Very good pizza, quite an interesting menu with unobvious pizza options and a super kind smiling waitress. Big plus for English speaking staff. Convenient location, a few steps from the train station.

The pizza at Fradiavolo was truly exceptional — one of the best we tried in Turin, with perfect dough, high-quality ingredients, and rich flavor. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the quality of the food. The tall waitress was rude, unwelcoming, and made us feel like we weren’t wanted there. On the positive side, the other waitress was very friendly and helpful, which balanced the experience a bit. Overall, 4 stars for the outstanding pizza — but there is definitely room for improvement in the service. I would return for the food, hoping for a better customer experience next time.

Main waitress was verily friendly and spoke English which was very useful. Pizzas were really nice, the crust very crispy and not elastic and chewy as they can sometimes be. The vegetarian options aren't great apart from the sage choice of marguerita. Desserts are OK, I don't particularly recommend them. Atmosphere was relaxed and friendly.

One of the best pizzas I have ever tried. High quality ingredients. The toppings stay on top of the dough because it's not soupy or wet with the tomato sauce. So we really got to enjoy each flavor of each ingredient together with the dough making the experience complete and whole. And if you add their spicy oil, that just makes everything step on another level of goodness. Their tiramisù is a must try if you go there! Creamy, freshly made, not overly sweet but just soooo delectable. Staff was really friendly and nice. All would have been perfect if not for the banging sound of the table and the continuous dropping of things from behind me. But aside from this slight nuisance we would definitely come back again soon.

Pizzas were delicious, but unfortunately one of the wait staff was very rude when we asked if we could have a table for 6 when we had booked for 5 people. Of course, it was an inconvenience for us to ask but we were polite and this is the middle of August, all she had to do was find 1 more chair. Rolling your eyes in front of customers' faces among other microagressions throughout the evening is not cute. The attitude and unprofessional behaviour leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Event though we were the only customers, the food arrived relatively late and the pizza was cold! The whole restaurant was not heated and we were sitting there in our jackets and still freezing. The tiramisu was good though :)

servizio terribile, abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per una nostra amica che faceva gli anni alle 21:45 e il tavolo ci fu consegnato alle 22:33 nonostante fossimo andati a chiedere più volte quando fosse…

Da stare alla larga. Personale non adeguato. Pizza fredda. Napoli senza acciughe Marinara senza aglio Caffè mai arrivato

We had a reservation at 7:00 PM, the exact opening time, yet the waitress was unwelcoming and acted irritated despite there being no other guests. The pizza tasted okay but was burned. The restrooms were unacceptable: no hand soap in any of the three bathrooms and no toilet paper. This should be checked before opening. On top of that, we were charged €2.50 per person for a service fee, which did not match the quality of service at all. Overall, a bad experience. I would not recommend this place.

Some of the staff were not kind, especially while we were paying. It was a very unpleasant attitude towards me and my friends just because of this. Also the room next to wc smells so bad I suggest reserving another table if you go there.
