First time at this location. Staff were friendly and brought the food to our table. Food was hot and fresh. Restaurant was clean and well kept.

For many years the experience of fast food has been on the decline. My visit to this Carl's Jr location was a very enjoyable experience. I ordered a famous star double combo and a Santa Fe chicken sandwich. Both were prepared with enough care so that both looked just like the menu picture. Very polite and courteous staff. Thank you for the great service!

Wow! This location for Carl's jr. Is the best! The staff are always friendly, the restaurant clean, and your orders are correct, fast, and put together like they care. Juan is always on top of everything to ensure you are taken care of. This location is by far the best in the Central Valley of California. Our recent experience on 12/16/2025 was yet another GREAT experience at this location. Throughout the Central California valley, this is by far the best location. Never hesitate to stop here as you are always treated well, and the food is "Spot on".

I had an awesome experience at Carl’s Jr thanks to their amazing customer service. I made a mistake with my order, and instead of making it a problem, the staff went above and beyond to make it right. Juan R. was especially kind, professional, and patient. He handled everything with a great attitude and made sure I left happy. It’s not often you get service like that, and it really stood out. Thank you for turning my mistake into a great experience. Food was pretty good but didn't realize that the two tacos I'd added to the order weren't included in the one bag they'd brought to the car. Tried the chicken tenders and was glad I'd gotten the 5 piece because they were really small. The costs were pretty high and the fries were soft, limp and pale.

Tried this place for first and its not like the other Carl's JR. Ordered burger and onion rings. The burger was ok and the onion rings had been sitting for a while and were just warmed up and given to me. When I took the first bite I found out they were not fresh. I went back to the cashier who took my order and didn't even once say we can make new ones for you, instead said we just took them out. I told her they don't taste as fresh and like any other place. She didn't say anything and I just trashed them and walked out. I would only eat here unless I'm out of my options. People please check your food before you leave this place.

Truly unhappy with their jobs. Everyone’s mumbling under their breaths about each other and customers. The food is good. But not worth it to feel uncomfortable being there! Never again Carl’s Jr. for the last year they’ve been horrible to deal with. And they even complain to the customers about the owner.... ridiculous!

One star being generous. 30 minute wait in the drive thru then they messed up the order and made me wait another 20 minutes to fix the burger.

Female working on 04/12/2024 (drive-thru) , Was rude and gave me no receipt, Nor repeated the price of my order to me. So I was charged more then I planned. First and last time I care about going.
