My favorite Italian place in Greenville, NC! The service is great. The food is delicious! I've tried it multiple times and never disappoints. Appetizers are delicious: highly recommend the Octopus and any of the Bruschettas. Entres: Everything I've tried is great but I always go back to the white truffle pasta for some reason. For dessert the Tiramisu is my go to.
Amazing food, beautiful location and ambiance, staff is friendly, and overall a wonderful dining experience. Food was fresh with a varied menu, the wine list was excellent, and the decor is beautiful. Would absolutely recommend and return again and again.
The Ciabatta al Fico is incredibly delicious. I also had a simple ravioli and the freshness of ingredients was so impressive. Our server Marlen was impressive with her information, friendly and attentive. The others in my party were just as happy with their orders.
I went to Nino’s back in May and absolutely LOVED it. Besides a great meal, I had top class service and was met with a wide variety of options (despite some minor allergies). Even though Nino’s price tag is higher, it is more than worth the extra few bucks.
Great Service Great Food Great Atmosphere First time Dining here and we were not disappointed. Perfect choice for my Sisters 50th birthday. Definitely recommend 03/01/25
This is a gem In Greenville, NC. Every time we are in town I make sure I eat here. The food is always delicious. Service is always excellent and the ambiance is wonderful. Walking through the patio lights is always a plus. The focaccia bread for the table is always light and fresh. The specials are always delicious. We had the pear and Gorgonzola bruschetta and it came out with warm toasted bread with a soft spread of Gorgonzola cold pears to contrast the warm bread and warm honey drizzled over which was out of this world. The Pistachio pesto ravioli with blackened shrimp was delicious and flavorful and not a combination I would have imagined to be as delicious as it was.
This place is absolutely beautiful! The service was great but the food was even better. Our server even took pics of us after. It was my birthday! The out side ambience was everything! The dish I had was made with spinach noodles and a rich white sauce. I had blackened shrimp added. Extremely good. It's a new addition on the menu.
One of the best places for Italian in Greenville! The baked lasagna is incredible and worth the gamble to try and eat right as it comes out. The wife loved the tiramisu!
Amazing beautiful place 😍 ❤️ celebrated my anniversary there and my waitress was wonderful and very pretty. She even brought out this delicious desert at the end for our 14 years of marriage. It was so good!!!! This place is definitely one that I will visit again. The food is amazing, drinks great, and customer service was the best!!!! Forgot my waitress name since it was 2 weeks ago, but she was just beautiful and nice Mixed with curly brown hair. Thanks so much
Very nice dining experience. Reservations are recommended, and we were seated quickly after a short visit to the bar. Bartenders were super friendly and knowledgeable. Food tasted amazing. Service is top-notch! Our server, Lydia, was very professional, appearing at just the right moment every time. Will definitely return.
Very good food! The penne alla vodka was excellent. As someone who has been to Italy on a few occasions, I was very impressed.
Classy and intimate atmosphere. My first visit here did not disappoint. I ordered the Rack of Lamb with Fettucinni Alfredo. Chef's kiss, the food tasted amazing. I really enjoyed the calming ambiance of this restaurant, at least where I was seated. Their outdoor space is nice. On my next visit I would like to try dining outside. But all in all, the service was great. Our waitress was attentive and our food did not take too long to get to us. The bread held us over. I recommend this restaurant, especially for a special date out or even ifyou'rer just dining with a friend.
I've been to Ninos many times. I've never been disappointed. My husband and I love the spiral sausage appetizer. It comes on top of a layer of well seasoned broccolini. We also love the Ciabatta al Fico. The combination of flavors is superb. This afternoon my husband had the lasagne and I ordered the Ravioli al Savatore. My husband loved the lasagne and I loved my ravioli. I love the ravioli because it has alot of meat and sauce. IMO it's one of the most sauced dishes I've had there. It has sausage crumbles and broccolini. The lasagne was a little dry for my taste but my husband loved it. We also had drinks. I had the maple old fashioned. The drinks at Nino's are always great and strong. Service is always great. The hostess who seated us was welcoming and nice. Our server was very friendly and was a great balance of checking on us and leaving us to enjoy our meal. The restaurant has changed a little since we were last there. This afternoon the tables had small lamps on them. This was a nice touch because it sometimes feels a little dim in the restaurant. The oil and vinegar is also now on the table for us to mix as a dipping sauce for the bread. This was also appreciated. I can't think of any negatives about Nino's. We always have a pleasant experience and enjoy our food and drinks. I highly recommend giving it a try. It's also a nice restaurant if you want to dress up for a nice date night.
Wow! Nino's is a must visit! Ordered the shrimp cocktail, delicious and fresh. The Calamari was so tender and perfectly cooked. Moving onto entrees, I ordered a pear/cheese pasta with blackened shrimp that was out of this world. My husband ordered the swordfish and was delighted. We were actually celebrating our honeymoon/ both our birthdays and were given a wonderful fried cheesecake desert. It was absolutely amazing and my husband doesn't even like sweets, he still ate what he could! The drinks were well made, he sampled the array of old fashioneds while I started with a elderberry and pear martini which was beautiful and had a bite to it! Followed up with a strawberry basil spritzer and ending the night with a delicious espresso martini. Extremely satisfied with our service and overall experience. We will be sure to come visit again as well as to recommend to our friends and family.
My ONLY problem we had was how slow our service was. Other than that, FIVE STARS ⭐️. Food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was very classy, and the servers are very kind. (Ours was just a little slow for us)
What a great restaurant! I recommend you to reserve a table ahead as you can, especially if you plan on coming on the weekend. Delicious food with great balanced flavors , from the appetizers to dessert, great cocktails as well. Everything is fresh and made to perfection. I also really liked the wall art in the restaurant. Service is great as well, dont miss this place if you are visiting the area!
Heritage is scripture in Italian families. You can taste every herb, every ingredient chosen to be at their superior quality and the love every dish has been prepared with. Dining at a fine, family owned restaurant, such as Nino's, is an experience meant to be shared with those you love and those you love being around. Everything on the menu will delight and elevate. I would like to summaraize the meal I shared with others, but I think the pictures will say it best. And, if you notice, the mussels sauteed in butter and white wine were so AMAZING that I couldn't snap a shot before we ate them all!!! Molto Bene!
Perfect! We made a reservation and were seated quickly. Ninos patio is beautiful. I wanted to order something that I previously ate and couldn't remember the name of it, the waitress was spot on in helping me find the dish, even with my poor description of it 😆. Abby was a fantastic help. Our order came to the table in a timely manner and was delicious. We had an awesome experience. 🥂
I always love coming to Nino's! The food and service are always top tier. Recently I went with my Mom and we had an excellent dinner with some sort of cheesecake dessert that was amazing - and enormous!
Nino's has created a perfect Italian dining experience. Great food and wines. Beautiful, spacious seating everywhere. Servers are knowledgeable which is always a bonus. Great experience.
A wonderful place for date night. Blake, our waiter, was exceptional, and so was our meal. I'm looking forward to the next time.
Today is our 1 year anniversary and since most places are closed we chose to go to dinner last night at Nino's. My husband called yesterday morning to make reservations, even though it was last minute, they obliged happily. We were sat in a corner, somewhat away from everyone else which was wonderful so we could talk. We all know this wasn't the easiest past year but my husband and I are thankful we have each other. We worked through covid, a funeral, a job loss, a major move, and a new job among a few other things and weren't able to plan a get away. The staff at Nino's were amazing from the hostess, to the chef, the waitress and the manager. The food was absolutely the best Ive had in quite some time. It was wondrously flavorful and presented beautifully. We ordered the Burrata Bruschetta and Caprese to start. I ordered the Fettuccini Alfredo with Chicken, my husband ordered a special, Bison ribeye on a bed of broccolinni served with pumpkin puree. It was all amazing and there was never an empty glass. Hannah, our waitress knew exactly when to stop by and was perfectly attentive. We asked for the bill and were given a beyond words dessert!! I think this may have to be an anniversary tradition!! If you're looking for a wonderful date night or just some amazing food, please stop in!! We certainly will be back soon!!
A colleague of mine told me about this place and it truly was magnificent. We drove 2 hours to get here and it was well worth it.
Fabulous! Delicious food and excellent service. Their menu has a wide variety of fresh pasta and it’s always so so good. The patio is beautiful, just make sure you add a note on your reservation if you wanna sit out there 😉
This place was amazing! Very nice decor/atmosphere. Our server, Bailey, was great. We never waited for anything. The chef, Grayson, cooked our appetizers and meals to perfection. Large portions that we couldn't finish, so we brought them home and finished later. You won't be disappointed!
My daughter had her sweet 16th dinner it was amazing
I would suggest getting a reservation, but if you don't its worth the wait. The minute you walk in you're greeted by an excellent staff. The Drink selections are very diverse and the wine selections are exceptional. The menu does not have your usual Italian restaurant menu items, but it has original and exciting Italian cuisine. Don't forget to try the dessert 😋. We were told about the cheesecake for 2 not on the menu Wow! This is a must have!
The food has the perfect blend of flavors that marry well together and creates a perfect dish. The service is always good no matter what time you go whether it is busy or just opening.
So good!! Food was amazing and great service and atmosphere
Wonderful place for Italian food! I had spaghetti and meatballs, my daughter Chicken Parmesan. These were served with homemade bread and excellent customer service. Our waiter was attentive and easy to talk with. Dessert is a must! We had the cheesecake which had a wonderful crust.
Incredible atmosphere and food. Definitely coming back.
Nino's is our go-to special occasion restaurant. Absolutely love it. The bruschetta is a must order, always fantastic. Every dish is a massive portion, perfect for a second night at home! Also the table side prep of the Cacio e Pepe is always amazing! Everyone at Nino's is lovely, I just wish I had more occasions to justify a visit.
Food was fabulous and wine list was excellent. Eric was amazing! He made great recommendations for a first time visit. Excellent experience all the way around.
I get to come here every few years when I travel for work. I look forward to it every time. The homemade pasta is phenomenal. As an Italian gal from the northeast, this place is truly a gem!
Best food in Greenville. Great staff, Great Atmosphere, Great food. The pasta is made in house every day, everything I have tried has been excellent
Every time we walk in the Manager Kaitlyn is always warm and welcoming! Our server Liv was amazing!! If you are looking for an amazing place to eat this is the spot in Greenville!!
Our server Jenna was amazing—friendly, fast, and so attentive. The food and drinks were incredible too! Could not recommend it enough.
Great dining experience, took my mom for her birthday and she loved it. Everything I tried was fresh and delicious. Service was prompt and friendly.
I took my granddaughter, that is a senior at ECU there to eat last night. This restaurant is decorated beautifully. I particularly liked the outside dining area. A perfect place for a special occasion. The food was amazing, not many restaurants serve homemade, authentic Italian dishes. I have to say what I was most impressed with was our waitress, Lydia. She had a lot of tables in our area, but still was so attentive to us. Beyond the awesome service, she stopped by our table several times and chatted with us briefly. We truly felt welcomed. I highly recommend this restaurant. It is a priced a little higher, but as stated above, more than worth it.
Nino’s is a must go in Greenville. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is amazing being both sophisticated and cozy. The staff is friendly and I have always felt welcome. The food can be a bit pricey for Greenville’s standard, but it’s worth it.
Excellent menu items, delicious! Our wine choices were authentic and the Lemoncello dessert was amazing. Out waiter Blake gave us great service and honest descriptions of the menu items. 👍 Deaf Friendly!
We have a standing reservation as often as we can for the past few years. The food quality, service, and staff have increased exponentially since we began choosing Nino’s instead of making the drive out of town for food. I am 0% Italian and have never been to Italy so I really am a bit useless in my expertise of what counts as authentic. However, I am about as frugal as they come, and I never feel like my money is wasted here. Thank you for always making us an absolutely exquisite dinner.
WOW.... AMAZING. Came into town for a work trip and this was a recommendation giving to us. It did not disappoint. Cost per person for my table was more since 3 out of 4 ppl drank wine. Pear and Gorgonzola Bruschetta was Phenomenal. Strawberry cheesecake might be best dessert I've had in awhile. Each of us did a different pasta dish and they were all top notch. I hope I come back from another client visit as this will be the place I have dinner again. Maran was our server and she was great.
I travel 250 + days a year, and great food is my passion. Nino's Cucina is AMAZING across the board. Great food, wonderful service, an amazing bourbon and wine selection. However its the food! I had a Filet and red sause pasta, WOW unbelievably good, also got a cheesecake for dessert. From start to finish one of my all time favorite meals.
Delicious Italian food and great wine selection. Service was a little slow to start but overall very cordial, attentive, and accommodating. Portions are generous and honestly enough for two meals. Bit pricey but worth it for the great food.
I had the Chicken Marsala. It was really good! I would recommend it. It looked like a small portion, but the bowl is set deeper than I realized. Just letting you know! The service was excellent - attentive, informative, and nice. The atmosphere was just okay. Part of it sets up like an olive garden, which is fine, some of it looks a bit more upscale. We were eating dinner after work, so we were not in formal attire. Our table had two chairs and was set against an older church pew, perhaps? All in all, I think the place is great. the food is just.. okay. i think it’s too expensive for what it’s worth. they need more menu options as well. the pasta choices are very limited. and the drinks? 2 out of 5. i think it’s over hyped.
I’ve been here quite a few times and it’s amazing. However tonight I believe we were lied to about the wait because of the way we were dressed. The hostess was not very nice and eyed me up and down. Hostess is the first impression and we were not impressed. AND how do you not know I’m rich and would have left a huge tip. Ever watch pretty woman!!!!
Overall I was very disappointed. My husband and I are new to Greenville and we chose Nino's for our anniversary dinner based on a recommendation. The atmosphere of the restaurant seemed nice, but we didn't get to enjoy it because we were seated next to the kitchen which was loud and chaotic. The drinks were weak and the table olive oil was cheap. My husband ordered the butternut squash ravioli, which was tasty, but it came with a total of 6 raviolis (roughly $4 per ravioli). We ended up sharing my meal so that he could actually have some food. My meal, the lamb ragu, was pretty bland and was advertised as "braised lamb" but resembled more ground lamb. Both meals definitely felt like we were robbed, basically forcing us the full up on bread. The service was impersonal, subpar, and felt rushed. We were halfway through our meal when the server asked, "by the way, would you like cheese or cracked pepper on your dishes?" We declined, by then what was the point? We didn't even bother with dessert. My husband and I rarely treat ourselves to a night out, and I can't help but feel like we wasted this year.
Spaghetti Al Limone $31.70 Homemade Spaghetti served in a light lemon cream sauce with shrimp, mussels & clams tossed with spinach and tomatoes garnished with lemon zest It was too salty. The mussels and clams had no taste. Could not get some out of the shell. Very disappointing. Will not go back
