I think this is a very clean and amazing Popeyes and I've honestly never ordered food in the store until today and the cashier was so rude I almost just said 'forget it. I don't want food from this establishment if this is your additude' and the food wasn't good. I'm gonna come back, but those girls need to get their attitudes in check This young girls crappy attitude has probably cost this company so much business, and I'm gonna remember that each time I come back

Food is always on point, however the customer service lacks. The communication at the window sucks. The constant “is that it” drives me crazy. “Would you like to add anything else “ is more appropriate. Glad I get my food and just go.

The last 2x been here ordered a couple of Red Beans AND Rice, with the Chicken, and there are beans but no rice, looks like pure gravy. Don't try calling this location either, they answer the phone and hang up, e.g., they don't want to talk to you. Will note, the location didn't start out like this, the service and food used to be really good. Won't be back.

I can't speak on all Popeyes but the one on northwest highway and Abrams is already turning out to be one of my stay aways. If you order take out check your order before you leave. The food looks old and hard.

Ordered from here around 10:30, the store refused to make my order after I reached out to them several times. They ended up canceling my order over 2 and 1/2 hours later. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. TERRIBLE SERVICE

I paid over $20 for food I couldn’t even eat. The shrimp were extremely stale and the chicken strips. Only thing I could eat was the sides. And I called the restaurant for 30 min straight trying to give them the opportunity to fix it, no answer. I am extremely disappointed.

Everything sucks about this place! It makes no sense they just opened! Customer service sucks here and poor management! I went through the drive through for a side of red and beans. I was in line for 20 minutes! There were 2 cars in front of me! When I get to the drive through Sherlyn the worker said the customer were waiting on fresh food! They should have told customer to pull up to the front! But no they let the car wait in line holding up other customers and then tried to justify, how inconvenient and inconsiderate! That’s how Popeyes treat their customers. I spoke with the manager Jesly and she didn’t do nothing about it. She can’t even talk in English!

The staff was rude and disrespectful one of them rolled their eyes and made an annoyed sound when I asked for more hot sauce and honey then another employee lied to a lady about her order and couldn’t help her and the manager was worse she didn’t even talk to the lady she had an employee do it who knew nothing and he told the lady when the store close’s she would automatically be refunded witch is a lie the entire staff gave me attitude for no reason and then lied to another lady who’s was being kind to them I came into the store 8/11/25 around 7:00-7:30 when this happen hopefully the general manger or district manger will start looking for new people as a server myself I know that’s now what you are supposed to do epically the manager who had no idea about nothing how is she manger and can’t help that’s sad

I normally don't like to put in a review but this branch has done it thrice with me in last 6 month. This is the closest Popeyes near me and every 2 or 3 months I crave Popeyes and I pay 25 cents extra for honey mustard sauce in drive through.Everytime I pick up the food and return trusting everything would be there the sauces are always missing although paying extra for it. I know it's also my duty to check but it has happened 3 times now in last 6 months and I am pissed. From next time onwards I suppose I will just take the drive and go to the other Popeyes which is little further but never misses anything from my order. The employees here are also very unfriendly compared to other one.
