Opiniones de Fooq's Miami
The food was absolutely AMAZING and the service was unparalleled. The staff were kind and attentive. Our waiter was a delight and the manager was very friendly. They offer indoor, outdoor dining and a very nice outdoor bar by a tree that gives it a cozy vibe. Valet parking available for $10. We absolutely loved our experience and are looking forward to come back and try new dishes from they new menu.
So glad Fooq's is finally back! I was a huge fan of their old downtown spot, and honestly, the long wait for them to reopen was brutal. But the new Little River location? Completely worth it. It’s definitely bigger and nicer than the original, but it still has that same cozy, welcoming feel that made the first one so special. They have this amazing outdoor bar area with a huge banyan tree that is just perfect for grabbing a drink before you sit down. Our server, Tara was incredible and very passionate. The food is just as incredible as I remembered. If you've never been, you absolutely have to get the crispy tahdig and the charcoal-grilled kebabs. It’s this unique mix of Persian and French comfort food, and every single bite is packed with flavor. We also tried some of the new wood-fired dishes and the raw bar, which were great additions to the menu. Service was super warm, and the whole team just makes you feel like an old friend. After dinner, we grabbed a drink upstairs in their new vinyl lounge, which was the absolute best way to end the night. Miami really needed a place with genuine soul again. So happy you're back, Fooq’s! Highly recommend.
Absolutely incredible experience at Fooq’s. Our waitress Denise was phenomenal and provided genuinely great recommendations. She suggested pairing a steak with our pasta, which turned out to be an excellent choice and elevated the entire meal. Every single dish was top tier. Everything was absolutely delicious. I would not be surprised at all if this restaurant earns a Michelin star in the future. The interior is stunning. Every detail feels intentional and perfectly executed. It is one of those spaces where you immediately feel like you are somewhere special. There is plenty of parking, which is a huge plus. The bread was unbelievable, but the standout dish for me was the lamb flatbread. Easily one of the best things I have eaten in a long time. I went to the original Fooq’s years ago, and this new rendition completely blew me away. Highly recommend.
Everything is phenomenal! Executive Chef Bazzini and his crew are second to NO ONE! Come see for yourself! You will NOT be disappointed. This is truly the BEST NEW RESTAURANT IN MIAMI. 🔥🔥🔥
A beautiful build out and food, menu creation by one of the best restaurateurs in the world with Michelin star restaurants under thier umbrella. The design of the place is top-notch. The menu and food is delicious and it’s located in one of the top restaurant neighborhoods in Miami. They also have a cool lounge upstairs called Lions Dane. This is a must try for romantic dinners as well as group outings.
Delicious food, great service and atmosphere. The sound room on the second floor is a great addition for some after dinner drinks and vinyl sounds.

The place is absolutely stunning, and so is the service. I am still raving in my head about how good the food was. And on top of it, after dinner, we went upstairs and had the best club experience in years. This is just an extraordinary addition to Miami.
Food was great! Service is what stood out. Alex was one of her waiters and he was so sweet, quick with whatever we needed. Ordered their main pasta, rib eye, the little gem cesar salad, and prawns. All delicious!
I’m so happy this place lived up to the hype. The restaurant is STUNNING and the food is rich in many fusion of flavors. I was pleasantly surprised to see traditional Persian dishes and some general classics. The bread with the whipped feta is something i think of often :D the steak was phenomenal, the drinks, the service, everything on point. And in one of the coolest neighborhoods- Little River. Will be coming back many times.
Dined at Fooq’s on Saturday evening and had a magnificent time. Greg, our waiter explained the menu is a very descriptive and enticing manner that actually made it difficult to decide what to order. The restaurant is super cool filled with a hip, sexy crowd and killer music piped throughout at just the right level. We followed his recommendations and started off with some snacks and dips, followed by the Caesar salad and Brussels sprouts which he highly recommended. Our mains were the black opal steak along with the pasta and a side of fries. I feel Like he took us on a journey and shared with us the history of the traditional basque and Persian influences. Following dinner, Greg was kind enough to get us upstairs to the lions den, which was nothing short of spectacular. Talk about cool, hip and sexy! What a night!! Thank you Greg! Thank you Fooq’s! We will be back very soon.
Michelin Star Class. We came for a celebration and had the most incredible time. The restaurant is gorgeous, staff is very attentive, food was out of this world delicious! Literally the best food I’ve had in ages and I’m very picky. We had the Fooqs feast. Added on Wagu that was the best I’ve ever had. I recommend adding Caviar to your Pomm Fifi. It was orgasmic! Every dish was delicious and so flavorful. Went to Lions Den after and danced the night away to great music. Fooqs is a rare jem in miami. World class.
Absolutely outstanding experience at Fooq’s Little River. The space is beautiful—thoughtfully designed, warm, and full of character. It strikes that perfect balance between elevated and inviting, making you want to settle in and enjoy every moment. The food is exceptional. Every dish feels intentional, bold, and beautifully executed, with flavors that are both comforting and exciting. You can tell there’s real care behind the ingredients and the way everything comes together—nothing feels rushed or overthought, just confidently delicious. The service truly ties it all together. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming, the staff makes the experience feel effortless from start to finish. You feel taken care of without ever feeling hovered over. Fooq’s Little River is a home run—an incredible addition to the neighborhood and a place I’ll be returning to often. Highly recommend.

So elegant. It’s takes a master to create a space that’s so elegant yet makes you feel so welcomed. The food is incredible, feels like fresh home made cooking with love and delicious quality. The zaatar bread is THE BEST BREAD IVE EVER HAD. the meat WOW. I love it! My new favorite place in miami.

Amazing restaurant, super sexy and really delicious food!! My new to-go place in town 😍😍😍
Had an incredible experience. Food and service are superb! What a beautiful space too!
Beautiful, great food and great service - only thing is, it’s very loud outside since it’s close to a train track, so I would recommend eating inside.
Food took about 30 min to come out. They were out of the koobideh on a Tuesday and it wasn’t very busy. The whipped feta had no flavor although the home made bread was amazing. The chicken kabob was good. The Persian pepper pasta was amazing but very small portion. Wouldn’t come back though sadly.
With so much anticipation and hype around the new Fooq’s, we left feeling very letdown. First thing, very difficult to communicate with the restaurant, email only. The server explained the menu for nearly 10 minutes, it felt like a skit. Not funny or fun! The menu feels disjointed, like they couldn’t narrow down the options. For food. The sauce with the brussel sprouts was really tasty and the caesar salad was great. We liked the fish! Their 48 cold fermented sourdough was the standout. But just not sure it justifies the cost. To give you an idea of pricing, see the photo here of $100 in kebabs (1 lamb, 1 chicken, 1 mushroom) and the $115 branzino and $15 side of fries. Note: $75 corkage fee. But hey, it’s Little River!?! I can think of a few places with similar price points that feel memorable, but not this. Especially if you’re seated outside with the train blaring past you and half the seats facing the parking lot. Dessert came out without the birthday candle. The birthday that was mentioned 3 times between emails and through service. Smack comes the bill and the server fails to comp one of the 3 desserts, and mentions, “20% service charge is included, anything else you leave is for me and the house” Hospitality?!!! I feel for the kitchen on this one, the food is good but the operation is a disaster.
We used to go to Fooqs before it closed and we were excited to try it again. To begin the night they sat us extremely close to two other couples. It felt super cramped and the couples on either side of us were complaining about how tight we felt we were packed. My honest review is that I am not likely to come back here to eat. Our favorite thing we had were the drinks and Brussels sprouts. My husband is Persian and we found the food to be a bit bland and above all inauthentic. The tahdiq(s) didn’t have basmati rice, the potato tahdiq was not crispy so they switched it out and the ghormeh sabzi had pineapple in it? The $50 fish entree was just ok. I really wanted to like this place and support a local Persian restaurant but it missed the mark for me, especially for the high price.

I always try to support local restaurants, but this one missed the mark for me. The location and decor are great, Little River has an amazing food scene, but the food didn’t feel elevated or worth the price. Personally, I’d choose Rice over this “Persian” experience.

Great atmosphere, and wonderful service. Cons: food was not good to below average. Very small portions, and not worth the pricing. There are so many other places in Miami that are better, better priced with normal portions. Don’t know how they will make unless they change their menu, pricing, and the quality of food and the portion sizes.
The new Fooqs is overrated and overpriced. I was a fan of the old spot but this one won't last if they continue to charge insane prices for really small portions. Paid $115 for a 16oz bone-in filet, the bone was literally 8oz. The ribeye is $165. no sides. Come on man. We brought a bottle of wine for a special occasion and got charged $75 (plus tip). The highest cork fee I have ever paid. I wish this place a lot of success, but I recommend they provide more value. The 'opening hype' will fade very quickly.
Nothing here tastes persian, not even the tahdig. Waitress claimed it was basmati rice but it definitely wasn't. The persian couple we were crammed next to thought the same thing. Also very expensive for what you're getting. The best thing we had were the Brussel sprouts with green sauce. The feta spread with the bread was good as well but the bread was very salty. The atmosphere was nice for the most part but they crammed us in a table that was less than a foot from the other parties. The service was their best thing which isn't difficult considering the amount of staff they have on hand. Definitely wont be back unless they make some significant changes.
Came here for my mom’s birthday and it was genuinely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in Miami — especially for the price. The portions are tiny and the food was underwhelming across the board (bland and not worth the cost). The drink pricing is shocking: $40 for a Manhattan, $17+ for the cheapest glass of wine, and most bottles seemed $150+. But the biggest issue is the ambience. Trains pass by constantly and the horn is so loud you literally have to cover your ears — you can’t hold a conversation at the table. For a “nice dinner” this is completely unacceptable. Huge disappointment for a birthday. Won’t be returning.
These reviews must be fake. I went on day 3, incredibly disappointing. The beef & lamb kabob tasted like a sausage. They didn’t even bring me the correct tomatoes with my kabob as you can see in the picture. Their “Ghormeh Sabzi” tastes like Mexican bean stew, and they can’t even spell it right on the menu. The rice came out soggy, please look at the picture and see for yourself. They could not execute on the rice, let alone any real dishes. Also can someone explain to me what you eat here as sides with your steak? I am 100% Persian, the food here gives my people a bad name, this is NOT Persian food or anything near persian. This food is flat out confused.
I would not return here for several reasons. First, the food was all extremely salty and beyond overpriced for the quality. The first small bite of yuzu salmon tasted like a bland canned salmon with zero flavor, certainly no hint of yuzu. The steak was average and forgettable. The kebabs were so salty I drank a liter of water to recover when I got home. The pasta was horrible, it was beyond bland with basically tomato paste and 4 pistachios with two small bites of noodles. The entire menu needs to be reinvented to have any hope of getting repeat customers. Was also completely unacceptable to be seated outside and have a 5 minute freight train injure my ear drums from how loud it was. Good luck having a conversation out there. If you have family with a hearing aid they are going to scream and unplug them to spare themselves. Lastly, was also very off-putting that street parking was full but they had giant empty parking lot and not only charge for valet but also make you prepay, charge 20% more for using a credit card and then directly asked for a tip in advance of even taking the keys or you walking into the restaurant.
Extremely overrated and overpriced. The food quality honestly reminded me of a mall food court, except you’re paying premium prices. I’m not picky at all, but this was one of the worst meals I’ve paid for. Definitely not worth it… won’t be coming back.
