Meanwhile, the table next to us stood around the entire time with no issue. Maybe a little profiling? Not sure, but it didn’t feel great. BOTTOM LINE: PLEASE BRING BACK GAME AUDIO. Sports fans come to Twin Peaks for the atmosphere — the energy, the noise, the games. Take that away and you lose the entire vibe that makes the place special. There are plenty of easy ways to make it fair when no Dallas team is playing without turning off sports entirely. We’ve always loved Twin Peaks and want to keep coming back, but this last experience left us wondering if it’s even worth it anymore. Thanks for taking the time to read this — really hope you consider this feedback otherwise other sports bars are just going to take your customers... Although maybe the managers don't care I guess since they told us we could find a another place. 🤷

Twin Peaks in Irving, Texas, is like a low or high budget Hooters and unfortunately, my experience didn't live up to the hype. While I expected a fun, casual atmosphere reminiscent of Hooters, what I found was a mix of subpar service and average food. The decor and setup are indeed similar, with plenty of TVs and a sports bar vibe, which I appreciated. However, the service was quite lackluster. Our server seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, taking longer than expected to take our order and even longer to bring our drinks. It was frustrating, especially since the restaurant wasn't overly busy at the time. As for the food, it was just okay. I tried their wings, which were decent but lacking in flavor, and the fries were undercooked. I expected a bit more from a place that prides itself on its menu. The prices weren't too bad, but I felt I could have gotten better quality at other nearby restaurants. Twin Peaks didn't quite hit the mark for me. While the atmosphere has potential, the service and food quality need significant improvement. Given the competition in Irving, I might not be in a hurry to return.

Standard sports bar breastraunt showing it's age on a worn out theme. Novelty is over so what is needed to keep the place relevant? Let's start with a food upgrade. Either food quality has slipped over the years or other competitive places have improved to better this peaky place. So from here things get short. The salad is staight up chain restaurant quality. The baseline of mediocre. The smoked wings just were missing the perfect texture and the hot garlic sauce kept with the limp wing theme. The ribeye while a wonderful presentation, was not any more wonderful than your average chain. No steak house quality here. But then, maybe this is harsh. After all. It's a chain breastraunt and not meant to be compared to an average steak house or your mass produced over developed chain restaurant. It's about the peaks? Or is it. Eeyroe says, be things it was more about the eye lashes at this location....

I believe there is zero management supervision at this location. Tables can stay up to one hour with dirty dishes. Literally there is no place to sit because all tables stay dirty for a long time. These girls spend more time on their phones than paying attention to the customers.

Will never come back too this location as I had a bad experience a would rather eat at home & not have too deal with anyone thinking I’m going too steal an order of fries .. this is crazy to me too think but lost my respect an don’t ever plan on coming too this establishment as I have been too twin peaks all over the country. What a shame as I should have dealt with a manager as some of the people don’t know what business they lost until it’s gone as this use too be my favorite spot.

Very disappointing experience at a place we regularly visit — we come here at least once a week specifically for the Dirty Blonde, which is our favorite. Unfortunately, the last-call situation was handled very poorly. No last-call announcement was made (which is standard in most bars). We tried ordering around 11:25 PM but couldn’t find our server, and when we finally ordered at 11:30 PM, we were refused tall beers even though the bar was nearly empty with only a couple of tables occupied. The delay happened due to staff unavailability, yet we were penalized for it. The manager offered no clear explanation or solution. During billing, the server simply handed us the payment device and walked away without basic interaction, which felt disrespectful. As regular customers, this was disappointing. Someone from management should properly address this and clarify their policies — better communication and customer service are needed.

Horrible service from our waiter. Left us at our table without being attended for about 20 minutes just to wait another 30 minutes for one beer and a cocktail. Food took about another 45 minutes to be ‘made.’ Then a get a bogus speech about their system going down and that is why our food has taken so long to arrive. The waiter then proceeded to tell me that my wings are almost done and they are just saucing them up. If you are to tell anybody that, you would be expecting your food to be hot once it arrives at your table. The chicken wings that she brought to my table were so cold, you could just tell off the get-go that my order was forgotten about and instead of doing the right thing and just remaking our orders. The lack of discipline and organization all stems from management. I usually don’t leave bad reviews due to I myself working in the service industry as well. What I went through and experienced yesterday. No excuse, pathetic.

I usually visit this place very often because I like the atmosphere and the food, and on several occasions I've gone with my little dog, who is very small and calm; she's my emotional support animal. She's always with me because I get depressed very easily. Today I went with my family, and the woman named Erika, who said she was the general manager, was very insensitive and kicked me out of the place because I was sitting at a table with my dog, who wasn't causing any trouble. I own a restaurant myself, and I think someone like her shouldn't be working with the public when all we wanted was to eat and have a peaceful time. I hope they take her attitude towards customers into account. The place is animal-themed, so they shouldn't be kicking out a harmless little animal.
