Very friendly staff. Very clean dining hall. Floors clean tables wiped down. It was nice and cool inside. Food was hot. We enjoyed our time there. This was the Burger King on Grand Island, NY.

First time with the company that I work for, I went to this place. Had no clue what to do. The gentleman that works there very professional very honest very hard-working. Told me exactly what to do so I could do it safely properly and efficiently. I see why my company uses this place

Very nice remodel job at this location. The specials keep changing and don't all show up on the drive through window menu so go inside and get the best deal possible.

Night shift staff was very polite about a long wait I had for my food. Nice girl with the colored hair even gave me a larger fry for my trouble.

For fast food, burger King still makes the best burgers and the prices are lower than the other place with the arch. The staff was courteous and the facility was clean.

I go here a lot. Don't expect perfection anywhere these days. But I doubt there's a BK or other drive in around that does a better job than our BK on Grand Island. The experience there has NEVER been unpleasant in any way. The sandwiches I buy are consistently tasty and the service is very good.

This location always has the nicest people who work hard and you can see them all putting in their effort. For a fast food place I appreciate it so much whenever I come to this location. I like coming here over mcdonalds for the customer service alone.

5 stars are for the tacos only. Woman taking the order at the register was fine. The wait time after the sale until we had the food in our hands was horrendous. About 12 mins for three tacos says it all. A lot of people working but total confusion. Lady waiting behind me for her order, I think we were leaving and she was still waiting.

I orders my meal online and they not only had it ready when I arrived but, had it exactly as specified. I purposely chance as many options as I could go see if they would get it right and they did. I highly recommend using the app. It has great deals that are very worthwhile, especially if you are ordering for a family. The deals on the app are often better than the coupon deals they regularly send out.

Was pleased to find out I receive a discount because I am a EMT and Volunteer Firefighter. My order was correct, and was out in a timely fashion. Thankful and pleased with the cashier that told me I could receive a discount and told me if I ordered my food a different way it was cheaper yet. Great service 👍

I've only ever doordashed from this location as all orders from Niagara Falls are rerouted to the Grand Island location. I wish it could stay that way always. Since receiving orders from this location I have never had an issue with the food. Never missing or incorrect items- they've always been correct and the packaging is always stellar. Also, I have always ordered before 4 or 5 pm. So whoever is on day shift is excellent at their jobs and that's a rarity in and of itself these days.

Super awesome service! We did the drive thru and the guy on the register (August 10 at around 12pm) was so great. Very rare when you come across a fast food employee that displays pride where he works. Burger King, if you're reading this, use the Daye and time I gave you, look at your employee schedule and who was on the register and give that guy an achievement/recognition award.

I had wanted to order a frozen coke but the machine was on the fritz. Daaang did that picture of the frosty cola flavored refreshment make my lips quiver. Alas! The nice woman at the counter suggested I UPGRADE to a chocolate milkshake like a KING!! You know what, dear reader?? She was right. Driving home over that big blue bridge, I got a little bit chocolate milkshook up over just how good and tasty that replacement treat was. A single tear fell into the Niagara and is now making its way to the ocean to be swallowed by a whale. Ahhh, the circle of life, folks. In't sweet?

All in all, a great experience! The drive-thru communication system worked well. And, even though the place was extremely busy, the associates were not rushed in their presentation. They spoke clearly, wore big smiles, and were very friendly. And, even though my order had many additions and subtractions, it was perfectly made to order! Nice job! 💯

I have never had a problem with this BK location and generally use the drive thru. Waiting time is typically pretty decent. The service I have experienced has been friendly, polite and orders have been accurate. Kudos.

Usually a pretty normal Burger King, staff is friendly, sometimes they forget an item but that happens at most fast food places.

We always seem to stop at this location on Grand Island when every we go to see a concert in Niagara Falls or Art Park. It's just a BK but we have a tradition.

I ordered biscuit with egg sandwiches on my way out of town. I received two croissants with sausage. Being disturbed by this and going out of town, I called the manager. She told me she would make everything right and for me to pick up a replacement sometime in the next couple days. Four days later I went to pick up the replacement and received such a professional help and response by Brianna (sp?) She was kind, articulate and said that she would make things right if ever she makes a mistake- I was very happy

Bathroom needs a cleaning. The wastebasket is full. Also a bit understaffed. Beyond that, food was good. I recommend the app for the coupons. Stacker King meal is half what you would pay without it.

It's burger king, so what can I say other than It's Way Better than Mcd's, Wendy's & the rest of them... Though it could have More of that Flame Broiled taste! That's been lacking for some time now I've noticed.

This is my usual go-to when cutting through the island. But my most recent visit wasn't that great; the service was good, and the atmosphere in the building was quiet. But the food was not great at all. The two kids' meals I got were cold, kind of unappetizing for the kids. I got the brisket Whopper, and at first I thought it was pretty good, besides it being kind of cold. But then I bit into something I didn't know what it was, so I opened up the burger and sitting on top, somebody slapped a giant piece of fat over the top of everything. It was so disgusting; it wasn't even part of the burger, it was a total extra piece, like the size of a human tongue. I was very disappointed. It was in such a peculiar place, it felt like somebody did it on purpose. And I don't like to eat food that I feel like somebody was messing with.

The milkshakes are very good, but a little expensive. There burgers are good. One in awhile they introduce speciality burgers That are excellent but they are very expensive and only a limited time. The fries are just okay.

The food is fine but they upside your food and charge you for it automatically and don't say anything. You have to tell them clearly not to. Rather then just getting the size on the menu that is listed. Watch out.

We stopped through while traveling and must have caught them on an off day. All of the other reviews seem good. My order was right but there was something going on behind the counter. The employees seemed to be trying to figure out who was going to do what.

Today was not a good day to go through the drive thru!!! First they got my order wrong so I pulled in and got out and went in. I was so aggravated at how long I had to stand in line to get my order corrected that when I got my bag I didn't even check it. I was so aggravated I went straight into my car and got on the road because I was already running late to open my bag and found that it was not my order at all! I used to eat my lunch everyday here but not anymore. That's $20 everyday. I hope you all choke on. Not to mention I was docked for 15 minutes. Thank you Burger King. NEVER AGAIN!

Can only speak for drive through - I mean, it's Burger King. It's all the same. You know why you're here and what you'll be eating. Service is typically fast, always correct. A few times my sandwiches have been a bit too messy but still delicious.

Ah burger king, the staff is super friendly but the food makes me nauseous every time I eat there, the mayo tastes expired and the lettuce is wilted. But it's 2022 I don't think anyone has any standards for fast food other than it technically being edible

It was fine, I was advised that I needed to wear a mask while I was waiting for my food but I didn't have to wear one while I'm eating. A employee was starting their shift and someone did take their temperature but they did it in the building so if they had this toxic disease wouldn't it be a little late to check after they are in the building?

Got breakfast was told they cant put mayo on it but on the side. Weird they have before. Then wanted tomatoes add they cant do that either. Had to get them to charge me for dips to get tomatoes then instead of putting it on the sandwich they put it in a little baggie. (No big deal but seriously) the tomatoes given look terrible. What a hassle just to get a sandwich. Guess it's not have it your way anymore. Do better burger king.

DO NOT order food online if only the drive through is open. If you order online your order will not be processed until you arrive at the drive through. I thought I was cool and ordered my food online after work late Saturday night thinking it would be ready when I got there. I had to wait 25 minutes in my car in the drive through line to get it...?..?.? ? Granted right when I arrived somebody in an out of town mini van ordered food for 8 plus people in front of me. That would be my why am I still breathing luck. Nonetheless, WHY MAKE ORDERING ONLINE EVEN AN OPTION THEN? SHUT IT DOWN YO! This sound crazy but at this point I didn't even want the food anymore. In the words of the late, great B.B. King the trill is gone. I do feel for the short handed staff though that had to scramble on their low paying late night shift to get them flame broiled babies out. Much respect! FYI, I did eat a rodeo burger later after and It was still delicious even cold.

I haven't ate bk whopper in years. It was actually tasty, I got w/o mayo plus cheese and for the first time didn't get heartburn from the flame grilling. It was fresh and hot. Used the prompter to order, it was okay, had to go back as it seems to go right to meal deal unless you indicate elsewise.

The people serving food were extremely rude. They fussed to give us extra dips. We were 5 of us and eating a lot and needed some ranch and other dips! The restaurant was run down and nasty.

Ive been in here a bunch of times. The food is usually sub par. This last time i ordered cheesy tots and mozz sticks. Simple as can be. They gave me just 4 tots and the mozz sticks were burnt to a crisp. Like so deep brown almost black. Its hard to do that bad at a job. You have to really try to be that awful.

They constantly mess up orders. The impossible is delicious and the fries are my fave fast food fry but some people working there don't pay attention to orders. Update: they continue to mess up simple orders. Stop making impossible kings like whoppers. Mayo on a burger is nasty and not what I ordered. This location needs better training on the new staff. Get it together please and don't give attitude when you mess up, take responsibility.

1. Team leader behind the counter needs to meet and greet with a smile today she was somewhat rude and looked anyoed that we were placing an order. 2. Between the associates working behind the counter yelling orders to each other, an associate yelling out other people's orders and the orders coming through a very loud outside speaker system I just wanted to eat and get out as quickly as I could. 3. Coke dispenser was not working. I advised the lady behind the counter she told me she needed to change the tank 15 minutes later still no coke. 4. We ordered two chicken sandwiches, two drinks and fries the charge was over $15. The priced we paid did not measure up to the service or the food we received.

I ordered through the Burger King app for my food to be delivered, they got my food wrong so I got credit but the next day I tried to use it and and I was talked to badly, and was told they would call the police even though I had the receipt online,and phone record of when I called the day before all in all a bad experience

This location ran out of the safety stickers used to seal the bags when getting food delivered. Knowing that now I will no longer be ordering food from Burger King with the uncertainty of the bag not being sealed. BURGER KING corporation office needs to supply there stores with the safety seals for food deliveries for the protection of its customers.

This restaurant has a problem senior citizen manager to whom does not like to waste food.ive watched her yell at other senior citizen staff but also serve bad food. Example, a gentleman received a wrong order by accident from a senior staff member. He went through the meal opened it etc and returned for his right meal. The senior citizen manager happen to be looking for that meal. I watched her say it was perfect and no need to make another and save it for the upcoming order two cars behind me. These meals are to be thrown out. A young assistant manager, a kid said she threw it out a complete lie. I watched the young girl watch me as I watched the whole thing. Then, covered for this new senior citizen manager who made a bad call. Neither one should be working at this restaurant.

Went to bk around 10:25 pm looking for a small meal before work. Two cars ahead of me and the last one was giggling and having a full blown conversation with the drive thru rep, and when I pulled up to the box they said they were all of a sudden 'closed'. There was no line and literally no one there. There was no reason I couldn't be taken care of. It's funny they can take care of the two cars in front of me but not myself. I thought this was a decent place until today.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff including the manager are beyond rude to the customers. I witnessed the manager yell at a elderly customer, and the girl making cheeseburgers was back there talking about customers both waiting in the lobby, and that were going through the drive thru. I would definitely not recommend going here. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Dashers Beware; I arrived from Niagara Falls to pick up an order for a customer. I could see the order prepared & waiting. They refused to give me the order because it "disappeared off their screen." I had to contact the customer & Dasher Support, who called to speak with the MOD but were also told they were refusing to hand over the order. Ultimately the order was canceled, costing me the income & the customer their meal. Two particular members of the evening staff were very snarky, a manager included. Cherry on top was the embarrassing & downright ratchet behavior from the little girl I interacted with most.

Pulled up to the drive-thru two cars in front of me. It took over a half hour for me to get to the speaker. Once at the speaker it took another 15 minutes for them to take my order. It was a simple hamburger plane small fry and a four piece chicken nugget for my niece. Once at the window it took an additional 15 minutes to receive my food all in all I spend an hour waiting at Burger King drive through

Dont typically google review, Order was right but blue haired manager was not only rude to her employees for having his name tag not horizontal but slightly crooked, what also seemed like his first day yet shows up to work all sloppy herself and with blue hair not even brushed. Like get real then gives me attitude for learning on the railing meanwhile... pull your mask up and have some hospitality. End rant

I ordered a Royal crispy chicken sandwich. Unlike the picture shown, there was a puny little piece of chicken on the bun, it didn't even cover half of the sandwich. They basically put a chicken nugget on there, very disappointing. Did nothing to curb my appetite. Not sure why I chose this place for lunch but I will definitely never return.

I do not recommend this location to anyone. My friend and I went for breakfast one morning only to come back home to find hair in our sandwiches. So we called the location and spoke to a woman named Jessica that claimed to be a manger. She was very apologetic and even offered to replace our meals the next time we went. Great, right? Wrong. We contacted them to speak to Jessica and a manager named Sam said that there was no manager named jessica and did nothing regarding the hair that was in our food. The customer service is awful, the food is constantly cold, and their employees have a little too much attitude. My advice to you guys is hire better employees and start paying attention to the cleanliness of your store. This is not $15 per hour service that we are getting or have gotten. It's more like $8 or an unemployment check.

But I ordered a Whopper meal with mozzarella sticks, and a couple things were off: 🧀 The mozzarella sticks tasted old and there was no marinara sauce in the bag. I had to walk back in to get it. 🍔 My Whopper (extra onions, BBQ, mayo) was cold on the first bite, which was disappointing. I didn’t ask for a new burger because I don’t like to complain — honestly, I’m just grateful to have food at all. But I still wanted to leave a review so management knows what happened. The woman taking orders at the drive-thru sounded very nice, and Anthony’s kindness deserves recognition. 👍 Just hoping for a little more consistency next time. ❤️🙏

extremely rude drive thru staff on multiple occassions, the fries were either left off heat or undercooked with a horrible gritty texture, and multiple times had orders with things like tomato and mayo removed that still came with tomato and sometimes even extra mayo. overall a sad experience to see it go down hill in only a matter of months

Usually, this Burger King is one of the good ones. However, the last time I stopped, the drive-thru representative was extremely rude. I did report with corporate, and they responded quickly, saying the local franchise would follow up. That has not happened. I'm taking this as a sign that I should give up Burger King 😆 Really I already put my order through on the mobile app. Knowing that even if I do most of the cashier's job, they are still going to be rude and disrespectful it's not worth it.

The fries were barely cooked, I called back and asked them why are they serving called and old fries. She doesn’t respond and asked me rudely what is my order and said coke back, bring the food and we will remake your food, as if I got all day that I can just go back and get FRESH FOOD.
