Fantastic food
Excellent service and food! Judy is always so kind and attentive. We love this place.
I love reviewing great businesses, and this restaurant deserves an awesome review. The staff treated us with respect, seated us immediately, and served us promptly. We have little ones so getting in and out quick matters to us. Even more than the speed of service, we love good food for a great price, and they’ve achieved both! I ordered the Tres Enchiladas (filled with scallops) and wow! They were delicious. My dad was the one treating my family as a gift and he also said wow! when he saw the check. Especially because the total for 3 adults (who ordered adult beverages) and 3 kids (who eat a lot) were fed for $80. You really can’t beat the price. Our fast food orders are only $20-$30 shy of that price.
Food is always great. Never a disappointment. The staff Mauricio has put together is so great you guys could serve peanut butter and jelly, and people would love it 😆 and a few margaritas 😃 keep it up guys and gals
Highly recommend! Liz and the staff are always so friendly and make you feel like family. Food is very good and has been consistent with this service for over a year of coming here.
My husband and I had dinner here tonight! Food, service and atmosphere was amazing. The staff were so friendly and inviting!! We definitely will be back! Very affordable as well!!
I am visiting from Texas were as you might guess there is authentic Mexican food in every town. I was pleasantly surprised of how good and authentic the food at this restaurant is. This fact combined with the amazing, friendly service deserves six stars but I can only give them five.
Food is outstanding and the drinks are made to perfection. Typical Mexican drink menu but with a twist. Family friendly and fairly fast service.
Love the atmosphere and the food here. Every visit I feel like family and the staff are amazing!
LOVE this place! They have best Chorizo around! We haven’t had anything that wasn’t served fresh and hot and “our way”.. They are happy to adjust or substitute to your liking.. They are friendly, courteous and professional! Always clean! We’ve never had any complaints!
Five stars all around here! I have had Mexican food all over the US (to include living in CO, NM, AZ, and CA, and this place is great! Service was amazing, and the food exceeded my expectations big time! I only wish I had come here sooner! The chips and salsa were very fresh... Btw, I recommend the steak quesadilla.
Love this place. Hands down the best Mexican food in the area. Friendly service and the best margaritas around.
When we came trough the door they were so welcoming. You don’t get that anymore nowadays but this place is awesome. We will definitely be back 😊
My third time here and they don’t miss! Clean, quick, consistently tastey and friendly. Have great drinks too. My favorite restaurant out here by the lake.
The best Italian food we have had in a long time. Huge portions, delicious lunches for under $10
Probably one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area. Service excellent, Food excellent, atmosphere excellent. If you’re in surrounding county’s you need to check this place out. You won’t be disappointed.
Both the Mexican and Italian side are great. Extremely friendly staff and the food is always excellent
Pleasent suprise close to home! The food is very good, snd the staff is always very friendly and attentive!
One of my favorite restaurants, the owner and the staff are outstanding. Excellent food and excellent service.
Great casual dining experience, its great to be able to go out and stay local.
We love going here for family dinner night! The staff is amazing, and we love the food is always quick, hot, and delicious!
So good! Just moved here from Texas and I am not disappointed! And so convenient - 3 minutes from our house! We look forward to more dinner nights here in the future. Thank you!
The restaurant was clean. The food was great. They even provided extra napkins without me asking for them. The service staff could be better. It took 10 minutes to get my check after asking for it. I eventually walked to the register to get my bill. However, the food and atmosphere were amazing.
Place was open and airy, plenty of seating. We were welcomed like old friends and service was impeccable. The food was amazingly tasty and hot. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had time to chat and enjoy each other's company after church. We had the ACP with Shrimp, and Fried Jalapeños, also had Steak Mexicano. Please treat yourself to an excellent meal at great prices and enjoyable time there.
the food was good. The servers were very friendly and attentive. My wife loved her grilled chicken salad, and my burritos were pretty good. The flan dessert wasn't smooth like most places, so it probably was homemade, it tasted very good. Plenty of parking, and they have a separate Italian restaurant right next door that we didn't try, so I can't comment on that.
This place was fantastic and has become our new go-to for Mexican! We went on a Saturday night and were greeted smiling faces and were seated quickly. The chips & salsa (that comes in a small pitcher) arrived almost immediately. The food was delicious and hot and the mojitos were ON POINT. Will definitely be back! Go check them out.
As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the hostess who was very friendly. The chips and salsa were very good, and the salsa tasted very fresh. The peach and lime margaritas were delicious as well as the steak quesadilla, tamale, and chile relleno we had. Not sure what another reviewer was saying about small portions, ours were very respectable, especially for the money. The thing that sets this restaurant apart from the rest (besides their awesome drinks and food) is the absolutely outstanding customer service we received. We had at least three different individuals ask us if we needed anything throughout our visit, and I feel like that speaks volumes for their teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction. Would definitely recommend you visit Bella Cucina for some amazing Mexican food!
Wonderful friendly staff and great atmosphere! Best Mexican food in Virginia by far and the prices are competitive perhaps even a little lower. Definitely worth the stop to eat. I'm someone that was born and raised in Southern California, lived in Arizona and at a border town and have been to Mexico plenty times.
Best Mexican food in the Fredericksburg/Spotsylvania area at affordable prices. The carnitas I ordered were very tender and flavorful. The portions portions were huge and super delicious. The food came out fast and fresh. Liz and Luis were very attentive and provided excellent service. They made sure the drinks were always full. The mango frozen margarita was strong and not watered down like most establishments. The classic Mexican dessert hit the spot as well. I would definitely recommend them. Better than all of the other Mexican restaurants I’ve frequented on Route 3 near the mall. Definitely worth the drive.
Good food service is good that is rare today one of the better places to eat in this area
Can't go wrong with the Texano Burrito.
Charges a small fee if youbise a card.
Very good Mexican food and great prices.
Decent Mexican restaurant, friendly people!
Our first time here, we enjoyed our food and drinks and service were excellent. But there was an unexpected "surcharge" of a dollar and change at the bottom of the bill. Didn't want to make a fuss about it, but it should be disclosed to customers ahead of time.
Decent Experience, but the Burrito Missed the Mark. The burrito looked great when it came out, but unfortunately the meat was dry, which took away from the overall flavor. On the plus side, the salsa was really good—had a nice little kick to it. Service was excellent, though. Our server was friendly and made sure our drinks stayed full the entire time. I just wish the burrito tasted as good as it looked.
This place is pretty good, the only reason it's a 4 is because it is far from perfect, My only critic on the food is nothing really wows you everything is good but nothing that's gonna make you want to come back the very next week. But at the same there's no complaints I have on the place, the service is exceptional they are very professional, and know what they're doing. The atmosphere is nothing special just a normal restaurant, everything is clean and nice. So yea no complaints if I could give this place a 4.3 I would. The best thing about this place is the prices, the price fits the quality of food, me and my cousin got 6 things here and it only costed like 60 bucks not bad at all, I'll be back for that main reason. SEE YA
You’d never even know it’s there. The food is good, the portions are small, and the servers are friendly and helpful. I thought it was part of the Allstate offices. They need a better sign. When we walked in the hostess immediately welcomed us and found us a table. We had fresh chips and salsa before we sat fully down. The menu is vast and has lots of kid friendly options. The “salad,” had plenty of chicken but little in the way of lettuce or really any vegetables. The one slice of tomato wasn’t enough. The fried salad taco bowl shell is half the size of a typical one. Don’t get me wrong it was enough food, just smaller than normal. The flavors were not overwhelming. It just get like something was missing from the dishes we had.
Like many destinations in Locust Grove, the surrounding area is rural and kind of eerie. The staff at this restaurant were very friendly, even for just pick-up order. The restaurant was also clean - floors freshly mopped. The food was okay. If I return one day, I’ll probably try something else that may change my mind about the food. 🤷🏾♀️
I had ordered from here this week for lunch and my meal was disappointing. Tacos were slapped together with "corn tortilla" (yellow taco shells from the grocery store), ground beef texture was very basic and the white cheese was bland. This taco looked like it could have been made by a stay at home mom who's never been to Mexico, "White people taco night" is what I'd rate it (no hate but i didnt come here to pay for that). Queso was runny and bland and too much cream in it and the chips were like the cheap AMC tortilla chips without the salt. Honestly, I'd prefer movie chips and salsa than have this queso again if we're going with inauthentic Mexican. Enchiladas tasted like the sauce came from a jar with the same ground beef and tortillas as the taco. Who are you trying to fool? Seems as your resturant is Mexican themed but the food is far from it. I expected street tacos with house made corn or flour tortillas at the very least. Not going to order from here anymore unless you make real Mexican food.
First time there will not go back we ordered fajitas and veggies burnt and no seasoning. Service was great but they need new cooks.
I placed an online order and drove 25 minutes to pick it up, only to be told the restaurant was closed for a private event. I had already paid for a full family meal. My phone number was on the order, yet no one called or notified me. Online ordering should be disabled when closed—this was a complete waste of time.
