Traditional Hidalgo taqueria but with something more than fresh: suadero steak, longaniza, grilled without burning... well accompanied by nopales, radish and cucumber at your discretion, soft drinks and you can bring your own. There is NO "FIJON" as long as YOU CONSUME
The tacos are delicious, but sometimes they don't have service and they don't post on their WhatsApp when they're closed. Just so you know.
If you're looking for the authentic taste of beef, Taquería Don Román is the place to go. The friendly, attentive service and the potatoes that accompany the tacos are experiences you shouldn't miss.

The service is incredibly slow. I waited about an hour for three tacos.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. It was $80 for 4 tacos (they charged for the plate, the limes, the vegetables, everything). Since they didn't have a free table and there were 9 or 10 of us, we only bought enough for the 2 little ones. When I went to the bathroom, the woman immediately knocked on the door and told me to get out. My family left while my family was waiting for the tacos, and she even tried to open the door even though it was locked. I told her three times that I was busy and to please excuse me, and each time she tried to open the door. She was annoyed that we finally decided not to eat there since they didn't have a free table. So, based on my experience, I don't recommend it.
