My friend and I always go to this location late at night and they are always so friendly and the food is so good. Tonight we were greeted by Cristella and Anthony both very nice and made us laugh! love it!
Loved this place!! Very good service, the person in the drive thru was very kind and understanding! Will definitely go again!! There was tall brown girl who got my order perfect and asked me for what sauces I would like I was very pleased! Been there a few times but never service so good!
I ordered through the drive thru and it was fabulous. My food was correct and hot. The service was excellent and the guy who gave me my food was incredibly nice and professional.

Food is always fresh when I go, as well as customer service on point. They were out of hot sauce, but with everything going on it’s understandable. Thankfully it’s back!
Food is as expected of a Jack-in-the-Box. I came in around 9pm and ordered 2 tacos, a side salad and a small sweet tea, and the cashier set me up for a 3 taco combo because that would have been the same thing, plus and extra taco for cheaper than buying the items separately!! He was such a delight. Thanks to that fantastic cashier my evening munchies were satiated and I had a great experience.
Jasmine is always so fast, super kind! And helpful she is trully rocking it!! Come to this location and see her! Always greets with a smile!!

Honestly it's Jack in the Box what do you expect. It's solid. I give 5 stars because it is currently 3:50 am and I was craving a shake, and other places not to be named (McDonald's and others) were not serving shakes and I was sad. But then I came here and the nice girl said they were indeed serving shakes! So I got my shake and 2 tacos bc they sounded yummy.
I use to hate coming to this location! However since this young man named KEVIN had been there, my orders are correct and he is always so polite!! Last night as he passed me my son’s food he looked so sad. This young ma tells me his close friend past away the night before and he is truly hurting. Again he was rude nor was he not attentive to my needs. He just looked as his light he normally has had been dimmed! I asked why did he come to work he said,” WORK IS WORK”! The young man is responsible just by saying that! I just had to acknowledge him, sweet young man! Don’t mess it up Jack and the Box, make him a manager!! I’m here only for the egg rolls that are fried fresh every time. Not too fond of the sweet-and-sour sauce but if you give me some ranch, we will be fine.
I had a great experience visiting this restaurant today. I placed a mobile order for pickup but decided to eat in the restaurant today. The staff was very friendly, and had the order ready for me when I arrived. My order was accurate and very delicious! The self service station was clean and well stocked. The dining room and restroom were clean. Highly recommend! 🍔 🍟 😋
I recently visited this location with my family although i had a big order and the location was very busy at the moment the staff still took their time ensuring quality i waited 15 minutes but that’s what happens when you order a lot of food the drive thru worker Wayne was very nice and gave me and my family the best experience we could have asked for thank you to the staff
This place is always clean and the staff is always so nice with customers including me lol, and this Jack has one of the most wonderful and nice managers I have ever meet I don't know her name but she's a young Hispanic lady and she's always helping with a smile in her face and for the looks of it she knows how to manage the place very well, recommending this place 100%

I always pass by this place while riding my bicycle at night. It’s a hit and miss on some nights. On the one hand it’s great of you got a craving for egg rolls and ultimate cheeseburgers. At 2 am. On the other hand pray that you get there hoping no one is ahead of you. Cause you’re going to wait awhile. And that’s normal since I seriously doubt that they have full staff there to get your order out quickly in the wee late hours in the night we’ll into those night owl mornings.

We ordered through the drive-through. I like that they offer so many meal deals. We ordered and headed to the payment window. The Team Member was pleasant, the food was hot and tasty. The atmosphere was bland.
The reason for 3 stars is I waited in a long drive-thru line for milkshakes only to find they were out. I understand things happen sometimes, but it would’ve been nice if they had posted a sign.
If you want good fresh food you gotta ask for it to be fresh and if you ask for any condiments make sure you check the bag to make sure they're in there because I asked her if Ranch was in my bag and she said yes but when I looked there was none so had to go back in and get it
When I got to window the cashier looked like she wasn't feeling good. She said her boss told you she had to come regardless. She said she had been sick every day. I think that is sooo cruel to make someone do that. She came because fear of losing her job also. Jack I'm so let down hearing this. Hopefully she was able to go home and rest and not be sick at work. And I hope it wasn't something serious and she well...
The curly fries were warm; not hot. As soon as I drive off from the drive-thru, I expect to reach in the bag and pull out a very hot fry; so hot that it burns my mouth.
Got the spicy chicken strip box. Wow was it spicy! I like it spicy but this was over the top spicy. The straps were more like nuggets and when they are put in a small box with the French fries, it makes the fries soggy.
I used to regular this spot every weekend. The burgers they make are sloppy with everything out of place and covered in sauce. The tea urns, or the teas nozzles to be exact, are also never cleaned. I know this because I used to work in the food industry. If you don't bleach out a tea urn, the tea will taste moldy. This is the case with the tea at this particular location. The tea always taste rotten. The staff are nice but I cannot go back here because of the rotten tea taste and the sloppily made sandwiches.

Went for breakfast. How can you serve breakfast, offer hash browns with their combo meals but be out of hash browns and only offer to sell you the sandwich or leave? Her statement to me was "we are out of hash browns, do you still want to order"? Thumbs down.
This location hasn't had Monster Tacos for over 2 weeks! Why? Can't they post a sign to let customers know this? Their own employee took my order for Monster Taco's and he didn't know it either! What kind of business operation is this?
Been here multiple times and the wait can be extremely long in both the drive thru and the dining room. Waited for a large fries for a solid 30 minutes one time. Especially if there's a long drive thru line it's gonna be a while until you get your food unlike other fast food restaurants.
The food here always ok. Never had a problem with the service until today. I ordered the sausage platter for breakfast. She repeated my order and clarified it was sausage, not bacon. I pulled up and paid. Once again, she asked if it was bacon. I said no, sausage. She yelled to the cook, "no, its sausage, not bacon." I got my food 2 minutes later and drove off. Get home and open the cover. Bacon; not sausage. Wow. Pretty sure this was intentional...
I pulled into the drive-thru and no one came to take my order so I drove to the window. I sat there with no service. I could hear noises inside and saw an employee peeking from around the corner and there was an employee in the lobby. No one ever came to take my order so I left.
VERY BAD Customer service! The lady at the window taking my order did not know how to take my order, didn’t understand English! Pretty much everything I was ordering, they did not have! Will not be going back! Unprofessional and Inexperienced she was!!! Get it together Jack-in-the-box!
Waited around 45 minutes (with only 3 cars ahead of us) we had ordered online and when we got our food, NONE of the modifications we made (besides no lettuce on the taco) were paid attention too (plain and dry for the burger, and a different cheese for the chicken sandwich, that’s literally it)
This is another Jack in the Box location that I’ve visited for the third time that refuses service because the system is shut down. I was told that “the systems shut down at 4am”. I was only able to retrieve this information because I had to drive around to the drive thru window to ask. The young kid purposely did not have a headset on to answer any customers that pull up to the drive thru. He certainly made sure that he was indeed on his phone instead. Now I have to leave my neighborhood to go out of my way to another Jack in the Box (on hwy 6, in Missouri city, near Walmart). What is surprising is this location NEVER turn down service due to a “system shut down”. I’ll stick with that location from here on out, at least I know I will never get turned away.
I ate here 3 -4 days ago I ordered a #5 and 2 tacos late night after work . After I finished eating I didn’t feel good I didn’t think to much of it But The next morning I had headache , nauseous and dizziness along with very strong stomach cramps ! The following night I had severe diarrhea! That was so bad I had to go to the ER the Stomach Cramps were unbearable! Turned out I had a stomach virus along with food poisoning! Please clean your kitchen ! I spend 2 days at the ER ! Don’t let anyone else get sick!
Ordered via the app yesterday and when I arrived the store was lit up but no one was there. Waited close to 40 mins and sure enough no one was coming out and the store is supposed to be 24 hours. You cannot cancel your order once you click prepare food so I ended paying for food I never received. Terrible location you should avoid at all cost.
This is by the far the poorest service I have ever had. Drive up the window and you get someone who clearly hates her job. You ask her a question and she rolls her eyes. Definitely the last time I will ever order anything from here. Good luck owners!

My 1st time EVER going to this establishment. I Went to order 6 tacos and the individual who was making them was using NO gloves to put the lettuce in the taco which is disgusting. Go elsewhere please if you’re hungry
I'm always surprised that this restaurant at Dulles and Lexington is still open. Egg rolls and jalapeno poppers have seen a recent price increase with no change in quality or quantity. I'm rarely asked what condiments I want with my order. It's surprising how often my order is wrong considering the low volume of traffic there. Avoid if at all possible.

There was hardly any customers. Only 2 cars ahead of me in drive thru lane. No customers inside. I Waited for 15 minutes and we never moved. Never got my food.
These people cant speak or understand the english language. I waited in line 5 min just to place my order. I told her only lettuce on my burger. When i finally got my order she only gave me the burger but no fries when i told her she was rude and upset and acted like i didnt tell her. When i finally got the fries she threw them down on the table. That was the last straw will be reporting this to there corporate manager. It seems they only like to serve mexicans who speak there language. Racist people.
This place is a joke LoL! I sincerely apologize 🙏, but I'd rather eat a hot pocket that's been frozen since inception. If a horned owl swopped into this place with the promise of a cockroach meal, he'd leave because they can't even make or fake a million year old recipe. This place should become a Chick-fil-A,What-a-burger even a McDonald's would suffice. Anything that doesn't allow a preying mantis to franchise a food establishment would be 😎 awesome. All of Sugarland just drives to What A Burger.
The place is extremely gross. We saw bugs and mosquitos everywhere. The employees are rude, and they have an attitude. If you don't want to get sick, Don't go there. **your health is more important than Jack In box's fast food**

Im 100% sure that the guy wiped something with the napkin he put in my bag. And did something to my food. Also I threw the drink away because he was standing in front of the lady while making my drink. Not coming back, but he looked like he was the manager from his uniform. Food was cold also. Went today around 1:20pm ish, and he didn't hand me my reciept.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at this location. Waited in the drive thru line (inside was closed) for approximately 15 - 17 minutes and no one came on the speaker. I saw a few cars leave but then realized that there WAS NO ONE IN THE STORE. I have had rude service at this location (when someone is there) BUT I will give it one more shot and then - never again.
The place looks dirty from the drive thru! They use gloves on everything like money, credit cards and then pack your food with the same gloves! That's called cross contamination! Gloves carry more germs than your own hands. They need cross contamination and surface training bad!

Unfortunately, I visited here two days ago. I ordered four tacos, and I wound up getting food poisoning. I had to go to the emergency room. Spin about half a night and have a morning.
This location is so close to my house but the worst one I’ve ever been to. This location always gets the order wrong, but this day was the worst. At noon on a Sunday, I was there for 30 minutes (20 minutes at the drive thru speaker). The guy told me to wait over and over. 4 cars behind me left. So did 2 cars in front of me that ordered (without food). I finally drove to the window. I was the only one left and there was an employee drinking a drink laughing and talking to his friends. These owners need to watch their employees and managers.
Every single time I come to this location there is a problem! Either rude workers that try to hurry you up, giving you a total without you finishing your order. Also saying "you done yet". Then there is a time I have came and they didn't have a cook. They could only serve drinks. Then when I can actually have a nice worker and food made I wait in the drive thru for literally 15 or more mins. This is the worst location I have ever been to and it's rare when I come only when I'm in the area to visit family. And that is rarely!
I’ve never commented on this location as much as I already should have. They need to fire almost every one of these people as they do not care about customer service or sanitary needs. They need to give a raise if that’s what it takes to the very very few people that are good at their customer service which is probably only a hand full thus far. They take forever to take your order, they don’t wear gloves every time, even if one of the few people that are good at taking orders you always find your way back in a long line to tell them they forget to put items in your bag. Hire new employees all around, cooks, orders, and even managers. They need to pay very close attention to this location and their employees and let go of all the ones that are not doing their job. Talking on the phone with personal calls while making people wait in line forever (like always) phone calls, they go out to smoke or do whatever they are doing outside while people are waiting in line for long periods of times or sometimes blaming they don’t have any cook at the moment or “registers being down” At this point if this place needs to be closed for a small period of time while they get proper employees so be it. Bad experienced every time these people could care less about their job. Food is starting to taste worse and worse each time I go, do they ever clean their drink machine? Always flat and disgusting taste I never drink them.
Needs zero stars. They gave the vehicle in front of me my order. The person gave it back. Now I got a ripped bag. Had to ask twice to get a new bag. No apologies. I had another order to pick up. They said tea isn’t available but stood there on their phone instead of making tea. Super slow. I would never go here again.
This is a really bad drive thru at night. My husband and I have given this place a couple of chances at night and you never know what your going to get. Google says drive thru is open and when you pull up there is no answer. The last time my husband got out of work around 10/12am, there was about two cars as well waiting. He waited in the drive thru for 15-20 min and then drove off. Last night my husband went again, he asked if they were closed and no one responded in the drive thru. This place has disappointed us so many times around this time. I understand that many restaurants are understaffed but if you can not provide a consistent 24 hr drive thru service then you should change the hours shown online to reflect that.

I went into the store and stood at the counter. I was the only person inside besides the 3 people working there all of whom clearly saw me. All of the employees ignored me for several minutes and it wasn't that busy. While I'm still waiting, another customer walks in and exchanges a few words with an employee. The customer responds with "dos". I believe the employee took an order from this guy after I'd been waiting quite a while. Needless to say I will not be back there. If I could give less than one star I would.
This is the slowest Jack in the box that I've been too. Been here several thinking it's a mistake but waiting 5 to 10 minutes ìn the drive thru line when there are only me and another car in line is ridiculous. It is insane to spin a total of 15 to 20 minutes in a drive thru line. This has been during the day and at night with nobody inside the restaurant taking others!
Been sitting at the drive through menu for 15 minutes and they won't even acknowledge that we're here. Probably the worst drive through service I've ever had. Edit: It took a total of 35 minutes to get through the drive thru because the workers weren't even paying attention to the line of cars outside. We were rudely told "We have a really long line inside, we have to take care of that." I will never go to this Jack in the Box ever again.
When I arrived at Jack N The Box at 9:05am there was only one car ahead of me and I didn’t receive my food until 9:22. JIB# 3904 was the cashier. Who waits in a fast food line that long. That’s why it’s called fast food! I will never go back to this place! Slow slow slow!!! I really wish I had room to drive around and leave!!!
What an awful experience! Save your time and money....eat somewhere else. I ordered a #4 combo....the burger was room temperature and the cheese was stiff. Couple that with a bland, monotone, disinterested server and no carbonated drinks options. Again....just bypass this location. My experience with each visit is the same.....terrible food and terrible service.
I went in the morning to have some breakfast and ordered a burrito, after the gave me my order, the burrito came out very small and not packed properly. So I decided to ask politely if they could please fix it and one of the women working there very rudely said that, the cooker didn’t know how to make it properly because she didn’t know how to use a griller. These people don’t know to how make food, I cannot believe they hiring people who don’t have the basic skills.
Absolutely ridiculous the Hispanic girl working the drive thru this morning has the nastiest attitude first off I asked for my receipt please she tried to act like she didn't understand what I asked for. When I ordered my meal I asked for a cup of water. She rolled her eyes walked to the back then came. When I got home something said open the lid well to my surprise the water was a nasty brown color. I threw the food and the water away.
Just got home with my food. Order was wrong and for was cold. Like not even warmed up let alone cooked fresh. Drive thru dude was just on his phone the whole time. One of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had.
Would not recommend this Jack in the Box at all. About a week ago I went through the drive through and as I hand the young man my card, he asks if I want sauce. I tell him what sauces and he walks away with my card to "check if they have the avocado sauce". I try to give people the benefit of the doubt as a fellow food service worker, but over the weekend I was charged 100 dollars in gas while sitting at home... may or may not be filing a police report
I would give this place 0 stars if it allowed me. How pathetic that they weren't opened in the middle of the Sunday afternoon for dine in. Doors locked. Cars parked outside but the lady saw me tugging and signaled only drive thru was open. Slow to get food. Fast food isn't fast food I guess. Either way they need to put a sign up for the business to explain why dine in is closed. Poor customer service. They obviously need more staff so I wouldn't be surprised if this is one of the next locations Jack in the crack closes.
Showed up at 4am and the 1 person there told me they just did a shift change and that he should be ready in 30 minutes. I returned in 30 minutes at 4:30 and the same person told me the same thing. So I returned again at 5am and I was told the same thing, so I returned at 5:30. Yep! You guessed it. I was told the store would be ready in 30 minutes. Is this normal?
This location is terrible . Every time I come inside you have to wait 10minutes (the store is always dead,never busy) before an employee decides to acknowledge you . They will walk around like they see no one standing at the counter .
I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes until at 2 am somebody came on the mic to say they weren't taking any more orders. They let me sit there for 20 minutes while they finished their last orders before the let me know the wouldn't even take my order. Go to McDonald's instead.
I normally love jack in the box, but I went here early in the morning, I could hear music from outside the store and saw an employee, I tried to place an order at the drive-thru but no one answered, ended up leaving
Very disappointed in JitB. Used to go regularly, especially for breakfast. But the quality of the food and lack of customer service has dropped significantly. Ordered a breakfast burrito that was not wrapped properly. It was folded in half in .the tortilla and in the paper. As I pulled it from the bag, it spilled all over the inside of my vehicle. When I took it inside to complain, the manager began yelling at me for putting it on the counter because it was such a mess. Never again will I go to Jack, very disappointed in what it has become and how far they have dropped. Far better at Chick-fil-A, even if it does cost a little more.
Sooo I came here around 2 Weeks ago at night and asked for a burger and the lady said the grill was closed. I told her that i’ve worked here before and the grill doesn’t close down and she said “Girl bye” and didn’t take my order. I’m here again today and asked an employee if the grill closes and she said no?? I want that girl fired, it was a young black woman. Refusing to cook is just laziness
I'm not one to give bad reviews. The drive-through, I have been waiting for 20mins now, if they didn't want to take my order, they could of told me. Instead of having me wait there. I was wondering why other car were leaving. I love the food at Jack in The Box. I am not going back to this place again. People depend on good food and good courtesy.
For many years this location was great. The last 3 years it has been nothing but down. Minimum wait at 12-3am is 20mins, that's just sad. The last few times I've gone it was well over 30mins, with a couple people in line.... the last time I went (8/12 around 12am) it was over an hour with 3 people in front of me! No matter how nice they try to be the sheer laziness of the employees they have now is baffling. It should be unacceptable by any restaurants standards, even Jack in the Box. Stay away from this location at all cost. Update: After giving it some time I attempted to drive through again 9/15 around midnight. I ordered, pulled up behind the two other people there, and waited... after 25 minutes of sitting in the same spot with no movement i reversed out of your drive through and pulled up front to find the two female employees standing up front talking and laughing instead of working. My warning to stay away still stands.
I've had a love/loathe opinion with this store since moving to this area several years ago. The service has always been spotty - sometimes very good, but generally moderate to very poor. I've often wondered how they stay open. This evening's experience has definitely tipped the scale. I entered the drive-through and stopped at the order stand. I waited perhaps 30 seconds and, receiving no greeting, spoke to the box. A voice said "be with you in just a second". I waited three minutes with no further response from the box. I pulled forward a bit to see if any other cars were in line. There were none! I don't know what was going on inside and don't care any more. I won't be back.
Currently in the drive-thru boxes in wanting to just go home. Employees haven't been to the window in 20 all the other cars have turned engines off. I hope my family will see me again. This is just silly
The two tacos for $.75 is false advertising. They charged me $1.49 for two tacos on their app while at the restaurant, saying that that promo was no longer in effect, yet two days later, the ad is still running on television. Don't believe their lies...
They charged my card 51.50 and then canceled my order for no reason and then u guys didn't even notify me about my order please don't order anything from this location and I. Want my money in my account before sundown today

I asked her for salsa picante and she said "we only have to hot sauce for the tacos." She almost forgot to give me my debit card back and she was rushing me. Terrible attitude. She needs to be fired or retrain in customer service. Plus she put way too much ice in my ice coffee. I asked for a little bit of ice. I'm hoping she doesn't have an attitude all day. What a waste of time.
By far the worst Jack in the Box I’ve been too. First, I would like to say this Jack in the Box is 24/7. I came around midnight. I went to the drive thru and waited to get my order taken and nothing. I went to the window and NO ONE was there to take my order even though the lights were on. I beeped a couple of times and no one. Only reason why someone came to the window is because I was on my phone to see what else I can get. The worker saw me and finally opened the window. Not to take my order but to tell me that they can’t any orders!! What’s the point of this location being open if there aren’t even going to take orders. I will never come to this location again. Don’t bother coming here after hours.
The wait in the drive thru was 50 minutes long!!! 50 minutes!!! For 5 cars. Absolutely ridiculous. Worst service we’ve ever experienced. (Drive thru is curbed in and you can’t pull out to exit.)
All I can say is never again will I eat here again staff is disrespectful disgusting eyewitness one of the workers not even wash their hands after touching a face in their nose when I said something about it and that I wanted them to use gloves they became hostile and started shouting vulgar language towards me
The food is typical quality of Jack in the Box, but the service at this location is subpar. We used the drive thru at 10:30 on a Sunday evening. The service was so slow, that the first car in line just left without ever ordering. The car in front of us pulled out of line after waiting way too long. We stuck it out, but it took 20 minutes to get our order. The staff just seems disinterested in their jobs. The only reason that we came to this location was that it is open 24 hours. But, it definitely is not a location that I want to come back to.
Honestly I would avoid this location. The workers have the worst attitude and hate their jobs. The team doesn't communicate. They work slow and the orders are wrong. Jenny should not be dealing with customers in the drive-thru window with her attitude. She sounds frustrated and annoyed and then projects on customers. Her coworkers in the kitchen tries their best to ignore customers until the manager comes around.
I don’t understand why this location promotes the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks but never have it. The last 6 times I visited theres still no luck getting them. Just take it off the menu if you’re not going to sell them.
This location is vile. What hits you as soon as you walk-in is a foul smell. Now why didn't I turn around and walk out? Well I was starving and wanted some curly fries. I've never eaten at Jack in the Box before so I thought I'd give it a shot and see if the fries were good. As I'm ordering I look up and I see what looks like black mold almost dripping out of the ceiling air vent - maybe that was what made it smell so bad. Again, why didn't I turn around and walk out. There is no way this place could pass a health code inspection. The way this place looked and smelled the entire restaurant needs to be shut down. In fact, I'm probably going to report them to the county health department. I'd love to see what a health inspector has to say about it. How in the world does Sugar Land allow something this revolting in its territory? I'm going to call my council representative about this too. Sugar Land should have some standards. I know this would never be tolerated in The Woodlands. There was only one patron in there and that should tell you everything. People know what I should have done and stay far away. I ordered fries and a hamburger too because I must have a death wish, and got out of there fast. Fries were okay. But burger tasted like an elementary school burger. This place is only about a minute from my house. But when I say I will never, and I mean never eat food from here again, I mean NEVER! There is not enough hunger on Earth that would cause me to step foot in this abomination again and risk my digestive and respiratory health. I don't know if all Jack in the Boxes look this disgusting, but it has ruined it for me; the entire company is suspect to allow one of their establishments to sink this low. The restaurant needs to be demolished and start all over. Yuck. Avoid at all costs!
Today is December 5 2024 I came to the The drive through and ordered two taco and a egg roll and a medium lemon with no ice. And got a egg roll medium lemon and some medium French fries. Something I didn't want. I call them 10 x and no one answer the phone. And I was on my way to dialysis.Couldn't go back.
