Nicest McDonald's employees I've ever come across in my 21 years. Cleanest one too. And give that sweet older woman with the fluffy white/blonde hair a raise, she dealt with rude customers in front of me with such grace, I was amazed.
Best McDonald's location I've been to. Fries are always crispy, service is great, and lines move quick.
I use a bariatric walker. I was greeted at the door by Musa, who held both doors opened for me ! I then went to place my order with China, who greeted me with a GENUINE smile. We exchanged pleasant conversation along with Jamel (I nick-named him "Snoop"). After I finished eating, I placed a "to-go" order. I moved to the side so the next person can place their order. China took his order. He paid for it, then started getting really loud, nasty and rude with China. China was extremely professional about it and called over her manager, Charity. He got even more rude and disrespectful with Charity. Charity handled the situation with extreme professionalism!! He told Charity and China that neither of them knew what they were doing and should not be working there because they could not get the order correct. (China read back the order TWICE before printing it ... and he agreed to it). I AM HERE TO SAY THAT THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST MCDONALD'S I HAVE BEEN TO ... AND TRUST ME, THEY *KNOW* WHAT THEY ARE DOING. The crew here is extremely friendly & professional. I definitely recommend this McDonald's over others I have been to.
It's typical of McDonald's employees to be rude and just ask for your money....that's what I'm used to around the Albany area. But here at this McDonald's I was greeted with a smiling individual who actually said good morning and thank you have a great day. And the food was good and fresh as well.
Stop by for a quick lunch between break. The front end person (Sunday morning@ 1230) was great, quick, and very respectful. She needs a raise. Oh, food was hot.
Was very nice having a large tablet to take our order which was quicker and then the facility was very clean and friendly staff..also loved the open play area for kids it was clean and nice for the kids. Food was also very good and hot with delivery like a restaurant! Overall very pleased with this McDonald's just wish it was closer!
I have ben going to the McDonalds on Rt-50 Because on a walker bad knee hard to get around there drive thru is better then others i have ben to over the years when i go in side i will give a better report on the in side Check them out i did
McDonald's is McDonald's pretty much wherever you go. This McDonald's is no exception. The food is exactly as you expect. However, I believe the service at this particular McDonald's is superior. I don't know if the management is on their game or what, but they are quick and accurate. When I pull in, I know I'm not wasting my time, I can count on being served accurately in as little time as possible. Never once had a wrong order from this particular McDonald's. Highly recommended
We all know how McDonald’s can be. Either the best thing ever, or just straight up dog food. But this McDonald’s right here in Glenville has yet to let me down. Freshly made hot food. Exquisite looking and tasting burger. And they filled my large orange Hi-C TO THE BRIM!!!!!!!!!!!😱😱😱🤯🤯 I can always count on this location to deliver a satisfactory meal. 💯🔥🔥🔥 😋🍽️

I'm beginning to suspect these packs are the same. Yes, I bought a meal intended for a kid. Yes, I bought it for the Pokemon cards. Yes, I intended to buy another because I didn't get the card I wanted. Aside from my sad adult child passions, the nuggets were crispy and tasted of that refined McDonalds oil flavor, the fries were a little floppy but salted properly, and the ice-tea lemonade was refreshing and sweet. Exactly the thing I'd come to expect from a McDonalds doing their job. The service was quick, friendly, and no one asked why a guy in a suit and tie was buying a kids meal for himself.
It’s what you’d expect from a McDonald’s. Fast food. Courteous staff. If you do the drive-thru, check your bag before leaving. This location is better than most in terms of making sure your order is correct, but sometimes mistakes are made.
Food was hot and brought to the drive through window in a timely manner. This location has two order windows for better order taking. There was a line when I went at dinner time but I was back on the road in ten minutes.

I get lunch at this McDonalds a lot. Food comes out quick and the dining room is fairly clean. The bathroom isn't great but overall 4 stars.
This is prob the best mcd around. Staff is usually very friendly. Food usually hot or warm They lose 2 stars because they dont ever seem to have enough staff at the usual busy times, sometimes at 1030pm no one answers drive through even though they are open until 1am. Usually food is hot or warm but I had breakfast this morning at 630am, they open at 6am and everything was stone cold. Maybe a one off. I'll will go back
It's McDonald's... I don't think anyone goes there looking for a life changing food experience. It's relatively cheap and quick and you know what you're getting. This location's drive thru wait time is usually pretty quick. However, lunch and dinner rush will take 10 or 15 mins sometimes from start of order to being handed food. Customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is upbeat and mirrors the manners I am a (admitted) stickler for. Other times they are dead behind the eyes and don't say boo. No acknowledgement of my order, no thanking me for my payment, no "have a nice day". If I'm putting in the effort to say it to them, the least they could do is to parrot back basic manners.
My original review for this McDonald’s Started off badly due to one experience I had at this McDonald’s. After speaking with the owner of this location my entire view has changed. She was extremely friendly and apologetic and listened to what I had to say. I am honestly not the type of person to leave reviews in the first place and completely understand that mistakes happen. I was definitely upset when I made my original review but how this owner handled my situation really made me change how I felt about this location.
If you’re coming here around dinner time get ready to get served old lunch leftovers. It never fails. Also do not ever leave this mcdonald’s drive thru without checking your order 9/10 it will be wrong or missing
McDonald's doesn't always have the best reputation, and this one is no different. Almost every single time my family and I have ordered they have messed up in some way, leaving something out or making it wrong. Occasionally a manager would offer us coupons for their mistakes, but it has gotten so bad that we have to go inside and pick up our food every single time, to check if the order is right.
The food was good and it was hot when handed to us. Only downfall was the service was slow and it took over thirty minutes to get our order of 20pc chicken nugget and double cheese burger. People that came in after us got their food before us. My daughter actually ordered two Happy Meals about 2 minutes after our order and she got her order right away. When they asked them about my order they all just looked at each other and shrugged. A girl that had just gotten on shift was the one that got my order ready for me. She was the only one that apologized it was ridiculous when drive thru and people that were coming inside were getting their orders before me.
Normally, average across the board. It’s McDonald’s. However, we waited in line for 15 minutes. Traffic didn’t move. We had to leave the line. We would have left the line sooner but we needed to wait for others to leave first because we were trapped. Not sure what’s going on but the wait times have been much longer than usual.
They really should find some happy medium to taking in orders late at night but also manning and progressing the drive through lanes, and if they cannot do that then they simply should only do one or the other, because it is not fair as someone ordering in person that I have to wait such a long time . And on the other hand , it is not fair if someone is now waiting 10x as long for their doordash order, and such. GREAT service otherwise and very friendly staff!!
All I ordered was two cheeseburgers with ketchup only neither of them had ketchup and loaded with onions there's always a problem
Ordered through the APP and let the store know I was there but hitting the button. I waited for the APP to tell me it was ready for pick up and it turns out they store never let the APP know the order was ready. I dont know Ill revise my review if I go here again and dont use the APP
The food was cold and didn't taste good and the girl that took our order had an attitude and seemed like I was bothering her by placing my order
I ordered a double quarter pounder without cheese. The slip attached to the box said "Double Quarter Pounder, No American Cheese". I opened the box and found not one but two slices of cheese melted on the patties. Bro, you had one job. Hold the cheese!! How can you attach the slip to box and not realize you put cheese on it? Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened here.
The service is often slow and the food is rarely fresh tasting. I remember there was a time when the quality was significantly better. I only gave a two star rating because the Hi C tasted great and realized that Mc Donald"s likely had a minimal role in my assessment.
Got a number 7 (2 cheeseburgers, fries, and a drink) they forgot the burgers. Got a 6 piece nugget, only 5 pieces. 2 mcchickens and the mddub were fine though. Quick service, just wish they gave you your food
Normally great experience at this location but went there tonight and was Terrible. Food was ice cold after a literal 5 minute ride home, son got a 4 pc nugget happy meal instead of 6 pc like was ordered. I ordered a large Big Mac meal, what I got was a big mac with a medium drink and half a large container of fries. Definitely needs some adult leadership to correct this declining store. Some blame obviously falls on me for not checking and thinking they could correctly do their jobs!!
This place needs to step up there game. Never gets my order right. Always have to wait long or they forget to check the printer for orders that have been placed for curb side so u sit there.
Kiosk wasn’t working. Screen for order wasn’t working. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes to pay. Many workers just walked by me and said nothing. Lots of attitudes and low moral. All the workers look extremely unhappy. Hope the food doesn’t reflect the energy. Why when I order a cheeseburger without pickles, I get it without pickles, onions, ketchup and mustard???
I spent $11 on a combo meal here and got anemically filled container of fries, a soda, and this sandwich. Do they realize real food is two doors down, wrapped in a burrito, and costs less? The reason McDonald's became so popular is that it was cheap with decent portions. Now their burger patties are thinner than the pickle slices and the cost is through through roof. Going here is not worth the quantity or quality of the food.
So, I go here often. Multiple times a week. It's not the best food, but their nuggies usually satisfy me, and this negative review will not affect my commerce there, but you deserve to hear about what you just may get yourself into. Order a meal, you know size and drink? Too bad, your Sprite is forfeit! Get a Dr. Pepper, hopefully an iced tea will suffice. The service was poor and unresponsive and they took our reciept, leaving us with no proof of this terrible, unspeakable meal. Please forgive this rant, but you had to know.
Obviously the Reehers, the owners of this McDonalds, are banking on the fact that they are one of two fast food places in town or maybe they would see a need to oversee their business. We have probably been to this McDonald's ten times and EVERY TIME it has been dirty, burgers are over cooked, and it's incredibly slow. Keep hoping for a different experience, but it's always the same. Tonight was only somewhat different because as we settled in for the long wait for our food we were entertained by the employee conversation about the gram they got stiffed on when they bought a bag last night.....priceless!
Went through the drive thru got a cold egg McMuffin & a cold over saturated hash brown brought it back to get another meal sandwich was warmer but the hash brown was a half & still nasty. Also another customer came in and complained that he ordered a sausage and egg on a biscuit no cheese got it with cheese & he also wanted it well done. They gave him back his sandwich no cheese and not well done & he said forget it & got a refund

Glenville McDonalds on Saratoga Rd is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I have an issue everytime I go there. This McDonalds has two drive through order stations. I have pulled up to the order station with one car at the opposite station, watched them order, then as other cars pulled up behind them watched them take all there orders as I sit there, till I eventually just left. If your lucky enough to get the right order the food is never hot and the wait time for the drive through is beyond ridiculous. The last few times I have gone there I have ended up just pulling away. This time I decided to stick it out, for lack of time to go any where else, and I was sitting in the drive through line for over 20 mins. Fast food, I think not. I went there with 10 mins to spare to get to work on time and ended up being 15 mins late to work. I watched SEVERAL cars pull out of line after ordering and several cars that never even wasted there time to order and just drove out.
I would not complain if this is a one in a while thing because we are all human and can make mistakes but almost every time we go to this location something in our order is wrong or missing. I am now a half hour late for work because of the wait and we ordered what is on the menu all day . two breakfast sadwiches and a hash brown. Not only was the order wrong but the biscit i did not order could of been used as a hokey puck. And the hashbrown was missing .I would of just ate it anyways and gone on our way but i turned around because some of the order was missing. When we finally got it after having to pull up and wait yet again it was cold. And with the wrong meat.Communitation could be better between employees i noticed as well.
Worst experience ive had a mcdonalds. Waited for 20 min with no line ahead or behind me. Fries looked like they were from yesterday and i had giant chunks of onion on a mcdouble. I worked for mcdonalds years ago and it takes 5 min to make dehydrated onions. Also my friend got the complete wrong order.
Ordered thru drive thru with my Lady. We finished our soda and I went back in to refill after we ate in parking lot. The manager came over and saw me throw away my bag of garbage because thier is no can outside. I went to refill my soda and he rudely said I had to pay for another soda. I was appalled and asked for his name and how long he was with the Company. He told me his name was Tom and 20 years. I am a senior citizen and have never been treated that way in my life. I am taking this up with corporate. Disgusting experience. God See's All. Amen
worst place to eat in fulton county. had a bigmac meal and it was so greasy and discusting. and had a cholate milkshake with the meal and it was very watery and melted. u would think all that grease would make this food taste good but it was horrible tasting. Their prices are so high that u would think the food is gonna be good. if u like grease and high prices than have at it.
Employees are rude! The drive-through never gets your order correct and when you go inside to correct it no apologies makes it seem like it's your fault and you are bothering them. Wait time is always long.

This McDonalds we always have a issue. Hash browns are always cold and upon requesting fresh ones we always seem to get a attitude from the staff. If there was less talking and more paying attention and having hair not also found in our food we pay for I'm sure it would and could be a better place.
HORRIBLE!!!!! Their shake machine is always down I order a happy meal a double quarter pounder and 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits and after they told me the shake machine wasn't working I asked for a juice box " oh we don't have any til truck comes " which truck was there also when you look in the drive through the workers were horsing around I don't think I will ever go back there!!! I was there for like 25 minutes when before I went there I stopped at Wendy's and from start to finish I was there for like less than 10 minutes!! And the workers were actually working and not horsing around also heard a young employee say f@#k that I'm not staying til whatever time she said .

Bring coffee you will wait 30 or more minutes and you still won't get what u ordered! And watch out for what u get charged they can't ring up right item you order . I worked for McDonald's so I know it can be hell but it's not hard. Even when you are slamming ! A good manager can make good employees but if the management sucks so does employees . Only McDonald’s that closes at 10:30 claiming to be open 24 hours and the ice cream machine is broken at least 2-3 times a day
Bathrooms are always gross. Something always goes wrong when I come here. Last time, the service was terrible, the order was wrong and replacement was cold. This time I was told that it would be 7 minutes for my McGriddle and they asked if I wanted to wait. I said I'd wait. Didn't get food for 20 minutes, and the McGriddle was dry and overcooked. Could barely eat it. There were drink and condiment station was out almost everything, most of the tables were dirty. The last time we went here we said we wouldn't come back. We definitely made a mistake by coming back again.
Ive given this place way too many chances, I'm done going here. One time I don't get the right sandwich. Another time I got a pubic hair in my food. And last time I went my fry container was only half full and my burger was crushed and outside the container with the contents of the burger spilling out into the bag. I haven't had any good experiences with it.

Food is normal McDonald's... 50/50 shot at getting the right order... And minimum of 15 minutes wait nowadays. Can't waste 15 minutes of a 1/2 hour lunch break waiting for a 2 dollar cheeseburger instead of a bacon cheese chicken sandwich meal... too late to go back. 9.00 for fries and a drink Edit. Add that every time I order coffee with very little cream and the screen says light cream I know I'm going to get a cup of milk
Pulled up to speaker. They were taking order from the other lane. I was greeted and asked if I was using the Mobile app. I said no. I asked for a medium fries and medium coke. I sat and waited. The other car pulled around. I said, “hello? Did you get my order?” Silence. Another car pulled up to the other speaker. They took their order. That other car also pulled around. So I pulled in after him. Got to the pay window. The girl flung the window open, glared at me and said, “what’s going on!” I asked if she got my order. She said no. I said I was greeted, I placed my order and then nobody responded. They kept taking orders from the other lane. She still glared at me and said that is an automatic recording. I said I didn’t know that. And then she proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t take my order. She said “we can’t take any more orders.“ I said what? She said, “we can’t take any more orders. We have too many orders on the board.” I said, but there is nobody ahead of me in the line to pick up food. She just glared at me like she wanted to slap me. Finally she yelled, “what do you want? “I said a medium fry and a medium Coke, please. I gave her my card. She gave it back and said do you want your receipt? I said no thank you. I said, “don’t be mad at me.” She just slammed the window in my face. I pulled up to the pick up window. The person working there , flung the window open, pushed the Coke out the window at me without even looking at me. I took it, and they tossed the bag of fries through my window into the car and slammed the window shut. I will never go back to that McDonald’s again never
Brought my granddaughter for lunch today. I asked for fresh fries and checked them while at the window. I said they weren't hot and the manager asked for the fries back, which I'm fine with but she grabbed them from my hand like I was trying to get free fries. I could tell she was annoyed when she told me to pull up and wait for new ones. She left me waiting 20 minutes before I called into the restaurant asking how long it was going to take. The workers are and have always been very polite and give great service but the manager today SUCKED!!!!!! SHE'S RUDE and shouldn't be working in food service 😒
All i wanted was a medium milkshake. I pulled up to the drive thru behind 2 cars. The line didn't move for i would say 8 or 9 min. One car left. They took the order of the car in front of me, and i pulled up. Again, i was sitting there for another 7 or 8 minutes. There was no acknowledgment on either side. I said hello into the speaker multiple times. I ended up pulling off, and there were no cars waiting in line for food either. I went inside, and there was one person getting their order taken and 1 waiting for food. I asked the guy why they weren't doing the drive-thru. He said they were really busy. I have never seen a McDonald's with fewer people in it unless it's late at night. I think you should hire people who can multitask because the ones that work here apparently can't take orders and make the food. Nor can they be polite and acknowledge the people outside waiting over 10 min to order. I will not return to this one.
Typical food but watch your order in the drive though ... 9 times out of 10 they forget an item or two. Update: I've really had it with this place. I ordered on the mobile app before arriving at the drive through at 10:31am and they said they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30am. They wouldn't fill my order. They are awful people and I would not give them any business. I would give them zero stars if I could.
The person at the drive thru with purple hair need to get off there phone and learn customer service. If you don't like your job don't take it out on the customers. You should tell the customer the amount they owe.

Everytime I go thru the drive thru they forget some of my order. Yesterday they didn't give me my fries , the last time my big Mac plus the girl acted upset because I told her to check if it was all there and she said yes till I got home was too upset to go back.
I was there around 10pm, and ordered some food. The fries were disgusting and stale, had to toss them all out. The nuggets were the same, old and dry, but still somewhat edible unlike the fries. How hard is it to make people some fresh food that hasn't been sitting in the back for hours? I shouldn't have to feel like I was ripped off every time I order food from there... also, no matter what you order from here, they will have you pull up away from the window so they can cheat the drive-thru time.
The food was good, at least I can say that. But it was like 1 person band in the kitchen. The worker & manager up front did good but the definitely need more help. The line is long both drive thru & front.
This McDonald’s location isn’t focused on customer convenience or satisfaction. The manager, citing his own convenience, forced me to come inside to receive my food even though I had already waited in line, placed my order, and went through the drive-thru. He didn’t want to give me my food through the drive-thru, apparently to avoid adverse metrics, rather than to assist a customer. His manner was condescending and unfriendly, not at all customer-centric or attentive.
quite literally never gives any sauces you ask for and everything is cold immediately if not sooner after receiving the food

This establishment is the most unprofessional place i have ever experienced. I went there last night ordered a couple of meals once I proceeded to the window to get my food…. Problem #1 no one even came to the window to greet me immediately after sitting there for a few mins a woman who is a manager name Brittany came to the window very unprofessional and snobby( this isn’t my first encounter with this woman from coming to McDonald’s) I then got my food and drinks and I asked for 2 extra sauces Brittany then proceeded to be very rude and nasty told me no I can not have any extra sauces because of her inventory I also offered to pay for them as well she then told me no and slammed the window on my face. She slammed that window so hard that it opened back up smh she is so unprofessional and because of this woman I do not recommend coming here she makes this McDonald’s look horrible. Now on to problem #2 after all that stuff was done they messed up on my order but because I was so angry and disgusted I didn’t even go back there to correct it out of fear she would do something to my food that’s how evil this woman is… well rants over but McDonald’s you need to do better and with employees like her you will lose more customers then gain because of her ugly evil attitude!!!!!!
I don’t want to put much effort into this review, kind of like the experience I was given at this place today. All I will say is, learn how to act like you actually give a damn about the customers who pass through your store. I had the most frustrating experience this morning and it definitely started my day off bad. It’s unfortunate because I’ve had a pleasant experience every other time I’ve come here, and I frequent the drive thru during lunch break pick ups, etc …. but whomever the woman was that was working and apparently in charge today, was rude and did not give a damn, was dismissive, and completely uninterested, whilst forgetting that she works a customer service position essentially. It is those bad apples who ruin it for everyone.
Horrible experience. Fries were super cold and the food was messed up. This isn’t the first time it has happened. Everytime we go we have some sort of issue with our food or we have to pull around to wait for our food which is STILL MESSED UP!! Drive through line was wrapped around the building and the doors were locked so we couldn’t even get it fixed. It would’ve been more of a hassle to attempt to get it fixed so we didn’t even bother. Don’t plan on coming to this location again.
I treated very poorly at this place last time. I was there. They got my order wrong, then they brought out my order and it was cold and they didn't bring out my drink. When I said something about it with a loud voice. Another employee came out and said that I was mentally deficient. The manager came out. Didn't do anything or say anything. Do the employee? He just stood there, listening to the whole thing. And then after the employee threw my drink on the ground. The manager said you should've spent mean to him and I said, well, everything here was messed up and he could manager, then went and got me a drink. I wouldn't go to this place again if I was paid to.
Didn’t get half the order and the other half was messed up so for now on when you ask people to pull around so your drive through line goes fast and we say no you will know why.
45 minutes in drive through, rude nasty manager
Waited for 10 minutes at the drive thru while three cars were taken care of in the other lane. Not once did someone take my order or say anything at all before I gave up and left.
Can't rate the food because I walked out before I could get it. Ordered at the kiosk but wanted to pay at the counter to be sure I got my receipt. The old timer they had working the register was REALLY not up to the job. He messed up the order someone gave him prior to my arrival and when that customer complained, everything came to a stop as the shift manager was trying to sort it all out. I didn't want to wait, so I left.
The employees were having a rough night when we came through the drive through, around 7:15pm. We ordered a couple of the smaller "double" selections and a drink. We drove up and paid at the first window. At the next window the girl was very soft spoken but I heard her ask if we ordered "double" something meals...so I said yes. We took the bag, checked it out, but it wasn't the double meals we ordered. They told us to keep it and pull up. There were already two cars ahead of us waiting on incorrect orders. The truck behind us now couldn't get to the pick up window and honked at everyone as if there was someplace to go. When no one moved, the passenger got out and approached the front most can, just as the employee came out and offered a car a meal that was also turned away, evidently also incorrect...so he returned to his vehicle. The three are still waiting them pulled up further...we proceeded to wait for an additional thirty minutes, during which time, we brought another wrong order, watched numerous people drive away without orders, and others honked. Eventually an employee came back with a handful of receipts still unsure what we had ordered. We have her the receipt back, and waited some more until what should have been a correct order made it out finally. Given the amount of time we waited, we trusted the order was correct until we arrived to our destination to discover the order was still wrong, cold, and tasted horrible. We felt awful for the watching the employees try their best to correct the things and satisfy orders but it was a mess of an experience. This was our first time at this location. I hope they don't often have says like we witnessed this evening. We comment the effort though in trying. Glenville McD's seems to have a tough, impatient crowd to serve based on what we saw.
I get it. They’re kids working here. But my goodness, take an iota of pride in your work. Just a little bit. Cold food, fry box not even half full…. And it’s every time you go here. Poor attitudes, and I get it, I’ve worked retail and customer facing jobs too… a smile and a little bit of positivity goes a long way. I really hope district and above management does something about this location. It’s… rough.
This place is getting worse and worse I’m done spending my money here just to be missing food in my order multiple times I’ve been there and almost on every visit. I’ll take the longer drive to a better McDonald’s that gets the order right all the time.
Stopped by this store because i was over at target across the street i wanted some burgers. I said only mac sauce but it came with everything. Ketchup mustard onions pickles with mac sauce also burgers seemed old which is weird because it was 20 mins after change over from breakfast meat was nasty and buger were also completely covered in ketchup mustard and mac so i didn't even bother to eat it because they didn't even give me napkins.
I went to the drive-through for a simple meal on Friday, January 16. Because of the shortage of pennies, I handed a silver coin so that I would get five cents back and change. She gave me bills back and no change and when I tried to correct her, she had to have someone help her and angrily gave me .04 which wasn’t even the change I was due. I’ve had logistical issues with this McDonald’s for a long time. Their customer service is generally poor. people who don’t know how to make change or put something correctly into a computer should not be checking people out.
Don’t bother door dashing McDonald’s through their app from here. My order showed up in a sealed bag without the “Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Deluxe” part of a Large Meal. Kind of sad when you only get fries & a drink. I would highly recommend going in person so you can see what you’re paying for. I’ll never know if it was the restaurant or a hungry driver who knows how to tamper a seal. Anyways I’m out the meal part of my meal & the app services wound refund the full price of the “Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Deluxe” only part of it. If fries and a Coke cost that much it better bring something more than coronary artery disease to the table of comorbidity.
We usually stop around 9:30 pm. It’s the worst time to go, from the menu boards to the pick up window it took 30 minutes and everything was cold. This happened every Friday night, so I went during the day and i said it must be better, well I was wrong again, ordered my food and they gave me the wrong bag or just messed it up, I’m am done with Glenville McDonald’s
Took 23 minutes to get a quarter pounder with cheese no onions and fries last night....and there were onions on the burger. I was 1st in the drive thru and it took about 5 mins before my order was taken. At this time, there were about 8 cars in line, not counting the 2 that drove away.
This location is NOT open 24/7 as the website suggests. The sign on the door still states open until 12:00 for the drive thru
i doordashed fries and i got an empty bag, the workers there are obviously very thoughtful and hard worker. What a waste of 15 dollars, I could put fries in a bag while in a coma.
Order on app food not ready upon arrival and very RUDE Service Will Not Return!
Update-its now 847p and we are still waiting. This is completely unacceptable. Over an hour and we still haven't gotten our food. The girl at the first window has a horrible attitude. This location is horrific. On 11/30 we stopped at 7:35p to get dinner for our littles. We are still waiting and its now 810p. Unfortunately we have been blocked in by cars or I would have just left as this is completely ridiculous. On other visits we are consistently missing items, the food is old/inedible. I'm not sure what the problem is with this location but it needs a complete overhaul from the lowest paid employee all the way to the franchise owner.
Such rude workers here, no manners or respect whatsoever. Gossiping with coworkers instead of doing their job:/
I ordered a cheeseburger no ketchup extra mustard. You know they charge for extra mustard now. They barely put any on the burger
Ordered 2 meals through grubhub. Forgot the fries and straws for drinks. This cant be grubhubs mistake because the bag was sealed with tape when I received it...
This McDonald's does not know how to accommodate special needs or disabled people. The staff and management there we're not accommodating to my autistic son. It was quite disheartening that they could not or would not provide him with the service that he needed.
Absolutely horrible! Couldn't order in the app find out it's because they gave no sausage find okay take the same thing but with bacon ...get home I have a bite of eggs and crumbles of bacon with a biscuit...it's supposed to be a big breakfast with hotcakes and sausage(bacon) with an English muffin... manager to busy on his phone.
I didnt know today was build a burger. . Some what disappointed but then again this has been the service at ALOT OF FOOD PLACES i please easily and honestly dont mind a messy burger a time or two but when the meat is cold and the cheese is weird and i didn't wait that long in line thats the no go for me. So pretty much money wasted.
