Chewy Boba Company is a highly-rated boba shop in Orlando. Customers rave about the unique and delicious boba flavors, especially the mango-based drinks and the special creations by the baristas. The honey lavender macaron is also a standout.
Tip: Try the special boba flavors created by the baristas, especially anything with mango.
Literally my favorite place to get boba ever. I’ve been coming here for 7 years and the building may have changed tremendously but the boba just keeps getting better and better. They now have a window you can walk up and order from, a kiosk inside to order if you’d like, and claw machines now! (And the claw machines work!) I love the sticky note back wall addition, really ties communities together.
Tori was amazing. My first experience and I got her favorite drink and yes lordddd it is delish!!! I will def be back th vibe and energy is on point! NEW CUSTOMER FOR SURE
Super good! Best boba flavor was a special from one of the employees that had mango and mango jellies! The honey lavender macaron was so light and delicious! Def a fave spot now, especially because it near another favorite store Avalon!
Mango tea with strawberry popping pearls! 🥭🍓 So good, it's like a fruity summer drink in the fall! 🍂🍹 Small, cool little Boba place with specialty drinks made by the baristas. #BobaLove #FruityGoodness #FallVibes
Great-tasting boba tea and gourmet macarons…what more can you ask for? Chewy Boba Company should definitely be on your radar! It feels like this is one of the original boba shops in Orlando; despite this, it’s super nice inside, and they have a lot of great options! We got the Okinawa milk tea with sea salt foam (no cheese foam which I thought was a bit odd, but the sea salt foam was still good) and the Thai milk tea. The Okinawa milk tea was a good, classic milk tea with a bit of a coconut hint to it, and the Thai milk tea was exactly what a Thai tea should taste like, when you picture one. They have an amazing selection of macarons too! And mochi and other stuff! You should highly consider getting some macarons as well…I mean earl grey, blackberry violet, lychee rose, and lavender?! Are you kidding me - they’re such good flavors! We got a half-dozen and will get more next time we visit. All in all, a really nice shop, friendly service, and a good amount of parking behind the building in the parking lot just south of Colonial Drive!
The macaroon here is the best!! The outside is not too crunchy and chewy. The cream is perfectly light and not too sweet. If you want a milk tea that strong scent of tea and just what you expected Olong, Lavender, Hokaido taste like you're at the right place. 3hrs drive for these macaroon is worth it. The service is lovely and the place is very clean.
This just might be the best tea I’ve ever had. I ordered the taro tea with Boba and it's so delicious! The girl at the counter was incredibly pleasant, and offered me samples because I could not decide what I wanted. I’ve been to many tea shops in the area, but this one surpasses the others by far!
Such a cute place with delicious beverages. They make amazing tea and smoothies, with lots of options. They've got macaroons too.
Went in for the first time today and the person taking my order was incredibly nice! I didn’t really know what to get but they were incredibly patient while we talked. I ended up getting a Jasmine Milk tea with Boba and it was amazing! The tea is on the sweeter side but not overly sweet and the boba was perfectly chewy. The atmosphere was incredibly cute and the drink was even cuter! The parking is limited, but not bad at all for the location. Too bad I’m only in town for a vacation, otherwise I’d be coming here everyday! If you’re ever in town, I recommend coming here for a visit.
Update: their taro is AMAZING! Almost tastes like cookies and cream but nuttier and not as sweet. I'm so glad they let me sample it! The boba is some of the best boba I've ever had as it is flavorful with slight sweetness. The peach tea itself wasn't super flavorful although I did get 50% sweetness since I wasn't sure what to expect. Good place to study as they have a few outlets and they told me the WiFi password when I asked. Cute atmosphere with the plants, but wish it had more natural lighting. The window spot was nice. The window has a light spray to it so people outside can't see you, but it's not a view. Nice couch and comfy seating or wood chairs good for studying. Also the prices were good with lots of options. Lastly, the cups are high quality and could definitely be used again.
I love milk tea, especially taro root flavor. I always try it wherever they have it and, occasionally, even go out of my way to get it. Frankly, this is the best tasting taro root milk tea I've had in the past few years. The flavor and texture are perfect, unlike anything I've had in recent memory. Trying out a new place paid off for me. If you like milk tea I highly recommend this place. They have a ton of different flavors and options so I'm confident you'll find something you like. It's also surround by great Vietnamese fare which makes this a perfect place to pop into for dessert after lunch or dinner. The service was great as well! The staff was very happy and helpful throughout my visit. 10/10 can't wait to come back!
Hidden location on mills but LOVE the macaroon, tried the red velvet & tried the passion fruit smoothie with strawberry bobas So good! More people need to come here.
By far the best place to get boba in orlando. Their milk tea + classic boba is a sugary combo design to satisfy any craving. They also serve a wide variety of drinks with different boba, fruit pearls and jellies on them. The place is small but has a lot of personality, very ig friendly; the drinks comes with this cute cat shaped lid.
The place is super chill and the people who serve and take your order are sublimely nice, the only struggle I've come across is having to go into the place with a car. It's kind of impossible because of the fast paces traffic and the minimal amount of parking space. But I love that place, would risk a car accident for it:)
First time trying Boba Tea. I got the honeydew milk tea and the wife got the coffee version. Both were great! I didn't have any of the Macarons however they looked amazing. I'll likely be back here again.
My guilty pleasure. Was skeptical walking in the first time but have been hooked since. Have tried all their flavors and none are bad but do like the smoothie versions with boba wayyy better. Find this location a touch better then their others.
It's a small tucked away kind of space, but very cute and the boba is very good. You would have to park on the street (there's parallel parking spaces right outside) but the boba is good. I got Thai tea boba and it's not too sweet and still has the tea flavor.
My favorite place to stop & treat myself to a freshly made to order Drink...Don’t forget the Macaroons. It’s a little on the pricey side ($15 for a large smoothie & a few of the best macaroons I’ve ever had, but it’s worth every penny!)
Nice little place in Orlando. Friendly staff with huge selection. The macarons are big and very tasty. Lovely interior, light shade of blue. Good place for dates around Orlando. This place does offer a reward program and its worth coming back. This place is on my way to work and is working itself into my weekly routine.
I come here to get my boba and it’s good
I'd definitely consider myself a regular here. Wouldn't change a thing. I tend to get the same slush every time however I'll branch out and try something new from time to time. Always great flavors and a great experience. All the employees are friendly and the atmosphere is pretty cool. Whenever I have company I'm sure to bring them to Chewy to get a drink and sit out on the curb to chill.
The inside of the restaurant is very modern and very clean. I LOVE their boba and is the best I have ever had and I am a boba freak. I definitely recommend the Oreo cookies and cream boba tea, Match boba tea, strawberry boba tea, sea salt coffee boba tea and you can also add both Matcha and Strawberry tea together which is amazing! The staff are wonderful and I go there every week! Extremely fast service, dine in area, and there is also sushi there as well as mochi ice cream and macaroni!
It's a very small boba drink shop but don't let its size fool you! It has a huge drink menu to choose from with flavors I had never heard of! The employees are very bubbly and helpful. They also serve a variety of macaroons all brightly colored with intriguing flavors. I haven't tried any of the macaroons but the jasmine boba and the taro root boba drinks I've tried were both amazing! I will definitely be coming back ^_^
Excellent boba! Cute little spot with a charming decor and super friendly staff. Lots of options for dairy free milk teas! Love it
I have been visiting this establishment for years now. And so far it is my favorite one in town. Their selection is extensive. They sell macaroons as well. It's a small little corner shop off of Colonial, but for the 10 years I've lived here it is a staple shop in Orlando. Highly recommend it!
Delightful. This is my first google review because the service, atmosphere, and drinks compelled me to write one. The person who helped us with our drink order and the person who made the drinks were both super nice and patient. I got the tarot milk tea with boba and love the flavor and the boba is tasty and chewy. In the past I have been disappointed with other bubble tea places but this one was truly great and worth it
We stop always if we are in that area. On the spot. Came out perfect after dinner, one came out unliked, they fixed it right away. Thanks
Great drinks! Spend a while reviewing the menu and asking some questions so you can make the right flavor combination, three are a ton of options. The pomegranate tea with Boba was a great choice.
I have been going to this Chewy Boba location when the layout was different and they had photos of every person whom visited their store for the first time, and they have never missed a beat. Every single time I come down to Colonial I HAVE to stop by and get me a "Passion Fruit Tea", with boba of course. Always greeted with a smile and super fast service, always will be a favorite, love it.
The workers are very nice. They work with you to get you drink correct. I ordered the Avocado smoothie with boba, lightly sweetened. They gave me samples to get the order right. The bobas were the right size and consistency.
Hi today the girls were sweet at customer service & the tea was perfect 😍 thank you
My Favorite place in the world!!!! Need I say more? Been addicted for 10 years and go every chance I get! They have every exotic flavor you can dream of. So delicious the drinks and they have mochi ice cream and macaroons. To die for!!! It's pure Heaven!!!
I've always loved their milk teas but the fruit teas are my new favorite! Bobba is of course excellent and the macaroons are so sweet and flavorful.
Delicious flavor combinations of milk teas, boba, and popping boba. really fun and everybody I've taken there loves it! Try the Thai tea with regular boba. It's a good starter flavor. Or ask them for a sample.. they were really nice and offered me a little sip of one I wasn't sure about. Turned out to be so good but I'm glad I tried first.
Awesome staff, awesome boba tea. My wife likes extra boba and they took care of her very well. Highly recommended little shop. They sell macaroons, mochi and other desserts too that are just as delicious. Pick yourself up some artwork from local artists as well
Absolutely amazing place delicious as always, Robin and Kim are always sweethearts and wonderful!
Very good boba tea! The boba tasted chewy and sweet and it’s not stale。I ordered my favorite Thai Iced Tea and the flavor was excellent! I will order the Thai milk tea next time and if there is a brown sugar milk tea, I would love to try it 🥺🖤 Thank you Chewy boba company!
I've been coming here for close to 8 years. I have tried many many boba teas in Orlando and I can ASSURE you that Chewy Boba has the best. The boba is always cooked to perfection and they have the most refreshing teas and smoothies. My all time favorite boba stop.
I've been trying to find a good place for boba since I moved down in August. When I finally came across Chewy's I was pretty happy. They have a great selection of flavored teas and milk teas, as well as a lot of other drinks. They also have complimentary snacks like macarons. Today's visit, however, was the best so far. I found out that they carry mochi. They are like ice cream balls wrapped in a dough made from rice. (I know, not the technical description but they taste so good) So far I have not seen the same staff member twice but each one has been pretty good. The only downside I would have to say is the parking situation. I am sure there is parking around back but the parking out front is terrible. Even when fully parked you feel like the car is halfway in the road. Shop still gets 5 stars because they dont control the parking.
The customer service and the urgency are amazing. The staff is awesome
This is hands down the BEST boba shop in Orlando, there are a few others on that list but chewy has to take the #1 spot, from the service to the presentation, and the way everything tastes amazing! I cannot recommend this place and the other locations enough, this one definitely stands out from the others if you have the ability to make the trip over here you have to try it!
Yummy green tea options and soft boba
I had the coconut avocado smoothie with vanilla protein powder. And I felt energized and great after I had this drink. It was very tasty and healthy
The place was super cute! The places outside of it where a little shady but the drinks are SUPER! I will certainly be coming back. The brown sugar milk is a must have (sweet) and the boba is medium size and made very well.
Robin was amazing! Great service! Love their Jasmine Boba tea!!!!
Chewy Boba was BUSY and I can see why! We love their other locations and decided to stop by to grab some drinks. It was crowded and took a while to get our drinks but the staff was constantly bringing out orders. I went with my favorite: taro milk tea with boba. It's been a while since we've had Chewy and I like the to go cups they have now.
A hidden gem!! Small spot but nice on the inside, the Boba tea was very tasty, and the service was friendly and quick. Went on a mommy and us date with my kids and we enjoyed our time and will be back for more Boba tea!!
I've only been like 5 times but it's been great every time. I do get very typical drinks (mostly the taro Boba) so that may play a role but it's been spot on for me. Drinks are always cold and tasty, service is quick, and staff is super nice. My wife is from Taiwan (home of Boba) and we're humans (who doesn't like bubble tea?) so we drink it often. It's over an hour away so we typically go elsewhere but I always like to stop by when we're in the area.
Taro Blend Extra Boba is my favorite of all drinks you can try here. Check their menu. You will love all options... tjey have macaroons - I absolutely LOVE this place. As soon as you walk in, they will order and deliver fast and exactly as requested. Located at the heart of Orlando area by Mills Ave. - one of my favorite places to treat myself something not so sweet and tons of BOBAS.
I love all the chewy Boba locations. The staff at each one I've been to are always super friendly and helpful with suggestions and recommendations. The Boba, popping pearls and jelly Boba are all great tasting additions and they have a variety of flavors to try which I've found a lot of other places have limited choices. 10/10 would recommend this location. Their tea and Boba is addicting.
I love the smoothies! I ordered a mango smoothie with kiwi popping tapioca and it was phenomenal. Also the customer service was amazing and the gentleman who took my order was extremely nice. I would go every day if possible.
Nice friendly staff. I personally do not like the location of it because is near downtown which is crowded and hard to get a parking but once you go inside is very nice and creative. I ordered the vanilla smoothie with passion fruit and it was really good flavor. The macaroon was yummy, try the wedding almond flavor and the pistachio. They have other flavors like nutella for chocolate lovers.
The boba was delicious. That's the main thing to go for. Parking sucks at the front but it seems like there is parking in the back from the other reviews. It seems like the place was really cute before. The all black didn't feel very cozy to stay in. Maybe they can add more decor.
Angela, Robin, Itzi, Ash, Kim 1 & 2 were absolutely amazing great service, we're friendly and warm environment
Excellent!! I recently purchased over 100+ boba teas for a company function and not only were the beverages delivered on time, in a perfect cooler/packaged for moving to meeting space, the drinks were delicious. Thank you to everyone for making it a success and being so kind. We'll be back.
Best boba I’ve had! They have a lot of selections and are very attentive to their customers. If you ask for suggestions for flavors and combos they will help, and introduce you to new drinks you never knew you liked. The owner is ridiculously nice and always friendly to you. 10/10 will always be my go to place.
Love this place. They are always so nice and the Cafe Su Da is my fav.
It was my first time their and I loved it!. The atmosphere is very modern. The drinks are amazing. I ordered a caramel latte with extra Boba and I was not disappointed!!!. I will definitely enjoy more of it when visiting orlando again.
I always love Chewy Boba Company! Great flavors, I love their black milk tea. The price is great and service is always good.
Me encanta el mejor boba 🧋
Exquisito
#BobaLove #FruityGoodness #FallVibes
Hadn't been here in awhile. Tried it again and it's as good as a I remembered. The taro flavor was recommend by the man working there. He gave us samples and it tasted like Lucky Charms milk, just like he said. Very delicious with little boba in it. Had a creme brulee macaron that was overly sweet and an overpowering burnt sugar taste. Overall, it still had a very good filling and tasted pretty good.
Very interesting coffee place. Only have blended/iced drinks from what I saw. The Viet Coffee with Boba was refreshing. The Boba adds a unique texture to the drink.. also got a couple macaroons on the side. Solid place to try!
It's a fantastic place and this staff is super friendly. They don't have a lot of people so when it's busy it's kinda slow but it's worth it imo. The parking situation on colonial is not great.
This is a fantastic location. While they do not offer the selection of some of their competitors, the quality of my orders has been spot on every time. 4 stars for slightly slow prep time on larger orders. Would recommend to friends.
Chewy Boba is delicious, always! They have a large variety of Macaroons and keep them well stocked. They served my Boba in the most adorable hard plastic cup. It is so cute, I'll re-use it at home! Parking is limited and it's not the easiest to back out onto Colonial, but I definitely will be back again.
I have been a few times and their boba is very very good, regular teas also tasty. Drops to 4 stars cause the mochi they serve is very small, pre packaged, and sorta flavorless, worth checking out just don’t get that.
Loved the avocado smoothness but the coconut needed more flavor. The mango was a bit tart
Chewy Boba Company makes a delicious bubble tea! I thought the service was excellent here and the drinks were wonderful! Pricing was standard for most boba places and the drinks we got were a pretty good size too! My friend and I ordered a Brown Sugar Milk Tea and a Thai Milk Tea and thought both were excellent. The boba was a little harder than I personally like but the Thai Tea was some of the best I've tried yet in Orlando so I was very pleased! I would definitely stop in again.
Buen lugar con buen servicio. Muy bueno para un te refrescante.
Locating inside an older building. Combination of low ceiling, lacking of nature lights and dark painted wall/ceiling is causing the place to look less appealing. I ordered a Vietnamese coffee with boba and it was good.
This is a pretty standard boba joint with classic options to choose from. They also sell merchandise such as hats and shirts that are pretty fun. Aside from boba, they also sell macarons and mochi ice cream. I ended up getting their Tarocado which is one of their Avocado Smoothie options. It's a fusion between taro and avocado, but came out a little too sweet for me. The avocado was present, but I felt that it could have been stronger because it was overwhelmed by the taro taste. It just wasn't as balanced as I would have liked and could have been mixed better. I'm assuming that they are using the taro power since it did also have a slightly chalky taste. Nonetheless, I wouldn't get this drink again, but would probably try something else.
Its not the worst, but definitely not the best either. To be completely honest its more of a “hit or miss” depending on who’s working there. The hype-beast owner who used to run the show made the best boba drinks and knew just how much “less-sweet” is and always nailed it whenever we came there. But other employs sometimes made it either tasteless by adding much less sugar/flavor or even sometimes keeping too much. Really wish they had a chart that allowed you to choose “20% sweet or 50% sweet” for example, to be more consistent. That would allow the employees to follow precise recipes and measurements and the customers to find their perfect taste. Regarding the food, it was good the last time I had one of their bowls and they have a rewards card for you to accumulate points towards a free drink. Overall decent place, but don’t expect to be blown away.
Best boba place in town! My partner and I love coming here after a visit to avalon. Very tasty, and cute atmosphere. I'm giving 3 stars because it smells strong of chemicals, so I can only walk in to get my drink. Some staff is also rude !
Never the same experience, and I order the same drink everytime. It taste different every single time. I also order a quarter of boba, mango matcha tea (blended) ,and it's always a surprise if they'll give me no, some, normal, or extra boba every single time. It's like a mystery drink. Sometimes it taste like a mango smoothie, other times like a mango green tea, then I get milk in it sometimes. The days when they forget the blended part gets a bit depressing. However, I always feel like I'm trying something new each time.
First time at chewy boba. The atmosphere is too dark and gloomy for a shop that delivers sweet drinks and desserts. I expected a brighter and cooler looking atmosphere. Aside from that, the customer service was good and the macaroons and boba had a pretty presentation. Slightly too sweet though. I couldn't eat more than one macaroon and sip anymore of the boba after feeling like I was going to go into diabetic shock. #tryit
I order from here often through ubereats, the app is not letting me review but my order was terrible. $35 for two drinks a macaron and one mochi ice cream. One of my drinks was missing boba, the macaron was missing and they forgot the straws making us travel to a different boba place just to pick up straws so we could enjoy our boba. Terrible experience will never order from here again.
I have been wanting to try this place out for quite some time now and finally went last week. The energy when you walk in isn’t so welcoming or gives you a good vibe. It felt like dungeon in there. The walls are painted black and the people working there aren’t very friendly or welcoming. The Boba tea was a disappointment. I found it to be too sweet and they don’t have regular tapioca Boba. They use a brown sugar tapioca boba which makes your tea even sweeter.
I normally order from here on Uber Eats and they have really good boba but whoever works on Friday's doesn’t know the difference between milk tea and green tea as my drink is always wrong. I have stopped ordering from here due my order being wrong almost every time.
My strawberry matcha was white plus the boba was floating as far as I know the boba isn’t supposed to be floating on the top it was literally milk with half soon of strawberry milk. I know strawberry matcha and you say your gonna sell match sell it and stop serving this foolishness.
The boba was TERRIBLE. It tasted like water, i ALMOST THREW UP, we wasted 30$ for a drink that we didn't even like, we ended up throwing it away. Im never going back, staff was nice and place was nice, but otherwise its horrible. There was also alot of people, bearly any people with masks. Its a good place just not that great. We even got some gas and acid reflux.
No good after it changed to Japango! Been a long time customer too! My Vietnamese iced coffee boba was overly sweet, barely any coffee flavor, skimpy on the boba! The other drinks we got were the taro boba, very weak in flavor. Sorry to say, we won’t return.
The worst. Came here 5-6 times on fridays to get boba for my kids on special days after their martial arts classes nearby. Came in today 3/3/22 after ordering three Thai iced tea boba drinks…when I arrived was told the boba company had no boba, burnt it all by accident. I say ok where is my iced teas, they say we didn’t make it cuz no boba. I say ok give me refund. They say we don’t know how to do that because online order where you already paid. Then as if not bad enough, multiple people start giving me attitude when I ask basic questions like how the heck do you still accept orders and payment but don’t even prepare anything!!!??!!? Told me they would refund order, never did, currently fighting with online service…kept me waiting while late to pick up kids now and meanwhile in the back I can literally hear them saying, well it’s an online order make them go complain to that service. 😩 cmon bro, I’m standing right here, WORST attitude and customers service I have ever seen when it was not my fault at all AND despite coming here multiple times and leaving great reviews. So angry I could not believe it. Will NEVER be back, so sad, please don’t order online these clowns will gladly accept money and have nothing for you when you arrive. Didn’t offer anything else, didn’t try to make situation right, instead made me feel like I was the butt for even asking how I get my money back, never mind my time and patience on a Friday night. Now late night still receiving texts saying order is being prepared, believe they’re now making false order charges on my credit card because I complained and left. No one there even knew what to do, they had a “ manager “ on the phone …who the heck runs a business where no one there even knows how to process a refund when you f it up!!?!!? Or even worse who allows employees to continue to harass and charge a customer who had been amazing until now!!?!!? Would give negative stars if possible, the attitude from the staff was shocking, like I was the bad guy for even ordering from them. Wow. just wow.
My family and I have been coming to this location for many years and love it. However, we had our first very negative experience today. The lady taking our order was rude, disrespectful, and messed it up. When we asked to please correct it we were given attitude and were told we didn’t ask for what was missing, which we did. On top of that our drinks were not good at all. Very disappointed.
My autistic son went inside alone and said hi to the young lady at the counter, this was on 7/19/23 @ around noon, the lady totally ignore him and continued on her cell phone, a family enters and she greets, and start taking their order. My son wants to become independent but there are places like yours that make him feel that he doesn’t belong anywhere, he spend $7.50 each for a boba tea for him and one for me, I can easily make him one at home. Train the staff to not judge based on appearances, and that every person that enters your store deserves the same courtesy and respect, with that said I would never take him or anyone I know there again.
