We had lunch 2 bowls. The chicken was very dry and could tell it was old. The girl helping us was looking like she didn't want to be there. Kinda rude... the length they let food sit in that warmer is way beyond what it should be. Not happy.

With the obvious food safety violations, rice so undercooked it crunches with every bite, and stale chips, this is a place to avoid if I have ever seen one. Everything that seems reasonably priced ends up being close to $20 if you add a single component. Truly embarrassing standards and questionable food at best.

Absolute Garbage. From the food to the workers. Terrible service. Ordered $50 of food and somehow you forgot three orders of chips? Clowns. 1 star and will never change

It's absolutely horrible. Staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing. I ordered a bowl with double protein for $18. The person filling my order barely put anything in the bowl. Long story short, I got a double protein bowl that didn't even have as enough protein on it for a regular bowl. Too many other issues the list. As far as i'm concerned, this place is absolute garbage might as well go down the street to chipolte. I hope they close this location or somebody else takes it over.

Absolutely awful, had to get our burritos remade because they were falling apart and covered in sauce and then the new ones were literally just onions, sauce and jalapeños… this place needs to revamp their entire staff. The location in my town does such a good job so this was extremely disappointing after a long day of driving. Do better, please.

Called customer service due to error on the app which sent my order to this Moe’s for some reason. Customer service said they would reach out to me for refund because it needs to be approved by the store. I still have not received a call and every time you try to call the store it automatically goes to voice mail. Only giving one star for service because it won’t let me go negative!!!!

i ordered from moes on january 29th and while i was eating my burrito i felt something weird in my mouth. so i spit it out and it was a big piece of plastic. like plastic from maybe a sauce they cut open. so i go inside and i show the staff and he apologizes and tells me he’ll let his manager know and he offers me sauce as compensation. i say no and i ask for a refund but he says his manager will contact me for that. i give him my order name and number and tell him to write is down so he doesnt forget and i leave. almost a month later and i havent recieved any word from the manager about any refund or anything.

I came in today November first around noon. In typical Glenmont Moes fashion they did not have any corn or pico di gallo. Whatever, I got a bowl with just steak, cheese and lettuce. The young girl behind the counter told the older gentleman running the register I had a steak bowl with queso. She also told the fella that he was using his “white people voice”. I’m not the type to get all bent out of shape about being made fun of for being white, I understand the racial history of our country and I understand that she probably meant it as a joke amongst coworkers. What I don’t appreciate is even after I got a refund for the queso, is the quality of service and general lack of the basic foodstuffs that made then a good place to eat just a few years ago. With the seemingly constant rotating door of new, young or inexperienced staff and the short falls of management to not even have proper inventory week round, it’s no wonder places like chipotle are cleaning their clocks. Potentially raunchy or offensive jokes should happen in back of store OR not at all, not two feet from a customer. The loss of pork on the menu has made me stop coming to moes as frequently as I once did, but this is the final nail for me.

They’ve got to get someone from corporate to help this place out. Possibly the worst chain location of a restaurant ever. I don’t blame the manager and I don’t blame the employees, who are nothing but kind, but something is wrong here. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue, but I consistently end up waiting 30min after my mobile pick up time. The manager and employees are always scrambling, and I don’t think I’ve seen the same person twice. Some poor kid was clocking in at 7:15 and he wasn’t even trained yet. The manager seemed stressed out of her mind. One employee was working the line while another was trying to a clean tables. Food was screwed up too but she had to write my order on a scrap paper because the system deleted my mobile order. Again, I don’t blame the employees, but I’ll never go to this location again.

Third ever bad review out of hundreds! The staff here was extremely rude, the employee in the photo literally ignored my wife and I for about 10-15 mins while we patiently waited to order. This was on December 27th at 730pm if anyone wants to check the cameras. She was working on to go orders over and over again eventually after debating leaving she offered to serve us. No welcome to Moes no hello how are you or any manners whatsoever. They didn’t have queso, beef, pork, only chicken, they were out of alot of toppings as well. All three staff members were rude as if we inconvenienced them by being in the restaurant? Very confusing situation and not a comfortable one for a customer just looking for a quick bite. Don’t recommend for anyone.

I love Moe's, but this location is beyond incompetent, bordering on fraudulent. I have ordered from them 4 times, twice directly and twice via Doordash. So far they have not once gotten my order more than half correct and when I ordered directly, they refused to answer the phone or return messages to refund me or otherwise compensate me for not providing more than half my order in each case. The most recent attempt, they put no cheese or queso in my chicken stack and barely put any chicken in at all (and only a bare minimum amount of cheese to hold the tortilla closed). It was 90% black beans and still only half full or less for what a Moe's stack is supposed to be from any competent Moes location. In addition to this, neither kids meal I ordered came with either the drink or the cookie. Previous times, meat has been missing entirely and entire items have been left out of orders completely, but unless you buy through Doordash directly, you will never see a dime back or even get a return call from them. Avoid this location at all possible costs.
