I’ve been living in this neighborhood most of my life and it’s about time we have a healthy and delicious option besides sushi available. I decided I would try the chicken, steak, and salmon before writing a review and i must say every bowl is unique and delicious, with my favorite being the steak. I couldnt believe how delicious and complex all the flavors were and how well chinichurri would go with pickled onions on the steak. The salmon and chicken came in a close second with the salmon being slightly more flavorful and the chicken being more filling. You can customize the bowls so if you want something more filling yoo can swap out the greens for brown rice or quinoa. That being said, i’ve been here 5 times in the past 2 weeks and will obviously be returning again and again. The place is very clean and modern looking, but has a warm vibe because it seems to be family run. Thank you!

I usually don't leave reviews after a Uber eats meal, however I started a no carb diet and it's been so difficult finding meals other than salads, or proteins that come with rice non customizable. Cooked Klean is a little far from me but it was worth the time and money. I ordered a bowl I added sauteed kale, broccoli and steak with garlic aioli on the side. The steak was juicy, the kale had a crunch and great flavor. It was absolutely delicious and filling! Will recommend to anyone !

I have been in the US for several years now, and was finally able to find a place to eat fish that reminds me of the fish I consume in my home country. Wow, it truly exceeded my expectations. Usually these "healthy eating" spots are bland and overpriced so naturally I was a bit hesitant. A close friend wouldn't stop talking about it so I took the chance.. so happy I did!! I hated Brussel spouts before coming here hahaha There is a little bit of a wait if you don't order ahead, but each meal is made to order so the food always hot when it comes out. I'm sure once they're able to hire more staff it'll improve. The food was amazing, I ordered their signature veggie bowl and steak bowl. It was super delicious to the point my friend who had the steak bowl did not stop telling me how good it was. Unfortunately I did end up waiting around 35-40 minutes for the two bowls. I was not given periodic updates on how much longer the wait will be, only until I went and asked at around the 30 minute mark. When I finally received my order, I did ask if this is the standard wait time for two orders and they said they accidentally gave my order away to Uber eats and that’s what caused the delay. I would’ve liked for them to tell me about the issue instead of me asking them what the issue was. I did have to set my bowl aside for a later time because my break time was depleted mostly on the wait time. I would also appreciate precise calorie and nutritional information with my meals. I can understand it can be difficult on custom bowls but at least on their signature bowls. Overall, the staff members were friendly and the food was amazing. I will be coming back.

Let me start off by saying the food is amazing. I’ve been ordering from this place since it first opened. I haven’t ordered in a while and decided to pick up an order today. Not sure if portions changed but upon eating my bowl today I noticed that the portions were significantly smaller and we’re talking about a 20 dollar bowl. The topper added minimal toppings and the salmon was tiny. I also got a smoothie which was room temperature because they ran out of ice. I use to love the portions at cooked klean despite it being pricey because it truly is delicious. I will return and hope it’s not the same outcome.

Food is pretty good from here, usually do well, unfortunately last order they were missing the salmon from my bowl and calls to restaurant go straight to voicemail.

Food is inconsistent. The first time I ordered from them I loved it so much I told everyone to try them. Every time after the first time food quality has been inconsistent. I love the Almond Cookies, they're usually soft but today they were hard and crumbly. The plantain is usually amazing, today it was hard and inedible.

I walked in and turned around and walked out. Did not look clean. Grill looked filthy and food crumbs and debris all over the counters. Guy at counter was not engaging at all. I wanted this place to be good. I'm always looking for fresh healthy alternatives out there, but if the place looks unkempt, even if the food is tasty, who wants 'tasty' food that's prepared in a dirty environment?

Please don't waste your money. They have dramatically reduced the portions (the toast is ONE slice of bread cut in half) but price has remained the same.

I ordered the wedges "ALL THE WAY" with jerk BBQ and it looks like someone else's left over food with literally 5 wedges in it. The bag was stapled shut and the wedges were at the bottom of the bag, so it wasn't the delivery person. Im annoyed and disgusted.

I went to order a customized bowl. The veggies where good, but the steak 🥩 inside the bowl was absolutely hard, no way you can chew it. Even my dog had a hard time swallowing it 🥲 Also they took very long time to have my order ready ( more than 30 minutes and it was only 1 person waiting before me) and the staff was very unfriendly. When the lady at the counter had my order ready, she “whispered” my name…. I could feel she was very uncomfortable with my “hurry up” face, so she called my name on purpose in a very low tone.

I used order shakes there and it was really good. For the past couples of times, they keep messing it up, Too watery too sweet too much ice.. last time I through it out without saying anything. But then I decided to go back and try it again - same thing again. I’m not going back for sure.

Do not come here. Especially when it’s busy. You’ll be waiting for 20 mins and more. The staff would say “please wait and be patient” while making you wait. I thought it would be a cool place to try out never again.

Worst customer service, and so slow

Rude staff. I recently had a bad experience at the place this past week. I was gonna order a bowl and smoothie but it came out to almost $30. At that point I’d rather go to the restaurant down the street for a $10 lunch special. Server was rude when I asked to cancel the bowl. Because I did not have enough money to buy it at the time. I also remember that I had ordered a bowl from them before and it was nothing special. I rather go to chipotle it’s cheaper and food is better. Idk if there ingredients aren’t fresh or just not cooked well. At that point I can easily make at home. After I said no to the bowl the lady caught an attitude maybe they don’t get enough customers cause they over priced. I got a 4 oz smoothie for $10 for no reason. When they severed me the smoothie the lady at the front slammed the straw on the table so much attitude. Instead of appreciating the fact that I at least got the smoothie. I payed $10 for a attitude next time I’ll just go to the gym next door for a smoothie. Sad to write this cause I like to support small local businesses but if they don’t do some serious retraining with there staff and cooks no one will go there. Lots of better food options with very friendly staff in the area no wonder the place is always empty. I do not recommend.

I would expect as a regular customer that the staff would be more cheerful and welcoming but I guess they pick and choose …. They act like they’re being forced to work there by the expression on their face always looks unhappy even if you smile and say have a nice day they won’t do it back …. ever which I find honestly a little odd … so please when it comes to getting your juices guys go to people that have good energy especially when they’re touching your food because this place wasn’t it stopped going just because of that plenty of other juice bars that don’t have an ego issue or don’t act miserable

Smells like wet dog when you walk in. Also, slow service. Waited longer then I should for a pre made order. Everyone conveniently served before me even though my order was placed before theirs (literally 1 bowl that’s it). I guess it takes 4 staff members plus 20+ wasted minutes for my order to be completed, and a basic order at that (1 bowl).

Disgusting customer service , be aware they are antisemitism in this business. Every time I come here they always have attitude problem and take forever to anything. Unsanitary and have uneducated staff there that need education on how to work and treat customers. They try to fight my sister since she asked where the trash can is cause it wasn’t visible to customers. Which is a huge health ticket. Owner was there as well which wasn’t making the situation better . Won’t be returning to disgusting establishment. Provoke someone else you gonna get posted on TikTok 👍

Ordered the beach bum smoothie the mango was not good because it wasn’t sweet at all it was bitter. Most mangos make a smoothie sweet, not this one. There was no place to sit either.

Almost $17 for 1/2 of almost nothing an a bowl 🥣 not a single topping was the right amount, however the flavor was okay ✅

$20 dollars only gave me sweet potato and washroom, $10 delivery, I know I forgot to add protein, why not call me, never order again,

Terrible experience. I don't know what's wrong with this place but everytime they take forever to make anything. I've seen Uber and Doordash drivers go off on your staff because they are horrible and don't communicate. No one in the store and you can't make a bowl in 10 minutes??? You have bags of food sitting there because apparently everyone avoids your restaurant. I can't wait until you shut down. Blacklisting you. Edit: Added in response to the owner's response. The vast majority of restaurants do NOT have the same problems that YOURS does. It's literally YOUR restaurant that has the same problems every single time. Gave multiple chances. No more. You refuse to improve your establishment. Fine. I'll just avoid you and tell all my friends to avoid your place. Good luck to you.

The first time I ordered from here it was amazing. I decided to order for a 2nd time and as I’m eating I feel something sharp in my mouth. So I pull it out and it’s a small shard of glass. I kept looking through my food and saw more pieces of glass. This could have actually put me in the hospital had I continued eating or been unaware. I spoke with UberEats, I have been refunded and they are looking into this further. This restaurant needs to be held accountable for this so I will be calling NYC Health Department. This is incredibly dangerous and just not okay. I no longer recommend this place.

It took forever to get food ready. And nobody in the kitchen didn’t seem to know when the food will get ready…. They don’t seem to take care of a customer waiting too much time

Incredibly disappointed with the lunch I received from Klean today! The over $8 salmon was tiny and dry, the asparagus was almost nonexistent, and there was a hair in my food. On top of it, my order was wrong. For $20, I would expect much higher quality. I would highly recommend not ordering from here.
