I came here because I heard they have a real good "birria ramen" bowl. The gentleman in the cashier welcomed me and gave me some food recommendations. They have a vast variety compared to other birria restaurants I've gone too. I had their "birria chilaquiles" and they didn't disappoint at all. So much good flavor satisfying my taste buds and their Aguas are delicious as well. This place is very clean and kept up to clean standard, and yes I ordered their birria ramen and it was amazingly good. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants "The Ultimate Birria Experience"

New go-to birria spot! Everything we got was delicious: Passion Fruit Agua Fresca, Vampiro Tacos, Quesadilla, and of course...THE CONSOME!!! So flavorful! The woman who took our order was also amazing, super friendly, great service, and hooked us up with the good salsa Added a jericalla at the end at her recommendation and so glad I did. We'll definitely be back!

Clean, Bright, Nice workers. Food was amazing and portions were big. If you like spicy they have an extra spicy sauce in the fridge and chili oil for the ramen.

I ate The Experience, it was absolutely amazing. Consomé was warm and flavorful, the 3 tacos had the right amount of meat, cheese and condiments. For $14 it fills you up and leaves you with a satisfaction palate. I will definitely come back to try something else.

Came all the way from Kansas City and had to try the Birria Burrito! 12 out of 10!!! Great taste and amazing flavor! Also the owner gave us complimentary tacos to try!! Definitely would come back!!

The food was amazing, we had the encounter, the Birria Quesadilla, and the Birria Ramen. They were all fantastic, the Ramen was a bit spicy for my young daughter but I thought it was great. Highly recommend.

The street tacos are liberally filled with decent birria. Good flavors but tastes like beef. What happened to goat birria? The hot sauces are hot and muy sabroso. I'd come back but wouldn't make a special trip.

The street tacos are liberally filled with decent birria. Good flavors but tastes like beef. What happened to goat birria? The hot sauces are hot and muy sabroso. I'd come back but wouldn't make a special trip.

Food had no taste I ordered the red chilaquiles. The chips where dipped in some kind tomato sauce not even a kick of spice. Also Payed an extra $4 for some carne asada an I got 5 strips not even a whole piece of asada. Not worth $18 for red chilaquiles.

I was disappointed the broth flavor was not there at all felt like it was to watered the tacos if you pulled them out of the little white paper the tortillas would break easily cause they poured broth In there with the meat. The green salsa no flavor and I don’t eat spicy but no flavor at all either and I don’t eat salt much either I was pouring that in my tacos and broth. Maybe the other things on their menu are good but what we got was honestly disappointing. Even northgate birria has better flavor. But yeah in my opinion the one on civic center is better (Birrieria guadalajara) 😅 that one fatty food reviewer lied

Food was cold. Service was good. Not perfect but good. We was really excited to try out the food when we seen 4.8 rating. When we received the food all of it was somewhat warm. More cold than anything. With a rating that high we expected more hot and more flavored food. Meat had no flavor. Passion fruit water was good.
