It, make no mistake, IS pricey. But this is okay – superfriendly staff, azong drinks and food with top ingredients – this takes it's toll. Was rarely happier to pay the bill with a good amount of tip. This place deserves to survive. Stylish, swaggy – coolest and most chill place in CR.

Bar je fakt vymazlený do posledního detailu. Střešný bar mel příjemnou atmosferu. Potešil mne přístup barmana, když jsem mel deficit kávy, přesto že nemaji kavovar, tak mi nabídl cold brew. Bar barem dělá personál a pak kvalita nabídky.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating - I couldn't choose what to drink so one of the staff members helped me by asking what flavours I prefer and the drink ended up being amazing. Trobar was one of the highlights of our entire trip to Mallorca. We drove an hour from our hotel in Santanyí and the experience was worth every kilometer. We arrived a bit early for our reservation in hopes of having a drink on the rooftop. Luis, the incredibly talented bar manager, made us feel super welcomed. We loved chatting with him and learning more about his process of crafting each cocktail - a true mixologist and hospitality professional. Once we sat down for dinner we were totally blown away. The flavors and presentation just left us speechless. There aren’t enough words to describe the unique interior and attention to every detail - you just have to experience it yourself. Wish we could rate it more than 5 stars! A truly memorable dining experience! Bravo to the entire team.

Best food on east Mallorca! It’s very hard to find good/ or decent restaurants eastwards from Santanyí. But this restaurant is finally the great exception to the food-wise underdeveloped region of east Mallorca. The restaurant is split into two parts: rooftop - with snacks and drinks and the restaurant below - with what I would call „Mexican Sushi“. - Long story short, the food is more than enjoyable and offers some slightly unexpected culinary twists. 10/10. But beware: it’s not cheap. Although trobar is located in Cala Ratjada. The ambience is 12/10 and seeks its equal. Everything has been designed with emerging artists and almost nothing in this location is of the shelf. I mean it! We decided to start at the lovely rooftop - of course with a perfect view on the church and went downstairs for more/ different food. The owner(s) are very lovely and really feel that vibe that the restaurant radiates. So it’s 100% authentic. Cons: Finding a parking space for your (rental) car is quite challenging in that area. Be ready to walk 10 min. and search for a space for 20 min..

The location is probably the best looking in Mallorca, drinks and staff are on the same level. This place keeps up to its looks, 100% recommended.

This is the most incredible bar we went to in spain. The rooftop is divine and the food and drinks are Excellent. Everything has been curated so you can buy pieces there from local artisans. It’s a very special experience - if you’re in Mallorca you must go!

If you only had to go to one place in Mallorca to eat, it would definitely be this one. The concept of art gallery/restaurant is perfectly executed in a decoration where nothing is leftover, the cuisine follows the excellence of the place with very refined revisited dishes. The basement is occupied by a bar also wonderfully decorated where the most demanding can sip delicious classic cocktails revisited with Trobar sauce. Simply magical!

Anche la manager del locale, la ragazza italiana è stata impeccabile sapendoci consigliare al meglio, è sicuramente all’altezza per rappresentare un locale come questo, unico nel suo genere. La prossima volta che verrò in vacanza a Mallorca sarà sicuramente una tappa che rifaremo. Tra le tante prelibatezze che abbiamo mangiato, la pietanza che più ci ha stupiti è stato il maialino, così tenero mai mangiato. Super wow✨✨✨

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! The atmosphere was unmatched. Every single corner of all three levels was perfectly curated. Such unique decor and they partner with dozens of local artists who’ve made every single piece in the place - tables, artwork, cutlery, glassware… they’ve thought of everything. To top it off the staff were amazing. So sweet and attentive. The drinks also change from floor to floor and are all perfectly created by the in house mixologist. I wish I could pick this place up and move it back to Toronto with me!! So unique - hidden gem.

Amazing! Exactly the level of excellence as I expected 😍! I’m in LOVE! We were in the lounge area as the roof top opens on the 28th of May. Nevertheless, we got the best, professional service and surprise drinks. I had a bit of cold and a barman was very attentive to suit my needs - he even asked if the air conditioning is too high. Finally, the design of the place has art from the local artists which makes this place even more unique.

Really cool vibe, with tasty fresh food and service second to none. This bar I expect to be absolutely rocking it by the time we are back next year. Highly recommend the tacos, oysters and cocktails. Head to the rooftop for a cocktail - really cool!

Absolutely stunning from start to finish. I came here this evening after walking past and feeling inspired by the decor. It is a treat for any art lover who appreciates the weird and wonderful. The decor is memorising, the staff are attentive and friendly, the cocktails are absolutely delicious and the food is insanely good. I am so glad I found this gem and I will make it my mission to come back again one day. Thank you for some of the most delicious food I’ve had on holiday.

Coming from Berlin it was a bit tricky to find a nice and special place to have some cocktails while not having to listen to annoying music - this bar in the basement was definitely the perfect catch! I was looking for a place with a nice, non tourist-like atmosphere, some really creative drinks and music that is more on the electronic side. I actually had the best and really well mixed cocktails here, thanks to the great menu and barkeeper! You can also find a lot of art and everything is well thought out! Keep on going with your special concept! It’s the perfect contrast to all the other „typical tourist“ places.

I finally had the pleasure of experiencing Trobar on returning to Mallorca, and it didn’t disappoint! An aesthetic feast for the eyes and gastronomic feast for the belly! I loved the coleslaw, maybe the best I’ve ever had - but also the totopos with sweet potato guacamole and each taco was delectable! The interior was unique and inspiring, and with the new rooftop that’s just opened I know where I’ll be going for cocktails this summer! Can’t wait to return to Trobar again, not to be missed!

Unique, colourful, delicious and very nuance. We enjoyed a fresh ceviche & classic macaroni and cheese dish whilst being able to gaze at all the fascinating art that surrounded us. I highly recommend an experience here! Oh! And the cocktails are a must. So fun to be able to choose which resonates best with you as they’re all so different and creative.

This is an utterly original and phenomenal place. The entire building is a piece of art with textures and shapes that are at once intriguingly one-of-a-kind and enticingly inviting. Everything from the seat cushions to the bathroom sinks has been thoroughly thought through to create a unique environment. The cocktails are fantastic—each one served in a distinct cup handmade by different artists. The bartender Luis talked us through each drink on the menu—explaining every ingredient in detail and demonstrating the immense intention that has been poured into Trobar. It is obvious that each drink is a crafted work of art. It is one of the major highlights of our trip to Mallorca, and we highly recommend it to anyone interested in a very different and fascinating bar.

Haben das Restaurant zufällig entdeckt, Kunst und Ästhetik trifft auf gutes Essen. Wirklich Mega tolles Restaurant und der Service 10/10, der Salat allein war schon ein Erlebnis. Würden immer wieder herkommen!

We had a lovely team event here in October dining in the fun and quirky ground floor space and drinking and dancing in the fun and cozy bar situated on the lower ground. It was the perfect night for our team and I would go back to the lovely people at Trobar any time.

Great food (they use lots of seasonal produce), great cocktails and love the partnership with the artists for their menu designs, architecture and little shop downstairs. I’m celiac (allergic to gluten) and they proactively had the chef come to speak to me to address any questions I may have. Definitely recommend!

El restaurante tiene una decoración exquisita y muy original, cada rincón es fotografiable, una pasada de sitio! Era como estar en una galería de arte. El personal encantador y la comida muuy buena. Vale la pena ir desde lejos al restaurante.

Entrar en esta coctelería es como adentrarse en una pequeña galería de arte escondida en la ciudad. Cada rincón está lleno de piezas únicas, obras caseras que transmiten la pasión y creatividad de quienes han dado vida al espacio. La decoración juega con luces cálidas, texturas y colores que hacen que uno se sienta acogido y, al mismo tiempo, inspirado. Más allá de lo visual, la experiencia se completa con sus cócteles: preparados con un cuidado exquisito, equilibrados y llenos de matices. Se nota que hay un conocimiento profundo detrás de cada mezcla, pero también un toque personal que los hace especiales. Cada sorbo invita a quedarse un rato más, a dejarse llevar por la conversación y el ambiente artístico que envuelve todo. Un lugar perfecto para quienes buscan algo más que una bebida: una experiencia donde el arte y la coctelería se encuentran y se disfrutan con calma.

Todo muy delicioso, la terraza es estupenda. Recomendable pedir la burrata y calamares rellenos. Volvería a ir para probar más cosas.

Visite el lugar por primera vez el pasado jueves con un amigo con la idea de probar un par de cócteles,nos llevaron a la parte de abajo muy bien decorada y con un ambiente acogedor. Viliam nos atendió estupendamente y nos hizo unos cócteles tan buenos que tuvimos que repetir. Luego nos estuvo atendiendo una chica muy amable llamada Paula, nos explicó el concepto del sitio y nos logró convencer para que cenáramos allí ya que con sus explicaciones y su recomendación hizo que se nos hiciese la boca agua. Comida muy buena y sabrosa, toda una experiencia gastronómica de primera en sabores y texturas nuevas. Seguramente volveré a repetir muchas veces más! Um lugar diferente, com um estilo peculiar. Fiz uma reserva e quando chegamos o lugar estava vazio, nossa mesa estava totalmente no sol e o dia estava bem quente e o restaurante não é climatizado, as janelas estavam abertas pra ajudar a ficar ainda mais calor, pedi pra trocar mas não consegui, saímos depois de 1 horas e a grande maioria das mesas continuavam vazias. A comida é boa e pouca e o valor tanto da comida como das bebidas é caro. Foi o lugar onde menos comi e mais paguei em toda Mallorca.

Eine unglaublich coole Location, die unserer Meinung nach zu wenig besucht war! Die Cocktails sind super, jedoch sind die Preise sehr happig, deswegen den einen Stern Abzug. Trotzdem definitiv ein hidden gem in Cala Ratjada!

Essen ist gut, Karte zwar recht klein (war auch relativ viel aus, da ein Tag später die Saison vorbei war). Ambiente wirklich besonders, vor allem die Bar auf der Dachterrasse. Getränke wirklich top, sowohl alkoholisch als auch non-alkoholisch. Preis/Leistung leider nicht ganz ausbalanciert.

Wir waren dort zum Cocktails trinken. Die Cocktails sind sehr extravagante. Die Gläser haben alle spezielle Formen passend zum Cocktail. Für ein besonderes Erlebnis, sollte man diese Bar ausprobieren.

Great restaurant with unique and arty surroundings serving up exciting cocktails and solid Italian small plates. We enjoyed a range of small plates which all were fresh and high quality foods. All the food and drink were served in artisanal plate and glasses which fitted the vibe of the restaurant and made it a real experience. The only downside was the bar and the restaurant sort of combined in the evening, meaning it quickly became overrun with those eating and those just drinking which also seemed to overwhelm the staff. Without this I would give this 5 stars.

Wir waren aufgrund der sehr guten Bewertungen hier zum Abendessen. Leider hat das Essen bei den aufgerufenen hohen Preisen kaum überzeugt. Die Portionen sind eher klein (grundsätzlich ok) Der schrimp Tacco und die Burrata waren ganz lecker. Die butter war nicht gekühlt, sehr grenzwertig vom Geschmack. Der Tomatensalat bestand aus einer lieblos gestückelten Fleischtomate. Der dezent darüber gestreute extra Fisch (+6€!) glich Bacon-Würfeln, geschmacklich ok aber von der Menge einfach winzig. Die Macaroni waren in einer etwas faden Käsesosse ertränkt. In meinem Salat schwamm eine Mücke, nach dem Hinweis an die Kellnerin kam keine Entschuldigung. Alles in allem ok, aber nicht für 80€ (wir hatten nur Soda, keinen Alkohol). Obwohl der Laden leer war, war die Bedienung nicht wirklich aufmerksam. Und wie oben erwähnt , Essen eher mittelmäßig, das macht auch das sehr schicke Interior nicht wett.

A very nice and interesting place. Looks amazing. The rooftop bar is great. We stopped by for a drink only. We had a lemonade and aperol spritz. Unfortunately, we didn't like it. The aperol spritz was weak, so I told the bartender. She tried to explain it was because of the very dry prosecco... but I don't think that was the reason. We spent a week in Mallorca and drunk lots of aperol spritz, this was the poorest and cost almost a double compared to the better ones.

Die Trobar besticht durch ihr schönes Ambiente – gemütlich, stimmungsvoll und mit einer angenehmen Atmosphäre, die zum Verweilen einlädt. Allerdings gibt es einige Punkte, die den Besuch etwas schmälern: 🔸 Getränkeauswahl sehr begrenzt – vor allem für Nicht-Tequilla-Fans fehlen Alternativen. 🔸 Überteuerte Preise – selbst der günstigste Shot liegt bei 7,50€ ,was für eine Bar recht hoch ist. 🔸 langsamer Service – besonders bei mehr Gästen muss man mit Wartezeiten rechnen. Fazit: Die Bar hat Charme, aber die Kombination aus hohen Preisen, eingeschränkter Auswahl und langsamer Bedienung lässt die Bewertung bei 3 Sternen landen. Gut für einen kurzen Drink in schöner Umgebung, aber kein Ort, an dem man lange bleiben möchte. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Das Ambiente war sehr schön, der Service auch sehr angenehm. Leider war uns das Essen seinen Preis nicht wert. Die Preise waren recht hoch für sehr kleine Protionen. Für zwei cracker mit Zucchini haben wir 8€ bezahlt (siehe Foto) und für die Caprese-Creation 9€. Der Burrata, der 12€ gekostet hat war leider nicht so unser Geschmack, da er leider säuerlich war. Am Ende haben wir Pro Perosn für zwei Vorspeisen und ein Getränk jeweils 30 bezahlt und sind Hungrig gegangen. Wenn man nur was trinken will ist der Ort jedoch sehr gut, die Getränke waren lecker und sind im normalen Range von 13-14€ . Der Service war auch sehr nett. Vielleicht war der Spot einfach nicht für uns und unsere Preisklasse gemacht oder eher zum trinken dennoch hat man gemerkt dass Liebe im Detail gesteckt hat.

El sitio es espectacular, tienen una terraza preciosa y un bar escondido muy bonito. Nos hemos pedido 2 cocteles que dejaban mucho que desear. La comida estaba muy buena pero las raciones son ridículas pagas un precio muy elevado para la comida servida en el plato. En definitiva recomendaría únicamente este sitio para ir a tomar algo a su rooftop porque es realmente bonito y el local en si es una auténtica pasada, mención especial a la camarera que nos ha atendido porque ha sido muy amable y simpática. Pero la realidad es que me encuentro escribiendo esta reseña con una crispy Chicken en la mano. Es el sitio indicado para un postureo logrado en redes sociales.
